Everything was amazing.Service, food, staff just a great place to stay.

In the room, lighting could be better,Only half the room had lighting in the bedroom..

Closeness to the airport and that there is a shuttle bus from the airport. I was also very impressed with the staff’s friendliness and effectiveness. Especially Sara and the other girl ( who’s name I didn’t catch) at the front desk who greeted me at arrival and helped me a lot during my stay. Smiles and friendliness all around.

Unfortunately the mattress in my bed was very hard and lumpy. Maybe I was unlucky.

Proximity to the airport was the only positive.

Facilities are old and clunky, the room looked dirty, staff was arrogant and unhelpful. Extremely noisy with no sound-proof windows. The bar was a clown show of noise. The restaurant opened only at 7:30pm.

VERY ANGRY that they advertise the provide transportation to, from the airport. This is NOT TRUE! my flight leaves at 7:30.am They ordered a taxi that ripped me off! They have a van that starts at 5:50 am BUT Many flightS leave early out of FCO i needed to leave at5:20 IN ORDER TO BE SAFE. The hotel is complicit in this transportation catastrophe! Further Diver demanded cash!! And then charged me 30 € for the 10 minute ride! This is outrageous! The van to the hotel was 6€ I hate this hotel for not doing what they said! They are liars

It's a rather worn out hotel with a strange smell of desinfectant attacking you at the front door, also in the room there was a strong odour of some cleaning agent, not much comfort, the room was small, the interior look was as depressing as the area around, actually quite far from the airport with a rare bus service transport (once an hour). Plus you hear all the noise from other rooms, god forbid somebody takes a shower cause you have a waterfall effect by your bed. The reception desk ladies were very nice and the price relatively low, but this is all the positive news about it. Sorry...

Location and location only. The only benefit to staying at this hotel is its proximity to the airport and access to a hotel shuttle.

The staff were very rude both front desk and restaurant. The rooms are dated, stained carpet and furniture, hair strands on bedsheets, window was slightly broken and off the hinge, so you could heat outside noise and airplanes. Shower floor was absolutely disgusting! Good thing I had shower slippers

The personal was great, very helpful and cheerful. Don’t know about the breakfast, but the dinner was great, they were professionals in every aspect.

Super beliggenhet i forhold til flyplassen, hotellet tilbyr egen transport til og fra flyplassen. Rent og stort rom med behagelige senger. Vi har vært mange ganger i Roma, så denne gangen ville vi kun ha et rolig sted for en lang transitt. Poolbaren var åpen og vi spiste både middag og lunsj der. Maten og servicen var god og vi koste oss i hagen ved bassenget istedenfor traske gatelangs i Roma. Dette vil vi gjøre igjen : )

Its close vicinity to the airport and the shuttle bus service to and from Rome Fiumicino airport. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of delicious choices and is good value. The staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful .

Cameranu a fost curățată Am ajuns la ora 01 aproximativ, si pe WC era păr. La fel și în duș. Praf gros în cameră. Am cerut la recepție sa vină cineva și să facă curațenie. Au venit doar sa schimbe hartia igienica si prosoapele. A trebuit să insist să se dezinfecteze baia cu produse specifice. Foarte dezdustator pentru un hotel de 4 stele. Rușine!!!!

Localização, eles tem um shuttle muito bom que leva e te busca no aeroporto a um preço razoável. Está a 20 minutos a pé de orla de Fiumicino, onde a diversos restaurantes bem gradáveis. O café da manhã foi gostoso.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O elevador necessita de uma reforma, e nosso bainheiro o box estava quebrado.

The air-conditioning was broken in my room. Eventually came to fix it. The window was left open by last occupants and not closed by the cleaning staff. The bidet had urine stains and pubic hair on it. The mineral water bottles in the fridge were filled with tap water and resealed

Friendly staff and try to accommodate your every needs, I managed a early check in as my oversea's flight landed at 9am, I was very happy with everything they had to offer transfers etc.

Hotel excelente, cama muito boa e perto do aeroporto shuttle do aeroporto/hotel/aeroporto. Para quem precisa ficar perto do aeroporto pois o trânsito de Roma é complicado, é uma excelente opção. Com vaga para carro no hotel e sem custo.

Recepção simpática, café da manhã com muita variedade e ganhei um upgrade para uma suite novinha e muito espaçosa. Adorei. Staff muito simpático. Academia quebra um bom galho. Piscina parece gostosa mas nã consegui usar.

Único problema é que cheguei de madrugada e o transfer não funciona, e o taxi custa 35 euros mesmo sendo muito perto.

For the price I think this is a solid offering. I would stay again. My only small complaint was the Aircon, not completely effective but with a heatdome outside, it did the job.

Comfortable and convenient location for our chosen trip. Helpful and friendly staff. Large outdoor pool with bar and seating area with plenty of shade. Close to airport and Fiumicino town which has a vibrant restaurant scene.

Reservé este hotel por la proximidad con el aeropuerto y la facilidad de traslado. Lamentablemente el servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, está muy mal señalizado y nadie sabía en el aeropuerto como informarme el lugar donde tomar el servicio. Terminé contratando un taxi por 30 euros, para un trayecto de 5 minutos.

Close to the airport for an unexpected early morning flight. Room was recently updated and outdoor swimming pool area was lovely

The beds were so uncomfortable! The main bed sagged in the middle so much you kept rolling into each other, and the sofa bed was a basic thin mattress with poorly fitted sheets and no mattress cover

Evening meal was good, with good choices. Check in was smooth, all services explained well. Shuttle to Airport smooth. Airport very good and smooth. Room was clean and well equipped.

The beds are terrible. They were so hard and had springs poking into our backs. The bedding is thin and flimsy. Our air conditioning didn’t work and they sent someone to fix it and said it was working fine. It was barely blowing and couldn’t cool the room at all.

Breakfast was excellent. A lot of different foods were offered.

The room air-conditioning was very week and slow.

Room was very good.

The shower floor drain was ok but water ran onto the main bath floor as the drain didn't keep up with the shower.

The hotel is wonderful with awesome friendly and professional staff. The location is spot on for Rome airport travels. The restaurant is top notch and the service is outstanding. We have stayed here 3 times in total. The shuttle service is an additional bonus! Everything is just wonderful. Thank you.

Liked · Our room was in the first floor, good size room and bathroom, we enjoyed the big TV. We requested twin beds, confirmed this with the front desk during check-in. However, we were given a double bed but had no problem to separate the beds ourselves. The bed looked comfortable, but wasn't. Way too hard, I couldn't get sleep. On a positive note, the handyman we encountered at 6:30 a.m. was very happy and friendly and helped us with the luggage down the stairs. The front desk staff was professional, but their responses were brief and somewhat short.

Disliked · Our room was very close to the entrance and faced the parking lot. It was quite loud, with people waiting for the shuttle. We also had to keep our curtains closed because people were constantly walking by and standing directly in front of our windows to smoke. I booked the hotel primarily for the pool. However, when we arrived, the staff informed us that the pool was closed because of maintenance.The shuttle to/from the Airport cost $7 per person. Breakfast is not included and costs around $20 per person. I went to the front desk shortly after 6 a.m. to find out the cost of breakfast and was advised to ask directly at the restaurant around the corner. The lights were still off, but the buffet was already prepared. I simply wanted to find out the price of breakfast and what it included. When the breakfast host saw me, she finally turned on the lights, but with an attitude. I asked her how much breakfast cost, and she responded, “What’s your room number?” I explained that I just wanted to know the price of breakfast and that I hadn’t paid for it yet. Again, with an increasingly irritated and snippy tone, she asked, “What’s your room number?” So I gave her my room number. She spent several minutes looking through her breakfast list before saying, “You have no breakfast paid for yet.” I replied, “I know. I literally just told you that. All I want to know is the price.” This 10-minute back-and-forth at 6:15 a.m., combined with the staff member's unfriendly attitude, made me leave the restaurant and say, “Forget about it — breakfast at the airport it is.” I worked for ACCOR Hotels for a long time, and this kind of interaction would never have been acceptable at any of my hotels. The pool being closed was already disappointing, but the poor customer service, noise and overall experience made the stay even more disappointing.

The place is in the middle of a beautiful town with the folks who are very nice and local food is very good

Great room with a big shower! Comfortable, clean and the wonderful staff let us have an early check in.

The weather was very hot and the only bar open was the pool bar outside. The internal air-conditioned bar and restaurant didn’t open until 7.30pm. Ridiculous - considering this is an airport hotel with visitors arriving and departing at all hours. The restaurant food was great.

The pool area was really nice.

We checked into our room late at night and went straight to bed. Found out the toilet wouldn't flush the next morning. This should have been discovered when the room was cleaned before we got there, very disappointing.
