Les drains étaient défectueux dans les salles de bain dans la douche et dans le lavabo. L’eau s’accumulait. le lit peut confortable les draps aussi.

Allgemein ein guter Eindruck und positiv für ein Flughafenhotel. Zudem ist ein gutes Restaurant angeschlossen und der Airport-Shuttle für 8€ extrem fair!

I enjoyed use of the gym and pool during my stay! The staff were helpful and friendly.

The bed was comfortable.

We arrived after the last shuttle bus at 23:00. So we got a registered taxi outside the airport to drive us to the hotel. The charge for the 5min drive was EUR40! The receptionist confirmed that this was the price. The hotel should advise people of this huge extra cost. It does affect the value of the hotel if you’re arriving late or heading off early. In addition the shower was very small and not modern to the standard you’d expect. The decor is pretty tired.

After a last minute flight cancellation, we were here for under 24 hours but enjoyed the pool and the bedroom was clean and comfortable for some sleep!

Tried to message about check in times but never got a reply just an automated shuttle message. Also for the price for 1 night, the airport shuttle round trip should be included as it is quite expensive. Restaurant was also closed in the day only open for breakfast and dinner so had to walk around to find food.

Clean and basic rooms. Exactly what you need/expect from airport hotel. Can’t comment on facilities as didn’t use but staff were great. Restaurant next door also great

This hotel was situated near the airport, we used the convenient shuttle service, our room was comfortable, the pool was great at the end of a hot day, and the restaurant meals were excellent.

It was all excellent.

The property was dated; the Lobby and the 1st floor where we had our rooms smelled bad and had dated furnishing, carpets and elevator. In fact, the part of the property where we stayed needs an upgrade.

Great Location. Convenient to Airport for Sure. Clean, Comfortable Room. Excellent Breakfast (But it should be Included with Room Rate - Shocking that it is Not). Parking for Rental Car is a Plus. Night Staff was Nice.

Cost for Breakfast should be included in Room Rate, as most Hotels do. Most Best Westerns do provide for a Breakfast included. Also, Several Calls were placed in mid afternoon and early evening to explain late check in due to traffic, but no one answered phone. Ad should clearly indicate 24-7 check in.

Had AC people were nice. Room was right off the elevator which was nice.

Room was small for the price I paid for 1 night. Hall ways had food trays next to my room. The room faced a back ally. Room number 248. Elevator was smalls barely fit 2 people.

Property was close to the airport and offered a shuttle for a small fee. The breakfast was good, but not included in room rate. Restaurant staff were amazing.

Our room was located at the end of a long hallway in an annex building with old soiled carpet in the hallway. The small elevator had an "out of order" sign posted and we had to walk to the next building to get down to the lobby. The TV did not work, after several tries and replacement batteries in the remote control, we were advised late at night that the TV needed to be replaced. A new room was offered, however, we are seniors with mobility issues and were already settled, so we declined the offer. The bathroom was extremely narrow with toilet inches from vanity. The shower didn't drain properly and almost overflowed. We requested a rate adjustment for the inconveniences we experienced, however, our request was declined.

הגענו למלון ללילה אחד בלבד, לפני הטיסה, אחרי יום ארוך ועייף. לצערנו, קיבלנו חדר שונה ממה שהזמנו. הזמנו חדר עם מיטת קווין והפרדה בין אזור המיטה למיטות הנוספות, לפחות כך היה נראה בתמונות באתר, אך בפועל קיבלנו חדר משותף ללא פרטיות. גם המקלחת הייתה שקופה, כך שכאשר אחד מבני המשפחה התקלח, האחרים נאלצו לצאת מהחדר. בחדר היה ג'קוזי ענק, אך עבורנו הוא היה מיותר ולא ממש שימושי, במיוחד בהתחשב בכך שהגענו רק ללילה אחד

The price is a bit much. And the airport shuttle should be free, given the price of the rooms.

Old, worn, dark, not cared for. Dingy carpet, dark hallways, struggling elevator. Ridiculously bad bathroom layout. Depressing! Staff had a D+ attitude especially after receiving such good treatment elsewhere in Italy. Really disappointing.

We were unaware of how close we were to the planes flight path with at points was both amusing but at night was a little disturbing ( sounds wise ).

Easy travel to airport with shuttle. Hotel has a pool, but only a short ride to the beach. Air conditioning was great. All very modern and clean. Restaurant associated with hotel is good for dinner. The shining star is the elaborate breakfast spread that can rival any cruise ship. Simona will take great care to make your breakfast a great experience.

We had two large rooms with comfortable beds. The place has a nice pool, airport shuttle, and is quite close to restaurants and shopping (for groceries).

The airport shuttle is quite expensive - 8 Euros per person (also including children.

The location near the airport was convenient since it was the day before our departure. It’s a nice place.

I booked 2 rooms under the same reservations and asked our rooms be together. Unfortunately they were not and not only were they not, 1 room room was in ground and the other was one 2nd floor. They weren’t even close. The room was booked months in advance UNDER the same reservation. No reason our rooms couldn’t be next to each other or at the very least close together. When asked, the staff said nothing g they could didn’t even offer some form of compensation for the disappointment.

The reception staff were helpful and kind. The room was dark for sleeping.

There weren't any washcloths, there were ants in the room, the price was expensive and didn't include breakfast or complimentary shuttle to airport. The room was small, the soap was "All in one" which is not good for all things...The breakfast staff kept starring at me and made be feel like I was in the wrong for being there. The toilet paper ran out and I put new toilet paper on the roll (It should be fuller for a guest upon arrival).

Pequena coisa o frigobar, não gelava. Foi imediatamente um gentil funcionário e ele falou , que poderia chama-lo, caso não gelasse, não gelou, comoniria embora no outro dia , preferir não incomodar.

Booked this hotel as it is conveniently located near the airport however, it was a complete disappointment. We booked the family room in which the AC did not work properly and the door didn't close properly either. Had to call the reception several times to come and check the AC to only be relocated at 10pm to another room. Noticed that the water coming out of the bathroom faucet is brown... Hotel is pretty dilapidated and rooms can use a major upgrade. The Concorde restaurant is overpriced for the quality. All in all, I would avoid this hotel.

Middle of the range price point. Shuttle was useful but 8 euros a person. So if you are with a group of 3 or more, maybe keep your rental car one more day, maybe?

Being overcharged by Italian taxi to get to the hotel. Paying for the hotel shuttle -it should be gratis/free. Infrequency of shuttle midday Being asked if I wanted water in the restaurant while waiting for my takeout meal & instead of being given a glass to drink, while waiting & being charged for a large bottle of water that I discovered when I got to my room had already been opened. I did not feel safe using it so left it.

Struttura super organizzata e pulita, personale efficiente e posizione ottimale. Anche l'uso della piscina è un ottimo servizio per i clienti che dopo una giornata di lavoro vogliono svagarsi. Perfetto lo spazio e l'uso dei parcheggi. Camere piccole ma ben organizzate.

L'ascensore abbastanza datato. Le camere troppo piccole nonostante ben organizzate. L'aria condizionata centralizzata che partiva di notte in autonomia se non si apriva la finestra.
