me gustaría que aún cuando es servicio al cuarto no pusieran la propina incluida en la cuenta sino que se dejara a consideración del huésped y más cuando no tienen todos los platillos como en mi caso que tuve que cambiar mi selección

Unfortunately there wasn't and has to check out and book at another place. "Hotel policy" according to Expedia stated that there is no refund for the 7 night i didnt stay... very upsetting and disappointed with hotel and Expedia...

Reviewed Dec 31, 2023The hotel is in a great location. Inside a mall complex and a casino within walking distance. The property does look worn down. The rooms were nice and clean. No complaints there. The only restaurant does need more help especially during breakfast time. There was only one waiter and he was all over the place. He took our order and took a long time for him to get back to us to let us know they were out of what we had ordered. Ordered something else and the food came out cold. My husband ordered hot chocolate had to remind him like 5 times and never received it. Room service was better. Came quick. Parking is limited. If you plan on returning late plan on no parking by hotel. We had to park more towards the mall. Front desk staff are friendly no issues.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2022To access this run down hotel one ha to drive through a confusing shopping mall parking lot. With the exception of the restaurant, the staff were rude and unapproachable. When we asked for an additional packet of coffee for our room - since there was only one for two people, I was told I had to pay an additional $25 pesos. Really? The hotel is worn, noisy and over-priced. If your goal is to shop at the attached mediocre mall, it might be suitable. Otherwise, there are much nicer hotels at a better price in Culiacan. This is a more like a 2 star hotel.

Located next door to a shopping mall where you could find a Mc Donalds and a Burger king. Also, it is across the street from La Ley supermarket. The pool area is open late.
