Чистый большой номер, прекрасный завтрак, удобная кровать, дружелюбный персонал. Недалеко от аэропорта, поэтому удобно останавливаться, если ранний рейс. Такси Болт стоит 12 евро. Останавливаюсь здесь уже второй раз и планирую опять быть здесь.

Можно было бы добавить тапочки и набор для чистки зубов.

Personnel à l'écoute, serviable et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Hôtel est très bien situé. Literie très confortable. Petit déjeune rbuffet très varié et copieux. Diner au restaurant satisfaisant.

Peut être changer les baignoires étroites pour des douches spacieuses. Proposer d'autres menus au restaurant que des plats italiens. Très bon mais peu de choix.

The location was close to the airport however the taxi took the long way judging from the morning ride to the airport The lengths were significantly different

This hotel should not be associated with the Sheraton chain of hotels. The elevator was dirty the walls in the hotel were painted dark brownish colour. The room looked run down. My husband said he had an odour coming from his mattress. We were only there for a few hours, luckily, so we stayed in this room. Another surprise was the shower drain was clogged so our showers consisted of standing water up to our ankles while showering. Not a pleasant experience. Overall this hotel is run down and in need of serous renovations.

Nous étions déjà venus il y a deux ans dans cet hôtel, qui nous avait alors laissé un très bon souvenir. Ce second séjour, d’une seule nuit, s’est globalement bien déroulé, même s’il nous a laissé une petite déception. L’hôtel est désormais passé sous l’enseigne Sheraton et a été entièrement repensé. La décoration, qui avait auparavant un côté bohème chic, chaleureux et assez original, nous a semblé aujourd’hui beaucoup plus impersonnelle et finalement assez quelconque.

Le principal point négatif concerne le petit déjeuner. Sur le plan de la qualité et de la quantité des produits proposés par l’hôtel, rien à redire : l’offre est tout à fait correcte. En revanche, l’organisation et l’ambiance nous ont vraiment déçus. L’hôtel accueille visiblement des groupes d’adolescents qui sont assez peu encadrés au moment du petit déjeuner. Plus surprenant encore et surtout ces groupes sont autorisés à apporter leurs propres provisions et à les consommer dans la salle : céréales, jambon, pain, œufs 🥚, etc. Ils s’installent aux tables, déballent leurs Tupperwares et préparent les victuailles en branchant même leurs propres toasteurs !!! Le résultat est assez déroutant : entre les emballages, sacs plastiques et les produits sortis sur les tables, on a davantage l’impression d’être dans une aire de pique-nique que dans la salle de petit déjeuner d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pour les clients qui, comme nous, paient leur petit déjeuner, il serait normal de pouvoir profiter d’un espace calme et agréable, sans être confrontés à cette ambiance de friterie ou de pique-nique à l’image d’une aire d autoroute !

Rooms are extremely small. No place to keep and open luggage. It says that there is hotel shuttle but it is not. They can call a cab for you on flat rate.

Dès l’arrivée, l’entrée de l’hôtel est absolument magnifique, particulièrement de nuit. La route menant à l’accueil, sublimée par un très bel éclairage, crée une atmosphère chaleureuse, élégante et presque féerique dès les premiers instants. L’ensemble du personnel est très professionnel, accueillant, souriant et serviable, avec une réelle attention portée aux clients. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien et véritablement « aux petits soins ». Une très belle première impression, à l’image de la qualité de l’accueil et du service tout au long du séjour.

Une petite suggestion d’amélioration : proposer également des yaourts au lait de chèvre au petit-déjeuner. Ne consommant pas de lait de vache, j’apprécierais beaucoup de pouvoir disposer de cette alternative. Une autre suggestion d’amélioration concernerait l’emplacement de l’espace fumeur. Il serait préférable qu’il soit situé à l’écart de l’allée centrale, afin d’éviter que les clients non-fumeurs ne soient exposés à la fumée lors de leurs déplacements et de préserver pleinement le confort et l’agrément des espaces communs.

Très proche de l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle, l'hôtel est à côté d'un petit parc. Il y a un sympathique bourg avec commerces et points de restauration à côté.

Une personne a su rentrer (par erreur) dans ma chambre un soir, j'étais présent ce soir là .

Beds where very comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient for public transport. Breakfast was varied but a little limited compared to other hotels but still great food. Staff were friendly.

The cleaning team focused on making bed and fresh towels. Which is fine but I feel there could have been a quick vaccume. They could already did this but it might need a small improvement. They also didn't change the cups or glasses in our room for our 1 week stay, which was dissapointing.

The hotel is walking distance to Roissy en France, a small village with several independent restaurants. Hotel staff was good and fast in checking in/out. Bed was comfortable and the room was in a quiet floor. Great to have a safe and both a coffee machine and a kettle in the room: several coffee/teas available. Shower was great and new.

The room door was not closing properly so you needed to slam it in order to ensure it was closed.

Very nice location, close to where we had go to, staff was nice, hotel looked nice from the inside. there was a watertab at our floor, the breakfast was good and quiet, the room was nice.

Very comfortable bed!

The scrambeled eggs seemed to be from synthétic powder, not from real eggs! Horrible.

La literie est très confortable. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

La douche ne tenait pas l’eau chaude. C’était un coup très chaud, un coup froid. Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous nous sommes retrouvés juste en face de l’ascenseur.

Liked the location and the receptionist was very polite.

First room was boiling and the air conditioning wasn't working, and the bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. Second room they put us in, the fridge was missing. Other thing was, the housekeeper half cleaned the room, and left the door open. Anyone could have walked in. I first thought she was coming back to clean the rest of the room, and that's why she left the door open, but I waited outside and she never returned. I did tell the receptionist and asked him to tell her to be mindful, as my passport wasn't even in the safe. I did put it in the safe after this happened, however. Also, I ordered a meal and a cocktail at the bar during the evening. The waiter / bartender- think he was there by himself? Anyway, he literally slammed the drink down. Tbh, I wasn't going to drink cocktail, as this really upset me. I should have said something, but he did seem tired

Breakfast was ok

The stay was overall very disappointing. We booked the stay based on the pictures from the website which are well out of date with the new modern theme. Amenities like the minibar are no longer there despite being listed here. There was no fridge, which we needed for keeping foods cold before our flight, water pressure in the shower randomly drops off, and we weren't able to turn the volume on the TV. Called the front desk about the TV and someone had to come up and it took them 20 minutes to get us volume, meanwhile they told us that it was "normal" to not have any volume on the tv so other guests wouldn't be disturbed. Asked about the shuttle and told it's no longer in service, but they offered to call a taxi instead. Despite signs encouraging feedback about issues, they don't respond to any messages.

Conveniently located close to CDG airport for flight the following morning. Restaurant and bar facilities and services were great. After travelling around France for 4 weeks we found that the bed was the best we had and very comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. We even managed to get free parking outside but there are only about 4 spots of free plus another 2 disabled. Otherwise you pay for underground parking.

On booking.com a minibar is listed but none in the room. Just a hole where one was. We arrived with items to put in the fridge. Receptionist just denied having a minibar and said that this was a booking.com error. Assuming that it would be the hotel’s requirement to update you of their changes.

The room are large and the bed is very confortable. The breakfast is incredible.

Nice spacious room

We were sleeping and very tired from a long flight. A staff knocked on the door, he must had knocked a few times but I could not hear him until I heard the door unlocked pushed the door open and about to enter as I head him asking can we come in. I immediately said no! Then I went out and talked to him he still asked to come in for some maintenance reasons. I asked him to come back later. I inspected the lock on the door and I did locked the deadbolt however he was still able to unlocked it. There was a chain lock but is was disabled. I am a mom of two teenager girls who were with me. I was firm and refused the request. I can not imagine girls who travel alone and encounter the experience. I felt unsafe at the Hotel.

Jolie chambre

L'hôtel n'est pas à 3 minutes à pied de l'aéroport. Il faut 10 minutes en voiture. La navette jusqu'à l'aéroport n'existe plus. J'ai dû commander un taxi. Le bac de douche avait beaucoup de mal à s'évacuer.

A bit away from town

Nous avons apprécié l emplacement, la propreté de l hôtel, personnel aimable et disponible.

Rigtig fint hotel til pengene , som ligger 10 min.kørsel fra CDG lufthavn. Rigtig god morgenmad. Hotellet var hjælpsomme med at få bestilt taxa. Vi vil gerne benytte dette igen.

All was great

This is my third stay, and I have stayed for three days this time. I feel comfortable and at ease; the staff are friendly and provide explanations and assistance in all aspects, which shows that their quality is very high.

Завтрак - хороший выбор еды и все очень вкусно. Номер чистый и современный, с usb-розетками. Удобное расположение - недалеко от аэропорта, автобусная остановка рядом. Удобная мягкая кровать и подушка.

The room was clean and equipped with all we needed. The AC was working and very pleasant. We loved the overhead shower.

The carpet had a very worn/frayed area by the window. The restaurant was just OK.

Public transportation was close and I was able to use it to get to the airport.

The website indicated airport transportation but they did not provide it. I received an email after it was too late to cancel indicating there were renovations going on an there would be some menu items that would not be available. The light in the room and especially the bathroom was terrible. I've had better lighting in a safari tent. The staff was personable it was just the facilities that was substandard.

C’est un hôtel parfait en vue de prendre l’avion le lendemain en matinée. La chambre était bien munie, confortable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. Nous étions à quelques minutes de l’aéroport. Donc, il y avait moins de stress avant notre retour

Convenient location for an early flight the next morning. Decent enough for a short 1 night stay. The room was clean, there was a water station so you could refill your water bottles in the hall which was a nice touch. Good bathroom.

Would have been nice to have been pre-warned about the absolute chaos of the lobby. It was torn apart mid renovations, everything covered in dust and tarps and there was no staff at the desk. Waited for a long time to be checked in and when the single staff member rocked up he didn't apologise or even greet me just asked "what?". It was rude and impersonal after I had been left standing in an empty, dark lobby for a long while. The desk in the room was stained with a previous guests nail polish.

La salle de « sport » qui n’en est pas une… appareils en panne non branchés des câbles partout…. Les travaux dont je n’était pas informée en amont , le robinet de la salle de bain qui devait être plein de calcaire donc un jet qui partait dans tous les sens si on l’ouvrait un peu fort . Le fauteuil abîmé et scotché partout pas très proprement Le mini bar qui pour moi était un frigo … mais non…

The staff at night was friendly enough. The staff in the morning got a taxi for me. I was glad there was something to eat given how late I got there.

I was given an incorrect password for wifi. I thought the cost of available food was on the high side.

Pas de navette depuis l'aeroport pour accéder à l'établissement. Taxi 30 euros, UBER 13 euros. en cours d'appel d'offre : se renseigner aupres de l'Hotel.

The airport shuttle advertised on website even after arrival was not in service any longer. No notification sent about this. We had to take a taxi round trip which was a total of $50 euros. Check in at the hotel took a long time with a line through the lobby and out the door since only 1 person was working at the desk.

The location is near CDG Paris Airport. The room has almost everything necessary. The bed is comfortable

All the hotels in area has the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately they don't. I had problem with the lights in my room so they changed my room at 11:30pm
