Lo staff super gentile e molto disponibile. Hanno sempre soddisfatto le nostre richieste. Ci han omaggiato anche una colazione pur non avendola inclusa nella prenotazione. Struttura semplice ma con tutto ciò che puo servire per un soggiorno di 3 notti.

Nada, todo fatal. NO VAYÁIS SI NO QUERÉIS QUE OS ROBEN!

Una experiencia absolutamente lamentable. No recomendamos este hotel bajo ningún concepto. Pagamos unos 660 € por 5 noches y solo pudimos disfrutar de 3. Tuvimos cortes de luz constantes, quedándonos sin televisión, secador, nevera y otros servicios. Y no éramos los únicos: otros huéspedes también acudían continuamente a recepción por el mismo problema. Tras reclamar, nos cambiaron de habitación y el jefe de recepción nos dio por escrito su compromiso de que no volveríamos a sufrir cortes. ¿Resultado? Esa misma noche volvimos a quedarnos sin luz. Al día siguiente descubrimos además que nos habían sustraído 85€ de nuestra cartera, que estaba dentro de nuestra maleta en la habitación. El hecho fue comunicado a las autoridades e interpuesta una denuncia contra ellos. Y cuando posteriormente reclamamos, la gestión fue todavía peor: el hotel afirmó ante Booking que nos había dado una habitación superior, cuando tenemos un documento del propio jefe de recepción que indica que se nos haría el cambio a una nueva habitación (igual no superior) y garantizaba que no volveríamos a sufrir cortes en suministros (cosa que volvió a ocurrir) y como supuesta compensación por todo lo ocurrido, hablaron de dos miserables bolsas de cacahuetes de 20g. Después de pagar 389 € por las tres noches que sufrimos allí, perder horas de nuestras vacaciones reclamando, padecer continuos problemas de suministro y tener que abandonar finalmente el hotel, considerar que dos bolsas de cacahuetes solucionaban la situación es sencillamente surrealista. Los problemas pueden ocurrir. Lo que define a un hotel es cómo responde ante ellos. Y aquí la gestión fue decepcionante de principio a fin. No se hicieron cargo de nada, nos trataron fatal y no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución ni compensación por lo ocurrido. Nuestra recomendación es clara: BUSCAD OTRO HOTEL. Nosotros no volveremos jamás.

Todo muy limpio, atención al cliente excelente, todos muy majos y agradables , buen sitio y buena ubicación.

Concretamente en la habitación que estuve, la tapa del vater estaba sucia y tuve que limpiarla. Por otra parte, mencionar que la mayoría de los huéspedes son ingleses jóvenes, que en las noches al regresar de la fiestas gritan por los pasillos y no dejan dormir.

O ar condicionado e o frigorífico.

A piscina é muito funda (1,90m). O pequeno almoço é super dececionante, só existem 3/4 escolhas. Gostamos apenas de um dos funcionários do hotel, na recepção, achamos a maioria mal educados. Não tínhamos secador de cabelo e a casa de banho inundava.

Great location, walking distance into San Antonio and taxi pick up point immediately outside the hotel along with take away/restaurants that seem to be open all night. Great atmosphere with young party vibe. Rooms were basic but clean. No fridge, kettle or hairdryer. Great value for money but it is noisy here as on a main road and of course party goers back and forth all night. If that is what you came for then you’ll have a great experience. Staff super helpful and friendly.

The hotel has two different sides to it One side is full of outdated rooms and the ones with the pool view are alot better We first got given a room that had significant black mould all over the room, after we complained and the receptionist made out there was no other rooms available, he was the only one working in the hotel that evening and that we’d have to sleep in the black mouldy room. Luckily, after hours on the phone to jet 2 and another man working there they managed to move us rooms for the night. We later spoke to the manager in the morning and they then provided us with a pool view room on the top floor with a fridge etc. Just be careful when booking here or make sure you have the better half of the hotel or you will end up in the same boat. We could’ve got seriously ill if we had to sleep in the room the whole week during our stay. The fact they was willing to give somebody that room is disgustingly. Would not recommend, spend a few extra quid and get somewhere nicer!

This hotel is disgusting our curtain has blood all over it, the bathroom light first work and we got told they’d fix it tomorrow, it’s the next day btw… we got told if we hurt ourselves it’s our fault. For then not changing a lightbulb? The staff are way too rude for my liking. Seriously guys they’re is better places for money, they let people use ket as long as it’s on the balcony. Rooms were absolutely disgusting, full of earwigs and ants crawling all over the beds and pillows. Aircon wasn’t working and leaking out water, weren’t given a bucket until the last day and wouldn’t move us as they said they were fully booked.

Amazing stay at this hotel with my friend. Enrique on reception was really funny and made our stay even better

every year i go to this hotel i find it safe and the staff are very frendly when they get to know you one year i lost my wallet when i returned the following year my.wallet was returned to me with all.the contents in tacked last year i lost my phone when i returned this year july my phone was.in recepion with my name on it i had left it on the bar this hotel does what it says on the tin repect to all the staffi know it must be hard no complains on my part see yous next year

Stayed for 3 nights, Room was not the cleanest on arrival despite house keeping coming everyday, no furniture on balcony or no fridge in room as well as not being provided with a hair dryer. Was fine for the time we stayed staff were friendly, Short walk to Obeach and the beach and taxi rank near by which is handy when going to the clubs. Also has shops down the street. Corridors weren’t too noisy can hear people passing by but are mostly quite throughout the night atmosphere of other guest were friendly say good value for money if more focused on clubbing rather than relaxing

DO NOT VISIT, staff at front reception very rude! Charging me and my partner more than when we booked, charged myself for a hair dryer ! Disgusting, staff complained over towels, when I left it at reception to mind, saying “ now I’m gonna have to clean that up” because I was at the pool, would not recommend to young families, or any person, won’t be back, and trying to make me go up to collect a hair dryer when the staff were going up anyways to check to make sure our room had no damage!!! Very pricey ! For no reason, room was okay… electric kept tripping, absolutely do not recommend!!!

Simplemente la ubicación que esté bastante cerca del centro de Sant Antoni.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba funcionando a máxima potencia y con la temperatura al mínimo. El hotel fue informado de este problema desde la tarde, pero nadie hizo nada para solucionarlo antes de mi llegada por la noche. Ningún miembro del personal fue capaz de proporcionarme un mando a distancia, ya que, según ellos, no se entrega a los clientes. Tampoco consiguieron encontrar uno que funcionara para resolver el problema. Como consecuencia, no pude dormir en toda la noche. La temperatura de la habitación debía rondar los 16 °C y terminé incluso resfriado. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del personal, especialmente la del jefe de recepción, Javier. Se negó a ofrecer cualquier tipo de compensación comercial. Peor aún, hizo que uno de sus empleados afirmara que el cupón de Booking que se entrega automáticamente a todos los clientes al hacer el check-in era una compensación por este problema. Cuando se le demostró que eso era falso, se retractó diciendo que nunca había afirmado tal cosa. Llegó incluso a hacer mentir a un empleado de recepción únicamente para librarse de una situación incómoda. Pagué 127 € por una habitación en la que no pude descansar ni una sola hora. Además, la limpieza deja mucho que desear. El dispensador de jabón del baño estaba roto y ni siquiera fue sustituido. Es una muestra evidente de la falta de profesionalidad y de atención al detalle. En este establecimiento los clientes son tratados como simples números. Cobrar 127 € por noche ofreciendo un servicio de este nivel es una absoluta falta de respeto hacia los clientes y, además, perjudica la imagen de Booking.

If you are below the age of 30 DO NOT STAY HERE. We experienced absolutely awful age discrimination and aggression from this hotel, one staff member in particular who was apparently called Baba. We arrived and all was fine until the certain staff member behind the desk passed us what looked like a waiver form and said it was a €50 per person (we are 4 girls under 21) deposit fee for the week for any damage etc. I said we wasn’t made aware of this but that’s fine as long as I can see where it says it on the website , to which the gentleman responded to check Jet2. I did and it said €50 per room, not person. Long story short they tried charging us double to which the gent then admitted it was because of our age we would smash the room with canisters. This was an act of age discrimination which caused us so much stress as even the waiver he had given us said €50 per room but he said “it’s what the manager says”. We had to call the Jet2 helpline who sorted us out but they were nice about it and had to liaise with the aggressive receptionist.They threatened to not give us the room key over this issue. The same receptionist also slammed his hand on the desk at my friend over a miscommunication about the room key we left at reception. They were so judgemental and made presumptions due to our age that if we didn’t fight it we would’ve been scammed. We even went the extra mile and asked a group of men on a stag do if they had been charged deposit and they hadn’t been charged one at all so they were just singling us out. Furthermore, when speaking to the Jet 2 woman over the phone he was trying to catch us out and lie to the woman to get her off the phone and persist scam us. Really awful experience.

Very basic and not the cleanest place. Rooms don’t have a fridge, hairdryers, kettles, etc. Paid €50 euro deposit each when arrived (which we had no issue with doing so), when we checked out we got told the deposit would be refunded back into our accounts within 48 hours. It’s now been 10 days and still haven’t received this back. Rang up and emailed multiple times and am either ignored or told they are busy. After reading other reviews this has happened to multiple people. Don’t recommend.

El balance es muy negativo. Para empezar una discursión por querer pagar por adelantado , todo el enfado venía porque debí hacerlo por su propia web y no por la de booking e insistian en que lo dejaban claro en las condiciones que no se podía pagar por adelanta, cuando por más que leo en booking no pone nada... una locura! primera vez que un hotel me hace esto por querer pagar antes.Lo peor fueron las malas FORMAS de la señora que me atiende en recepción. Era algo normal y fácil de solucionar y la persona optó por entrar a criticar que mi reserva fuera por Booking y no a través de su propia web. Fatal!!!

el trato de la recepcionista. Un trato pésimo , en varias ocasiones reconduje la conversación que se convirtió en discusión absurda , con "OK , ¿Me puede ayudar o no?" porque parecía que solo quería descargar su mal día en mi. En esa discusión le dije repetidamente que yo reservaba para otra persona y cuando llegó la persona al hotel , no la dejaron pasar !! A pesar de que en la reserva que hago pongo claramente en Nombre , no la dejan porque la reserva esta hecha con mi perfil. En mi primera llamada, la señora tampoco me avisó de esto que, pudo evitar que esta retención en el checking! Bastante mal esto también. A pesar de que envío una imagen de la reserva donde sale el nombre del huésped y el número de reserva para que lo verifiquen, me hacen enviar más docs. cumplimentados; papeleo que no me parece nada bien.

Currently here at the moment about to go home. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds are comfy. Air con is great. No balcony furniture, no hairdryer in room (€10 deposit plus $3 a day to borrow one) no kettle or fridge either. Pool is rowdy but again clean loads of groups playing different songs so its definitely not a place to relax. Drink prices are inconsistent one time you'll get charged €5 for a beer next time its €6 then back to €5 again. The tea and coffee to take away was served in what would resemble a thimble and to the tune of €3. Its relatively quiet at night, had no issue sleeping. Only door banging we heard was from the cleaners. NOW the bitter taste after a decent enough stay in a 2 star was the rude receptionist hammering down the door after we were late to check out, fair enough we were late but he pounded at the door shouting very aggressively and rudely. Tbh for the price we payed if the receptionist hadn't been so rude id actually have scored it a 4.

Bueno bonito y barato, las instalaciones bien, el chico fue muy amable nos dejó ducharnos y dejar las mochilas porque llegamos súper temprano y aparte nos recomendó sitios muy chulos para visitar.

Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights from 17th to 21st may 2026 On arrival ( 3pm ) we were checked in pretty easily .. We were given room F108 Which is the first floor and overlooking some nasty not used large wheelie bins .. The room was extremely basic , tv didn't work and the air con was hit and miss.. The room WAS cleaned daily for us which was nice . The bed was ok, the shower room was adequate. There were no table and chairs on the tiny balcony but maybe that was a good idea as the view of the nasty bins wasn't much to look at . We only used this room to wash and sleep in which is why it wasnt too bad . The best thing about this hotel is the bar cafe across the road " Bar Toben " They were lovely people , the drinks were very reasonable and good quality, the food and breakfast were lovely... if you do find yourself in this hotel , definitely pay Toben a visit . The location of this hotel was quite a bit away from any amenities although there was a nice supermarket and takeaway close by . This IS definitely the 2 star it says it is , so if you want basic and prepared to walk or get a taxi to local places this will just about do you . I think with hindsight we should of paid that bit more for better facilities and location

Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la playa, no escuchamos ruidos como decían algunos comentarios, lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de la parada de taxis.

La luz del baño presentaba interferencias pero no nos molesto por lo que no dimos aviso al personal

The property was okay the rooms were very downgraded very dirty the room smelled of pee icon it was working but water was come out of there. I told the reception downstairs it said they will come next morning to fix it. No one came for four nights I was there no one has even asked me if they fixed it or not. Area quite good

Lack of communication with the staff as they did not speak English at all or speak very little as I said before the broom is all very dirty. My bedsheets haven’t been changed those full night. I stayed very bad. The whole place is downweighted they need to upgrade the whole property as it’s very very dirty. Does bedbugs as well as my leg got bitten I’m a nice person. I didn’t wanna be rude and start arguing.

The hotel is very basic, however the staff are friendly and polite, especially on reception. There was one lady bar staff who was quite abrupt with us. The menu is NOT al la carte as described... Very basic menu, mostly catered for the Brits...not everyone who visits Spain wants to eat burgers and chips etc... The bedroom although really basic, was at least clean. No fridge or kettle in the room. We had to buy a kettle and cups, to be able to have a cuppa in the morning. Only 1 chair in the room, and if this was being used on the balcony, then you were buggered! This hotel is described as Adults only, however, the amount of young adults who stay here, act more like children than grown ups. The hotel is very noisy, especially at night right up until 6am... Pool area is kept clean, plenty of sunbeds. Would I stay here again, probably not...
