Breakfast was great. Room bathroom door would not stay shut. A little far from where I wanted to be. The food was the best part. The staff is great.

I really like the one-on-one feel of the resort and the lady at the front desk was lovely she remember my name every time I came by and the room was absolutely lovely.. Also at dinner they have cream puffs right below where the churros are and they have chocolate sauce outstanding

The pool was the only drawback and the beach had a lot of seaweed that smelled real bad but that's nothing to do with the hotel but the pool needs to be cleaned better.

The staff was amazing. The restaurant manager were really great accommodating our 15 person party. You cannot make reservations but they did everything they could to make it work every night.

The evening food was average. The restaurant choices were not as advertised. Each night only one of the main restaurants were open. Then there was the buffet and the coffee shop (which should not count as a restaurant). The pool restaurant was closed in the evening so there were only two real places to eat every night. So the food was not bad but it was below expectations for sure considering that the choices were limited. Everything else was top notch though.

Lo staff è stato impeccabile, molto gentili e disponibili per tutte le richieste fatte. L'hotel è molto tranquillo e ti permette di riposare davvero. Il bar in piscina stupendo con uno staff simpatico e alla mano. Tornerei volentieri per un'altra vacanza.

The resort itself is beautiful, with a great location, beautiful ocean views, comfortable rooms, and very nice facilities. The beach and pool areas are beautiful, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the all-inclusive experience overall.

Our main disappointment was the Inspira package. We paid extra for it based on the exclusive amenities advertised on Booking.com, but several of those benefits were not actually provided as described. The welcome sparkling wine was missing and had to be requested three times, and the advertised dessert was never provided. There was also no separate Inspira pool or jacuzzi, and the beach area was not private or exclusive to Inspira guests. We also requested a baby crib before arrival but never received a response. The hotel itself is very nice, but the Inspira package did not match what was advertised. On one occasion I didn’t receive the complete food order to my room after waiting 45 minutes …

If you’re looking for a quiet and lowkey time this is a good property for that.

Very little food selection and most of the options are average at best. A lot of food I ended up not being too fond of. Average to below average. No entertainment during the day or in the evening. The hotel also seemed severely short staffed leading to long wait times for drink orders at the bar and at the buffet. Not hotel specific but the beach areas are covered in sargassum and not enjoyable to be on.

La atención del personal, excelente.

El aseo es día de por medio, nunca había ido a un hotel y que no hicieran aseo todos los días. Se acumula los papeles del baño, nos toco bañarnos dos (2) días con la misma toalla y con ese calor tan terrible. Otra cosa, no deben permitir fumar en las habitaciones, el pasillo olía demasiado a cigarrillo.

Lo mejor es la calidad humana del personal. Se destaca la hermosa habitación en piso 9 con grandes vistas y calidad de instalaciones. La comida y bebida se proponen en cantidad y calidad, aunque nada de otro mundo. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, para disfrutar acompañadx. Cancun se encuentra con poca presencia de sargazo, que no les metan cuentos falsos. El agua es una maravilla.

El servicio a la habitación muy lento. Al otro dia bajamos a desayunar y el buffet superaba ampliamente el menu, fue mucho mas eficaz y sabroso.

Las vistas son muy bonitas desde el hotel y tiene una buena ubicación (Cancún zona hotelera tampoco es difícil estar mal ubicado, pero está cerca del aeropuerto). La playa está en una zona con poco sargazo.

Desde el principio, pensamos que por error de Booking, la habitación tenía una cama en vez de dos (éramos dos amigas). En la piscina se estaba bien pero no había sombras suficiente. Nos lo solucionaron ofreciéndonos una cama balinesa pero pensamos que el resto de gente que no lo pidió estaba al sol. Limpian un día sí, otro no, algo que nos extrañó. La comida tampoco es de la mejorcisima calidad, aunque el sushi del asiático estaba rico. El personal es agradable a ratos, sobre todo si has dado una propina. Las excursiones que podías contratar eran muy limitadas. No había un bar de noche per se, algo que bajaba un poco el rollo. No es el resort más caro pero sí tiene el precio de los normales y podía tener mejor calidad.

Absolutely toxic smell in the communal areas and lifts. The lift was super dated and felt it would conk out. The reception staff was slow and unhelpful To begin with. They took ages checking us in but didnt bother telling us abt facilities. The food is substandard. The lounge chair near pool are a bit too basic. I didn’t see any parasols. We have stayed at othet hotels and all inclusive resorts - here rheres no concept of customer services. I can’t wait to leave

Le personnel était gentil surtout au restaurant méditerranéen et on y a bien mangé.

La propreté des chambres (poils par terre, sol sale) le lit inconfortable (vieux matelas). On nous a attribué une chambre dans laquelle se trouvait encore des gens. La deuxième qu’on nous a attribué était sale et avec un mot de bienvenue pour un autre client. À la troisième chambre c’était enfin assez propre et au moins pas pour d’autres clients. On a demandé d’être remboursé pour pouvoir partir avec toutes ces péripéties mais cela nous a été refusé. On a perdu 1h20 avec ces chambres qui ne jouaient pas et quand enfin on a pu aller à la piscine le bar (cocktails) et la petite restauration fermaient peu de temps après

To be honest, was disappointed

Hotel and not well clean, hotel need a lot renovations, a lot of things broken. Not a lot food options, personal was not bad but also not very friendly. I have been in a lot hotel all over the world, this one was the baddest for sure. Not animation at night, for the price I pay, for sure a big disappointment. I will for sure never going back there. If was a 3 star hotel, maybe ok. But I have been in better 3 stars hotels that this one with 4. And in the pics you can see a lot of broken glass in our balcony, that’s for sure not normal and unsafe

The room was great (superior ocean view) - good size and facilities, mini bar, super comfy beds. The staff were all really helpful and pleasant. Access to the beach was superb. Perfect WiFi. Loved the food and different selections every day. The poolside snack bar and cocktails were the best I’ve experienced!

The toilet blocked a couple of times but easily rectified. Would’ve been nice to have some organised evening events, the bar was very quiet.

The alcoholic drinks were heavily watered down and barely contained any alcohol, especially the cocktails. This felt like a cheap budget cost cutting measure and left us feeling annoyed. The food was a let down too. The buffet food was not very enticing. We had dinner in the Mediterranean restaurant which was very nice however the portions were tiny. The Asian restaurant was not even open while we were there even though it was advertised. The room service food was acceptable. I wouldn't go back because of the poor quality drinks and buffet

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la nourriture, qui est d’un bon standing pour un all-in, surtout dans les restaurants à la carte. Chambre clean et spacieuse. Le service à la piscine et dans les restos est impeccable et les gens sont aux petits soins. Agréable pour les courts séjours.

Nous avons eu un problème avec le personnel d’accueil et l’accueil en général. Lorsque nous avons fait notre réservation, il était indiqué qu’une taxe de 5$ USD (76 pesos) (indiqué dans la description de l’hôtel et mentionné par message avant l’arrivée) serait facturée par chambre et par nuit. Nous restions 2 nuits, donc le total aurait dû être de 10$ USD. Pourtant, le monsieur a l’accueil nous a réclamé 36$ USD pour cette taxe, sans aucune explication ni justificatif. Après discussion, il a subitement baissé le montant a 18$ USD, mais ce qui n’était toujours pas les 10$ USD supposés. Nous parlons ici de quelques dollars, mais quand nous lui avons fait remarquer que ce n’était pas ce qui était indiqué dans la réservation, il nous a dit que c’était de la faute de booking et que nous n’avions qu’à voir ça avec eux. Aucun service client, ni check avec quelqu’un d’autre du personnel. Le montant total sorti de son petit chapeau nous a beaucoup frustrés, et aucun geste n’a été proposé de la part de l’établissement, or nous ne sommes pas responsables s’ils ne transmettent pas les informations correctes. De plus, à notre arrivée, il nous a été indiqué que nous pourrions continuer de profiter de la piscine et des transats lorsque check-out, or, arrivés au check-out, le discours avait changé et il n’en était plus question, car il fallait désormais payer un supplément de 50$ USD par personne. Il y a un sérieux problème de communication et service client. De plus, nous n’avons pas reçu de coktail d’accueil, pourtant mentionné également dans la description de notre réservation.

La verdad el trato es muy descuidado, el personal que tienes muy grosera, en especial el de ls toallas de la alberca muy pesada su actitud, en general los restaurantes carecen de variedad, y tardar con su servicio, el hotel ya esta muy deteriorado y para colmo una noche antes nos dejaron un papel donde nos nototificaban nuestra salida y si no fuera poco desde las 10am del dia sigue ya nos han andaban corriendo super incómodo

Oleo Cancun Playa is a great little resort with a boutique feel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The massages and spa are also fantastic!

A comida era excelente, o quarto confortável e espaçoso. Todos os funcionários foram bastante educados no curto tempo em que estive. O atendimento de adalberto, em especial, foi excelente, extremamente simpático e prestativo, nos deixou muito a vontade.

Apesar de dizer que te serviço de escova e manicure incluso, não tem, exige-se um custo adicional (e muito elevado) para o serviço. O resort é bem pequeno e não tem muito o que fazer, acredito que serve para curtas estadias.

Do conforto do enxoval e do quarto. Do serviço do hotel também. Tem serviço de quarto 24h. O cardápio dos restaurantes é delicioso! O hotel nos deu champange de boas vindas e um bolo e tábua de frios de aniversário (avise se você está comemorando alguma data!).

A praia da frente não é muito tranquila em questão de ondas, mas dá para entrar. A vista da praia é maravilhosa! Como visual é excelente, mas a região conta com bastante vento ! A janela do quarto Inspire (3° andar) não abre, é totalmente lacrada!

Excelente ubicación frente a una hermosa playa de aguas cristalinas. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, con vistas agradables. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. La comida y las bebidas incluidas fueron variadas y de buena calidad. Es una excelente opción para disfrutar de Cancún y relajarse frente al mar.”

Algunas áreas del hotel podrían beneficiarse de una renovación para mantenerse al nivel de la excelente ubicación

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Pools waren sehr sauber, das Essen war auch für ein All inklusive Resort sehr gut, darf man wirklich nicht meckern. Das Personal war immer sehr bemüht und sehr nett und auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Angebot von gym, Tennisplatz etc war auch sehr gut. Bei Problemen wurde einem sehr schnell geholfen.

Das Gebäude, Zimmer etc ist tatsächlich etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber ich denke durch die sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Meeresluft ist das einfach ein generelles “Problem” wenn man es so nennen darf. Man darf das hier in Mexiko einfach nicht mit z.b. europäischen Verhältnisse vergleichen.

Das Essen war weder ansehnlich, noch hat es geschmeckt. Der Poolebereich ist komplett zusammengestaucht. Der Strand war trotz angeblicher Säuberung voll mit Algen

O resort é perfeito! Nosso quarto era excelente, os funcionários todos muito atenciosos e gentis, a comida era boa, as instalações não deixaram a desejar em nada. Localização excelente também, perto do aeroporto e do centro. Amei a experiência!

Szép szálloda, kedves személyzet, finom ételek, figyelmes pincérek, ingyenes strandtörölköző, napágy, napernyő.

Nincsenek a szállodában programok, kétnaponta van takarítás, A tenger használhatatlan volt, mert iszonyúan tele volt hínárral a víz, és a part is, igaz ez nem a szálloda hibája. Mindenki tájékozódjon utazás előtt. Mi április 17-25 ig voltunk.

Direkte Strandlage mit tollem Meeresblick. Sehr gutes A-la-Carte Essen in den Themen-Restaurant (im All inklusive inbegriffen). Teilweise sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal (insbesondere in den Restaurants). Klimatisiertes Zimmer. Tägliches aufstocken der Minibar. Gutes Fernsehprogramm mit Zugriff auf ESPN (zeigt deutschen Fußball). Gute Kaffee Auswahl im Brown Bag Café. 24/7 Room-Service.

Niedriger Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal an der Pool Bar (hat Wünsche teilweise absichtlich ignoriert). Das gesamte Hotel hätte insgesamt mal eine Renovierung notwendig, da dieses doch recht in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Geräte im Fitness könnten auch erneuert werden - das Studio ist insgesamt kleiner wie auf den Bildern erwartet. Die Seealgen werden nicht von Strand entfernt (allerdings auf der gesamten Strandpromenade der Fall). Zimmerreinigung alle zwei Tage sollte auf dem Preis-Niveau häufiger erfolgen.

Pas de prise en charge du taxi comme indiqué sur l annonce. Passage de la ferme de ménage à,18h pour donner 2 pieces de chocolat alors qu elle n est pas venue faire le ménage dans la chambre. Chambre très bruyante mal isolée, on entendait nos voisines parler comme si elles étaient dans la chambre.. Nourriture pas exceptionnelle.

Staff were rude and food from buffet was cold. Food made us sick and when we complained the manager put blame on us after? Accused us of drinking too much? Another couple we met also were sick from food the same day but the manager did not want to hear it. Overall it missed the mark- feels like a cheap resort in spain. Pictures on booking.com are outdated. Staff kept coming into room unannounced and did not knock also?

Nászúton voltunk és a szobánkban egy kis üdvözlő ajándék fogadott. A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes volt. A reggeli bőséges és az ebéd és vacsora választék minden étteremben szuper volt. A szálloda területén többféle étterem közül is választhatunk: olasz, ázsiai, hagyományos, strand büfé. Nap közben a medence bárjánál, este egy benti bárban iszogathatsz, valamint egy kávézó is egész nap a vendégek rendelkezésére áll. Strandolási lehetőség volt a szép part szakaszon, a hotel hideg vizes medencéjében és jacuzzi-ban.

Délelőtt nehezen lehet találni árnyékos helyet a strandon, mert a szálloda vendégei már korán reggel lefoglalják az árnyékos helyeket. A reggelire 1 étteremben van lehetőség, ezért főszezonban vagy hétvégén többet kell várni, hogy asztalt kapjunk.
