There was a moldy smell in the room, which caused the odor to stick to the rest of our clothes. Below the hotel there were pubs that played loud music until 2 a.m., and this should be clearly stated in the description.

Could do with out the aromatherapy diffuser in the lobby but thats a minor gripe.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Inzwischen unser Stammhotel in Udon Thani. Super nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Tolle Lage in Laufnähe zu Central und zu Laden- und Essmärkten. Gutes Frühstück mit europäischen und asiatischen Speisen, "Eierstation" mit frisch zubereitetem Omelette. Großer Salzwasserpool mit Liegen. Hat auch einen preislich vertretbaren Flughafenshuttle. Zimmer geräumig und absolut sauber.
Ich wüsste jetzt eigentlich nichts.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Hotel Ban Bua gör ingen besviken. Toppläge mitt i stan. Fina rum, välstädat och en mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten mötte alla mina förväntningar - fräscht och gott.
Som de flesta hotell i Thailand är sängmadrassen för hård för mig. Rummen är något lyhörda.

Un peu plus de choix au déjeuner serait chouette mais c'est déjà bien. Les chambres ne sont pas particulièrement bien insonorisé mais tout à fait acceptable, c'est vraiment pour donner un point d'amélioration mais j'adore définitivement cet hôtel et son personnel

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026I have been to this hotel before and it is an excellent stay, close to the busy walking street and to the different food courts. The shopping centre is only a stone throw away. Although it is situated in a busy area, the room was nice and quiet and very relaxing.
Hard to find something I didn't like, but If I had to, I would say that they only gave one key card, but that is not a game changer.

Great bar in front of hotel where you can watch some of the night life in comfortable chairs. Location of the hotel is excellent. I stayed in four hotels in the area however this is my favorite.
Minor issue....only one lift was working but as stated only a minor issue.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Hell und modern mit weichem Bett. Kleiner, schöner Pool mit Poolbar und Snacks, toller Papayasalat u. Clubsandwich zu vernünftigen Preisen. Die Hoteleinrichtung gefiel mir sehr, das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, von der Musik der angrenzenden Bars hört man wenig. Eine Perle..würde ich gerne wiederkommen.
Wem die vielen, alleinstehenden weissen Männer in der angrenzenden Strasse zu viel sind, läuft Richtung Bahnhof und dann rechts oder Shoppingcenter. Tolle Atmosphäre und Restaurants. Udon Thani hat seinen Charme.
