L'accueil du personnel, jeune mais déjà très professionnel et qui parle un français de très bonne qualité. La proximité du métro pour rejoindre Bilbao en 25 minutes et à un prix très raisonnable. La vue de la chambre sur le port et la plage. La possibilité de se garer à proximité de l'hôtel pour 7,50 euros la journée. Le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité.

La situación es inmejorable, frente a la playa y con una terraza espléndida con vistas al mar. Está recién renovado y da la sensación de que estás "estrenando" la habitación.

Las dificultades de aparcamiento, aumentadas por el hecho que durante nuestra estancia se celebraba el festival de Folk de Getxo y había tramos de calle cortados.

Personeel aan de balie zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie kamers. Wel jammer dat er toch al wat dingen stuk waren, niettegenstaande het hotel nog maar net gerenoveerd is. Mooi uitzicht!

Personeel bij ontbijt had beter gekund. Er was één persoon nogal dominant naar het andere personeel toe, en ook naar de gasten. Als je op het einde van het ontbijt toekomt, wordt er zelden bijgevuld. Bazige persoon is zelfs al alles aan het opruimen en weg aan het zetten. Harde bedden. Matras ligt op een plank.

Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, las vistas desde la habitación son increíbles. Además nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida en la habitación. Recomiendo la estancia en este hotel, un acierto.

Super nettes Personal und sehr gute Lage. Im Zimmer könnte es etwas mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für nasse Badesachen oder Handtücher geben, aber sonst war alles super und wie beschrieben. Das erste 3er Zimmer war uns zu dunkel und stickig obwohl sehr groß, aber das Personal hat sofort reagiert und wir haben dann ein helleres höher gelegenes Zimmer bekommen.

Juanma en el comedor aunque ha sido amable y servicial tiene un tono de voz muy alto y resultaba muy incómodo escuchar la conversación con el resto de huéspedes..

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich Auswahl mit gutem Kaffee. Das Zimmer war gut, leider das Fenster zum Innenhof und wir konnten das Fenster nicht offen lassen, da die Lüftung genau unter dem Fenster war. Das Zimmer war eher klein hatte aber alles was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise, aber leider genau über dem Bett, so dass wir sie während der Nacht nicht laufen lassen konnten. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La excelente ubicación, servicio de limpieza y amplitud, calidad de la habitación y personal de recepción muy agradable.

El desayuno buffet era más flojo porque había poca variedad.

Fronte mare e pet friendly. Dista circa un quarto d’ora a piedi dalla metro di Bilbao. Staff molto cordiale e molto accogliente anche nei confronti del nostro cane. Attenzione solo al parcheggio, si paga dalle 10 alle 20 ( agosto 2026) e conviene pagarlo tutta la giornata (7,50 eur) altrimenti non si può parcheggiare in zona nell’ora successiva a quando è scaduto il parcheggio. Se viaggiate in macchina, contattate l’hotel che vi fornirà le info più aggiornate.

Great location, right across from the beach and a very nice restaurant next door. Very friendly staff (Sergio, especially). Very clean and quiet.

For a recently refurbished hotel I would have expected USB chargers somewhere in the room. Nope.

Hotel byl velmi čistý, dobře vybavený, personál milý, snídaně výborné, služby mi přišly na typ hotelu a cenu nadstandardní.

Jedinou výtku mám k nádobí u snídaně - často špinavé a upatlané příbory, skleničky, těžko se vybírala čistá.

La ubicacion muy buena

Het hotel was recentelijk gerenoveerd. Zag er schoon en nieuw uit. De kamer was klein, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige badkamer.

Er was totaal geen uitzicht en het bed was smal en een erg harde matras.

Great location directly on the beach.

Breakfast was very hectic with food tending to run out. There is no restaurant at the hotel and the Tamarises Bistrot next door served a very poor dinner and it would be wise to explore other evening meal options.

Medium sized room with balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Comfortable bed and pillows and useable size desk with two chairs. Good aircon. Tea/Coffee, small minibar, iron, safe and shelves for clothes. Bathroom was small but well laid out and shower was excellent. Even had bath robes and slippers. Located right on beachfront with four restaurants within easy, flat walking distance, and a couple of bars. Old port nearby is very quaint but steep steps. Look for small funicular and lifts to town (small charge) with lots of shops bars etc. Staff were friendly and good English on front desk. Man in charge of breakfast was excellent. He only speaks Spanish (this is Spain), but any issues, show him and he sorts instantly. Kept breakfast going, even when 1/3 all guests descended for breakfast at the same time! Have own car park - well worth daily charge.

Air-con is central (not individual for room) and was set rather cold and needed to work out how to get it off lock to adjust so we didn't freeze (should have asked desk to help). OK once we got set to a more practical temperature so switches off once cool enough. Hanging space was too shallow )needs to be 6 inches higher) but Ok for a few days. Plenty of towels but hanging limited to a couple of hooks for bath towels so could do with another towel rail or shelf for bath towels.

Wir waren in Bilbao um die Sonnenuntergangsfindternis zu bestaunen und es war absolut perfekt: die schöne Terrasse unseres Zimmers mit Blick in den Sonnenuntergang, UNFORGETTABLE!

Ha sido una estancia excelente por la amabilidad de todo el personal, en recepcion, en la excelente organizacion del desayuno con variedad y orientacion del sr. Juan Ma a que todo estuviera perfecto y a nuestro gusto, Limpieza, instalaciones perfectas, excelente en todos los sentidos.

The hotel is newly renovated and the staff is great. The restaurants around the hotels are good.

Die Lage gegenüber des Strandes ist sensationell. Schöne Auswahl beim Frühstück. Schönes, gemütliches und renoviertes Zimmer. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Es war immer alles ausgesprochen sauber.

An der Rezeption konnte man keine Reservierung zum Essen für das Bistro, dass im selben Gebäude ist, machen. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr laut und etwas ungemütlich, dafür aber mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer hat zu wenig Schrankfläche. Ich habe viele Sachen im Koffer lassen müssen.

Fica em frente a praia, tem um elevador proximo que leva até a parte alta de Getxo.

Acho que as amenidades poderiam estar no quarto e não precisar pedir na recepção.

El hotel está super bien, las recepcionistas super agradables y facilitadoras. La ubicación fantástica. Sólo un pero, me faltó que los servicios (carta en las habitaciones etc) estuvieran también en Euskara, a demás de su web.

La habitación diminuta. Daba a un patio Interior con los tubos del aire acondicionado. Éramos 2 personas y apenas podíamos movernos en la habitación. Lamentable que ofrezcan esas habitaciones en un hotel al lado de la playa y con ese nombre. Desprestigia al hotel totalmente. No volvería por haberme alojado en esa habitación. La situación y personal del hotel.

Las instalaciones un poco antiguas, el baño muy justo y la calidad del desayuno.

El hotel muy bien, ubicación top, personal super amable.

Se nos cayó la cortina entera a las 00:30h de la noche… nos reubicaron en otra habitación que olía como a pegamento. Creo que algunas habitaciones no estaban preparadas aún para su apertura.

Location, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast

The beach was not overly crowded and was peaceful. Having breakfast at the hotel was very convenient. We enjoyed drinking cappuccinos and looking out at beach from the dining area.

Die Lage unmittelbar am Strand, das außerordentlich freundliche Personal, das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet, der schöne Blick vom Balkon über das Meer, die Zimmereinrichtung, Getxo als Ort und Ausgangsort für wunderbare Ausflüge in die Region.

Immer wieder mal unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer bei über den Tag laufender Klimaanlage.

Top Lage gerade am Meer. Frühstück gut. Zimmer mit Balkon sehr komfortabel und hell. Die günstigeren Zimmer mit kleinerem Fenster, nicht ganz so hell, trotzdem gut. Badezimmer top renoviert, wunderbare Dusche!

Manchmal hat es im Hotel nach faulen Eiern gerochen, aber nicht konstant, also nicht wirklich der Rede wert.

El hotel es moderno, y cómodo, están actualizando las zonas comunes y lo han reformado, pero lo que más me gustó fue el personal, muy agradables y atentos, sobre todo mención especial a Enya, del servicio de desayunos, fue muy cercana y simpática con nosotros, y muy profesional, esperamos volver a verte pronto!

Únicamente que estaban realizando trabajos de reformas en fechas poco apropiadas, temporada de verano, y fue un poco molesto. Lo demás todo perfecto

Ремонт с самого утра, лестницу заблокировали. Лифт не справлялся с наплывом отдыхающих. Завтраки вроде норм, но не вкусно.

The breakfast was excellent, we had a choice of healthy and satisfying selection and a pleasant room to sit in.

Outstanding location with a wonderful staff. Everyone was incredible. I wish I had everyone’s name but I do want to recognize Ioelena at the Front Desk and Enya and Juama at breakfast. They all went out of their way for us. Just for the record I was in the hotel business for 21 years and a General Manager for 10 of those years. I do not give such high marks that often!!!

The people in the reception are all very courteous and happy all the time. The staff and the food in the breakfast are excellent. Eventhough the hotel is renovating, they did their best to keep the hotel quiet and accessible. Overall, we are very happy we choose this hotel
