I loved the position of the hotel room (thani wing) with the view of the beach. The view of the beach in the morning was lovely, I loved the breakfast and the breakfast restaurants themselves. I loved the staff. I also loved the junior ocean view suite, and the bed was very comfortable!

We initially booked a room in the Bhuri wing and found that the facilities needed some maintenance, I.e grout needs cleaning and had a mouldy smell in the room.

Wow! What isnt to like about this up and coming family resort. Think of everything you want in a resort and more. From staff to services facilites avaliability and options it exceeded our espectations. There was an overload of positivenes ! We will be coming back for sure. Its also a great location for familys and everything is no more than 30 minutes or less in a taxi, they accomodate so well to car seats and shopping is far better than Patong!

Hard to say, the only inconvenience was buffet dinner opions was outdoors and being very warm in the evening with kids it was difficult to take advantage of however they are kind enough to allow takeaway back to your room. The danger point which caused alot of anxiety and unfortunate injury.. the slides i do believe they are great for kids however when adults use its risky.. More soft support should be provided on the floor of the slide pool. Along with aid in slippery edges of the kids pool. Hacking this is grippy swim shoes.

מלון מטריף לילדים! מלון שהוא חוויה לכולם! נתחיל בשירות- שירות פנומנלי!!! כל בקשה נענית במהירות לא הגיונית, הצוות מורכב מאנשים מקסימים, חייכנים שנותנים שירות מהלב. חדר- ישנו בחדר משפחתי באגף החדש. החדר פשוט מדהים למשפחה, חדר הילדים עם ריהוט לקטנטנים, יש הולוגרמה על הקיר של אקווריום, יש מלא אלמנטים מנגישים כמו שרפרף לילדים לכיור. חדר ההורים נסגר עם דלת הזזה אטומה לחלוטין ויציאה למרפסת מה שאיפשר לי ולבעלי ממש לחוש שאנחנו בחופשה נפרדת בערב, מושלם! בריכה- האגף החדש סובב פארק מים מטורף שכולל מגלשות משוגעות לכל הגילאים, גם אנחנו המבוגרים עפנו על האופציות, יש מסלול אבובים כיפי, בריכת גלים, בריכת קטנטנים עם מגלשות מיני, ועוד ועוד ועוד, מסלול מכוניות לילדים בתשלום של 100 באט ועוד אטרקציות מדהימות. קידס קלאב- אטרקציה בפני עצמה, משהו שאני הייתי משלמת עבורו כניסה ללא ספק, מרגיש כמו ג׳ימבורי פרטי ולא של מלון, שלל אטרקציות נוספות בתשלום סמלי כמו הכנת חולצות ועוד, בריכות כדורים, מסלולי מגלשות, טרמפולינות, בית קפה לקטנטנים, ועוד ועוד ועוד. ארוחת בוקר- מושלמת, אין מה לפרט, פשוט שפע משוגע והכל טעים וטרי. אני ללא ספק אחזור למלון הזה. ממליצה לכל מי שבא עם משפחה ורוצה שהילדים יוכלו להינות בצורה עצמאית - זה המקום!

Gefallen hat uns das für unsere Jungs (7,6,5 und 3 Jahre) in diesem Resort Träume war geworden sind. Es gab einfach alles was sich Kinder wünschen. Vielleicht schon etwas zu viel :-)

Das Frühstück um Vhari Wing sollte organisatorisch überarbeitet werden. Wir haben uns deshalb sehr oft für eines der anderen Frühstück Locations entschieden.

De locatie is perfect! Zowel het strand als het resort is prachtig. Er is veel te doen bij het hotel met kinderen.

את פארק המים מגלשות הילדים בריכת גלים קידס קלאב ענק , שווה ממש !! מלון מפנק בעיקר החדרים על המים ! שתדעו שהמלון הוא על כל רצועת החוף של קטה נוי .. והוא מתחלק ל4 לובאים, הלובי הראשון הוא המלון עם המגלשות והקידס קלאב , מסעדות מצויינות באזור ! ניתן להתנייד בין המלונות בגולף קאר , יש מכונות כביסה ומייבש בתשלום של כמה בטים … סהכ מהמם כיף כולנו נהננו קצת מרוחק מהמרכז.. אבל קרוב לחוף קטה מרחק נסיעה של כמה דק ושם קצת יותר נחמד בערב

שזרם המים במקלחת היה קצת חלש , וחשבנו שיהיה קצת יותר מגוון ללא גלוטן בחדר אוכל בקושי היה , אנחנו עם ילדה צליאקית למזלנו הבאנו מהבית והיה כמה דברים ב7/11

אנחנו היינו בהתחלה באגף באורי שהוא יותר שקט אבל יש בחדרים באגף זה ריח של עובש בחדרים בנוסף יש שם פחות מה לעשות לילדים ביקשנו לעבור לאגף באורי והם נענו בחיוב בתוספת תשלום קטנה שהוא יותר חדש ושם מתרכז כל הפעילות לילדים ומדהים שם בגדול מלון שווה אבל האיזור שם די רגוע ואין מה לעשות אחרי 22:00

الفندق سيء وزحمة والبوفيه قائمة انتظار والاكل سيء ومحدود ، ازعاج لايوصف حتى بالليل نصحى من ازعاج الغرف الثانية ، تعامل الموظفين سيء ومحاولات استغلال اي موقف عشان يطلبون فلوس ، فوق هذا حجزنا كان غرفتين ولما وصلنا تفاجأنا انه كل واحد بمبنى ! والمسافات طويلة ، البيتش مكتوب ممنوع السباحة والناس تسبح ! ، مافيه ميزان بالحمام ، والتنظيف زي عدمه ،

Es ein wunderschönes großes Resort und optimal für unseren Familienurlaub. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer direkt am Meer, was einen traumhaften Ausblick am Strand hatte und unser Sohn mit Familie war in dem hinteren neu eröffneten Teil, Vhari Wing, mit Aquapark und Indoorspielplatz. Wir können dieses Resort für Jung und Alt sehr empfehlen!

בחרנו חדר עם יציאה לבריכה ואהבנו שאין מגבלת שעות לשהות בבריכה, אפשר להכנס באיזה שעה שרוצים , כמובן בשמירה על שקט. במלון יש המון בריכות, פארק מים וקידס קלאב מטורף לילדים (ממש כמו ג'ימבורי). המבחר בחדר אוכל היה נחמד. חוף ים נקי, נוף מדהים, רחוק מההמולה לטוב ולרע

המיקום מאוד מרוחק מהמרכז, המחירים ברחוב שחוצה את המלון יקרים יותר ביחס לשאר אזורי העניין וזה מבאס קצת אבל לא קשור למלון ישירות. המלון צמוד לחוף ים אבל המיטות שיזוף בחוף לא שייכות למלון והן בתשלום .

ריח חזק של לימון כזה שמטריד החל מהלובי ועד לחדר

הרבה מתקנים לילדים , פשוט גן עדן לילדים

מיקום של המלון רחוק מקאטה ולקחת מונית כל פעם זה לא נוח . בחדר אוכל כל הזמן היה תור לפנקייקים , לדעתי מכונת פנקייקים פחות יעילה מלהכין רגיל .

פארק מים קטן ונחמד .

מקום מבודד וכל החנויות והמוניות במקום יקר לעומת מה שמחוץ לרחוב.

ארוחת בוקר צפופה מאוד ולא עשירה. בלאגאן גדול בחדר האוכל

מלא פעילויות לילדים! בנות 8,10 שלי הסתובבו לבד בין כל הבריכות והאטרקציות- מגלשות מעולות, בריכת גלים, אבובים, ג׳ימבורי משגע. בני ה14/17 נהנו מהבריכה האישית של החדר ומהחדר כושר המעולה. נהנו מאוד מהמלון ומהאבזור שלו. ממליצה מאוד להגיע בעיקר עם ילדים.

קצת מבאס שלהגיע לשוק ולחנויות צריך לנסוע במונית (אמנם רק 3 דקות) והיה מעצבן שלא חידשו את מלאי המגבות בריכה! ביקשתי כמה וכמה פעמים ולא קיבלתי!!! וגם רמת הניקיון - ניתן לשפר - לדוגמא בבר בבריכה לא ניקו אחרי הקודמים והייתי צריכה לשתות שייק על לכלוך של אחרים.

A lot of Activities for Kids!

The Management needs to check the opening Hours for the Pools, some Guests stayed at the Pool till 11pm! Very loud! The Check In could be better organized! Waited 30 Minutes that somebody was taking us to our Room, nobody came so i was looking for our room by myself and carried all the bags!

We like the slides, wave pool for the kids. The breakfast was good. We had a room with access to private pool. The family room was excellent for our family (3 kids ages: 11,9,7).

The room was not so clean. The hotel location is 10-15 minutes by walking from the center of kata beach. And 15-20 minutes by car from patgon area.

ריזורט מושלם למשפחה עם ילדים המקום מבודד ושקט - העברנו שם 6 ימים של נחת סיומת מושלמת לטיול ישנו באגף VHARI בחדר שמכיל שני חדרים (חדר הורים וחדר ילדים עם 3 מיטות) המתחם פשוט מושלם לילדים וכולל מגלשות, אבובים, בריכת גלים, קידס קלאב גדול עם מלא פעילויות. המתחם של כלל המלון כולל עוד אגפים ובהם עוד בריכות, חדר משחקי מחשב, סנוקר ופינגפונג גישה לים עם חוף יפה

המיקום המרוחק מההמולה שהוא גם יתרון חסרון למי ששומר כשרות ונדרש לנסוע 35-45 דק לפטונג למסעדות הכשרות או להוסיף משלוח של 400 באט להזמנות. יש לציין שרק חבד וסטאי עושים משלוחים לשם. צריך להוסיף וילונות בחדר הורים לטובת פרטיות מהילדים (צריך להיכנס למקלחת כדי להתלבש)

Everything in the hotel is great, excellent place for a family vacation. Great staff.

We visited during mansoon , so we could not swim in the adaman sea due to waves , it was more for surfing than swiming

What an amazing experience, great resort with a lot of facilities and things to do. We came with our children and had a great time. A VERY nice staff that will do anything to make the guests happy.

Can't think of anything negative, maybe the massive size of the resort (not so bad for our shape)

מלון מדהים וכיפי ממש. אנחנו משפחה עם ילדה קטנה וישנו באגף טאני. היה שקט ומהמם מול הים. במהלך היום הלכנו לאגף ווארי, לפארק המים והג׳ימבורי, מתאימים ממש לילדים קטנים. מעבר לזה המסעדות של המלון מדהימות!! לאורך כל השהות שלנו לא הרגשנו צורך לצאת מהרחוב שכולו קטטאני

אפשר להאריך קצת את שעות הפעילות של מועדון הילדים, לפחות עד שעה 19:00 בערב.

La propreté de la chambre est a revoir car c'est que du menage de surface il faudrait un grand menage de temps en temps sous les lits derriere la baignoire ..

סך הכל מלון נחמד צוות אדיב ונחמד . ארוחת בוקר טובה . היינו משפחה של 6 ולקחנו שתי חדרים עם גישה לבריכה באגף בהורי .

מקלחות ושירותים ללא נעילה ודלתות שקופות לגמרי . חדר קטן מאוד יחסית , תקרה נמוכה מקלחת קטנה . בלילה הראשון הצפה שירותים , לא עונים באף אחת מהשלוחות , כדי לבצע כל דבר צריך להגיע פיזית לקבלה . העומס מוגזם בחדר האוכל . מלון מרוחק מאוד ממרכז הקטה ביץ , אגף בהורי הכי מרוחק.

מיקום המלון מרוחק מאוד, רוב הדברים נסגרים בשעה 21:30-22:00 ואין מה לעשות באזור של המלון .

Vhari Wing: Brand new, but way too crowded. Tip: access to the other wings' for quieter pools and easy beach access

Construction: Active construction right outside our door with dust coming into the room—disappointing for $2,000/night. Breakfast: A total nightmare. Overcrowded and cramped with long lines. Tip: The Vhari reception only let us switch breakfast locations for one day, but the main wing reception kindly let us eat at their restaurant for the rest of our stay!

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to make a complaint regarding our stay at your resort. From the day we checked in until the day we checked out, our room was not cleaned. When we first entered the room, the floor was already dirty, and the bathroom doors were also not clean. In addition, the resort is very large, and unfortunately, there were no halal food options available at all. This made our stay very difficult, especially for me and my son. We were extremely tired and had to make additional effort to find suitable food outside the resort. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service from your resort, especially considering its reputation. I kindly ask you to take our complaint seriously and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Es un sitio ideal para familias todo está pensado al detalle. No pudimos hacer late check out porque el vuelo salía por la noche pero nos quedamos utilizando las instalaciones y nos duchamos y descansamos en “changing room”. El desayuno súper completo y todo buenísimo. Sin duda volveremos

Niveau van de bouw. Dit is in bepaalde landen max 2 sterren. Inchecken duurde een eeuwigheid. Ik moest zelf mensen regelen om de koffers naar binnen te brengen. En het ergste van alles is dat wij als gezin een kamer kregen in 2 verschillende gebouwen met een loopafstand van meer dan 150 meter. Gezin met 4 kinderen! Volgens hun lag het aan Booking.com. Ze hebben totaal geen moeite gedaan om ons dicht bij elkaar te huisvesten. Dit is zeer gast onvriendelijk. Ontbijt is magertjes voor wie Europees ontbijt wil. Medewerkers doen hun best maar hebben duidelijk moeite met Engels. Herhaaldelijk mis gegaan bij het bestellen van een omelet. Voor ons gezin geen tweede keer al is het gratis.

Lots of construction noise. The new rooms are already falling apart. Doors do not close properly. Lights do not work.

Wow!! My first time to Thailand and I had the absolute pleasure staying at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort, Wow! I was checked in 11 days ago by the very nice Timmy, at the front desk, he gave me a nice map of resort, and got me into my room very professionally! Every morning at breakfast, the wonderful Beer, June, Poppy, would start my day off with a very nice greeting in Thai, I always enjoyed speaking with these ladies, learned something new about the resort daily. I used the Thani Wing Gym almost nightly, got to meet the excellent Mr. Nut, and his team of excellent fitness recommendations, see you soon Nut:) The wonderful team in the coffee shop, Amik can make you the best protein shake, with all the freshest ingredients, to give you back all the energy the sun and beaches used, great coffee team, including the super cute Tangmo:) I couldn't finish the note without saying hello to the Great Rose in Excursions, make a Great lady! I went to Phi Phi Island, James Bond Island, Phuket Wake Park, Rose always gave me the best information, she made my vacation to Thailand, the trip of a lifetime! See you soon Phuket! Gave us rooms on the back very far from facilities l. Its not clear how the assign rooms.

The property was kids friendly and had everything.

Pool toilets in Buri wing were not clean

Fresh beach towels everyday. Right on a lovely beach. Lots of restaurants and amenities. Not much around but about 7 min walk up the hill to more restaurants.

No non- dairy milk options. Our room smelt of damp. Breakfast was chaotic as only 2 restaurants and a very big resort.

ثاني زياره للمنتجع سكنت فيه اربع ليالي وكانت من اروع اليالي اللي سكنتها لدرجه اني كنسلت فعاليات كنت مخططه اروح لها لان المكان مره رايق حق استجمام واستكنان ووناسه مايحتاج تطلعون منه المنتجع مره كبير وفيه منتجع من الخلف تابع له كله العاب مائيه تنفع للصغار والكبار للامانه كانت وناستنا فيها اكرر الزياره له للمره الثالثه اذا لي نصيب ارجع ازور هذه المنطقه البحر كان جداً نظيف لاحظت ان المنتجع مره فل اغلب الغرف مليانه وعند الفطور زحمه اكثرهم سياح اوربيين العرب قله جداً فطورهم لاباس فيه

Beautiful beach side property with excellent amenities, service and staff.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a free room upgrade with an incredible view. All the food was excellent. The beach was beautiful and clean. We would definitely be back.

My husband and I have been to the Katathani 5 times, our first visit was in 2017 and we loved it so much we decided to renew our wedding vows on our 15th anniversary in that very location! When we first met with Satinee in Jan 2025 everything was just so easy, communication, organisation, nothing ever felt hard. She was always there to answer any questions we had! On the 11/7/26 we had the most magical day! Satinee and her team were incredible making sure myself and my family were happy organised and looked after! The ceremony was set up so beautifully and then the reception was just as beautiful! We opted for a buffet style and it far exceeded what we had expected! Everything was delicious! We had 22 guests and each of them said they would be back! We can’t thank Satinee and the team at the Katathani enough! Highly recommend anyone thinking about going for a holiday or getting married to do it and don’t hesitate!

Корпус на пляже достаточно уставший,требует обновления. Огромная проблема с кондиционированием номеров. Запах плесени был в 3х номерах, которые мы сменили. В последнем меньше, чем в остальных. Ресторан на завтраке был похож больше на столовку, чем на ресторан в котором хочется неспешно позавтракать. Очень много людей, персонал ездит с тележками убирая посуду. Не посадили за стол около « окна» мотивировав тем, что не для нашей категории номера! В детских бассейнах хлорка лежит кучками на дне. В целом отель не стоит своих денег. The property was spacious and pristine. The room had that Thai feel about it and was cleaned and restored daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ocean breeze each afternoon was a perfect end to the day

I’m fussy but I would have preferred a cook to order breakfast so it was hotter. Lacking a bit of vibe in the evenings (personal preference again)

The water park was perfect for the kids.

Breakfast was very limited, especially on the halal side — barely any options. The resort’s location is also a bit far from downtown.

Absolutely lovely resort with amazing staff who can't do enough for you. Every request is met with a smile and instant response. Multiple pools and many restaurants mean that even though it is a large resort it never felt crowded. Food is fantastic, especially enjoyed the seafood restaurant and the upmarket La Scala Would return tomorrow! The only downside is the rubbish on the beach. While the resort points out it is a public beach I feel they could do more to tidy it .

Room noise in wing rooms

Great layout and facilities. An ideal resort for families with young children. Safe and well organised, professional and helpful staff.

The beach in front of the resort was littered with rubbish being washed ashore each morning. The water, ocean was clean and warm, but the resort really need to employ staff to rake/comb the beach each morning to remove all the rubbish washed up from overnight.

Commitment to family

Beach was disappointingly dirty. Appreciate is a public beach but I would encourage Katathani to take responsibility and clean beach at least daily. Real disappointment for a such a great resort.

The staff are unprofessional Very bad attitude Very racist The resort was full of asians mainly and europeans which are treated much better than us We have complained from day 1 and no one did anything to us Someone vomited in the pool and when i informed the staff he did nothing and just replied to me “i know!!!” There were adults and kids in the pool !!!! That was disgusting!!

There are considerable improvements to the resort since the last time we visited. Variety of eateries and tasty food. Rooms have been revamped as well. Staff are helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Pla and Poppy. They made an effort to help in any way they could and always with a smile. Only negative would be that room service could be improved. Not enough manpower.

אהבנו את המלון אך לא ידענו שהמלון של הילדים ושל המבוגרים זה בשנן מבנים שונים. הם רושמים שעות פעילות לפארק מים שבתכלס זה חרטה. אין שעות פעילות באמת. אפשר ללכת ברגל מצי שרוצים כמה שרוצים

התלהבנו מזה שהמלון יושב על החוף בפועל צריך לשלם כל הכיסאות של הים למרות שזה שייך למלון. זרם המים במקלחת חלש חום המים יוצא לא אחיד .. אפשר להתקלח ופצאום יוצאים מים רותחים ופתאום קרים קרח ...מאוד קשה ככה... סך הכל מלון בסדר .. הייתי בטובים יותר

A perfect setting the pool access was fantastic would have been a bit nicer to be further away from childrens area and the toilets as you could smell them but overall a great stay. The only other criticism I can make as a solo traveller was that the breakfast staff weren't very attentive
