Two small things I didn't like one is the spoilt me with little chocolate on my pillow.The first two nights and the rest of my visit.No chocolates that I really look forward to when I came back in the evening. The second thing was the bar in the evening, the first time I went to the bar. The gentleman was very helpful. Got me my club, soda with grenadine and I tipped him well. My last night I went there and the bartender didn't seem to be well acknowledged. Cannot find a club soda artegrinity.It was probably out was really looking forward to a drink in my room with my nighttime snack. I had to settle for coca cola. Other than that, there was no problem that dining was excellent.The food was great.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2024In must of a city that it’s trying to cope with issues we at times need a safe refuge where one safety is valued. The staff is dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. There is a small restaurant that work well for breakfast. Parking is free and valet provided. Rooms clean.

The food/bar is exorbitantly expensive, though we had great drinks from the bartenders. Happy hour was nice--free drinks and snacks in a cozy room!

The service was excellent from the time we walked in. Room service, the Restaurant, the bar everything about this place was just amazing. The rooms were plush and very clean with new up-to-date appliances. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Culican.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2024Realize mi check in a las 4 pm, regrese al hotel y me comentaron que no me podia estacionar porque mañana tenian un evento en la Mañana y que eran instrucciones, me querian mandar a estacionar a un sotano que queda relativamente retirado, se me hizo un abuso. Si yo viera que el hotel esta lleno y no hay estacionamiento estoy de acuerdo, pero pusieron cintas amarillas en todo el perimetro para no poder uno estacionarse. No regreso a Ningun Hotel Lucerna,
