I didn’t have a good experience because I booked on booking.com, and when we got to the room, the door wouldn’t open and when I called, they said that my booking had been canceled, but didn’t let me know. They were not able to find me another room, so it was disappointing to arrive to a city late and not be able to book into the place we had previously booked.

There wasn’t any breakfast But the sweet itself was incredibly nice with the brick Work and the white bedding the kitchen. It was very nice bathroom was tiny, but that’s OK. The glass shower was amazing.

The location of the property is a short walk from events happening in downtown Moncton. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are all close, as well as, the trail along the river. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable having everything we needed. Staff response to any questions was prompt. We had a great stay!

It took us an hour to check in because the instructions we were given were for a completely different property. There is no staff onsite, and communication with this company was poor at best. We honestly thought we had been scammed. The instructions felt like an escape room puzzle. We also needed to pay $17.00 for parking (in order to leave the parking lot), which was an unexpected additional expense. The bed was uncomfortable and no bedside tables surprised us (in a negative way).

I had some trouble with the automatic lock, 2 coffee pods for a 4-night stay. For 1 person max in my opinion.

Everything was perfect!!

The suite is a beautifully renovated historical building in a great location right downtown. Kitchen and bath have modern appliances, and there is even a small washer/dryer combo for clothing! Check in and out were smooth and seamless.

Glass shower was not the best for our situation, in addition, I needed some instructions for the TV remote, as I couldn't figure it out.

The bed frame was broken, mattress is extremely uncomfortable and both my wife and I woke up barely being able to move. Pillows are so used up there’s nothing to them. The walls were really dirty as well as the carpet. You could tell the cleaners just kind of go through and don’t do any deep clean anytime.

Boutique Hotel with classy updated amenities. Convenient location with plenty of off street parking. Very walkable Main Street with plenty of cosy bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very clean! Staff went out of their way to be helpful!

Great stay. Close to everything downtown. Only downfall was that it’s on the Main Street and was loud at times with the traffic.

L’appartement est très beau mais il y’a plusieurs petits détails qui font que l’expérience n’est pas parfaite. Il manque de mobilier pour s’asseoir (les tabourets tournent trop facilement et le comptoir est trop haut et trop court pour en profiter pleinement). Des rideaux plus opaques ou des stores pourraient être ajoutés pour éviter la pleine lumière sur le lit dès que le soleil se lève. Il est cependant bien situé et le service à la clientèle était irréprochable.

Really enjoyed.my stay here. Excellent location, 20 mins walk from train & bus station, supermarket etc. Check in is seamless, and studio was perfect for 1 person. Definitely recommend

La cuisine complète et la machine a laver /sécheuse. C'est petit mais très fonctionnel. Cest propre et l'entrée dans le bâtiment est magnifique.

Le matelas de la chambre 201 est mou. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir de vue non plus. Mais c'est un détail dans l'ensemble.

Le loft est très beau et bien éclairé, très belle situation dans le centre-ville,

Pour accéder à la porte, il y a un escalier extérieur en bois de 18 marches,sans aide disponible, donc il faut être en bonne forme physique,

Property was super clean and well located. We were close to restaurants and cafes and close to the highways to get out to the funds area.

I didn’t get my access for the hotel until over two hours after check in. There is a light from the parking light that shines into the room. And the blinds are not sufficient to keep out the light. We couldn’t sleep.

Great location downtown. Was easy to park car and walk everywhere (great after long drive). Many restaurant choices and good walk along riverfront. Loved having access to kitchen and washer/dryer - helpful to get things back in order.

Room is beautifully designed and maximizes space. Room had modern amenities including a washer. It’s an historic building which has been very thoughtfully renovated. I would absolutely recommend

Very nice property, beautifully decorated. Modern with all the updates and loved the exposed brick. The only cons is that it's somewhat noisy (street noise) and the combo washer-dryer held our clothes hostage (wouldn't open/unlock until about 45 minutes after it was done) :) But apart from that, very good stay and nicely appointed room!

I loved this little place, it felt like a little apartment. It was super convenient we walked to everything. The only downfall I found was the darkness and noise, I wish the curtains were darker because it was harder to sleep with light curtains. Also I know the noise is hard to control but we could hear everything that was happening outside.

We booked super last minute and was hesitant on booking somewhere without a front desk, however still had no trouble getting access codes for when we arrived and check-in was seamless. Plenty of parking and great location. We only stayed one night, but kitchen would make this a great location if staying for a few days. Room was clean and comfortable.

The set up, nice and clean, comfortable bed and couch to read. The location is fantastic: downtown, close to restaurants, boutiques, banks, bars and the Saturday Market. Also short distance riverside walking/ bike trail. We would stay there again.

Light in front of the bathroom doorway was to low , needs to be pulled up.. husband hit his head on it several times 😉. Suggest placing a carpet at the entrance in the winter not to ruin your wood floors. Maybe shade in the bedroom windows. Also, a spare blanket would have been nice 🙂🙂

Great location! Very walkable and a lot of restaurants in the area. The place is exactly as pictured, very clean and nice. Perfect for a solo traveler.very prompt service via text, I appreciated it.

The room is facing a busy street and a lot of noise coming from the outside, especially on the weekend. A white noise machine would be nice. Also, no blackout curtains. The outside lights are very bright and right outside the window. I had to be creative to make the room darker at night.

It was quite comfortable but really small.

The main reason to stay in an apartment not a hotel is so you can prepare your own meals. There was just a a small blunt knife in the kitchen. I wanted to cook a meal and this made it difficult. Annoying!

The rooms in an old building are unique. Very comfortable room in a great location in town close to restaurants.

Minor issue with checkin as Booking.com did not allow access to the link sent by the hotel. This was exacerbated as the hotel has no checkin staff resulting in phone calls to resolve. Whilst the hotel was very clean, there were blood stains on the mattress protector. This should have been disposed of and not reused.

The room is newly renovated, and it feels great! There's a kitchen with everything you need, a big tv, a silent airco, a comfortable but soft bed and a modern shower. The check-in procedure is done online and is rather easy. There's a convenient parking just at the building. The room is 30 minute walk from the main train station and is located on the main street with all the restaurants -- but nothing to prevent you sleeping at night. We appreciated the procedure to provide feedback about the room via a QR code.

The room access is throught stairs... there's no elevator. So be careful if you're travelling with big suitcases. For the parking, you have to tell them in advance if you don't want it and don't want to pay for it! It was not clear to me.

This is a small hotel in a renovated old building on a main street in Moncton, very near the Tidal Bore park, a shopping center and restaurants. Gated, surface parking is available for an extra fee. The room had modern amenities, including a kitchenette and washer/dryer. We appreciated especially having the washer/dryer after several days on the road.

You will have to use a door code to enter, as there is no staff on site. We would have appreciated directions for using the washer/dryer and the coffee maker, as neither appliance was intuitive for us. We didn't mind climbing stairs to reach our room, but this might be a problem for travellers with mobility issues.

We loved our stay! It was so cozy. The only thing I would change is to have some blackout blinds and a fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, we will definitely be back!
