The hotel is perfectly located for the ferries and at the top of the Main Street on which the majority of the restaurants are located. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lagoon was a joy and the breakfast itself was excellent with both hot and cold options and a great selection of cakes.
The water temperature in the shower could be intermittent and the restaurant has a very limited choice if like me you don't eat fish. However there are other restaurants near by

La colazione non è più buona come quando ero venuta la prima volta. Cappuccino e cioccolata calda erano orribili e anche i succhi di frutta e non parliamo del cibo. Sembra che venivano dal discount. Mi dispiace ma era molto buono. Sono caduti in basso con la colazione . La camera che avevo prenotato era sul giardino e invece mi hanno dato un altra camera con finestra piccola.

Gyönyörű helyen van, de az étterem esti kínálata nagyon modern akar lenni, így kis adagok és kevés választék. Nincsenek is sokan este az étteremben. Egy jó olasz konyhával kiváló lenne.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The hotel is in a perfect location: just a few steps from the vaporetto stop and the town center, while the beach is less than a ten-minute walk away on the other side of the island. Due to flight delays, we had to postpone our check-in and arrived after 11 p.m., but we were welcomed with open arms and great kindness. On the day of check-out, they were also incredibly helpful and kept our luggage for the entire day, until midnight. All the staff were kind, friendly, and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options, from sweet to savory to fresh fruit. It is served outdoors, with a beautiful view of the lagoon and even San Marco...truly special. I can’t wait to come back for a little escape from reality!

An einem Morgen war das Wasser abgestellt wegen Bauarbeiten in der Straße und es gab keinen Kaffee mehr ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit. Wir waren 5 min zu spät. Eine Info am Vortag wäre nett gewesen.

The bed was really not comfortable, very hard mattress but I guess this is easily solvable :-)

A fedett teraszrészről reggeli közben csodálatos kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a távoli San Marco bazilikára, a Dozse palotára. Közben a hajóforgalom kavalkádját is láthatjuk. A szobák , közösségi helységek bútorzata antik stílusú ami különleges hangulatúvá varázsolja a hotelt. Ha felújítanák a szállodát valamikor a bútorzatot is meg kellene őrizni , restaurálni ! A lépcsőházban és néhány helyen a folyosón a velencei filmfesztivál sztárjainak remek fotói növelik a Hotel különleges atmoszféráját. Nagyon jó ötlet volt !!

Vi sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare soprattutto con riferimento alle alternative di servizio a disposizione del cliente. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile Hai una terrazza che è spettacolare ma i prodotti che offro al cliente sono limitati e dozzinali ( non hanno spremute fresche, hanno un solo tipo di gin, l’accompagnamento all’aperitivo si sostanzia di crocchette di pane secco….) Probabilmente la proprietà mira a contenere i costi in modo miope.
