Unfortunately, our overall impression of the hotel service was very disappointing. At check-out, we asked for just 10 additional minutes, but our request was immediately refused without any attempt to accommodate us. Moreover, the receptionist communicated with us in an unfriendly and impolite manner, constantly responding with a visibly annoyed attitude, which made every interaction with the front desk unpleasant. When we wanted to extend our stay, the process took an unnecessarily long time. In the end, we were quoted a price almost twice as high as the rate we originally paid. This seemed very strange and gave us the impression that we were simply being charged significantly more without any reasonable explanation. We also accidentally lost a massage voucher that we had never used. We asked the reception if they could check the information and help us resolve the situation. Unfortunately, they simply refused to assist us and made no effort to look into the matter or offer any possible solution. Another unpleasant situation happened at check-out. During our stay, some of our belongings, including a checkered beach bag provided by the hotel, went missing while we were at the beach. Despite explaining the situation, we were still required to pay 200 THB for the bag. Of course, we understand that hotels may have policies regarding lost items, but considering the circumstances and the way the situation was handled, it left an unnecessarily negative final impression. Overall, the most disappointing part of our stay was not the hotel itself, but the attitude and level of service at the reception. Guests should at least be able to expect basic politeness, willingness to help, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, throughout several different situations, we repeatedly felt that the receptionist had no interest in helping or finding reasonable solutions. Unfortunately, this level of service significantly affected our overall experience at the hotel

Location and the atmosphere.

The room has no lamp and the switch in the room quite complicate to use.

The location is fantastic up on the hill overlooking Kata Beach. It’s is steep but short so could walk it easily but they have an hourly courtesy vehicle to and from the resort which is very convenient. Our rooms were facing the pool which was very nice with private balconies. The rooms were clean & spacious. The pool is amazing with lots of different sections to explore. The buffet Breakfast was very good best yet for us in Phuket region. I would happily recommend this Hotel to couples & families alike.

$300Aud deposit cash - I asked if they could just hold one of our passports instead as I was short on cash they said no unlike other hotels which always accept passport instead of deposit they said if they put it on my card it will take up to 3 weeks to come back to me -no thank you! Also lawns need trimming - a bit overgrown & unkept

Short 5 minute walk down a steep hill to the beach/ restaurants area but they provide a shuttle or taxis are always close by to take you back up the hill

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind ein Traum. Unser Highlight war neben dem tollen Pool das großartige Essen, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Essen im Restaurant.

Just away from all the noise. Hotel is being renovated so a few things will be amazing once complete in the next season.

What an amazing hotel! As soon as I arrived I was taken back by how beautiful it was, it honestly felt like a little oasis. Beautiful pools, nature and the views! I even fell in love with the hotel cats. The staff couldn't have been anymore friendly and helpful and were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. As a solo, female traveller I felt 100% safe and would happily come back to stay here again and again. The hourly shuttle to and from the beach was a very convenient touch, one day I missed the shuttle and took the steep steps at the back of the hotel down to the beach which was an adventure in itself. If you are looking for a peaceful stay close to the action that feels like luxury for a fraction of the price I would definitely recommend this place.

The only thing that I would say could be improved is the food selection but that's not to say it was bad. A bit more variety would have been welcomed but that would be me nitpicking as there as so many different food options a stones throw away

Staff was so happy and helpful, shuttle bus is every hour until 22:10 at night, very relaxing family holiday

The area is like hills, so just leaving the hotel on foot is a hard walk in the heat.

It was clean, all facilities were well maintained and functional; spa, pool, restaurant and gym. It was a beautiful design and the views from the property were stunning! We were lucky to be ungraded to a room with a fabulous spa bath also!

El cuarto de baño no me gustó para ser un 5 estrellas y la de la recepción quisiera regatear el precio de un taxi tampoco me gustó, le da poco seriedad al hotel . El desayuno para ser cinco estrellas es mejorable

Chips made me feel a little sick and the bedding was dirty. At one point blood on our sheets.

Everything was good, however we stayed only 2 days so I cant give more details.

The breakfast was great and very filling as it is buffet style. The pool was always clean and refreshing that offered great views to the beaches below. The shuttle that takes you to and from the beach was a bonus as well so we didn’t have to walk up or down the hill that the property sits on. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We visited during the off-season which made it very calm, relaxing, and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Managerin Mickey ist super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie ist eine Bereicherung für ndas Hotel. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön aufs Meer und die Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt.

We had such a lovely stay at Andaman Cannacia! Mikey and the whole staff team were phenomenal hosts, and couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel grounds are gorgeous and we loved the quieter location with the convenience of the free shuttle directly to/from Kata Beach.

It was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone was so attentive and kind. They even gave me a special fruit cake for my birthday. The rooms were clean, and everything was well-appointed. The staff was so friendly, too.

The American-style food at the restaurant could be improved, but of course, we came to Thailand to eat Thai food, and that was awesome. So stick to Thai options if possible at the restaurant.

Super schöne Anlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal (sehr selten so freundliches erlebt). Waren bei Problemen (Kühlschrank war defekt) sofort zur Stelle und haben diesen ausgetauscht. Die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag erneuert. Badelatschen und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Schöner Whirlpool mit toller Aussicht. Haben einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Kata Beach angeboten. Haben für den Geburtstag extra dekoriert.

The hospitality. The people were lovely, and we had a great time getting to know some of the crew. Shoutout to Mickey for being a lovely host 😊 Also one of the best resort/hotel gyms I’ve been in.

The rooms could be slightly cleaner for our liking, otherwise the facilities were not too shabby. Also, a fair warning about mosquitoes.

Relaxing atmosphere

This resort is beautiful. Private and great if you want to be close to the action but not right on top of it. Lovely helpful staff. Ill be staying here again.

Beautiful clean property high up on the hill looking down to the sea and beach. Short quick transfer to beach (free from hotel) and you are in the centre of activity. Peaceful stay.

Poor breakfast, juice selection and quality of pastries not so great. not worth paying for the breakfast included. Roach in the room. Gap under the door, which allows lizards and other insect to enter the room. Pool and jacuzzi had stone pebbles on the floor, too much chlorine.

So pretty, amazing views, gorgeous pool, well located, the free shuttle down to the beach that runs hourly was so convenient. Staff were lovely.

Clean and bright. Big room.

Poor communication regarding shuttle service, weekend has different timing but not informed during check in (knowingly the guest stay cross through weekend) neither stated in the announcement board. Also not informed that shuttle service need booking. No information on the board that stated need booking or contact number to ask for shuttle service. Only advised by front desk to take a photo to refer to timing from hotel to beach vice versa. Front desk was defensive when asked why changed of timing and reply is they expect the guest to check with front desk every day. My first visit to a hotel that charges laundry bag. Front desk took thb100 but didn't offer to issue receipt or request guest to wait for receipt.

Servizio di pulizia della stanza abbastanza grossolano, inoltre nella nostra stanza c'era sempre un cattivo odore, non cambiavano le tovaglie regolarmente e l'aria condizionata era troppo rumorosa.

Não correspondeu às expectativas. Achei que seria muito melhor do que efetivamente foi. Sinceramente, não corresponde a um verdadeiro hotel de 5 estrelas. Os quartos são bastante básicos e não têm o nível de conforto esperado para essa categoria. O atendimento também deixou a desejar. No dia da saída, por exemplo, estávamos sentados na entrada e vieram pedir-nos para fazer check-out, apesar de ainda termos tempo (horas) disponível até ao horário limite. Tive ainda de solicitar a mudança dos lençóis da cama, uma vez que estavam com uma mancha — possivelmente de desgaste — o que não considero aceitável num hotel de 5 estrelas, onde se espera um padrão de limpeza e qualidade superior. A piscina também apresentava algumas zonas com azulejos soltos ou partidos, o que transmite uma sensação de falta de manutenção.

The only drawback is the steep hill you have to climb if you choose not to use the shuttle. The rest is without compromise!
