Radisson Blu Ankara

The hotel was very well situated four our visit, that was mainly visiting the museums of Ankara and learning about its history. 20 min walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and polite, breakfast, bar and restaurant up to expectations. Room size good.

Connecting to the internet took some time........

Lage ist Top, direkt am Gençlik Park, die Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke (metro) , wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Anıtkabir und Balkon. Parkplätze hat es kostenlos direkt am Hotel.

Das Bad hat paar Schwachstellen wie zb. Klopapierhalter lose.wasserhan nicht mehr der Hübscheste und leider keine Wasseraufbereitungsanlage, sehr Chlorhaltiges Wasser.

Konum

Das Hotel ist so gelegen, daß man die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in je einer halben Stunde fußläufig erreichen kann, gute Orientierung vorausgesetzt. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowieso. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein hauseigener Parkplatz, nicht klein aber manchmal doch voll belegt. Zu empfehlen sind die Superior Zimmer, wenn man auf den Balkon wert legt, schon weil man die Tür öffnen kann, obwohl dann der Verkehr recht laut ist. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand aber dennoch (oder gerade deshalb) voll funktionstüchtig. Alles ist sauber, und alle sind freundlich. Das WLAN ist an sich schnell, verbindet sich aber manchmal nicht ins Internet. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch gut.

Der Spender mit Body Lotion war und blieb leer. Neben den Betten würde man heute Steckdpsen anbringen.

Het hotel is erg centraal gelegen in Ankara. Het bevindt zich letterlijk naast het Ulus metro station. Het hotel heeft een mooi uitzicht. Personeel reageert snel op verzoekjes.

Ik had niet het gevoel in een vier-sterren Radisson hotel te verblijven. Het gebouw is oud. De lobby is klein en liet ons lang wachten met inchecken. De kamers zijn niet mooi of luxe, zie foto’s hieronder. Bij binnenkomst deed een hoeklamp het niet, had de bed lamp op een los schroefje, deed de weegschaal het niet. Het verf van de muur en kast heeft lelijke vormen aangenomen en is alles behalve mooi, zie foto’s hieronder.

Chambre familiale spacieuse avec une très belle vue sur la ville. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très sympa.

The entire hotel was perfect for our family. We had the Junior Suite and with 2 preteens having that 2nd tv space was great to give them space and for us to watch what ever we wanted also.

Otel merkezi yerde ve çalışan personeller profesyoneldi. Otel temizdi ve rahattı. Ankara’ya tekrar gittiğimde kesinlikle burada kalacağım.

Bulunduğum odada wc-banyo dardı ama bu çok önemli değil.

Das Ausstattung war sehr alt das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein. Die Dusche war defekt. Vor allem das Garnitur von der Dusche alles war als zeitgemäß war fast nichts. Es hat einen Balkon doch leider ohne Stühletische ein komplett leeres Balkon. Für mich war das einfach ein Logo. Ich würde nicht mal einen Cent für das Hotel zahlen. Auch wenn Sie mir 100 € zahlen würden, würde ich da nicht mehr übernachten wollen.

The staffs were super friendly and very helpful. My room was upgraded with many thanks to the hotel. Very clean amenities, facities, and well maintained room. The day and night views from the balcony was superb.

The cost of food and beverages are seriously over priced. There was noises from the passing traffic all throughout the night, including some noises from the next or nearby rooms.

Местоположение рядом с метро. Отель чистый, персонал дружелюбный.

Экономят на зубных щетках их нет, ложек для обуви тоже нет. Телевизор в номере стоит слева от кровати, а напротив кровати висит картина, что странно, не продуманно немного (не критично). Утром постели заправили, но грязную посуду не забрали.

В день отъезда попросили воду чтобы выпить лекарство, сказали дневная норма выдана и не могут дать дополнительно.

Het was ouder dan verwacht, maar gelukkig ruim.

De faciliteiten waren oud. De kranen deden raar/te hard, water/wc spoelde niet goed door. De kamer’s hadden een wat muffe geur.

Easy to find, and easy to park. Very friendly staff. The rom was well above expectation (Upgrade). Location is convenient right on the Metro and the old parlements. Other main attractions are a quick Uber ride away.

Neighbourhood has few eating out options after 20:00 Furniture is a bit outdated, giving it a bit of a stale feeling.

The hotel is centrally located, which is a great advantage in a big city like Ankara. It is within walking distance of historical sites and museums. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel. In addition, parking is available for those traveling by car. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. Sound insulation is good, and the beds are large and comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped with everything a guest might need, including small amenities kits. The staff are friendly and respectful. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with historical museums and attractions within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay.

It was my first time in Ankara and I didn’t know the hotels in the city, so based on the reviews I chose Radisson Blu and initially booked only one night to make sure everything would be comfortable for my family. Comfort and cleanliness are very important for me. After our first night, I felt confident and extended our stay for two more nights because we really liked everything. The location is great, the hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Also, many historical museums and attractions are within walking distance, which made the stay even better.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was very good! One of the best we had in Türkiye.

I booked the place because Is one of the few hotels with gyms around. But the gym was very deficient. Most machines didn’t work. It was good enough to do a little but not what I needed.

Frühstück und Reception waren gut. Gratis Wasser und Kaffee wird geschätzt.

Die Balkontüre zum Balkon ist undicht. Oben schliesst das Fenster nicht, so dass der grosse Strassenlärm im Zimmer gut hörbar ist. Zimmer 604.

Overall, the hotel has a good location and decent service, but the additional fees, aging facilities, and weak gym experience make it feel below the level expected from a Radisson Blu brand. . The main issue was that many services came with extra charges, which was not clearly communicated at first and made the experience feel less welcoming. However, I must mention that the staff were generally helpful and polite, and we were given a room upgrade, which was appreciated and improved part of the stay.

The gym was below expectations, with outdated and limited equipment that did not match the hotel’s standard or the photos shown online. The bathroom also felt old and not well maintained, which affected the overall comfort of the room.

The location was quite convenient. Everything was good in general, with some exceptions.

There was a hint of tobacco smell in the hallway. Some things could use a bit of maintenance, like the shower door, which was leaking. Breakfast was good, but considering the standards of the hotel, it could have had a few more options.

Отель устаревший, требует ремонта. Не очень чисто. В номере устаревшая мебель, Светильники около кровати грязные , вот вот отвалятся, торшер с дырками в абажуре. воздух в номере прокуренный, в ванной комнате отваливается плитка, сантехника старая.

Nice clean big room. Big bathroom with a nice tub. Great lighting. Excellent location.

The "king size" bed was 2 twin beds pushed together. So the middle is a lumpy valley. But the sides madup of the twin beds are fine. The air conditioner doesn't work. It just got hotter and hotter from 26 to 28 even though I set it for 20 repeatedly. No mini frig. Only a mini bar.
