Pazziella, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Capri

Over the top staff accommodated my wife and my every desire

Great location

Room was spacious and very clean.

The whole breakfast experience needs to be revamped. Twice eggs came out of the kitchen overcooked and cold. Seating was basically outdoors and a little chilly in the morning. To use the hotel taxi upon departure was €80. Normal taxi price to the ferry port would be €25. But in order to get luggage to the taxi stand via a Porter, you had to use the hotel taxi

Everything was perfect. The staff were super friendly, the room was absolutely gorgeous - the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a added bonus.

Absolutamente tudo. Hotel perfeito! Recomendamos e quando voltarmos à Capri ficaremos novamente no Pazziella.

Everything was good, staff, location, service, facilities, cleanliness

The AC was central, and they set it up as winter mode which i don’t prefer. Other than that everything was perfect

This surroundings were beautiful, and the staff was so helpful

Staff, clean, comfortable and great location

Breakfast

We had the best stay at this hotel Great staff best location super clean and friendly Thank you Sal Komo

Room was very large along with bathroom. Wide selection at breakfast and staff were super friendly.

We were happy with everything

Il personale sempre cortese. Siamo tornati per due anni di fila in questa struttura e ritorneremo anche in futuro.

A boutique style hotel, well maintained and clean. Staff were great

Definitely not value for money, breakfast layout could be better

We went for our Anniversary and the service, location and hotel were all fantastic! It was very easy to find and just a few minutes walk from the main square. The help with your luggage as soon as you get off the ferry was unmatched when not knowing where you are going. The hotel rooms were very spacious and very clean. Grace was amazing, very kind and bubbly personality, She helped us plan our itenery and told us all the places to go which were amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone ☺️

Breakfast service was long and staff seemed a little confused. The food was decent.

Location was calm and away from the Capri nightlife madness

All

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! Their service was outstanding — they provided everything I needed with ease, comfort, and warm hospitality. I didn’t have to worry about a thing; they took care of every detail for me. Truly a more than wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!

Superb hotel . Staff very helpful and friendly . Rooms are super clean and new . We had a superb time at this hotel

Localização excepcional! A equipe muito atenciosa, faziam reservas de restaurantes pra nós, e sempre que possível as nossas solicitações! Hotel com instalações modernas e novas! Super recomendo

Staff so friendly , what’s app service is very helpful and answers quickly, location in the center of everything, breakfast is good and has so many varieties

Wish the pool water temperature in our room had a heater

Prachtig 5 sterrenhotel, zeer rustig ondanks zeer centrale ligging in centrum Capri en met excellente service van al hun medewerkers

Everything (services-location-staff was amazing) Amazing

Staying at Pazziella Garden & Suites was nothing short of magical. Tucked away just a few minutes from the Piazzetta, this boutique gem offers the perfect blend of serene privacy and effortless access to the best of Capri. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like treasured guests. The staff were exceptional—welcoming, professional, and always ready with a warm smile or helpful recommendation. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay feel incredibly personal and luxurious. Our suite was stunning: bright, spacious, and elegantly decorated with a refreshing blend of classic charm and modern comfort. We especially loved the private garden terrace—a peaceful retreat where we enjoyed our morning coffee surrounded by lemon trees and blooming flowers. Everything was impeccably clean, and the linens and amenities were top-tier. The staff wer

Amazing hotel! Clean and magical

My stay at the Pazziella Hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. Every interaction with the team was warm, professional, and helpful. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, with attention to every detail and the thoughtful touches in the room. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every space was beautifully maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect for exploring Capri, and we appreciated the peaceful, relaxing ambiance the hotel offered. If you’re looking for a luxurious, hassle-free experience with outstanding service and pristine surroundings, I can’t recommend Pazziella Hotel enough. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Capri!

Located near Piazza Umberto, the heart of Capri, Pazziella was delightful! The rooms were cosy and beautiful, as were the gardens and pool. The gourmet breakfast was the perfect start to each day. The staff delighted in making our stay on Capri exceptional. We loved Pazziella!

Ideally situated, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Nothing

A experiência foi incrível, suite fantástica, café da manhã delicioso e staff muito atencioso, gostamos muito!

Couldn’t ask for a more central location. Staff was excellent.

Beautiful property with a great view in the heart of Capri. Easy to walk everywhere we needed to go!

Nothing bad to say, it was above expectations! Only thing to note is that the jacuzzi is not a hot tub.

Everything was amazing! We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they definitely made our stay extra special. We had a family room booked but got an upgrade at check-in and the room had a nice view! From the easy checkin, the easy communication via wattsapp, the breakfast set up, the rooms! Everything was spot on and absolutely gorgeous and clean. The decor was stunning and location was perfect which had 2 entries which made it easy to get to the main Piazza. Don't hesitate booking this place. Definitely worth every penny and we and the kids (14 & 9) loved the whole vibe and the pool had a nice temperature.

The property is wonderful, the people are great, and breakfast included was something to look forward to every day. The location is in the center but off to the side and in a three minute walk you are in this quiet oasis with a warm little pool and courtyard. Silvia and Roberta were excellent concierges. I only have to feedback to management that these statues of children of color in little worker uniforms (pic attached) is offensive and I recommend you remove these from your otherwise wonderful property.

This place was amazing CAPRI itself is a unique experience, and the hotel was one of the best ones very modern, clean and exquisitely decorated.Maria Luisa the manager goes all the way to make you feel comfortable and guide you in all your needs, overall all the stuff is incredible great!!!! Thank you all

perfect stay

Everything

Nothing

Nice quite location 5min from main lively Capri square. Beautiful room and bathroom. Lovely welcome explanation and cocktail. Should have free luggage or shuttle pick up from port.

Shuttle from port to hotel should be included, as we saw it was for many other 5 stars, and AT LEAST the luggage pick up should be included, not 20€ for every single piece of luggage, including purses or backpacks.

Beautiful hotel

Perfecto

Staff very friendly, great breakfast, nice location in Capri town (5min walking from funicular), very clean and nicely decorated room, comfy bed and pillows, strong Wifi. Make sure you share your travel/ ferry plans with the staff, as they can monitor ferry statuses for you! I wish we did that, as they would've helped us know immediately that our morning ferry to Ischia was cancelled and helped us rebook.

Felt that there weren't a lot of amenities for it being a 5 star hotel, and for the price. For example, no gym (they had a small outdoor one with a few machines and weights), and very small pool with limited hours.

Stunning Hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. Beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica who checked us in and provided a lovely cold drink - this was very much appreciated as it was a hot day! We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom and lounge area - a lovely surprise! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious - eggs made to order as well as pancakes and various other hot options. The buffet offered yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, fruit juice cakes and fresh fruit. Coffee made to order. A lovely way to start the day. Staff provide funicular tickets and organise the luggage porter service if required. Federica was amazing - offering her assistance and providing information on the ferry as we we were unsure if the ferries would be cancelled due to the weather. This was very reassuring and made for a relaxing stay on Capri. Thank you so much Federica. Everything was amazing - a lovely tranquil oasis on Capri!

Hôtel très agréable et personnel très attentif. Petit bémol : la piscine un peu petite.

Staff were extremely helpful with communicating directions and assisting with transfer of luggage to and from the port/ferry.

Pazziella Garden & Suites is a lovely property both modern and with a nod to traditional Capri style.

Pazziella it’s a beautiful hotel.!!! Everything is beautiful..!! The location is the best.!!! All the shops and restaurants are 1 minute distance.!!! Will stay again next time in Capri.!!!

Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Capri, with direct access to both the two shopping streets. Peaceful garden with a small plunge pool. Great breakfast was included. Staff was super helpful organising trips and reserving restaurants and beach clubs.

There wasn’t much we could complain about, the stay was great.

In my opinion the staff were incredible and very helpful , we also got upgraded to a nicer room which was very nice of them .the hotel all in all is a very nice hotel with an amazing location.

The whole experience was truly amazing! The hotel is an absolute Gem of a place. Superb service, super clean, super helpful! The hotel is a combination of ultra modern design with some traditional Italian aspects. The attention to detail in all areas is admirable. Highly recommended!! No wonder it had the highest grade on reviews, well deserved!

Modern and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Location is excellent.

All staff are very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Mari, the front desk manager, and Massimiuano for their professional help to make sure that I and my family have a wonderful time in Capri as everything was organised on time and perfect. Thanks to them and all the wonderful staff, we are super happy, and we will definitely come again. The room was very comfortable and the food was delicious, but the best thing was the location of the hotel as it had two different entrances to two different streets. Also the hotel has a nice swimming pool for young kids.

Perfect location, extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. All of them: front office, cafeteria, management, etc. They did everything to make our stay memorable.

Everything was great

This resort was truly a dream come true as we embarked on our first time visit to the beautiful Capri! The staff went above and beyond to welcome us, making sure that all of our needs were met. I love how they sat with us to go over all of the interesting things to see and do on the island. Although we did not get a chance to visit the recommendations due to the limited time we were there, it gives us something to look forward to on our next visit! And the chef treated us to delicious bites as a welcome. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend the Pazziella!

Small, well presented, fresh and good location

Flashing smoke alarm light above bed, breakfast offering and service was poor

It was an awesome stay and greatly enhanced our visit to the island!

Everything was amazing from A to Z. Compare to other 5 star hotels. And this one beats them. Great staff. High level.

Very nice hotel at the center of Capri close to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are new and spacious with very good facilities. The staff were very helpful and polite. She provided all the information needed for our stay in the island.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay an extra night. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. Bathrooms appeared to be very recently renovated. The breakfast spread was exceptionally nice and the drinks from the bar were very high quality. The hotel was very boutique-ish and there are not many rooms. The grounds were well manicured and there were constantly workers tidying up. I would very highly recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again if we return to Capri.

Beautiful, location and attention to detail. Everything was not just beautiful for show but for real

All I can say is WOW...the place, the location, the service, the staff...it couldn't of been any better...definitely returning to Pazziella

Faultless...

How the property welcomed us with a complimentary drinks after a long day of travel.

Facilities, location and staff

The staff went above and beyond especially Massimillian. They really took care of us on our 20th anniversary with cakes etc in our room. Great location. Very peaceful but in the thick of things. Was wonderful

Nothing

Clean, close, and the staff were exceptional especially Roberta and the breakfast waiter(forgot the name). The WhatsApp communication with the customer was nice and very informative.

Nothing, everything is perfect

Our visit was very nice, staff was very nice and welcoming anything we needed they were able to accommodate us.

This place was INCREDIBLE - my wife and I were on our honeymoon, and visited five different cities in Italy, and this was by far our favorite stay. We were greeted with welcome drinks and pastries upon arrival, as well as a bottle of champagne and chocolate in our room. We had a "suite" that had way more space than we expected, along with an amazing view. The staff set us up with bag pickup and dropoff from the ferry port, which was absolutely necessary. We also absolutely loved staying directly in the town of Capri. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Pazziella!

N/A - everything was perfect.
