Fantastic location on the beach. Lovely restaurants and bars. Great sea view from the room. Staff in reception were extremely helpful. Lovely big room - recently refurbished. Lovely pool area. Easy to get into Albufeira

The bathroom was extremely dated and needs a refurb like the bedroom. The staff at the bar and beach restaurant need to cheer up! Very dangerous area in the outside seating area near the pool at breakfast… steps slant and it’s very dangerous especially with carrying hot drinks and food

Super Lage, toller Strand, herrlicher Blick aus dem Zimmer auf das Meer und die roten Felsen. Reichhaltiges gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Allerdings täglich die gleichen Wurst und Käsesorten. Obst und Gebäck sehr gut und vielfältig.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und einiges erneuerungsbedürftig. Rezeption nicht sehr hilfreich und teilweise präpotent. Viele ungelernte Kräfte im Service. WC am Pool nicht absperrbar trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation nach 3 Tagen noch immer nicht behoben. Strand wird zwar vom Hotel betrieben trotzdem ist für die Liegen und Schirme zu bezahlen (24 Euro/Tag) Es gibt aber weder WC noch Dusche noch Umkleidekabine für diesen Preis ! Fazit 5 Sterne Preis aber kein 5 Sterne Standard !

Pokój był świeżo po remoncie i tutaj zdecydowanie 10/10. Łóżka bardzo wygodne 10/10. Niestety łazienka stara, robiona jakieś 40 lat temu.... Dużo miejsc parkingowych dookoła hotelu i chyba na tym kończą się zalety tego hotelu.

Hotel na zdjęciach wygląda jak oaza spokoju w stylu Boho. Niestety nic bardziej mylnego. Hotel ma swoje lata, widać że pewnie części są odnowione ale generalnie hotel to po prostu moloh w stylu hoteli egipskich, nastawionych na masówkę, a nie na komfort. Baseny małe i brudne, pływają włosy, fugi czarne i brudne! Woda zimna. Do tego dzieci wnoszą mnóstwo dmuchanych zabawek i materacy, nie ma się gdzie ruszyć. Ludzie na leżakach włączają własną muzykę z prywatnych głośników - obsługa nie reaguje. Śniadania bardzo standardowe. Nad stolikami na zewnątrz rozłożone parasole - całe w ptasich odchodach.... Dodam, że w czasie naszego pobyty w hotelu odbywał się ślub więc goście weselni w krawatach lub cekinowych sukniach chodzili do baru przy basenie między naszymi leżakami....

El hotel es lo que se paga. No es barato, por lo que, lo que ofrecen está bien para el valor.

Nos encantó todo, la habitación amplia, con vistas a una de las piscinas, era apartamento. Por la noche el silencio era increíble, solo se escuchaban los grillos. Las camas súper amplias y sábanas y almohadas de hotel 5*(suaves y muy frías, como dice mi hijo pequeño, jajajaj). Temperatura ideal, el tiempo en Albufeira siempre es perfecto para estar en remojo, las piscinas ideales,, una de ellas de agua templada, aunque algunos días más calentita, otros días menos calentita. El buffet del desayuno muy variado y rico. El Spa súper amplio, masajes increíbles y por la noche ambiente bueno con conciertos y una sala de juegos con billar donde jugamos con nuestros niños. Aparcamiento en todo el resort, incluso subterráneo. La Playa preciosa, a pie del hotel con salida directa. Personal súper súper súper amable, siempre atento. Nos dejaron salir 1 hora después en el check-out, cosa que se agradece enormemente. Un hotel muy familiar, con bebés y niños muy respetuosos

La cena en el buffet, me pareció poco variada y el precio por persona algo , bastante elevado. Lo demás nos encanto

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to the city centre by car. The staff were exceptional — always smiling, friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. The beach was beautiful, and the rooms were spotless, very clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!

The only minor downsides were that the breakfast area was quite overcrowded at times, and the breakfast selection was more or less the same every day, so a bit more variety would have been appreciated. The pools were also quite busy with children, which made them less relaxing at certain times, especially for guests looking for a quieter atmosphere.

O quarto que me foi atribuido. O estado das paredes não estáva consentaneo com um equipamento de 5 estrelas. Reclamei por causa desse facto dizendo que como estavam aigumas paredes do quarto este nunca deveria ser alugado a ninguém. Em abono da verdade proposeram-me na hora, alterar de quarto mas eu não aceitei, uma vez que já tinha desmanchado as malas e não queria ter outra vez o trabalho de arrumar aquilo tudo. A partir daí foram de uma delicadeza e lisura até à nossa saída, digna de nota.

Położenie hotelu, bliskość do plaży, otoczenie i personel są naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie :) Wszyscy są bardzo pomocni, miło jest też spędzać czas nad basenem. Hotel nie jest zatłoczony, jedzenie dobre. Baseny przystosowane do dzieci w różnym wieku. Piękne, zielone otoczenie hotelu.

Pokoje wymagałyby lekkiego odświeżenia (pod kątem zasłon, mebli, szczególnie w części apartamentowej). Mają pełne wyposażenie, ale jest ono już nieco zużyte, co wpływa na odbiór pokoi.

The spa was only half open (not all water features were working), and my wife was asked to pay £25 to use the facilities and £3 for a hat. We were staying in a villa, so the price should have been zero. They did not ask her about this just asked her to pay, which she did not in the end, but not a great experience.

Experiência incrível. Staff super simpático e prestável, boas e várias piscinas, acesso super simples e rápido para a praia. Vários bares e opções de restaurantes. Os jantares buffet temáticos eram excelentes. Pequeno-almoço incrível. Parque com garagem de fácil acesso para os carros, ginásio muito bom, com máquinas novas , material novo, com excelente variedade de máquinas + águas, toalhas, etc. E a zona da recepção cheirava extremamente bem.

Não relacionado diretamente com o serviço do hotel, mas o mau civismo dos hóspedes - acham que podem reservar espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina. Durante o pequeno-almoço, via-se muita gente a ir "reservar" espreguiçadeiras deixando toalhas, e à hora de almoço a mesma situação, onde se ausentavam durante horas, mas deixavam as espreguiçadeiras inutilizáveis. É falta de civismo, não sei se o hotel poderá fazer algo mais para controlar isto para além dos avisos, sendo que de qualquer das formas, há uma boa oferta de espreguiçadeiras.

Location is amazing, stunning food, amazing children’s club and staff, nice swimming pools. Everything is always clean and tidy.

The housekeepers always clean the bathrooms next to the restaurant whilst breakfast is on, meaning you can’t use the toilets during breakfast! Minor thing, as everything else perfect.

It was no wi-fi in our room, during all our stay; we asked at reception twice, but there was no improvement. Also, 52 euro for 3 sunbeds/day felt a rip-off. These are probably 2 cons.

excelente localização, ambiente calmo e descontraído, pessoal muito simpático

O resort é amplo, limpo, dispõe de várias atividades e piscinas. Tem acesso fácil à praia, o que para nós foi ótimo. O pequeno almoço é muito completo. O apartamento é espaçoso e tem os utensílios necessários.

Infelizmente notámos algumas falhas de limpeza no apartamento.

Da proximidade com a praia, dos espaços exteriores verdes para as crianças brincarem e do pequeno-almoço com bastante variedade.

O check out dos apartamentos ser até às 10 horas.

Il resort è molto bello, la posizione vicino alla spiaggia comodissima! L'unica cosa che non ti dicono che gli sdrai e ombrellone sulla spiaggia non sono inclusi nel prezzo dell'albergo. I ristoranti sono tutti ottimi, prezzi un pò alti. Noi avevamo un appartamento e davanti c'era la rete di volley quindi ragazzi giocavano e facevano molto rumore, urlavano e mettevano la musica alta. Questo dovrebbe essere in un posto lontano dalle stanze per non disturbare. Tutto insieme una bellissime esperienza, tornerei volentieri!

Bagno un po trascurato, il lavandino e doccia erano oscurati e veniva su l'acqua. L'aria condizionata quando si accendeva faceva un odore brutto a marcio.

Wir sind in eine Zimmerkategorie schlechter gezogen, weil wir dadurch zwei Liegen auf der Terrasse hatten. Den Verzicht auf eine Erstattung ließ man sich unterschreiben. Es war auch keine Geste des Entgegenkommens drin. Aber durch diesen Wechsel war unser Aufenthalt schön.

Völlig überzogene Preise für mittelmäßige Qualität. Extrem laut beim Frühstück ab 9:00h. Kein Late-Check-out möglich. Personal interessierte sich überhaupt nicht dafür, wie man die Zeit bis zum Flug verbringen kann. Nicht genug Liegen am Pool. Nahezu kein Platz am Strand. Nicht für ein Handtuch.

Beach is not that good, a bit dirty, Breakfast was amazing, delicious and waitress was kind. Our room with the sea view we love it and most of all staff was helpful, especially one of the staff member (porter) name Ali he is kind and very helpful. Definnitely we will come come next year. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juices and a great variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel, facilities, and swimming pools are beautiful, and I especially enjoyed having a different atmosphere around each pool.

Unfortunately, our room did not live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The sofa bed for our children was in poor condition, with a spring sticking out of the mattress, and it had not been properly set up. There were also several maintenance issues: the toilet seat was damaged, the soap holder had come off the wall, and the hairdryer could not be used at full power. We reported these issues to reception, who told us that someone would come to inspect them, but unfortunately, nobody came. We also found the prices for drinks and other refreshments within the hotel to be quite high.

Hotelanlage ist sehr gross und weitläufig, somit verteilt sicher alles sehr gut. Es hat 3 Poolanlagen und auch verschiedene Restaurant Optionen. Lage ist sehr gut, ein wenig weg von Abufeira, wo der ganze Trubel statt findet. Strand unmittelbar in der Nähe, Kinderfreundlich und gute Optionen für Ausflüge. Transport nach Stadt.

Das Personal war nicht immer sehr freundlich, speziell an der Poolbar konnte mann kaum ein lächeln erwarten. Dafür waren sie an der Rezeption oder an der Real Bar sehr freundlich, auch zu Kindern. Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet, Badewanne und wir hatten noch Frotteetücher mit Löcher. Auch dass mann am Strand für Liegen bezahlen muss finde ich eher schwierig.

We recently stayed at Santa Emilia Hotel Resort & Spa , which is a beautiful property with some truly impressive features. The main hotel and resort boast a five-star rating, and the grounds offer beautiful sea views, lovely swimming pools overlooking the private beach area, and a very attractive overall setting. Unfortunately, our experience in the resort’s self-catering villas did not feel like a five-star experience. The villas have a very traditional interior style and, in our opinion, are in need of upgrading and refurbishment. We noticed issues such as curtains that did not properly meet in the middle and areas where paint was flaking from the walls, soap despenser broken off the walls, and soft furnituring grubby. However, the most concerning issue for us was a strong, musty, mouldy smell in the bedroom area of our villa. After our first night, we reported the smell to reception and were assured that it would be dealt with straight away. Unfortunately, after 2 or 3 hours we approached reception again we were told someone will visit the property asap and after an other hour waiting and asking to speak to management again and with out any investigation we were eventually moved to another villa. The second accommodation was in slightly better condition, and the smell was nowhere near as strong, although there was still a slight musty/mouldy smell coming from one side of the mattress in one of the bedrooms. On a positive note, the resort itself is beautiful. The swimming pools and grounds are very well maintained and the views are lovely. We also really enjoyed the restaurants within the resort, as well as the pizzeria, which were both excellent and a little pricey. Overall, we enjoyed the facilities and location, but we feel that the self-catering villas need significant upgrading and refurbishment to bring them up to the five-star standard that the main hotel and resort portray. In particular, the issue of musty or mouldy smells in the bedrooms needs to be addressed. With investment in the villas, the accommodation could match the very high standard of the rest of this beautiful resort.

My post is a full review of pros and cons We are a family of 4 kids age 12 and 4. This is our first visit to Portugal and this hotel was the top in terms of reviews hence our choice Not sure we will want to come back We booked a 1 bed apartment. One main room with huge bed and TV and cupboard and a separate bath with overhead shower/ bidet and toilet. Hairdryer in bathroom. Robes in room but so worn I didn't wear them. Main living room had one single bed and a sofa bed/ dining table / crockery and hob/ coffee machine / fridge freezer and microwave and kettle but no basic coffee / tea. One bottle of water is left every day They also have an iron and board Patio area which is communal so u have to keep it locked if ur not there Arrived and checked in and our room had no working safe and no working phone. Luckily I had paid for data as it's a 5 min walk to reception They came twice and could not fix it so the offered me the only room they had left - they said - which was much further from the pools What should be done is a map of the hotel. I haven't yet worked out the layout but it's seems the villas surround a pool - one possibly 18m pool deep in the middle and shallow for kids on the edge and a baby pool adjacent The rooms are slightly dates but clean. Broken soap dispenser. Housekeeping isn't great - they don't always replace towels we had to ring for them Pizza place was close to our pool but really pricy so we ate there once - good food but terrible cocktails. We then bought our own drinks and had them by the pool. Pools are clean. No issue with sunbeds here. Mainly families with kids. No lifeguard and some kids started to eat their snacks in the pool. Decking is PVC and clean. Water is warm as it's 30 degrees. No shade over pool Breakfast is really good. Fruit/ ham/ cheese/ cereal/ eggs / omelette / bacon / sausage/ porridge /pastries and good range of juices and coffee and bread. Same food daily so after 5 days it's a bit dull. Clean restaurant. The hotel beach is a good 10min walk from reception. U need ur room card to get there and there are no on site taps to wash after until u get to the top again. Sunloungers here chargeable and without it no shade Sandy clean beach Lifeguard present but not at all times Few restaurants were on the beachfront but you need to climb up. Beach towels are in reception Odd set up. They simply need it to be on the beach! Leaving the hotel it's a 15min walk to anything. Few games room eg pool/ table tennis Late checkout was not possible but staff were really helpful holding bags and allowing us to use the facilities

Bei den Liegen mit Blick aufs Meer könnte der Boden mal gründlich gereinigt werden, die Speisen und Getränke sind recht teuer, die Apartments sollten nach und nach renoviert werden, zwar sauber und funktional, aber viele Verschleißerscheinungen.

Limpeza, proximidade da praia, jantares temáticos portugueses de qualidade. Funcionários, em particular as que nos recebiam ao pequeno almoço e os da recepção.

Pouca formação em relação a alergénios, em particular glúten e lactose. Alguns funcionários ao jantar não fazem ideia do que é glúten sequer. Depois de conversar com os chefes lá nos conseguimos orientar, mas não é fácil. Também encontrei erros em sobremesas que tinham glúten e estavam assinaladas como sem. É mesmo necessário que o staff ao jantar tenha formação.

Everything was perfect! The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind, helpful, and polite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beautiful Santa Eulália Beach. It was our first time visiting Portugal, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a wonderful family holiday and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again in the future!

Wonderful serene place to stay for couple and family. If you are not bother about halal food and live on fish and vegetarian food place is very wonderful. Wonderful breakfast specifically best ooked omelette I had served by wonderful lady. Hotel adult pool was bit small for my liking. Hotel manager Dinis was wonderful and considering. Staff were very nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

The Room was specious and clean

The size of the pool(s) was a joke very small and round so real swimming was possible. Very few sun chairs which very reserved with towels by 11am. Beach chair were only available for pay. Staff was unfriendly. Food was totally overpriced

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Grande Real. The hotel has impressive lobby, beautifully curated and maintained, it smelled really nice. The front desk staff was efficient, he got us checked in quick, spoke about the hotel amenities and availabilities. We were led to our room by a staff who was kind to ask us for ang assistance with our stuff. Our room was located at -1 level with a terrace overlooking the ocean and the tennis court. Talking about the room, it was cozy and clean. The television was a smart TV connected to the internet, hence, it offered Youtube, perfect for our little boy who wanted to watch Thomas the train every time we come back after a long day at the pool. We love the pool side and the beach! Even though it was always with people, we got to enjoy the place and spent time together as a family under the sun. Over all, it was a very pleasant time off and we could not wait to come back.

La ubicación es excelente y el personal de recepción es muy amable y atento. Nos permitieron quedarnos el día del check-out en las instalaciones para seguir utilizándolas.

El personal de restauración parece estar un poco quemado. Un camarero del restaurante de la piscina nos retiró la comida sin haber terminado y el personal de la pizzería se veía un poco estresado durante la cena.

A Villa em que ficamos era bastante espaçosa embora em uma das casas de banho o espaço do chuveiro era minusculo e sem iluminação. As instalaçoes em termos de piscina em geral sao boas, os restaurantes japones e atlantico sao otimos mas mesmo sendo hospedes precisa reservar como quem não esta hospedado entao não tem necessariamente vantagem. Os campos de tenis sao bons apesar de mal conservados. Fiz uma massagem e foi excelente. Ginásio ok mas podia ser maior. Equipamentos do ginásio de boa qualidade. O Kids Club é maravilhoso e engaja as crianças de todas as idades.

A iluminação das Villas é insuficiente, nem sempre os carrinhos de golf estão disponíveis e as Villas são longe, o horário do check in é 16hs mas o check out é 10hs - um absurdo sendo que se você é “importante” pode entrar antes - o café da manhã apesar de excelente tem sempre muita fila, tudo é pago à parte - uso do campo de tênis, uso do banho turco, piscina aquecida etc. A sauna estava quebrada durante toda semana em que lá estivemos. Poucas e insuficientes passadeiras. Todos os restaurantes do hotel são muito caros. A falta de acesso do carro às Villas para carregar e descarregar pode dificultar muito em especial em vilas mais longe como a minha.

Beautiful location and stunning views, but unfortunately the service does not match the hotel’s 5-star rating. The restaurant and bar were understaffed and very slow, the breakfast buffet was overcrowded, and the overall organization was disappointing. The pools were sometimes cloudy, and there were no lifeguards on duty. At this price, we expected a much higher standard. Sadly, we would not return, as there are many other hotels offering better value for the same price.

hôtel sympa, chambre agréable et spacieuse, la salle de bain est de bonne taille mais serait à rafraichir. Les parties restaurant sont super sympa, les repas sont bon, surtout le restaurant "Le Club"

La partie piscine meriterait d'être refaite, je pense que cela ne correspond pas aux standards d'un 5 étoiles.

Excelente localização, bom estacionamento e um átrio principal muito bonito.

Esta foi a nossa segunda estadia neste hotel. Reservámos dois apartamentos (vilas), para um total de seis pessoas da família, mas a experiência ficou bastante aquém do esperado para um hotel desta categoria. O principal problema foi a falta de manutenção e de atenção aos detalhes. As zonas comuns de circulação, especialmente os caminhos entre o edifício principal e as vilas, encontravam-se muito sujas e necessitam claramente de uma lavagem a alta pressão. O hotel aparenta ter falta de pessoal. Embora os funcionários sejam educados, o serviço é lento e pouco acolhedor, refletindo uma equipa sobrecarregada. A simpatia e a disponibilidade, normalmente associadas à hotelaria de qualidade, foram praticamente inexistentes. No apartamento, encontrámos vários problemas de manutenção: as cortinas estavam visivelmente sujas e o ralo da banheira encontrava-se entupido. Foi necessário solicitar a intervenção da manutenção por duas vezes até o problema ficar resolvido. Também consideramos inadequada a cobrança de 30 € por dia pela utilização de duas espreguiçadeiras e um chapéu de sol na praia. Num hotel deste nível, este deveria ser um serviço incluído para os hóspedes, como acontece em muitos estabelecimentos concorrentes. Tendo em conta o preço das estadias e das refeições, esperávamos um nível de qualidade muito superior. O Grupo Real Hotels deveria investir mais na manutenção, na renovação das instalações e no reforço das equipas, em vez de continuar a aumentar a rentabilidade à custa da experiência do cliente. Foi a nossa segunda estadia e será, certamente, a última. Não voltaremos nem recomendaremos este hotel.

Pool toilet doors do not lock leaving guest feeling exposed & vulnerable Ridiculous queues for breakfast with not enough seating and inadequate space to walk between tables with waiting staff and other guests bumping into chairs of seated dinners which detracted from the dining experience. I don’t expect to be charged for sunbeds on the hotels private beach when I’ve already paid a premium price to stay at the hotel. Drinks, Meals and snacks are overpriced when compared to other bars and restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. Had they been priced at a more reasonable rate we would have spent more within the hotel complex. In our room the balcony sliding door was not properly sealed which created a cold draft at night and the door vibrated in the frame with the wind creating a knocking noise all night. Our room had an adjoining door yet we had no requirement for this and did not know the occupants in the other room. We felt the adjoining door was a security / personal safety risk. It also increased noise with conversations (and other noises, sorry neighbours!) easily overhead by the other room. It was not clear where / when entertainment was scheduled and needs to be on a large board by the main pools or on the large TV's in reception. We paid a premium to stay at a 5* spa resort but the spa facilities are charged extra. Giving away a single complimentary Spa voucher to each guest would have been a nice gesture and may encourage some guests to then pay for further services My wife was attacked on the balcony by 'Steven' a seagull who stole her food, knocked over her hot drink scalding her and then left. Later that afternoon he returned and defecated all over the balcony. There are a lot of birds in the resort these vermin are on tables / chairs / plates, wading in the kids pools with little attempt from staff to deter them or scare them away. During our time by the pools a gardener started mowing the grass directly behind our sunbeds creating pollen and noise. We also were made to feel like we were an inconvenience during a sunbed and umbrella replacement which was done mid-morning after guests were already on sunbeds. It seems both activities were poorly planned and normally I’d expect these to be done before the pool opens or after it closes. The room cleaning was of an exceptionally high standard and the staff were very attentive. It was also a lovely gesture to receive a birthday card, cake and bottle of fizz.

Stayed with my son for a week in july Room is a bit dated but was very clean The hall porter was very helpful on check in,very friendly.breakfast was absolutely packed each morning,my son arrived at 1030 one morning and the young lady at the podium pointed out the time to him,very petty for a hotel that claims five star service,food was ok,hot food cold every morning,nice fruit and pastries available.the service at the beach cafe was a huge letdown.the staff barely understand any english at all,very expensive too.the beach attendants were excellent,very polite and efficient.the staff in the bar area at night were under serious pressure each night we attended,no tab allowed during soccer matches in case you did a runner i assume,not enough staff on duty any night but the two guys working were friendly if rushed off their feet most nights.all in all not a five star experience for the cost.

Nothing was 5 star rating

Arrived in the evening:air con not working, food at buffet was terrible so took children to pizza Restuarant. Also bad. The result looks run down and service is really bad/ no where near 5 star. We offered to pay night and leave the next morning but despite the clear unhappiness the hotel management reused to shorten the stay or refund anything- they had received a prepaid week long booking from bookings.com. Bookings.com tried unsuccessfully to negotiate with hotel management. We got stuck in this awful place for a week and basically had to drive to other venues each day to keep the family happy. I have never written a bad review before but please avoid this terrible place and their unethical management staff. Also pools tiny and overcrowded, no one eats at their pool bar because everything ridiculously overpriced. Every day people terrible reviews but the management just gloss over them with done waffle comment. I hope bookings.com blacklists them due to their lack of cooperation and poor attitude.

No gym? Food options on site mediocre and not worth the prices charged.. it has been great having a small kitchenette, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

- O quarto cheirava a humidade e por esse motivo tiveram de nos mudar para outro. - Não é preciso ir de carro para a praia, mas até chegarmos ao areal precisamos de andar um pouco e descer várias escadas. - Em maio, a praia não tinha muito areal e apanhámos muito vento. Tivemos que ir para praias mais abrigadas. - Infelizmente começa a ser uma prática comum no Algarve, mas é preciso ter atenção ao valor que nos apresentam na conta. O valor com a gratificação aparece destacado e pode induzir em erro o Cliente.

The property was very clean, services was excellent

I was racially discriminated by a kitchen staff : she hated me because I was black, she was incharge of frying omelette at the dinning during breakfast and the first day she ignored me and said she does not understand English and that I should speak Portuguese i just felt she was having a bad day but it happened again the next day, she ignored me and attended to two guest who came after me at this point i flared and shouted, i created a scene that the head of the kitchen who is a very lovely lady I think her name is hippy came and apologized and got someone to fry my eggs and even the other guest were telling her she was unfair to me, I plan to create an online sensitization about this awful experience , the front desk staff were excellent: Jerome and Victor are the best
