Ingen frokost, og heller ingen mulighet til å kjøpe frokost. Bakeriet hadde ingen glutenfrie alternativer. Ingen resepsjonist, kun en ikke norsktalende bakeri arbeider. Kommer ikke tilbake som gjest hos dere!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The location was great, there is a restaurant and a caffee in the hotel which is very convenient. Also, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were an awesome addition.
The bed was not entirely comfortable and there was quite some noise from the road. The curtains/blackouts don’t really do a lot in terms of avoiding the sun. The main facilities (entrance, cafe, restaurant, pools, etc) are great but the hallways and the bedrooms are quite outdated.

Absence totale de personnel. Tout se fait a travers un écran. Pas de petit dej. Du bruit toute la nuit : musique, cris… et comme il n’y a pas de personnel, chacun peut faire le bordel qu’il veut!!!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Super lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, w hotelu znajduje się restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem, piekarnia ze świeżym pieczywem i drożdżówkami i do tego można zakupić kawę ze Starbucks. W cenie pokoju jest basen z jakuzzi i sauna. Nie rozumiem dlaczego ten hotel jest tak nisko oceniony na Booking.
Jak miałbym szukać czegoś na siłę to jedyna rzeczą którą bym dodał to mała półka w kabinie prysznicowej.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Schönes "Skihotel" in einem kleinen Örtchen. Ein paar E-Ladesäulen waren vorhanden. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Unten an der Rezeption gibt es einen Bäcker mit leckeren Sachen.
Sehr kleines Zimmer. Kaum eine Möglichkeit die Koffer abzulegen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder gar mit Skikleidung etc. wäre das nicht ausreichend gewesen.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Super scandi style in design and process. Self-check in is super efficient: name, surname, keys on the pad, done. Rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking and convinent location for supermarket and restaurants (walking distance). Sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were a nice surprise, all impeccably clean.
Not many surfaces to put luggage and clothes. EV chargers are listed in the facilities, but none of them were working (which is fine because there are several DC chargers nearby). Bathtub/shower even has a glass wall, but the floor ends up flooded nonetheless. Norway doesn't seem to are about floor matt for the bathroom, so we ended up using one of the hand towels.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026La posizione, raggiungibile facilmente dalla stazione e vicina ai negozi. La camera è un po' datata, forse non pulitissima ( i pavimenti ), ma lenzuola, asciugamani e bagno erano perfetti. Ho chiesto un bollitore in camera e l'ho trovato all'arrivo. La piscina è bellissima! È aperta fino a tardi, quindi abbiamo potuto approfittarne. Al piano terra c'è una Bakery molto buona, e spazi comodi in cui fare colazione. La terrazza è enorme ed essendo una giornata perfettamente limpida e assolata si stava una meraviglia.
La sera avremmo voluto rilassarci nell'area al piano terra per fare il programma del giorno dopo, ma nell'ora di cena diventa ristorante pizzeria, non c'erano posti in cui sedersi insieme senza ordinare qualcosa ( o comunque questa è stata la nostra impressione). In compenso la mattina abbiamo avuto a disposizione l'enorme terrazza al sole con tavolini e poltrone di legno, oltre agli spazi interni.

Resulta impersonal el checkin sin nadie pero es algo que hemos visto habitual en Noruega. La instalación de la bañera no era muy buena y se salía todo el agua.

De badkamer die stonk. Het was niet echt een douche maar een opgezette douche cabine. En er stond een afgedekte wasmachine. De foto's kwamen zeker niet overeen met hoe de kamer in het echt was. Na een bericht naar het hotel gestuurd te hebben kregen we als reactie dat dit niet zo was. We vonden dat dit een erg makkelijke reactie was op onze 'klacht'.

La stanza era polverosa e rispetto alle foto del sito, vecchia e mal tenuta. La testiera del letto era sporca / macchiata. Sul balcone c’era immondizia. Abbiamo fatto presente allo staff la situazione, ci hanno risposto che se i letti erano stati rifatti, la pulizia della stanza era stata fatta.

les lits doubles sont deux llits simples qui s'écartent.

Utrolig skuffende rom. Highland har har lodge følelse til seg med storslått inngang, fin resepsjon med kafè og hyggelig restaurat. Men rommet sto på ingen måte i stil med dette. Svært basic, dårlig veldikeholdt, maling som flaket av veggene, bittelite tv, stort rom men ingen møbler annet enn seng og en liten pult der TV sto. Ikke spesielt billig heller. Laaang kø til å få seg kaffe i kafeen. Jeg prøvde tre ganger og gav opp, gikk heller på kafè Mocca i sentrum. Jeg hadde gledet meg og ble skikkelig skuffet! Jeg skulle heldigvis bare bli èn natt på gjennomreise.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Location easy to reach, parking space within a few steps. Nice balcony in the room. Room bit outdated but comfortable.
No proper reception, you need to self check in and out. It's easy and comfortable but I prefer the human touch of traditional hospitality. In my room the bathroom was pretty small with the toilet right next to the sink: a bigger person would not be able to sit.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Clean modern high-tech setting in a good location, easy parking and lovely pool and Jacuzzi/sauna area.
Found the lack of reception desk and self check-in process efficient but extremely impersonal, and as a result one of our key cards was not correctly activated. Really didn’t like the pay-as-you go bakery breakfast with only one person on duty, which meant we all had to queue - one of the best things about staying in a nice hotel is the buffet breakfast! The bizarre layout of our room meant that everything felt cramped, and the bathroom was practically unusable it was so small, and we are not big people!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Gikk veldig greit med selvinnsjekk/utsjekk. Bakeriet hadde mye godt og kaffe fra Starbucks er aldri feil. Veldig rent og ryddig alle plasser, gode senger. Kommer gjerne tilbake.
Liker bedre å møte mennesker i en resepsjon. Savnet opplevelsen av hotellfrokost.
