翌日、YHTでイスタンブールへ移動するためこのホテルを選びました。駅直結で非常に便利でした。

Wi-Fiが時々途切れて、その都度パスワードを入れないといけなかった。

Ottimo businness hotel per posizione praticamente dentro la stazione. Tutto comodo, compreso i parcheggi noleggil auto.

Personale parla pochissimo inglese Colazione modesta.

La posizione sicuramente eccezionale. Camere silenziose e ampie

Asciugamani e lenzuola che odoravano di fumo. Colazione scarsa visto il livello dell'hotel Quasi nessuno parlava inglese Poche prese nelle camere

The location, design and ambience

The air conditioning did not work making the whole room hot. When I called the front today they said they would send someone and nobody came. My standard room was facing the shopping mall and there was light in the room all night. The staff did not move me without asking for additional payment. The hotel was not full and could have placed me in a better room but they did not.

Beliggenhed var super god, morgen var rigtigt godt, alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse

Il resort termale è molto accogliente e piacevole. Gestito con esperienza e con un servizio di qualità. Ottime le camere, molto valida la zona spa (maschile), i massaggi e soprattutto la piscina e i giardini esterni.

お部屋も広く、設備も大変良かったです。高級なホテルの雰囲気を堪能させて頂きました。 アンカラ駅の上にあり、フードコートへ抜けられるのも良かったです。お水も毎日保持してくれ、アメニティもコンディショナーもあり、嬉しかったです。

唯一残念なのが、Wi-Fiの接続が良く無かったです。

Das Hotel liegt liegt sozusagen im Bahnhof, welcher auch eine Shopping Mail beherbergt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet mit gratis Kaffe, Tee und Wasser. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gemacht.

Assolutamente la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, la posizione comoda per chi vuole visitare la città senza dover utilizzare alcun tipo di mezzo per gli spostamenti anche se proprio di fronte all'hotel si trova una fermata della metropolitana. Pulito, tranquillo, moderno e ben gestito.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, justo al lado de un Centro Comercial donde se encuentra la estación del tren.

Το προσωπικό ήταν απαράδεκτο εκτός ότι κανείς δεν μιλούσε Αγγλικά ήταν όλοι τους αγενείς και σεξιστές

The location right next to the station was perfect as I was staying one night between trains from Istanbul and on to Kars. The room was huge, food and drink reasonably priced and staff very friendly. It was also easy to get to the Anıtkabir monument and the CER art gallery from there.

It was a bit weird having a room that looked into a mall, but it wasn't a problem and I would stay again.

Attached to the rail station , shopping mall and food court. Helpful staff. Good breakfast

Hotel bello, moderno, pulito e accogliente. Il personale è stato gentile anche se parla poco inglese. La posizione è comodissima, proprio accanto alla stazione. La mia stanza era grande e con letto molto comodo e, nonostante affacciasse su una strada trafficata, era silenziosa. Ho cenato anche al ristorante della struttura e il cheeseburger era buono e con prezzi onesti. Colazione buona e abbastanza varia, soprattutto sul salato ma con anche qualche opzione dolce, servita in una sala elegante.

The location was perfect for us. We arrived by rented car and left Ankara by train. The railway station itself is new and shiny. We had a stylish spacious room with a view. Two comfortable chairs. Welcoming personel. Great breakfast

Some small items needed repairing ( loose constructions in the bathroom, the floor in the room was a bit worn out). But these are minor details

Temizlik kalite konfor herşey çok iyiydi ama personel resmen saygısız ve geri kafalıydı.

Resepsiyonist rezervasyonumda değişiklik yapmak istediğimde (1 kişi yerine 2 kişi) Bana ewlimisiniz evlilik cüzdanınız varmı? Biz Otel olarak bir kadınla bir erkeğin aynı odada kalmasına izin vermiyoruz gibi aptal saptal cümleler kurdu. Böyle insanların böyle tesislerde çalışmaması gerekiyor.

Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable, spotless and spacious room. Exceeded our expectations.

Room could feel a little stuffy even with air conditioning.

Odalar çok temiz, komforlu. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüz.

Aracınızı her açık otoparktan çıkarırken resepsiyona plakanızı bildirmeniz gerekiyor. Ayrıca AVM ile ortak kapalı otoparkda, aracınızı şarj ederken otopark ücreti ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Angenehme, zuückhaltende Freundlichkeit.

Location, clean modern rooms.

Čudovit hotel z odlično lokacijo

Osebje je zelo slabo govorilo angleški jezik. Težko smo se sporazumevali.

Conveniently attached to train station

Breakfast was just ok; the hotel is attached to a mall/train station so that could be a deal breaker for some (room is still soundproofed and has black-out curtains)

Locatie was wel prima

Het personeel is erg onervaren, vooral de receptioniste; ze lijken met tegenzin te werken. Dit zal mijn eerste en laatste bezoek zijn.

De badkamer was supergroot. De locatie was handig, met meerdere koffietentjes om de hoek, via het restaurant kom je op de foodcourt van het winkelcentrum. Je zit op het treinstation (geen verbinding met het vliegveld, da's jammer) en metrostations. Veel taxi's voor de deur. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Er hingen veel voedselgeurtjes in de gangen. Er was veel keus voor ontbijt, maar weinig wat ik wilde eten. Dan is het ontbijt vrij duur. Vooral met alle andere tentjes om de hoek.

Otel güzel rahat temiz ve odaları büyük ferah ancak odalar AVM'nin içine baktığından dolayı havalandırma imkanı çok zayıf ve rahat açılabilir bir pencere pencere yok dolayısıyla ağır bir koku hakim.

Gece yarısı yola çıkıp otelde düzenlenen bir etkinlik için sabah otele vardım. Odam hazır değildi bu çok normal bir durum ama üzerimi değişip takım elbisemi giymem gerekiyordu. Resepsiyondan bana uygun bir yer göstermelerini rica ettim bana tuvaleti gösterdi:( Koskoca otelde sadece üzerimi değiştirebileceğim tuvaletten daha hijyenik bir yer olabileceğini düşünüyorum. Özellikle resepsiyon ve şef kademelerindeki Personellerin genel anlamda tavır ve davranışları müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı değildi. Davranışları üstten bakan şekilde idi Mutsuz çalıştıklarını düşünüyorum. Aynı şeyi restoran hizmet personelleri için söyleyemem orada hizmet ve güler yüz daha iyi di ama şefler de genelde aynı tutum söz konusu idi.

Camların avmye açılıyor olması dezavantajdı

The internet is bad , I've extended my stay at the same hotel more than 4 times through Booking.com, and each time the price was different with significant discrepancies

Receptioner jobbade som dem var statligt anställda behöver gå på nån skola och nån borde utbilda dem med gästgiveri tröga och syra och trötta var dem

Otel son derece nezih ve fevkalâde temiz olup şehrin tam merkezinde kâindir. Tren garına bitişik mevkide bulunması, seyr ü seferi son derece kolay kılmaktadır. Demiryolu vasıtasıyla memleketin hemen her tarafına azimet mümkündür: İstanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bilecik, Eskişehir, Balıkesir, İzmir, Yozgat, Kırıkkale, Kayseri, Sivas, Erzurum, Erzincan, Kars, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Malatya, Batman, Muş, Tatvan ve Kurtalan.
