Der nächtliche Lärm war eine Zumutung ! Es wurde auf den Balkons gefeiert, gesungen, geschrien, laute Musik gespielt und Gegenstände durchs Treppenhaus geworfen. Dies ging die ganze Nacht so. Das Personal stellte sich diesbezüglich auf unwissend obwohl man diesen Lärm im gesamten Hotel sowie im Poolbereich hören konnte. Ich hätte nachts an der Rezeption anrufen müssen. Es ging dort nur leider niemand ans Telefon. Also duldet das Hotel wissentlich diese Zustände. Ich habe mich 3 mal in Folge beschwerte. Zum Glück waren es auch nur 3 Nächte, da nichts unternommen wurde! Ich konnte 3 Nächte kaum ein Auge zumachen. Das Personal wurde daraufhin beim Checkout auch noch unfreundlich! Dieses Hotel sieht mich nie wieder!!!

It was excellent, location top notch and the water pressure omg so strong! The breakfast was amazing too, I loved that they changed the fruit everyday, you had really nice coffee, bread, pastries, salami, cereals, fruit, an amazing variety. Rooms cleaned daily too and beds super comfortable. Also great touch having a fridge in the room to get your water cold!

On of the receptionist when doing the check out she was on the phone talking to a colleague and didn’t acknowledged us, we were in a rush and we didn’t know if she needed something of us or not, her attitude was quite unprofessional, but the man that checked us in late in the evening was super great.

Rooms aren’t well sound proofed so woke up to cleaning staffs in the hall during the mornings or people return from a late night out

Der Pool war mit einer Kette verschlossen. Wir konnten während des Aufenthalts nicht schwimmen. Die Putzfrau grüßt nicht und war unfreundlich. Für mich ein no-go..

Geen ster waard qua hygiëne. Kamer was enorm vies, zelfs bij binnenkomst een nepwimper en haren op de vloer van de vorige gasten. Na het klagen bij de receptie nog steeds een vieze kamer, jammere zaak. Kamer vol met schimmel en een ingetrapte badkamerdeur. Erg toeristisch hotel midden in de uitgaansbuurt, wat zorgt voor slapeloze nachten.

La ubicación es perfecta, hay varios supermercados alrededor y esta bien ubicado de algunas calas. El personal es amable, sobre todo las chicas de la limpieza. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y está bien equipada con lo necesario para pasar unos dias.

Podrían mejorar el desayuno, no hay mucha variedad y termina pronto. El horario del gimnasio no es cómodo para ir en vacaciones si quieres aprovechar el día.

Não gostei do atendimento dos funcionários, não eram atenciosas nem prestáveis, muitas das vezes ligávamos para trazer toalhas para p quarto não nos atendiam e quando atendiam diziam que já iam mas demoravam cerca de 2h

Excellent location in San Antonio with a nearby bus and taxi stations. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk with a lot of shops and restaurant around.

Breakfast can seriously be improved. Very basic offer that doesn't match the price paid. Only industrial items where proposed and the operating hours doesn't match the spirit of the island. Closing at 10 AM is quite early

Everything. It was extremely dirty, and the staff were not helpful at all, except for the older gentleman at reception. The younger staff members were incredibly rude. Whenever we asked for anything, they would say, “We can’t do that. We’re not a five-star hotel—go to a five-star hotel.” Even though our booking included breakfast, I didn’t eat there because the kitchen was so dirty. Every time I went to the parking lot, I had to pass by the kitchen and could see inside. Honestly, I feel sorry for anyone who eats there.

Camera doppia con balcone davvero carinissima. Buona anche la colazione. Bello il bar e gentilissima e simpaticissima la signora Maria. Vicino alla spiaggia con soli 10 minuti a piedi di camminata.

Location was good. Food was good. Staff very very friendly. Especially the older guy round the pool! Really clean, nice bathrooms.

The pool didn’t open until 11! Aircon wasn’t great, filters needed cleaning. It was really hot in rooms. Was a very young crowd, although it wasn’t rowdy so wasn’t a problem at night. You just couldn’t swim in the pool as it was packed with people standing chatting in it. Very busy round the pool area.

El desayuno podría haber sido más variado. El elevador demoraba mucho y estaba hirviendo adentro. El piso de la piscina era de jardin artificial y estaba húmedo.

It was close to the town and the gym was great

The lighting in the rooms was awful no main light, We had ants both our rooms, the shower gel bottle in my room was not filled the whole time and nothing in it, the shower head wouldn't stay up, reception staff was rude, the hotel was very noisy in the mornings mostly the maids. The tiles around the pool area were loose an accident waiting to happen. 10th time in ibiza and wouldnt return to this hotel the gym was like 5star in a 3star very basic hotel

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, the level of service and the way the staff treated me were completely below expectations. I handed my clothes over to the hotel’s laundry service and asked when they would be ready. I was told that they would be ready by noon the following day. The next day, I came at the agreed time, but the female employee told me that the clothes were not ready yet and asked me to come back at 3 PM. I returned at 3 PM, but the clothes were still not ready. She then asked me to come back at 5 PM. When I returned at 5 PM, I found that the clothes were still not ready, and the employee had already finished her shift. This made me feel that she had given me that time simply because she was leaving work. I then spoke to a male receptionist, who was an older man. Unfortunately, his attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. He kept interrupting me while I was speaking and did not even allow me to properly explain the situation. He made no effort to help or find a suitable solution. Instead, he told me that he did not know when the laundry would be ready and that the laundry service was closed. I had a very early flight the following morning and could not afford to wait, yet I received no cooperation or concern from the hotel staff. Eventually, my clothes were finally ready very late at night, around midnight. The main issue for me was not only the delay in the laundry service, but also the staff’s attitude, lack of respect toward the guest, lack of responsibility, and failure to make any effort to resolve the problem. In particular, the male receptionist’s behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is an experience I will not repeat, and I will not recommend this hotel to others because of the poor level of service and the way the staff treated me, especially the receptionist whose rude behavior made my experience even worse.

La zona piscina y el buffet del desayuno nos gustó mucho. Tuvimos problemas en la habitación con el aire acondicionado y con el agua caliente, pero nos lo solucionaron muy rápido.

El buffet de la cena muy muy justo. Poca variedad y no mucha calidad.

Ha tutto l’essenziale che serve per una vacanza di pochi giorni, ma anche di più. Colazione ben fornita e piscina pulita e controllata ogni mattina. Dispone di una palestra e di un supermercato.

La posizione non è centralissima rispetto alla città di San Antonio, a piedi 10 min. Qualche macchia e dettaglio da sistemare in stanza

Hotel vecchio e per nulla isolato, era molto rumoroso a qualsiasi ora del giorno e soprattutto e della notte, difficile dormire. Dal tetto perdeva acqua e la camera si è allagata. Staff menefreghista e colazione appena sopra la sufficienza. Troppo rumore e poco pulito.

El hotel es muy amplio, tiene una gran piscina. LAs personas pueden comprar bebidas y comida en la piscina. Tambien tiene un restaurante variado, el desayuno me ha gustado porque es variado y el precio que pague por todo lo que recibi merecio la pena

si bien te hacen el servicio de limpieza a diario hemos encontrado una pulga en las sábanas que nos pico y eso no estuvo bueno. Deberían desinfectar cada vez además de acomodar la habitación. Y el aire acondicionado no es lo suficientemente fuerte, en agosto sentíamos calor por momentos.

Das Hotel hat direkt einen Kiosk und auch gutes nicht überteuertes Essen an der Snackbar/ dem Restaurant. Das Frühstück war auch sehr umfangreich

Unser erstes Zimmer war verschimmelt, nach Ansprache haben wir direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen, aber hier war die Klima kaputt… das wurde erst nach 3 Tagen repariert. Der Pool öffnet erst um 11 Uhr - ziemlich spät bei der Hitze in der Hochsaison…zudem ist der Kunstrasen ziemlich heiß und der Pool leider nicht ganz so erfrischend kalt

Golpes y más golpes. Incluso cambiándome a otra habitación de otro edificio seguía oyendo golpes alrededor a todas horas. Ni idea de donde venían, no eran de la limpieza, hablé con ellas y en especial Nani un encanto de persona la verdad.

Provoz bazénu byl až od 11:00 a skončil na minutu přesně v 19:00, snídaně průměrné, ppzor si opravdu dejte všichni, kdo se chcete alespoň trochu vyspat, hotel vůbec neřeší křik, opravdový nepořádek na chodbách a párty až do ranních hodin. Den před odjezdem jsme chtěli na čas objednat taxi na letiště a nechat si připravit dřívější snídani, balíček, nic velkého, běžná obyčejná věc a bez jakékoli omluvy či lítosti nám bylo řečeno, že to nejde a neudělají. Toto jednání bylo velkým zklamáním. Tedy hledáteli hotel, kde se nevyspíte, nenajíte a nemá žádný přístup, tak tento je ten pravý:-(. The pool was only open from 11:00 a.m. and closed at exactly 7:00 p.m. The breakfasts were average. A word of warning to anyone hoping to get at least some sleep: the hotel does absolutely nothing about the shouting, the terrible mess in the corridors, or the parties that continue until the early hours of the morning. The day before our departure, we wanted to book a taxi to the airport for a specific time and arrange an early breakfast package—nothing special, just a simple and common request. Without any apology or regret, we were told that it was not possible and that they would not do it. This attitude was a huge disappointment. So, if you are looking for a hotel where you cannot sleep, cannot get a proper meal, and where the staff have no customer-oriented attitude whatsoever, then this is the perfect place for you. :-(

Air con did not work whatsoever - despite being advertised with air conditioning in the room description, what they meant was two fans in the room. The fridge was only big enough for two bottles of water and no shelves to store food, and was not very cold.

The location was a good.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room was broken throughout my visit, which made the room unbearably hot. Although I was given a fan, it didn’t work, so it made no difference. I reported this three times to reception, and they sent a maintenance man, which made no difference either. To make matters worse, the room was infested with ants, which was very unpleasant and not what I expected. I raised these issues, but they were not properly resolved. Overall, the lack of working air conditioning and the ant infestation had a significant impact on my stay, and unfortunately I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Good hotel, within walking distance of O beach, Ibiza Rocks etc! Taxi rank right outside and a shop that sells good cans and bottles. Rooms were spacious and clean to an ok standard.

Balcony door didn’t lock and when I mentioned to the front desk they didn’t do anything. It made me feel unsafe as our room was only on the first floor and overlooked the pool. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Bugs living in the grout and soap/conditioner dried onto the shower door from the last guest.

The pool is great, the outside bar area is great. The hotel provides a transfer service to different areas of Ibiza which is useful when it’s available and no taxis available. The hotel also has a shop that you can use for water snacks etc. Taxi rank is also directly outside the hotel.

The hotel does not have enough sun loungers some days for hotel guests, I can imagine this is a problem throughout summer as peak season. The air-con in the room does not work, it is more of a fan than anything cooling, our room was very hot at times especially when the humidity was high which made it very uncomfortable to sleep or relax and after 7 nights you start to get annoyed.

The price was very reasonable for what you get. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for two people. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety and was a great way to start the day. What made our stay truly exceptional was the customer service. We arrived in Ibiza early in the morning after taking the ferry and were exhausted. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which honestly felt like they saved our day. We really appreciated their flexibility and kindness. The team also went above and beyond by helping us arrange a motorbike rental and calling taxis whenever we needed one. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Great value for money, excellent service, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit Ibiza!

Super hotel alles schoon en goed geregeld, ontbijt zaal eerst verbouwd waardoor ontbijt beperkter was dan tijdens mijn vorige boeking.

Wij zaten als stel in een kamer naast zeer asociale Britten, snachts lawaai, (de isolatie liet te wensen over) half opgegeten pizza’s en ander afval op de gang, niet per se de schuld van het hotel. Maar persoonlijk zou ik de Britse, vrijgezellen, gasten in een aparte vleugel plaatsen dan koppels zoals wij.

La primera noche no pudimos dormir porque el hotel está repleto de extranjeros de fiesta, con música y habitaciones abiertas. Muy muy muy ruidosos. Estuve en este hotel hace 8-9 años con mi familia y no era así. Deberían apartar a la gente que va a estar de fiesta a otro edificio porque sino es imposible descansar. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y la situación mejoró aunque seguía habiendo mucho ruido por la noche.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel donc difficile de juger mais nous avons aimé la piscine qui est grande avec de la bonne musique. Nous avons été bien accueilli le soir de notre arrivée et nous avons apprécié le bar.

Le petit déjeuner ferme trop tôt (10h) pour une île comme Ibiza où beaucoup de gens se couchent tard. La chambre était un peu vieillotte et il n’y avait pas de bouteille d’eau de bienvenue dans le mini frigo à notre arrivée.

Everything , the staff let us check in 5 hours earlier , which was very useful , the only thing we had an early flight and wanted to take some fruits with us on the plane but they didn’t allow to take any food out from the breakfast . Overall amazing experience

Hotel was very good; spacious clean room overlooking pool, great breakfast and good vibe during the day. Location was a short walk into Sant Antonio de Portmany which was absolutely fine as was quiet at night. Definitely would recommend.

Las limpiadoras fueron muy amables

Si quieres un hotel en que los ingleses borrachos se pasen las noches gritando sin consecuencias, este es tu sitio. Incluso una noche pusieron música a tope en la habitación de al lado, si bien el personal de la recepción consiguió que la quitara. Pero el resto del tiempo no paraban de dar voces a altas horas de la madrugada. Añadir que el ascensor estuvo estropeado durante toda nuestra estancia, y estuvimos 4 noches en una tercera planta, lo que sin duda hizo muy negativa nuestra experiencia, especialmente para subir y bajar maletas.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment simple ,les œufs froid ..le repas au restaurant personnellement est fait pour les anglais je demande pan con ajo sachant je suis espagnole on m’emmène une tartine au beurre …la nourriture n’a absolument rien d’exceptionnel .les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisé on entendais absolument tout donc perso c’est plus un hôtel pour les jeunes fêtard le seul point positif la piscine es très bien .
