Tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado de mi habitación, pero el personal del hotel de inmediato lo solucionó. Me quedé más qué satisfecha con la atencion.

There is another restaurant on the roof that looked nice but it was either closed or booked by a group every time we tried to go there. Our room had a balcony over a pedestrian shopping street that was very pleasant and very quiet except for one night. On Sunday night where there was an extremely loud grunge rock band playing on that street. Luckily they stopped playing just after 10 pm or we never would have gotten to sleep at all.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The appointments of the room were very nice and well-maintained. Room was big. I use a wheelchair, so the elevator was necessary. Bathroom toiletries were good, the bedding high quality. I’ve stayed at Hotel Concierge Colima Plaza many times.
I have limited mobility and use a wheelchair. To get from the hotel to the plaza, I have to go through the restaurant and down their 90 degree steep ramp because direct ramp access to the lobby is now blocked by a vendor. With the elevator, wide hallways and doorways, room access is easy. The bathroom is another matter, because they all are a step up. A security bar would be helpful. The hotel did furnish a shower chair on request, but there was only one small security bar in the very slippery shower.

No me gusto mucho el tamaño de la habitación y el baño un poco pequeño, la puerta no cerraba muy bien y es de cristal, se ve la silueta y la regadera tiene solo cortina y se moja el piso del baño

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Concierge Colima es un hotel hecho a partir de una casona del siglo XIX, muy bonito y con un estilo muy agradable, bien cuidado y limpio. Tiene todas las comodidades y está en una zona inmejorable para conocer la ciudad. Tiene estacionamiento y zonas de descanso muy bonitas. Muy recomendable!
Las amenidades de baño (jabón) podrían ser mejores.
