You simply cannot match the service, luxury and beauty of Haritha villas. Axel, the resort’s GM is a gentleman in every sense of the word. The butlers and servers across the entire resort all have a United goal to deliver exceptional service and attention to detail. You feel very much looked after and never without anything you desire. The food is outstanding, world class. The wine selection is opulent but also caters for a budget friendly experience. Asela, was our butler and villa master and we are forever grateful for his service over the 5 night stay. He always welcomes with a smile, loves his job and is extremely attentive and considerate. In all honesty, we didn’t think service of this nature was possible.

The resort is truly a little paradise, surrounded by lush greenery in every direction, where peacocks, colorful birds, and playful squirrels roam freely, creating a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere. كانت إقامتنا في Haritha Villas & Spa تجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. من لحظة الوصول شعرنا بأننا في مكان صُمم ليمنح الضيوف الراحة والاسترخاء والخصوصية. الأجواء الهادئة والطبيعة المحيطة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل جعلت من هذه الرحلة ذكرى جميلة لنا. أود أن أتقدم بشكر خاص للخادم الشخصي مستر روشان، فقد كان مثالاً للاحترافية واللطف. كان دائم الحرص على مساعدتنا وتلبية جميع طلباتنا بسرعة ودقة، مما جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة ومتعة. أكثر ما أعجبني في المنتجع هو الالتزام بالمواعيد وسرعة الاستجابة، فكل طلب كنا نحتاجه يصل بشكل سريع وصحيح دون أي تأخير. كما أشكر إدارة المنتجع على اللفتة الجميلة بمناسبة ذكرى زواجنا، حيث قاموا بترتيبات خاصة لنا دون أي تكلفة إضافية، وكانت مفاجأة رائعة أضفت طابعاً مميزاً على إقامتنا. ومن الأمور المميزة أيضاً أنهم يوفرون إمكانية إعداد أطباق غير موجودة في قائمة الطعام مقابل رسوم إضافية، وهو أمر يعكس مرونتهم وحرصهم على رضا الضيوف. أشكر جميع العاملين في المنتجع على حسن الضيافة وأتمنى العودة مرة أخرى في المستقبل. 🌿❤️

النقطة الوحيدة التي أرى أنه يمكن تحسينها هي توفير تلفزيون داخل الغرف أو الفلل. أعلم أن فكرة المنتجع تعتمد على الهدوء والتواصل مع الطبيعة، وهو أمر أعجبني كثيراً، ولكن وجود تلفزيون كخيار إضافي قد يكون مناسباً لبعض الضيوف خلال أوقات الراحة داخل الغرفة. كما لاحظت وجود بعض الحشرات في محيط الفيلا، ولكن للإنصاف هذا أمر طبيعي ومتوقع نظراً لموقع المنتجع وسط الطبيعة والغابات الاستوائية، ولم يؤثر بشكل كبير على استمتاعنا بالإقامة

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Haritha Villas & Spa. Each villa has a friendly staff member to assist with anything you could possibly want or need. Chaminda looked after us so well, his attentive and friendly manner made the stay even more enjoyable. Having our own pool in our villa was very special. We loved watching the peacocks wander around the grounds and even spotted some moneys moving through the edges of the property. The villa itself felt luxurious and private, with so many little touches that made it so special. It was also very clean and well maintained. The spacious shower linked to outside so we could shower after a dip in the pool. There was a well equiped mini bar, tea and coffee supplies and a beautiful fruit basket. The turn down service was a lovely addition with a small treat left each night to enjoy. Being half board, beautiful meals were provided for breakfast and dinner. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the location is quiet and so serene. The Spa was amazing and highly recommend booking a treatment, the fitness centre was great!

Being able to select a more simple breakfast that was without some of the extra items would have been great. I don't usually eat as much food that was provide and I felt wasteful when I didn't eat it. however the food was fantastic!!!

The hotel has only a few villas, which makes it very intimate. The staff took excellent care of us. Before our arrival, they did everything they could to ensure our stay went as smoothly as possible and that our preferences were taken into account. Our only regret is not having stayed longer.

Haritha was a little slice of jungle paradise. It was just the perfect place to escape reality for week, Enjoy life and relax. The service, staff and attention to detail were impeccable. A special thank you to Roshan who looked after us for the week. He was brilliant. We have a little baby 3.5 months old who the team were so good with him (I think he misses morning smiles from the team) The food is amazing, all freshly made and super tasty! The rooms were comfortable with our own private plunge pool, great to enjoy family time and relax.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of an extended trip to Sri Lanka as we wanted to leave with a special memory, rather than the chaos that 14 days of crisis had caused. So this was an expensive treat to end 54 days of adventure. But WHAT a stunning resort, just 5 minutes from Hikkaduwa. The property nestles on the top of a hill, with stunning sunset views and has around 7 hidden villas all with private pools, set out below the main pool and restaurant. Above all of these is the giant 2-bed mansion. The differentiator here is being allocated a butler who can organise your whole stay. If you want to eat in your room at any time, you can - there's no room service charge. They can make a floating breakfast in your pool or have a romantic dinner on your private terrace. The food itself was top notch and beautifully presented. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable- and it really was worth the treat. Thanks to Chaminda, our butler, and Nilanka, Roshan and Gayan who really made an effort to make us feel at home.

We only had 2 nights, not more. If you want to see peacocks and purple-faced monkeys in the trees by your villa, this is the place to visit. An oasis of calm.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Wir haben uns als sowas besonderes gefühlt weil wir so herzlich begrüßt wurde. Das Personal war mehr als freundlich. Wir waren mir unserer Tochter da und sie war der Star. Jeder hat sich um sie gekümmert und uns den Aufenthalt zu einem Paradies gemacht. Während dem Abendessen war es eine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Für uns war es sehr toll, dass es verschiedene Gerichte gab die auch einen Deutschen Schlag hatten. Der Chefkoch kam selber zu uns an den Tisch um sich zu vergewissern ob alles geschmeckt hat. Unser Buttler Nilanka hat sich um alles gekümmert sodass wir einen Luxus Urlaub im Hotel konnten. Die Privatsphäre war sehr gegeben. Unser WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und wir haben sogar einen eigenen Router bekommen. Er hat alles gemacht dass wir glücklich waren. Nilanka war sowas von toll und hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Auch die deutschen Hoteldirektoren waren sehr freundlich und haben uns noch ein wenig Geheimtipps gegeben als sie uns begrüßt haben.

Wir waren ursprünglich nur für zwei Nächte in den Haritha Villas eingeplant – und das sagt eigentlich schon alles: Wir haben direkt verlängert. Schon am ersten Tag haben wir beschlossen, noch eine dritte Nacht dranzuhängen, weil es uns hier so unglaublich gut gefallen hat. Und ehrlich gesagt: Wenn man einmal hier ist, versteht man sofort, warum. Die Haritha Villas sind einer dieser Orte, die man nicht einfach „gut“ nennt – das ist ein Rückzugsort, ein kleines Paradies, das sich anfühlt wie eine eigene Welt. Man ist umgeben von Natur, absolut ruhig, privat und abgeschirmt. Perfekt, um wirklich abzuschalten und komplett rauszukommen aus dem Alltag. Das gesamte Anwesen ist atemberaubend schön – aber was diesen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht hat, sind die Menschen. Ein riesiges, von Herzen kommendes Dankeschön an Nilanka, unseren Butler. So einen Service erlebt man extrem selten: hochprofessionell, ruhig, diskret, aufmerksam – und immer einen Schritt voraus. Nilanka liest einem sprichwörtlich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Man muss kaum etwas aussprechen, und trotzdem ist es schon erledigt. Er hatte ständig gute Ideen, was man unternehmen kann, hat uns bei Ausflügen unterstützt, alles organisiert und dafür gesorgt, dass wirklich alles reibungslos läuft – auch wenn man außerhalb der Anlage unterwegs ist. Dabei wirkt nichts aufgesetzt oder geschäftsmäßig. Im Gegenteil: Man merkt einfach, dass es ihm wirklich wichtig ist, dass es einem gut geht. Genau diese Mischung aus Kompetenz und Herzlichkeit macht ihn außergewöhnlich. Wir sind als Gäste gekommen und gehen gefühlt als Freunde. Nilanka hat unseren Aufenthalt auf eine Art und Weise geprägt, die wir nicht vergessen werden. Ebenso ein großes Dankeschön an Axel, den Manager des Hotels. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir so gastfreundlich und herzlich empfangen, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, irgendwo „abgefertigt“ zu werden – sondern willkommen zu sein.

Our stay in the Colonial Mansion was beautiful — thoughtfully designed spaces, peaceful surroundings, and a spacious villa that made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. We especially loved our private pool with its gorgeous, tranquil view. It felt like we were the only ones there… the privacy and peacefulness were unmatched. A very special thank you to Lasantha, our butler, who was amazing from start to finish. He was so accommodating and helpful, yet always respectful of our privacy — the perfect balance. The food was fantastic with plenty of great choices, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. We truly loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel was just spectacular. The best service and client oriented experience I ever had. The contemporary villa with private pool was absolutely stunning and couldn’t ask for anything more. We had the most amazing private butler Lasantha who took care of us from the first moment we arrived and offered us the best treatment possible which made the whole trip to Sri Lanka memorable. The chef is absolutely fantastic and literally everything we ate was delicious. The massage therapists pampered us and gave us the most relaxing hours. Mr Axel the general manager insured we have such a private and peaceful environment in this resort that there is not a single detail to complain about. We recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Sri Lanka especially that is hijabi friendly!

We stayed at Haritha Villas for four nights, and it was one of the most peaceful, special experiences we've ever had. Tucked away in the middle of what feels like a little jungle, it’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to truly switch off. The property is stunning, but what really makes the experience unforgettable is the people. Nilanka was our butler during our stay, and he was incredible. Kind, calm, discreet, and always one step ahead. He didn’t just take care of things at the hotel—he helped us with our excursions too, making sure everything ran smoothly, even when we were off-site. You can tell he really cares. Nothing felt transactional. He made us feel looked after in such a genuine way, which is rare. The villa was beautiful—super comfortable and private, with our own pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. You feel like you're in your own little world, surrounded by nature. The food was also amazing. If you love fresh seafood, you’ll be in heaven. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Chef Amila is exceptional—every meal felt like dining at a Michelin-star restaurant. The variety, presentation, and taste were consistently outstanding. They also serve organic meat and use really fresh ingredients. The spa treatments were another highlight. The massages were excellent. The therapists were professional and skilled, and the peaceful setting made it even more relaxing. We've travelled to many places, but this stay really stood out because it still feels warm and personal. It doesn't get much more luxury and comfort than this. The service is world class. Our butler Thilina did everything we asked for and some more. He was very attentive and kind. The entire hotel area is incredibly beautiful and lush. You really get an "into the jungle" feeling. Sunset view from the shared pool/restaurant - a big plus for me. The villa has everything you need and is very private. The cleaning is exceptional. The food is absolutely incredible - everything we ate was fantastic and you can easily get dishes off the menu, which we appreciated. Spa is a must visit! The hotel gets my warmest recommendations - a memory for a life :)

The only thing I can complain about is the quality of the cocktails. For the price I expect more. Butlers are obviously not bartenders :)

Beautiful resort, excellent service

A beautiful tranquil stay, great for relaxing and disconnecting. Brilliant spa facilities on-site for massages with especially caring staff. Our butler Roshan was fantastic, when he came to know we were unwell he organised a complimentary herbal inhalation session at the spa, brought us lots of honey and kept checking on us to see what we needed. The condition of the property was super clean, the staff are very mindful to let you enjoy your space and experience. The views are stunning, we had a peacock on the terrace every morning! Food at the property was delicious, definitely a worthwhile escape in the jungle for some downtime!

Haritha is gorgeous, we fell in love with the beautiful, green and quiet surroundings. I loved the boutique hotel style with the exceptional customised service. Out butler Tharanga was so kind and helpful, he made our experience truly exceptional. The food was delicious, every single dish was amazing. And the mansion was very comfortable (the bed in particular!)

We really enjoyed our brief but very worth stay in the Haritha Villas & Spa. Villas are really beautiful, the staff was extremely kind to us, Charith in particular was a real angel. And if I may suggest to ask for Sam for a massage, one hour with her makes you breathe better. Also, yoga class in the morning was a perfect way to start the day!

Haritha villa and spa is an extraordinary hotel. I spent 3 nights there with my wife and two children aged 13 and 11. It is set in beautiful green surroundings just 5-10 minutes from the coast. There are only 9 quite secluded villas. We stayed in the second largest one with private pool. We had half board. The food was absolutely amazing! A la carte menu with great choice and fresh sea food. There is a spa on site which look fantastic. We used the small gym there. The staff are very friendly. The quality of the accommodation and food was very high and stood out for Sri Lanka. We had spent a few nights in Weligama bay before here and the peace and tranquility of Haritha villas was perfect after the busy more colourful time in Weligama. We went whale watching on our final morning and even though it is supposedly not the season for it we saw 6-7 whales which was great. Would recommend using the private boat the hotel organises rather than the bigger busier boats. Overall it is a wonderful resort worth every penny.

Breakfast was out of this world. The service was exceptional with the butler service. Room are stunning.

Very good choice place for relax. The room and the view are charming. The services with our buttler (Dilshan) were very high. The swim pool is private, which is a big bounce for this place. Hope to come back soon.

The entire experience was amazing. Everything was so well curated, from the entry drinks to the welcome foot cleansing rituals to the entire facility on its own. This was one of the best experiences we have had while travelling! The service was immaculate, the personalised butler assigned to us namely Nalinka was an absolute sweetheart and made our stay 10x more comfortable and elevated the overall experience. He made sure we felt at home and ensured we were most comfortable during our entire stay! If you do end up going do make sure Nalinka is your server/butler for the stay you won’t regret it!

This place was a dream! No reception, no check-in, everything is set up to make you feel in paradise as soon as you arrive. He was so professional, helpful, friendly, polite and attentive to our needs. The food.. just incredible! The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. We had monkeys just in front of our bedroom. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and the SPA and will come back for sure!

The property is absolutely lavish and luxurious, good for someone who wants to relax. We could see birds all around chirping, making us pause and take it all in. The villas were absolutely spacious.

Haritha Villas & Spa gave us one of our best holiday experiences ever. It is a top-notch boutique Hotel Resort for a private, tranquil, peaceful & immersive break. All the villas are well stocked up with the best amenities as good as new. While far away from the beach, they have free TukTuk to the beach and private beach beds in collaboration with another 5-Star hotel on the beach. The hotel staff were polite, attentive, respected privacy and also gave you personalized service. Tharanga (Our caretaker) and Alex, the GM of the hotel, made us feel comfortable and welcome.

The service and scenery was excellent

the place was amazing, literally one of the places I’ve ever been, the nature is wonderful and it so peaceful. perfect for honeymoon moon or family getaway. also I highly recommend the place for hijabi women because the villa is 100% private. the service is beyond fantastic, our butler “Kinsly” was just a whatsapp message away to service us! he recommended the best food and the activities in the area, he was very friendly and helpful. the food is so good and the chef was so creative to adjust everybody’s taste. the spa was an amazing experience from the beginning till the end. they do pampers you to feel good and refresh.

this trip was a trip to remember in our whole life. from where should I start? from the breathtaking view? the amazing food? the natural atmosphere? the feeling that you live alone in the jungles? it was a 100/100 trip and of course I’ll go back soon there. staff was really friendship, gentle and professional starting from the warm welcoming and check in facilitating by the general manager Mr. Axel Knoeri also our battler Mr. JC was helpful and nice. I will not forget also the chef Niranga who cooked for us the best food ever but also a special request foods. I stayed like 5 days but I feel it was like 5 hours since I really enjoyed it. thanks you guys all and see you soon

all was perfect

The location was stunning, the food was great, the staff were super accommodating.

The air-conditioning units weren't great. We got hot in the evening and couldn't work out in the gym.

Haritha was simply the bombdiggity! It's gorgeous, the food is delicious, our villa was off the hook, all the staff are amazing, especially our 'butler' Roshan, a true gentleman, a lovely companion on our adventures and now a dear friend. It was peaceful, personal and perfect. 11 out of 10! An amazing trippy! Went away feeling totally refreshed and relaxed. Thank you we will be back :)

Menu pricy

Hotel facilities were phenomenal. Room was extremely comfortable and well maintained. The main pool and restaurant are beautifully located in the middle of the jungle. Food was fantastic. Highlight of the stay was the true butler service. Our Butler - Lochana was attentive, detail oriented and kind. He made our stay extremely memorable.
