Very good location. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Got a renovated room and it was excellent. The only thing I would suggest would be a full length mirror somewhere in the room. Everything else was exceptional.

The cost of the beach should be included with the hotel stay but that was a minor inconvenience.

We loved the location, the beautiful sea views, the rooftop terrace and how close the hotel is to the beach, ferry port, restaurants and shops. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, welcoming, polite and accommodating, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the food at dinner was fantastic, and the whole hotel had such a welcoming atmosphere. There was everything we needed within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast.

There honestly wasn’t much we disliked. The pool area is quite small, but this is understandable given the size and location of the hotel, and having the beach directly downstairs more than makes up for it. The standard room also has a fairly ordinary view, so I would recommend upgrading to a sea-view balcony room if you want to make the most of the stunning scenery.

Ottima la posizione di fronte al mare, nonché la qualità della struttura, l'eccellente e variegata colazione al quinto piano su un terrazzo panoramico da cui godere la vista della splendida Costiera. Lo staff molto gentile ed efficiente, ricordo in particolare Giovanni alla reception, molto preparato, bravo ed efficace nel problem solving e nel fornire informazioni e indicazioni utili. Last but not least, dall'Hotel Panorama è possibile percorrere a piedi le strade e le piazzette di Maiori senza pensieri, la macchina è custodita nel parcheggio. Per me e mio Marito è stata una tappa del nostro viaggio di ritorno dalla Sicilia e certamente una tappa molto gradevole e piacevole che ripeteremo in futuro.

Very good location for visiting Amalfi, Positano and other places along the coast, while still being in a quieter and more peaceful area. It’s very easy to explore nearby towns by boat. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although perhaps a little dated in places, but still well maintained. Breakfast was good. The pool is quite shallow, but with the sea just across the road, we hardly used it anyway. The sunbeds and umbrellas available through the hotel were a bit overpriced, but there are also free public beach areas nearby.

The air conditioning unit was right next to the bed, but luckily it could be set to a quieter mode.

Indican que poseen parking propio pero el parking es tercerizado y ubicado a 500 m, hay que dejar las llaves y se llena de tierra el auto. De dos ascensores, la mitad de la estadía anduvo uno solo, el que andaba la puerta se cerraba luego que salía la primera persona. La pileta es un poco pequeña, diría que para chicos. Estas cosas no califican bien siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas

No customer service especially on arrival when checking in and checking out. No one helping with bags when doing both.

La posizione dell hotel e la terrazza/ristorante. Alla hall il personale tutto gentile e pronto all'ascolto. Disponibilità di posare valige anche senza il check in e così al check out . Se posso ci ritornerò. Infine la camera si apre ancora con la chiave..... Esistono schede ......

Non ha un servizio navetta. Il garage è esterno quindi con bagagli valige e camice abbiamo percorso una strada laterale . Servirebbe servizio bagagli. Nessuno ti aiuta eppure le persone al garage erano presenti. Sia all arrivo che alla partenza. Cmq se posso ci ritornerò

L’hotel è vicinissimo a tutti i servizi, fronte mare, puoi muoverti a piedi per qualunque cosa senza bisogno di prendere la macchina. La camera pulitissima ogni giorno. Il personale poi ci ha coccolato ogni giorno, dalla colazione alla cena, tutti indistintamente senza escludere nessuno. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente

L'hotel andrebbe rinnovato ,solo alcune camere sono nuove ,non guardate le foto perchè le camere sono vecchie soprattutto i bagni con mattonelle scheggiate , scarico rumoroso e antico doccia minuscola neanche una mensola per poggiare bagnoschiuma e shampoo, asciugacapelli degli anni 70 . E' davvero una cosa pazzesca pagare queste cifre e non avere neanche una pulizia decente. Vergognoso davvero.

Расположение и персонал !!! Реально пытались помочь, ну или хотя бы делали вид что стараются помочь. Расположение отеля удачное, прямо перед пляжем.

Пришлось доплатить и поменять номер потому что, номер в который заселили был грязным. Но тот номер, что взяли за доплату тоже был очень старым. В первый же день нашу комнату затопило. Брать надо комнаты на первом этаже, они по свежее и удобнее.

Hotellets läge i Maiori. Jättefin utsikt från rummet och balkongen. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Särskilt städ- och serveringspersonal.

Det fanns ett renoverings behov på flera håll. Både i rum och badrum. En av två hissar var ur funktion under en större del av vår vistelse.

Același mic dejun în fiecare zi și foarte puține feluri de mâncare. Camerele sunt foarte vechi și trebuie renovate. Păturile scârțâie la fiecare mișcare. Liftul de cele mai multe ori nu a funcționat. Personalul foarte morocănos, aproape deloc amabil. Parcarea e foarte mică și de câteva ori a trebuit să îmi ridic mașina de la 200 metri de hotel.

AMEI Maiori! Com crianças é a melhor da Costa Amalfitana! Fui em todas as praias, lá é limpo, bonito, bom de banhar e o hotel tem faixa de praia exclusiva! Claro que não fala que precisa pagar 30 euros para passar o dia lá! Mas vale a pena! Hotel reformado, os quartos estavam novíssimos, bonitos, limpos, grandes! A vista e café da manhã foram insuperáveis!!! Ficamos em 13 hotéis na viagem, este foi o melhor custo-benefício! Adoramos

A comunicação ficou um pouco a desejar, o recepcionista não entendia muito meu inglês, mas era esforçado, nada que desabone o hotel.

Having returned from the beach my wife was taking a shower when the maintenance man unlocks our door with a key & walks in totally unannounced ! I hear my wife shout as she sees a stranger entering our room. When reported to management he was apparently there to fix the shutter however when I returned to the room it operated correctly ! Totally unacceptable behaviour from the staff & we are still waiting to hear from management to what they intend to do about this incident. Avoid this hotel as they also mislead you with the quality of the rooms too. Certainly not a 4* hotel - more like 2 at the most

The Superior Rooms are tatty dated & nothing like the photos they advertise them to be, don’t be fooled like us. On arrival our rooms were available but the high soon came crashing down. As the room door dragged across the floor tiles on opening it. Filthy stained desk/coffee machine area. The toilet over flow continuously running. Dated way back further than the photos selling this holiday, such a shame as the hotel is in the prime location & your paying for this, we left this feed back with the reception but feel quite let down. not 4 Star ! Food, drinks & pool area all on the roof terrace with the view are just perfect.

Reception was great. Younger employees at the front desk were certainly more helpful and more friendly to tourists. Older receptionists seemed only welcoming to locals.

Location and pool. It was clean and modern (at least in our updated room). Staff was super nice! Pasquale was great. Breakfast was fabulous on the rooftop and the pool was nice for a dip. They even had music on the rooftop one evening.

I didn’t like that you were charged to use the beach at least the chairs on the beach. I thought it was expensive and most of the chairs were empty, even though the hotel was expensive and should’ve been included as part of the fees. They also charged deposits for towels and an extra card key which I thought was a little excessive. The beds were super hard. The pillows were fine enough and it was loud from the street, which was annoying we asked and paid for a sea view and we were on the first floor so it wasn’t much of a view blocked by the trees and still got the noise of the street. Also you were not allowed to bring outside food to the pool which was a little crazy because the prices at the pool were very expensive and you already paid premium price to be there.

We stayed in the family room and although a little dated it had everything we needed and was perfect for us. The Seaview was superb.

The WiFi was sporadic, it wasnt great in our room.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the beach and hotel location. Everything is walking distance (from beach, shops, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies etc.) Breakfast at the top terrace is good and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Although the room is spacious, the hotel is old and the facilities (specially the bathroom) was very old. We expected more against the rate we paid for a 4 star hotel. Also, they charge 15 euros for a crib per night (we did not have to pay an additional fee for a crib in Rome for example) and the rates to access the hotel beach are also very high, specially on weekends

Our room was on first inspection a little tired but it made absolutely no difference to our stay and the positives completely outweighed any initial negatives. The maid came daily. The room was spacious, had everything we needed including a great view over the beach. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. It was fantastic for us and we thank the Panorama Hotel Maiori for making our week so enjoyable. Mairi os much nicer and more relaxed than Amalfi we think.

Room could use some updating. Hardware like the faucet could use changing. The elevator was alittle scary, it felt like a trap door was about the collapse when leaving. When we tried to use the shower on the beach, we were told we needed to pay 1 euro but when we reserved the spot, it says shower is included. That's not cool.

The location is excellent—close to the beach, good restaurants, and shops—and it is very near the port, so no extra taxi fare is required. The view from the very top, where the restaurant is located, is magnificent. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast along with the view.

The room's general condition and amenities need updating, as everything is old and worn out. The shower is very dated, and the flush button barely works. The mattresses also need replacing; they creak whenever you move, which interrupted my sleep every night.

Stayed on the fourth floor right below the rooftop and heard chairs moving around. So couldn’t sleep in or nap.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Panorama. It is perfectly located right in front of the sea. The service was outstanding, and the rooms were spotless. After visiting all the towns along the Amalfi Coast, we can confidently say that Maiori is the best place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, away from the crowds, while still being able to easily visit all the other towns on day trips. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. Upon arrival, they took the time to recommend several great local restaurants, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beach-view room. Waking up to that view each morning was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, and both the food and service were outstanding. The staff was attentive throughout the meal, making it a memorable dining experience. Checkout was quick and effortless, and the hotel even arranged a taxi for us back to Salerno so we could catch our train without any stress. This hotel offers an affordable price while delivering a truly high-end experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in this part of Italy. Great location for ferries, buses and beach. You can eat out, the food is OK and wine reasonable, however, the Panorama restaurant on the top floor was outstanding in terms of quality and choice. Yes the beach club is a little pricey but the space between beds is great and the service first class

The hotel l was perfect for my daughters and I. Small and simple hotel looking g over the ocean. Large clean rooms with balconies: The food and wine selection was some of the best we had in Italy. Service was excellent and friendly. Pool was perfect size, looking over the sea.

We stayed at the hotel for its location and we were not disappointed. A lovely, clean hotel. There was a slight mix up at check-in with the room we had booked was not allocated straight away. This was quickly resolved and we couldn't have been happier. We did have the usual noise from rooms above us, but again its expected. Staff could not be any more friendly or helpful, any question we had, they were able to resolve. We had a late flight and unfortunately were unable to keep the room any later than 12:30pm so after a very hot day we were only able to freshen up using the pool shower and wash room. It didn't spoil our experience and we will return

My partner and I stayed here last month. The staff were very friendly and efficient. A big thank you to Teresa in the bar who remembered our drinks and made wonderful cocktails. Always had time for a chat. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice. Great location near to bus stops and beach across the road. The rooms were spacious and clean. Air conditioning was excellent as it was very hot during our stay. The roof top pool was inviting after a day on the beach. Never had a problem getting a sun bed in the afternoon. Will definitely be returning.

AMAZING hotel for the price abd location! We had booked a Family Suite with two rooms and a balcony. The rooms were clean and spacious. The mattresses were super comfortable. The hotel staff was AMAZING, they were so nice and accommodating. We love the breakfast buffet on the bautiful rooftop terrace. We booked the beach through the hotel, which worked well. It was nice having the beach right accross the street. We had dinner one night, which was ok, not our best Italian dinner, but the convenience and the rooftop views made it worth it. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here, I do not understand why this hotel is not rated a 10/10. We are definitely going back!

The one thing that I would agree on with other reviews the walls are thin and it is noisy at night. Sound machines in the room would really help. We used our phones as sound machines and it really did not bother us too much.

I wish I could give more stars due to the amazing staff and of course the view. But that is just it. Our room was circa 1973. Our sliding glass door to our patio had a crack all the way thru. Bathroom dated and sink faucet corroded with hard water. Just a few updates and this room would have been great. They view was it. And that was all it had. It was very clean and again the staff were all amazing and the dinner we had was great. Make sure you ask for an updated room. Our's was original.

What a beautiful hotel in an excellent location, from the start the reception staff were welcoming, the room we had on the second floor was kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning staff, the terrace staff were brilliant always greet you with a smile and good day, Teresa was simply brilliant, the beach is so nice, the sun beds, unlike other beach clubs are so well spaced makes a day at the beach so much more civilised, rather than being crammed in like sardines, food on the terrace is excellent with breathtaking views of the coast, last but no means least the roof top pool, what a bonus simply fantastic, a BIG thank you to all at panorama, we will see you again.

First off the grief getting into the country with EU registration painful. Hotel a bit tired as has been mentioned before, we had a superior room it was basic not sure what made it superior and it was in need of an update/refurb, but it was clean, room servicing was ok at first then as the week went on got later and later until doing the room about 5.15pm Staff were very good and helpful, pictures of the hotel don't show the main road very well in front of hotel and sea front it was a busy road,

We stayed at the Hotel Panorama for a wedding in Maiori and it didn’t disappoint. We can’t say enough good things about how friendly and helpful the staff were - Giovanni offered multiple dinner reservations ideas, Teresa at the rooftop bar was phenomenal and took great care of us and our favorite was Federica at the front desk - every morning she would greet my husband with a “buongiorno Marco!” and patiently helped him work on his Italian each day. Their rooftop terrace has a great pool with plenty of chairs, a beautiful view of the city and a broad food and beverage selection. The breakfast that was included had all the Italian pastries you could want along with more traditional English and American options. We also appreciated that it was open until 10:30am unlike other places we stayed in Naples that ended much earlier. Their beach club area is conveniently located across the street and reasonably priced for 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. They are great at arranging a car service if you want to go somewhere like Ravello for the day or even a golf cart down to the port for those that may have trouble walking or are carrying luggage. The air conditioning worked like a charm which was huge given the sweltering temps while we were there and the blackout shade made it easy to sleep. The room balcony was spacious, the shower water pressure was awesome and they replenished the bottled water every day. My only complaint is the old school Italian hair dryer because I have a lot of hair and it took FOREVER to dry. A minor inconvenience for such a great hotel at a reasonable price. Beautiful location. Out room faced the back so we went to the roof top restaurant for incredible views. The rooms were very clean and up to date.

Paid alot for parking but that might just be the area
