Eriti meeldejääv oli nautida rõdult imeilusat päikeseloojangut. Tuba oli avar, väga puhas ja maitsekalt sisustatud. Hindasime väga ka vaikust – siin sai tõesti hästi puhata. Hommikusöök oli rikkalik ja väga hea valikuga ning kogu personal tähelepanelik, sõbralik ja meeldiv. See oli juba meie teine peatumine Ercilla Embarcadero hotellis ning tuleme siia kindlasti hea meelega tagasi. Koht, kuhu on tõeliselt mõnus tagasi tulla.

The seaview rooms were all the same price but not equally good. One had a to-the-floor window that were double doors that opened. Two were square windows. I feel the pricing shouldnt be the same for all 3 (the window ones should be lower or the doors one higher). When you pay the same for all two couples feel short-changed somewhat.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Une superbe vue sur la baie Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, avec un lit immense et une salle de bains équipée d’une baignoire. Le vrai point fort reste la magnifique vue sur la baie, visible directement depuis le lit grâce aux quatre grandes fenêtres.
Seul petit manque : une piscine aurait été appréciable, car la plage est assez éloignée. Une très belle adresse à Getxo.

They provide personal service from check-in to breakfast to room cleanng, transportation and guide questions, etc. The atmosphere is chic, sophisticated and inviting. The location is serene and beautiful. It is next to a walkway that follows the coastline of the Bay of Biscay with two beaches and a marina. This walkway is great for strolling morning through evening, running and has bike lanes. There are bikes at the hotel(just saw them but did not use them) and available for rental through the city. The beaches are a 10-30 minute walk away in opposite directions. One is very small and the larger one has showers and umbrellas. I only walked by. The breakfast which is ourchased separately or ahead of time has a nice variety of sweet breads, gluten-free, jams, juice, Basque cakes, cheeses, meats, breads, eggs(even a la carte omelettes), fruit, yogurts, cereals, coffees, tea, etc. The eating areas are very nice and include outdoor patio seating in a lovely enclosure not far from the water. Reservations can be made for dinner. Menu is varied and food is delicious. All of this with staff that cater to you and offer a delightful experience.

Podrían instalar en el garaje un cargador para coches eléctricos. Hoy en dia es importante.

Пляжа рядом хорошего нет. Это не пляжный отель, а, скорее, отличное место для поездок по побережью. Отличный свободный частный паркинг. Так что лучше, если вы на машине.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Die Sicht auf das Hafenbecken war schön, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, wir hatten einen Balkon. Die Tiefgarage ist ein Plus (EUR 17 pro Tag). Und die Distanz zum Flughafen war ein Vorteil.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten ausser im Hotel selber. Das Bett war bequem aber schmal. Alles iin allem eine schöne Unterkunft aber überteuert.

Nos dieron un habitación con vistas al mar en la primera planta. el ventanal está a la misma altura que toda la gente que esta tomando algo en el restaurante del propio hotel, que además estaban con una celebración de boda y estaba lleno de gente. El cuarto de baño, da a una terraza y tampoco tienes nada de intimidad. La habitación no estaba especialmente limpia

The décor is tasteful and inviting, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection and a nice setting. On the downside, I felt that the value for money was not quite in line with the price. At around €880 for two nights including breakfast, I expected a more spacious room and a more premium overall experience for a four-star hotel. In addition, although breakfast is officially served until 11:00 a.m., by around 10:30 a.m. several items had already run out and were not replenished promptly. The breakfast area also seemed a little understaffed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location, beautiful views, and kind staff, but there is room for improvement to better match the price point.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Very friendly staff. Very comfy rooms. Restaurant and breakfast area opens on a quiet terrace on the garden. Short 5 minutes stroll to Getxo, the Vizcaya transporter bridge and the pedestrian/touristic Areeta neighborhood. Conveniently close to a tube station that makes Bilbao city center 20 minutes away. Directly on the line to San Mames or the Old City. During our stay, a family was marking a family occasion, good sign that locals actually rate the place. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit again. Thank you!

Reviewed May 11, 2026Es un expéctaculo de hotel, cuando me toque la primitiva me iré a vivir allí. Las vistas son de locos, tienen bicis para recorrer el paseo y la primera hora es gratis. El personal es encantador, el desayuno muy rico y las habitaciones con vistas al mar son de locos la verdad. Enamorada de Getxo, que señorial, que lugar más precioso la verdad.

Jammer dat je voor het parkeren nog apart moet betalen, gezien de kamerprijs van € 350,00 per nacht ( voor seizoen)

Los precios del restaurante y cafetería un poco altos ya que por ejemplo no servían en las mesas del bar/cafetería, sólo durante un periodo de tiempo.

Al entrar al parking, rozamos el coche. Sería de utilidad un aviso en la entrada o por lo menos una protección en ese punto en concreto, donde por lo que sé, no fuimos los únicos.

Nos hospedamos en habitaciones con vista al jardín. En otras ocasiones, la habitación estaba en el lateral del edificio y fue muy agradable. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, la vista al frente quedaba sobre el jardín en el que la visibilidad desde el jardín a la habitación es absoluta y tienes que estar con las cortinas cerradas, además la ventana de la habitación era tan pequeña que carecía de luminosidad. Y eso a pesar de que en un principio eran habitaciones en la primera planta y nos cambiaron a la segunda. En mi opinión, o reservas con vistas al mar o te tienes que asegurar de que te den una habitación lateral. Las habitaciones que dan al frente, a no ser que sean en la última planta, no merecen la pena.
