Localização perto do aeroporto mas a 5 min a pé de uma pequena vila com padaria e brasseries. Quartos com boas áreas e boas camas. duche com pressão.

Decoração dos espaços comuns de fraca qualidade. O serviço de transfers para o aeroporto não faz muito sentido, paga-se para ir, não se paga para vir. Demoram muito tempo para responder a um email enviado tres vezes a pedir informações de transfers

GPS or address was off (3 vs 5). Thankfully my husband is french and noticed it was not right. When checking into an airport hotel, The agent noted that all guests are required to have your passport. This seemed odd as not all of us were flying. Had dinner and the menu had a small variety. Super happy to get a full glass of ice, which is NOT a typical to get more than 1-3 cubes while in France. Large spacious room. Rooms are large and very close to the standard American rooms. Only noted exception ws the lack.of wash clothes. It would have been great to have the french terry glove style, verses none. The matress is super firm, not the standard thst Marriott uses in the US. Extremely quiet we did not hear any noise from the hallway, nearby rooms nor the airport. Awsome find was a scale in the bathroom, extremely helpful for air travel. Last item to note is that the coffee in the room was instant.

Para fazer um pernoite para embarcar no CDG no dia seguinte, o hotel é bem localizado e oferece um transfer razoável.

Apesar de qualificado com quatro estrelas, o hotel não disponibilizou, no quarto, pantufas nem roupões para os ocupantes, o que é inadmissível. O restaurante tem um atendimento demorado .

Nothing - everything was great!

We had a truly disappointing experience at the Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel. This was far below the standard we expected from a Marriott property. Our experience with the front office staff was particularly unpleasant. We requested a modest 30-minute late checkout, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., but Supervisor Nora refused the request outright with a rude and dismissive "No." Regardless of whether the request could be accommodated, we expected a more courteous and professional response. Hospitality is not just about policies—it is also about how guests are treated. The room itself also had several issues. The bathroom had serious drainage problems, causing water to leak out through the bathroom door and into the room after every shower. To make matters worse, there was a persistent foul odor coming from the bathroom, making the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to both the lack of customer service and the maintenance issues. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope Marriott management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

Notre AIR CONDITIONNE ne fonctionnait pas ( inadmissible par cette chaleur) et il n'y avait pas de brosse de cabinet dans la toilette (pour un hôtel de ce niveau ce n'est absolument pas normal)

I stayed here 1 night. The front desk was packed with people and 1 person working. No small face towels were available. I should have chosen Moxy.

Le taxi commandé par la réception était assez cher et j’avoue que j’ai eu peur lorsque ma carte ne fonctionnait pas pour le régler car il m’a conduite dans un endroit que je ne connaissais pas pour soi disant retirer de l’argent en sa compagnie. Heureusement que j’ai eu l’idée de le payer par Paypal et j’ai finalement pu atteindre l’aéroport, ouf !

The main reason that I choose this hotel is because the shuttle service to airport. However, the space is very limited and the time slot we'd like to book is not available. This forces us to be at airport way early than we like. I wish they have more or bigger shuttle for this service.

The AC is not on when we walk into the room. Trying to call front desk and found out the phone is not working either. Going to make coffee in the room and realize that there is no coffee machine in the room even though all capsules are on the counter. The room seems outdated and needs major maintenance.

THe hotel Was very nice with lovely public spaces for lounging in the lobby and for dining. THe staff was welcoming and ROoms were very clean. BReakfast at the property was exceptional!

THe only negative was the shuttle service from Charles DeGaulle. After waiting for 45 minutes with no shuttle in sight, I finally had to take a taxi to the hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean and most staff friendly. The manager was not. We traveled from the states and booked a room months in advance with them. This stay was for less than 12 hours (9pm-8am). We have 3 small children, one who sleeps with us on all our travels. One room with two beds is always plenty of space. Upon our arrival we checked in at the front desk and all seemed well and fine. As soon as we made it to the room the manager called our room to tell us we would be charged for two rooms since we had 5 “people” and not 4 or less-and the room would not be conjoining. This was not 5 adults or even 2 adults and 3 large children, but 2 adults and 3 small children that cannot stay in a room alone. A ridiculous cold decision by a manager to cash in on another room and splitting the family up.

Very helpful staff. Approachable for assistance regardless of role. Went above and beyond to make first experience i Paris exceptional. Special thanks to receptionist staff (K and E ) resturant attendant (V). Very greatful for a nice stay.

Well Adios Marriott CDG. for the past 10 years any time I have an overnight in CDG it was my hotel of choice. But last week I went, is going to be my last time. I think it was sold and the new owner is extremely Greedy. First now you have to pay 7 euro for the shuttle, than the room is very cold, they keep the heating at a maximum of 18c even when you choose 25c the air coming out is still around 18c. They have a regular plastic bottle in the room that you can fill with the filtered water in-house on every floor, the bottle does not cost more than ONE euro, they have a note saying if you want you can purchase the bottle for 25 euro, yes 25 euro with an extremely regular plastic bottle not even any logo on it. The breakfast is no longer as I knew it and it is now 29euro. Funny, when you are alone, you do not care about the extra sofa in the room, but they gave me an upgrade because i am a gold member and she was happy to tell me that i have now the room with the extra sofa, lady give me free breakfast and keep the extra sofa. And have you seen the price of the rooms, more expensive than Manhattan now. Sayonara Marriot CDG.

The great help from the staff, one of whom went the extra mile to provide a room before the stpulated 3:00pm official check-in time. Really appreciated the effort.

We stayed here before our early morning flight from CDG, staff was excellent and so friendly, even at 5am when checking out for our flight. As a Bonvoy platinum member we were upgraded to an executive room which was spacious, modern and comfortable. We had a fairly good rate so that was noteworthy as hotels near CDG are often pricey. The hotel was quiet and well kept. We had a rental car and the front desk did not charge us for parking, much appreciated, not sure if it was comped or forgotten!? We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, we had boeuf bourguignon and it was excellent, sometimes food at airport hotels are just average, but here our dinner was delicious. It would be wonderful if the hotel had a concierge lounge or M Club, as a platinum elite member I love that amenity at full service properties. I would recommend the hotel to others and would return if flying out of CDG in the morning.

The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Terminal 2. The shuttle bus comes every 30 minutes and is not free. This is not an easy airport hotel in my opinion. Stay at the Sheraton if you want a better location for an overnight layover. The hotel is just ok. The rooms are not clean enough. One of our rooms stunk of urine and the other smelled faintly of urine and dirty air conditioning. The floor had lots of hair on it particularly in the bathroom. The shower is consistent with a 3 star hotel, but this is supposedly 4 stars. I am guessing because it has a restaurant, which was the best part of the hotel. The restaurant and breakfast were very decent. I would not choose this hotel again.
