Residence Panoramic

Posizione molto comoda, personale cortese e disponibile. Appartamento spazioso.

The location

You expect from hotel that located close to the beach to provide you with a beach towel (I think this is the minimum)

Very good location close to the beach so quiet. The sun set late so we could sit out til after dusk. Kitchen and bedroom were spacious. The cafe/delicatessen below the hotel was the best thing, for breakfast- coffee and pasticcioto.

A number of small, annoying things: bathroom way too small, especially the shower- hopeless; changing the towels daily was good but our rubbish built up to overflowing; no obvious cleaning done; tiny communal lounge area; not having Euro coins for the washing machines; their taxi guy was €150 to take us to Salerno. For the price, probably better value elsewhere.

Spacious, modern, clean apartments perfect for my parents, husband, and baby. We got a crib that was great and each couple had their own full bathroom. Freezer fridge AC and laundry were all really nice to have.

Only that I didn't get to spend any time lounging on the balcony because it was so hot and our schedule was too full.

The room was spotless, spatious and very comfortable. The location was excellent and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Leaving.

Appartamento e balcone spazioso, in cucina non mancava niente.

Everything was perfect

Tutto ottimo

This hotel is excellent. This is our second year in a row staying here, and we have nothing but the best impressions. The beach is very close, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the towels are changed daily. Coffee capsules and croissants in the kitchen are also replenished regularly, while the bed linen is changed every three days. Everything is beautifully maintained and smells lovely. Well done to the entire team!

Honestly, the room shown on Booking is smaller than it actually appears in the listing — it definitely isn’t 35 m². The photos are a bit misleading, and the apartment we were given was definitely not suitable for four people. I complained, but unfortunately, nothing was done about it (a special shout-out to the guy who wasn’t willing to help us get a bigger room 😄). All in all, we didn’t let it ruin our vacation, and we still came away with many great memories and positive impressions of Maiori! :)

Perfect location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. Room was clean, had everything we needed.

N/A

Struttura eccellente, con tutti i confort possibili, posizione strategica e staff cortese e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi necessità; davvero molto bravi.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento dislocato dalla struttura principale, letteralmente a 10 passi dall’ingresso principale!! Era tutto perfetto, arredamento nuovo, vicinissimo al mare. Terrazza panoramica stupenda.

Tutto perfetto, accoglienza ottima

Minunat! M as întoarce oricând! 10*

Location and the view was perfect.

Wifi was not working properly maybe because we stayed at 6th floor.

Excellent location across from the beach and a 5 min walk to ferry. Great launching point for ferrying to other towns. Good air conditioning, good water pressure, beautiful rooftop, but there’s no bar or anything up there. Maybe there was at one time. It would be cool if there was one up there. It’s well situated for it. I guess BYOB. Kitchenette was great for our needs. Elevator is very small, but grateful there is one! I recommend this hotel for the location alone. Staff was also very kind. 10/10

Nothing. It’s a great spot to stay.

Priveliște minunată. Camera excelentă, personalul foarte drăguț. Curățenie maximă.

Very nice and clean property, close to the center and the beach. Amazing terrace views

Great location and view of ocean.

Magnifique vue depuis notre appartement.

Every was clean and tidy, the rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. The staff are very helpful and the service is good. The view is unreal and the place feels very welcoming.

Habitaciones limpias. Personal amable.

Las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas.

Excellent location. Restaurants near the apartment. Close to everything and you can take the ferry to all the Amalfi coast. The beach was very close; a short block away and across the street.

The property is not solely occupied by Residence Panoramic, other full-time residents also reside on the premises. The building's age necessitates certain repairs. In my opinion, the elevator requires immediate replacement.

The location was great! Room was super comfy and was great to stay for a while. Amazing views!

In the kitchen, the dishes were not properly washed and were a dirty when we got there. The shower was super small, however, I am aware that’s standard.

Location and staff fantastic. Rooms are dated but clean. Rooftop terrace is great! Awesome views over the main beach if it had umbrellas it would be perfect.

There is a small bathroom in reception that constantly had the door open and smelt when stepping out of elevator Kitchen was serviceable although missing some essential items to cook with - tongs or spatula. We thought we had booked an ocean view but ended up looking over the Air conditioners. So beware when booking as pictures are a little misleading - read the descriptions

Posizione strategica con parcheggio all'interno.

The rooftop is gorgeous, dominates the whole surrounding

Nothing to add

a beautiful apartment with all the necessary amenities. fully meets the highest standards. comfortable, spacious, extremely clean. just 1 minute from the beach. simply perfect!

I love this place. Everything is upto mark.

Everything is fantastic.

Perfect location for beach, views and restaurants

Bit basic in the accommodation and did not have a tv in the bedroom. Also shower was very small

It was in a great location. Close to the beach and ferries . It was a short walk to restaurants and bars.

I booked for 4 people and one was in a fold out single bed in the kitchen. I thought given it is a hotel that they might have rooms to accommodate 4 people.

Location and apartment with side view to the sea

Nothing that I can think of.

Czystość i lokalizacja

Gorgeous place and access.

We loved our stay here! It was very reasonably priced for the Amalfi coast. Apartments are located in 2 minutes from coastline. The balcony offers a stunnig view of the mountains. The apartment itself was very clean and well prepared for 4 people. There were a coffee machine, capsules, and bathroom amenities. I recommend this apartment for everyone!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Beach was very close

Location was very good

Shower area was so small even u can not stand and take bath also in shower area no soap dispenser also no shelf for keeping any of the stuff.
