Klimatyzacji nie dało się wyłączyć na noc i cały czas leciało chłodne powietrze mimo ustawienia wyższej temperatury. W drugim pokoju wszystko działało jak należy.

Honestly, if I could give more than 10/10, I definitely would! Highly recommended, especially for families. 👏

Reviewed Aug 1, 2026We stayed 2 nights at this impeccable hotel. The reason I am writing this review has a name: Théresa and her incredible team at the breakfast. We had a 70 person group and one of our girls was celebrating her birthday. Théresa arranged for all her team to surprise the girl with a celebration. In came her team singing happy birthday with a small decorated dessert and lit candle showing her Italian traditions like asking for a wish and breaking the candle. Details that you never forget and make you come back next year. Sheraton hospitality at its best! GRAZIE THÈRESE & your team

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Las habitacion conectadas son Excelente tanto en su diseño como en su confort y limpieza, el desayuno variado y de muy buena calidad, el comedor esta muy bien diseñado en sus colores y distribución, solo un pequeño detalle, las sillas si bien son muy lindas, sus patas sobrepasan el tamaño del asiento, eso provoca que al caminar muy cerca de ellas, se tropiece, pero solo es un detalle.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The hotel is a typical corporate style hotel, has all the facilities but is quite bland. The restaurant is quite good, but can be understaffed on a busy night. There is a bus stop right out front which takes you into Venice, very convenient and you can buy your tickets at the hotel. A good shopping centre is close by (walking distance) with quite a few food options to choose from. The price is $$$.
The corporate look. And a bit expensive.

Au moment de notre départ la Front office Manager a souhaité avoir des explications sur mon mécontentement et nous nous sommes expliqués. Bien que je n'ai pas demandé de rabais ou de remise compensatoire, celle-ci, spontanément, m'a proposé un rabais significatif et m,a offert un cadeau de départ, qu'avec des excuses j'aurais trouvé suffisant. Merci Mme TERRIN, votre attitude est conforme à un établissement de cette catégorie. Félicitations

Reviewed May 2, 2026Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr gut man kann zu Fuß den Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreichen und ist in 25 Minuten in Venedig. Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab draußen einen Parkplatz, der kostenlos war.
Das Frühstück war teuer und nicht umfangreich. Es gab keine Schüssel für das Müsli und auch keine Trinkgläser für die Säfte nur Tassen.

Vengono fornite bottigliette d'acqua in camera, ed era presente una macchinetta del caffè Nespresso con cialde per potersi concedere una coccola al mattino con un caffè appena svegli. La posizione è particolarmente favorevole per chi deve accedere all'Ospedale dell'Angelo, perché si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 10 minuti
Arredamento delle camere un po' datato, soprattutto il bagno, per un albergo così moderno, anche se funzionale e non causa alcun tipo di disagio; non abbiamo goduto della colazione perché la ritenevamo eccessivamente cara (21€ a persona); ristorante caro per la qualità offerta, abbiamo cenato una sera

Essen im Hotelrestaurant enttäuschend. Zimmer alt, staubig und Badezimmer zubehöre (Müll, WC Bürste, Badewanne) verrostet. Lage eher im Industriellen Gebiet (eher isoliert), und der Bus aus Venedig zurück fährt nur bis um 20h!!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I came to Venice for a vacation with my family. The hotel was excellent for both price and performance. Parking is free. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to a higher one for the same price. It was perfect. The breakfast was also excellent, and Aymen and Alina were always there to help us with breakfast. Both were very friendly. I'd also like to give a special mention to Giada and Eleonora, who were eager to help. I'd also like to thank them again for the gift they gave us. You should definitely stay here.
