Reviewed Nov 20, 2025מלון נחמד, עם לובי יפה ונעים, חדר אוכל ובר. קרוב לאזורים תיירותיים במרחק הליכה של כרבע שעה (לככר קטלוניה ולרמבלס). צוות אדיב מאוד, מקצועי ושרותי שעוזר בכל דבר. חדר מרווח מאוד, מקלחת ענקית ומיטה זוגית גדולה. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה ומגוונת. בסביבת המלון מסעדות (פיצריות) וחנויות (גם LIDL) בהן אכלנו ועשינו קניות קטנות.
החדרים והמקלחות דורשים שיפוץ. החלונות פונים לבניין השכן ולא ניתן להשאיר וילונות פתוחים. הזמנו חדר נגיש שהיה גדול ונוח, אך רחוק מהמעלית.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Siamo appena tornate da Barcellona e non potevamo scegliere un albergo migliore, a due passi dalle Ramblas! Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo sentite davvero super coccolate: lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La stanza era semplicemente perfetta: ampia, luminosa e curata nei dettagli, con una misura davvero top per tre amiche in viaggio. È stato il nostro piccolo rifugio dopo le giornate piene in città. La posizione è ideale per girare Barcellona a piedi, ma nonostante la vicinanza alle Ramblas l’hotel rimane tranquillo e accogliente. Consigliatissimo! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Gracias

Cama que se escuchaban los muelles al moverte, baño mal olor, pelos en el baño, y parte de abajo del lavabo, sin mueble, que se veían las tuberías. Lamentablemente un fiasco total de un hotel de 4 estrellas en barcelona.

Odamiz buyuktu ama 1 tane pencere vardi, ama odada cok kalmadigimiz icin sorun hissetmedik. Kahvaltisi gelistirilebilir ama biz yeterince yedik ve doyduk.

Only one side of the bed had electrical sockets. So I couldn't sleep while charging my phone.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Le personnel était agréable mais l'hôtel n’est clairement pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Seul point positif : le spa qui est appréciable même s’il n’y a pas suffisamment de casiers pour ranger ses affaires et 1 seule douche.
On entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre. La salle de bains est vétuste et on manque de se brûler quand on prend une douche dont le réglage de la température est un enfer. L’emplacement est agréable mais le prix est surestimé pour la prestation. C’est dommage !

Sound proofing in the room wasn’t good ( we could clearly hear conversations from next door in the first room) and the window wouldn’t close. However the staff immediately moved us to a room that was facing the swimming pool.

stanza un po vecchia, serve la pulizia profonda: polvere nei angoli, sulle lampade e altri posti dove non si pulisce in 10 min al giorno ultimo giorno è finito il pane bianco/pan carrè (durante le ore di colazione), era impossibile fare un toast per la mancanza del pane

The management could add 10 to 15 euros more and enhance the service, no slippers, napkins, or someone to help in the bags ,at the same time free water is only 2 small bottles for 3 nights !!!! Breakfast is so poor and it has to be improved allot knowing that the hotel is really heavily occupied
