Nice spot. No parking for us.

No parking. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together. They didn't make for a comfortable sleep.

Die Lage war super und der dazugehörige Parkplatz parktisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross.

Die Einrichtung und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schwimmbad lohnt sich überhaupt nicht. Der Preis für das Frühstück eher teuer.

We had booked a twin room, as we were on a golfing trip with friends, however our room had a double bed-possibly zip and link that wasn't split after rerquesting this.

Lovely comfortable bed and staff were very nice. Good location too. Had non-dairy milk and butter at breakfast.

The hotel is quite dated, and probably needs a refurb. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed, but it felt a bit grubby. There was a significant amount of mould on the ceiling above the shower. Also, we stayed for two nights and the room wasn't cleaned on the full day we had the room, despite us checking that the 'do not disturb' sign was taken down, which meant we ran out of toilet roll and had to pick towels up from the ground to reuse. The room was also very expensive for what it was. We asked if there was a vegan option for breakfast and they told us they could do us vegan sausages, but then cam out a while later to tell us they actually didn't have any.

When we arrived at the property, we were told we would have to find another car park, because hotel car park was full due to a conference.

Requested a twin room at booking to discover it was a double, parking was given as a preference to other guests just because they were in the cannonball run, the fire alarm going off at 2.30 in the middle of the night for 10 seconds ruined one’s nights sleep

Breakfast selection, buffet only limited choice, even more so with food intolerance.When informed staff off intolerance, intial response was told can sit anywhere and choose own food then brought plate with 2 poach eggs only 😞 to add to unknown food contains,food safe prep on buffet

Die Lage ist Top! Direkt am Fluss und mit direkter Brücke zur Kirche. Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Gute Bar! Zimmer sehr schön.

Das Bad!!!!! Leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toilette ist sehr niedrig. Kacheln zum Teil beschädigt. Eklige Silikonränder an der Wanne. Echt Schade.

Central to everything, just a 5 min walk to the town centre. Also the staff were very Pleasant and accommodating. We ate in the Marina Club and the food was excellent as was breakfast in the morning

Lovely being on the river and a great location

Room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed for some time. There was hair around the bathroom and shower. My room looked at an internal roof with water pooling causing dripping noise if you had the window open which you needed to as the smell in the room was so intense, like a cheap air freshener that was covering some other smell.

Stunning location on the river with good parking which is free when staying. Breakfast was much like the rest of this hotel which was exceptional. The staff were so professional and friendly which for a solo business man, is very welcome. The restaurant serves a good range of meals, but I only had a burger and side salad......best burger ever. It was delicious. The bedroom was exceptional and very spacious with a bed I would like to take home. One additional bonus, were windows you can open to get some fresh air which is unusual in this day.

Only thing I did not like was the confusing light switches in my room, which I never fully worked out.

Excellent location. Breakfast staff so helpful and hospitable especially Tulay.

rooms were old and a bit grubby. Carpet in room stained. Pillow extremely lumpy. Silver fish in bathroom, no extractor fan in bathroom and smell of damp. Everything else was fine. I paid extra for view of river did not expect it to be a tiny view from side

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno bufé muy completo y puedes tomar el típico Irish breakfast. Además, está situado en el centro y es muy cómodo para visitar las ciudad y tomarte una buena pinta en Sean’s Bar .

Schönes Zimmer, ruhig, gute Lage im Zentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Very little to like about this Hotel. Its dated, shabby and in serious need of complete Renovation

Staff very unhelpful. Asked for a fan for room. Never got it. Door in bathroom would not close. No fridge in Room. Very pricey and most definitely should not be a four star hotel

Received complimentary room upgrade as it was my partner’s Birthday this was very much welcomed and greatly appreciated. Large room, clean and comfortable. Had lunch in Marina club bar, food was good. Excellent location.

The pool area not the cleanest could do with a bit of an upgrade/freshen up, sauna not hot at all.

The dressing table in the room was dirty , some sugary drinks had been spilled and left a sticky residue that had not been cleaned

To be honest all the tv remotes are sticky and very slow

Lift is very small. I asked where the stairs were, as i was on 1st floor, so only 2 flights. The receptionist wasnt very helpful in that situation, until a male member of staff said i could use my card to buzz door. Residents bar closed early.

Ist wirklich super gelegen, mitten im Altstadt. Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und Pool und Sauna ebenfalls sauber und Frühstück war ausreichend und alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt Jederzeit wieder 😀

Bathroom layout and parking way hit and miss had to drive around for a while before getting a spot. . Door stop in front of toilet kicked it and lost my toe nail . Not as much as a comp meal . Thought it was dealt with very poorly.

It was way too hot in a room,cant open a window, no fan of air conditioning either...

The ordering of drinks on the patio was a pain. It should have been pointed out that we could have ordered from the bar and taken the drinks to the patio ourselves. Service on the patio was spotty at best. Later on Sat night when we arrived back at the hotel bar/lounge area, my friend wanted to have a tea and the option was not available at that location, rather disappointing .

I still cannot belive that hotels are allowed have showers in the bath as it is a health and safety nightmare. the water took ages to heat up whilst running the taps. Breakfast was ok but the porridge was very watery and I was looking forward to a health breakfast.

The location of the room was perfect, very close to the lift! The staff were lovely. Very friendly. The temperature of the room was perfect for me.

The food menu in the Marina bar was a little limited. I was just looking for something small to eat, similar to what was on the in-room menu but it was totally different. There was no resident's bar, which I thought was quite unusual. The location of the toilet in the en-suite, behind the door, was quite cramped. Tea/coffee facilities in the room are very outdated.

Car park seemed permanently full, leading to ignorant guests parking in front of others and blocking them in.
