Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen und relativ nah an der Küste, was für einen Abendspaziergang schön war. Die Dachterrasse ist auch schön, konnte aber wetterbedingt nicht genutzt werden.

Das Zimmer war super klein bzw. eng, so dass man sich mit zwei Reisekoffer kaum noch bewegen konnte.

I recently stayed at Go Hotel City for five nights and, overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was good. The bed was good and my pelow good, could be better. The room has a half table to work, good chair and it is quiet. The window was opening and you had fresh air at any time.

However, there are several aspects of your service that I believe should be reconsidered, as they left me with a negative impression despite an otherwise pleasant stay. First, I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage. My flight arrived early in the morning, before check-in time, and I needed a safe place to leave my luggage. In all my previous travels, hotels have provided this service free of charge for their guests. Being asked to pay for it was disappointing and created a poor first impression. Second, I had already paid for my room for five nights, yet I was asked to pay an additional 75 DKK for early check-in. This is the first time I have encountered such a charge under these circumstances. Third, I was also charged 75 DKK for a late check-out. Again, this is something that most hotels I have visited provide as a complimentary service when possible, especially for guests staying multiple nights. In total, I paid 80 DKK for luggage storage and 75 DKK for late check-out, adding approximately €20 to the overall cost of my stay, which was €867 for five nights. While this amount may seem small, these extra charges create a negative impression and make guests feel less valued. If I have alternative accommodation options in the future, I would likely choose another hotel because I find this policy difficult to accept. Another aspect that concerned me was the requirement to pay for the room before my arrival. In my experience, most hotels request payment either upon arrival or at check-out. This was the first time I was asked to complete payment before arriving at the hotel. Finally, regarding the breakfast, I found it satisfactory overall. The coffee was very good, and having two coffee machines was appreciated. However, the food selection felt quite basic. The room has no airconditioning.

Ssuberes unkompliziertes Hotel. Das Zentrum von Kopenhagen ist gut mit der Metro erreichbar und das Meer nur cs. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und zu zweit mit Gepäck muss man ein wenig kreativ sein.

Klidné místo, milý personál, blízko k moři, do centra se dá dojít pěšky, pohodlná postel, čistý pokoj

Toinen hissi ei toiminut, joten ruuhkaisempana hetkenä hissillä kulkeminen kesti. Suihkun lattiakaivo veti todella huonosti, jonka vuoksi suihkussa käyminen oli epämiellyttävää. Ei ollut myöskään erikseen shampoota ja suihkugeeliä, joka yllätti, pesuneste oli muutenkin lopussa.

De kamers waren klein en de bedden (de topmatrassen) doorgezakt.

Goede locatie. Praktisch.

Kleine kamer, geen plaats om valiezen te plaatsen. Vervanging van lakens en handdoeken op aanvraag, en aan een kost, desondanks de flyer in de kamer het tegenovergestelde zegt.

Værelset er usædvanligt lille og sengen lidt blød (dog fordel for mig). Meget varmt på værelset og ikke mulighed for at regulere temperaturen.

Ein modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bezahlbare (und gute) Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war super. Der Frühstücksbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Das Zimmer war recht klein und sehr warm.

Otel konumu mükemmeldi. Sadece oda beklediğimden biraz daha küçüktü. Orta boy bir bavulla yatak çevresinde hareket etmek biraz zordu. Otel yakınlarında da oldukça güzel yemek yerleri vardı. Oda oldukça temizdi.

Yukarıda da bahsettiğim gibi odalarda iki kişilik yatak olsa da iki kişi iki orta/büyük boy bavulla orada kalmak istediğinde depolama alanı yok denecek kadar az kalıyor. Duvara monte askılık alanı var fakat yeterli değil.

Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas. Personal con pocas ganas de ayudar. Camas muy pequeñas.

Jó elhelyezkedés, kedves személyzet, finom reggeli.

Nagyon kicsi volt a szoba, éppen csak az ágy fért el benne. A lefolyó el volt dugulva, nem folyt le a víz a mosdóban. A kicsi hely miatt többször beütöttük a lábunkat a wc küszöbébe, mert az magasabban volt, mint a padló. A bejárati ajtót nem lehetett normálisan kinyitni, mert a berendezési tárgyak akadályozták. Ez nem szoba volt, inkább kabin.

I had a very disappointing experience with Go Hotel City, mainly because of how the situation was handled and communicated. My reservation originally included free cancellation until one day before check-in. I unfortunately missed that deadline, the payment was charged, and the booking became non-refundable. I asked the hotel whether they could still allow a cancellation and refund, but they declined. I accepted that decision and intended to stay. Shortly before my stay, the hotel asked me to confirm my arrival within a very short time window. I did not see the message immediately, and when I replied confirming that I was still coming and did not want to cancel, I was told that my reservation had already been cancelled and the room had been given to another guest. This cancellation was not requested or authorized by me, so I had to arrange alternative accommodation. Later, however, the hotel changed its position and said the reservation had not actually been fully cancelled and that I could still stay, which made the situation even more confusing. Booking.com contacted the hotel several times, but the hotel repeatedly refused to refund me. When I contacted the hotel again myself, they stated that there would be no refund and ended the conversation with: “This is the end of the conversation, we won’t take the conversation any further.” My complaint is not about missing the original free-cancellation deadline. I accepted the non-refundable conditions and intended to use the booking. The problem is that the hotel then cancelled without my consent, gave contradictory information, and handled the dispute in a dismissive way. In the end, Booking.com had to step in and resolve the matter separately. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Frühstück war solide. Hatte alles was zum einem standardfrühstück gehört. Ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstrasse, öffentlicher Verkehr (Bus + Metro) in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Lebensittelgeschäft und Cafes in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Zajtrk: ne prevelika izbira, a vse zelo okusno, zato zelo zadovoljna. Lokacija: odličen okoliš, bližina plaže, metroja, lokalov. Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno. Tudi na terasi je bilo prijetno, lahko bi bilo malo več sedalnega pohištva.

Le soba je nekoliko majhna, brez omare, zelo težko sem si organizirala oblačila, glede na to, da sem bivala v hotelu 7 dni.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Cafes um die Ecke, ebenso ein großer Supermarkt. Die Metro mühelos erreichbar. Es war sauber und modern gestaltet. Mehr haben wir vom Hotel nicht mitbekommen, da- etwas ungewöhnlich, die Rezeption im 4. Stock liegt. Auf dem Dach- auch da waren wir nicht- ist eine Dachterrasse mit Bar, nettes Angebot.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hochparterre, Level 0, zur Straße hinaus. Die ist zwar nicht zu stark befahren, aber nachts wurde es immer wieder recht laut. Ebenso rauchten viele Hotelgäste direkt vor dem Eingang, so dass der ganze Rauch ins Zimmer zog. Leider stand dazu kein Hinweisschild am Eingang, doch einfach auf die andere Seite in den grünen, sehr breiten Mittelstreifen zu wechseln. Das Fenster ging nicht zum Kippen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sehr klein. Die Koffer mussten unters Bett, sonst hätten wir nicht laufen können. Die Betten waren eher weich und verrutschten leicht.

Dyrt. Bemötandet från personalen. Nonchalanta och ointresserade. Ett leende kostar inget. Märkligt att behöva betala för att förvara en väska innan vi kunde checka in. Ej återbetalningsbart är också ovanligt vid bokning flera månader innan. Dyrt utifrån den standard som upplevdes och ingen frukost som ingick.

Izby su maličké, tak ze ak máte 2 kufre, ten druhý je problém niekde otvoriť. Su vhodné na 1-2 prespatia. Počas nášho pobytu sa pokazil výťah a fungoval len 1. Nikde nebola navigácia ako sa dostaneme na schodisko . Na raňajkách nestihli dokladať chýbajúce jedlá.

At elevatoren ikke altid virkede. At man ikke fik tømt skraldespand ved konceptet om ikke rengøring. At man ikke kan hænge håndklæder til tørre på badeværelset - vigtigt når de ikke bliver skiftet. Vi kunne godt bruge elkedel og lille køleskab.

De bedden zijn te smal en de kamer viel tegen, je heb maar beperkt beweeg ruimte en dat was niet wat ik had verwacht.

Freundliches Personal, helles Zimmer, hohe Decke, die Lage - nicht mitten in der Stadt, aber Zentrum per Metro in ca. 500m Entfernung gut zu erreichen. Auch das Wasser ist durch einen kleinen Spaziergang (Richtung weg von der Stadt) schnell erreichbar. Das Bad im Hotelzimmer ist nicht groß, aber auch nicht so extrem klein wie andere Bewerter geschrieben haben. Für Kopenhagen kommt man zu einem erschwinglichen Preis unter.

Wirklich extrem kleiner Hotelraum (11qm) für 2 Personen. Größere Koffer passen nirgendwo hin, auch nicht unter das Bett, so dass der sowieso geringe Bewegungsraum (ca. 2x so viel wie in einem durchschnittlich großen Wohnwagen) noch weniger wird. Man braucht den Koffer aber täglich, weil es für Kleidung 0 Ablagen gibt, gerade mal 4 (?) Kleiderhaken. Hier könnten wenigstens einige Regalbretter/ein offenes Regal an einer freien Wand etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Die Südseitenlage des Zimmers mit nur einem vergleichsweise kleinen zu öffnenden Fenster sorgt schnell für zu viel Wärme. Frühstück für 18€ pro Person, geht für dänische Verhältnisse, könnte aber räumlich komfortabler dargeboten werden. Die Dachterrasse ist schön, könnte aber etwas mehr Möblierung vertragen und evtl. eine kleinr Bar, die wirklich von draußen erreichbar ist.

The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choice (we especially liked wonderful fresh cinnamon rolls). Sitting by the glass window with fresh food and hot coffee was priceless. Although the room was small, it was enough for our short stay. We liked the top roof of the hotel with space for relax and socializing.

A kettle in the room would be very welcome. There was no space for storing clothes apart from hangers and one chair which may be problematic for people staying longer with bigger suitcases. It was enough for our stay with hand luggage.

Das gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage machen das Hotel attraktiv. Es gab ein sehr schönes Frühstück in der attraktiv gestalteten 4. Etage. Auf dem Dach gibt es zudem ein paar Sitzmöglichkeiten bei herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr nützlich waren 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Zimmer wählt man sich entsprechend der ehrlichen Beschreibung aus, daher verstehe ich einige überraschte Kritiken hier nicht. Ich wählte die einfachste Kategorie. Ja, es war sehr klein. Die Betten waren weich gefedert und schaukelten etwas. Mich störte, dass die Fenster nicht gekippt werden konnten. Weit auf ging bei Abwesenheit nicht, da Erdgeschoss… Es war also sehr warm im Zimmerchen. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, funktionierte aber gut.

The check-in and check-out process was really smooth, and we were even able to check in a few minutes earlier than the usual time. The rooms were clean and I really appreciated that they offered lockers for a small fee to store our luggage after check-out.

The room was quite small for two people, especially with luggage, so it felt a little cramped during our three-night stay. The room also wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and our towels weren’t changed, which would have been nice. The shower could also use some improvement - the shower didn’t have a proper door, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor. Overall, the stay was convenient, but these are a few things that could be better.

Location pulita e ben organizzata c'è tutto, deposito bagagli colazione noleggio biciclette, vicino all'hotel ci sono 2 supermercati uno è la coop e alcuni ristoranti/bar. per cui è servito bene. La camera e il bagno erano di dimensioni giuste e puliti.

A piedi è un po distante dal centro almeno 1 ora e mezzo ( era scritto) però a 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della Metro che con la linea M2 in mezz'ora arrivi in centro

Gute Lage: Nah an Metro Station Richtung Innenstadt und Flughafen; nah am Amager Strand; nette Cafés und Supermärkte in der Nähe; Personal sehr freundlich, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken; die Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber wir hatten nur kleines Gepäck, daher war das für uns kein Problem; Betten waren gut; Gutes Konzept: Zimmer werden nicht automatisch sondern nur auf Wunsch gereinigt, Handtücher kann man bei Bedarf jederzeit tauschen; im Eingangsbereich gibt es gräumige (kostenpflichtige) Schließfächer für das Gepäck, wenn jemand sein Gepäck deponieren möchte; Parkplatz hätte es auch gegen Gebühr gegeben, den brauchten wir aber nicht

Zimmer ist etwas hellhörig und am Abend recht laute Musik von draußen. Wir waren sehr müde, konnten daher trotzdem gut schlafen.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas pero prácticas.

Todo pequeño: habitación, cama, baño. Más o menos limpio pero encontramos mucho polvo bajo las camas. Las habitaciones se limpian durante la estancia solo bajo demanda. Tuvimos una incidencia con la reserva, intentamos solucionarlo reservando una habitación adicional pero no podían ofrecernos solución completa al problema por disponibilidad. No aceptaron cancelar la estancia para los días en los que no nos ofrecían alternativa, por lo que tuvimos que reservar en otro hotel. Volvimos para hacer el check-out y recoger nuestras pertenencias y encontramos que habían entrado a preparar la habitación antes de que nosotros hiciéramos la salida. Hay más hoteles de la misma cadena en la ciudad, mucho mejor gestionados que este. Por su culpa perdimos 2 días de nuestra estancia en Copenhague.
