Easy to check in and out. Room was clean.

The room definitely needs updating, especially the bathroom. The wood at the bottom of the bathroom door is peeling away, mouldings scuffed and in need of replacing.

Undercover parking was excellent. The room was a good size with great kitchen facilities and the bed was comfortable. We had some light food in the lobby area and it was very good, well priced, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room decor was a bit dark for my liking and a little bit tired. This was not a cheap overnight stay and I expected a bit more luxury in the room for the asking price. Probably would not stay again as in our experience guesthouses offer a better experience for half the price of a hotel.

Stayed for one night to take a break from driving. Friendly staff, room and pool were ok, internet connection was not.

The internet was not working. Coffee in room needed a kettle. Phoned for a kettle never did not arrive. Seems short staff as front desk said were unable to help and to use lobby coffee. Next day no kettle or lobby coffee as they ran out of beans

Overall it’s a great place. You are in middle of Pemberton town. It’s slow to the golf course if you want to go golfing in Pemberton. The housekeeping staff are nice and friendly!

A very good location, the front desk staff provided excellent service and resolved the issues we raised. I took my 80-year-old mother was on a vacation and she was well taken care of. Although the room allocation was incorrect when we checked in, they still helped solve the problem.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The suite was very nice with everything you might need including a well equipped kitchen and even a washing machine and dryer in the room. The facilities on site were good too with a cafe, gym, lovely pool and hot tub plus games for the children.

I was grieving my son and I was upset and I may have been a little Off during my stay and when I apologize to the management for my outburst, they still reported me to my work, even though I was grieving, so not the best management here

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Pemberton. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub have excellent views. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel for many years snd have always enjoyed our visits.

We arrived at the beginning of the signal hill pemberton fire and fire fighting was already taking place. Despite the stress, staff were extremely helpful and always free to answer questions. Room was very clean, a nice layout, and comfortable bed.

Comfortable room, clean, decent view, central. Our family stayed the evening as we were driving through town. We did unfortunately book through a call center in which did not relay proper information and we had to pay extra for our dog when we specifically were looking for a room that would accommodate him. The call service told us he was included in this booking. At check in this was not the case. The hotel also told us if we would of booked directly we would of saved money on our booking. There was no direct line i could find at that time. I would caution on the booking online and try to contact the hotel directly.

It was beau and striking upon arrival. Right below the mountain and the room was a lovely layout and functional and coordinated. Pool and spa outside were beautiful under the mountain and we enjoyed the small gym and sauna.

Fabulous facilities in the Lodge. So clean, tidy and well set out. The best kept secret is Pemberton is a terrific stay for families who want to relax, enjoy the Lodges facilities, and the comfort of knowing the very nice rooms have facilities for cooking and the laundry s right there as well.

The Pemberton Valley Lodge is perfectly located for access to the Pemberton Valley and even Whistler with all the activities and things to see and do in those areas The Lodge has large, comfortable rooms and lots of amenities and we appreciated the underground parking and car chargers! The online registration and check-in procedure required the downloading of an app that you need in order to use your phone as a room key - once the front desk emails you a code to use in the app after you physically check-in. Separate, physical room key cards cost extra. This system worked but took more time and effort than a simple in-person check-in and room key. Overall price was also a bit steep. these are the only reasons we didn't give them a top rating.

Have always stayed here over the years. Have never been disappointed. Really like the ease at making a reservation. Front desk personal are very nice to deal with.

A good modern hotel with clean facilities and a good steamroom and pool. No restaurant on site which means a short drive for meals. No breakfast included in room rate. I found the price quite high for the location and facilities (next to the highway, away from the main part of town)

Unless you enjoy a room as not pictured, no hot water & a small bed please save yourself the unpleasantness & stay somewhere that values your business

Nette Lodge als toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Zwischenstopp im Pemberton. Der landschaftlich schöne Talrundweg von ca. 9 km startet direkt hinterm Haus.

Pemberton Valley Lodge is a well-run, very clean, property with all the amenities you need while enjoying the Pemberton Valley either for work or personal travel. So nice to have such quality with uniqueness which is so sadly lacking in the chains.

If you’re taking a driving trip into the interior of BC, Pemberton Valley Lodge is a perfect starting point. Travel up the beautiful sea to sky Highway the day, perhaps stopping in Whistler but ending up in Pemberton to enjoy the lodge and a nice dinner at the Mile One Café. In the morning, the trip from Pemberton to Lillooet is Right outside your door and is perhaps one of the nicest drives anywhere.

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting our daughter & her family in Pemberton. Our experience was very positive & we would certainly stay here again.

We were warmly greeted by staff at the front desk who spent time recommending restaurants in town. We liked the comfort and decor of our room. Loved having a private deck to sit and enjoy the warm evening with a glass of wine. Also appreciated the small kitchen for breakfast since we travel with food supplies for our road trip.

Lovely Lodge situated on the edge of town. Excellent facilities and you couldn't meet a more friendly staff, Hussein was an excellent host who made us so welcome when we arrived after a long journey up from the US.

We found the property clean, well equipped, really friendly knowledgeable staff who live in the area, close to town, great parking area and storage under the hotel. Loved the whirlpool and pool👌

Wonderful stay, lovely deck with a pool and hot tub outside, kitchen could have been cleaner and kitchen supplies are a bit low considering it's a room with a full kitchenette. Staff lovely and helpful.

À 25 minutes de Whistler, (nous le savions) et à contre trafique le soir en quittant la station de ski. Beau petit village accueillant avec quelques bons resto et l’épicerie tout près. Nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaines vacances Merci à toute l’équipe.

The PVL is small, just like the town. The staff made us feel at home and was extremely welcoming. It's close to the bus stop to Whistler (bring cash or prepaid ticket) and be prepared to get dropped off or walk 1/4 mile across the intersection in your boots. The hot tub and pool were great with nice hot temp in hot tub and refreshing but plenty warm pool. If using pull-out couch in one bedroom suite, ask for extra blankets on check-in as they don't have extras stocked after hours. Parking was heated - actually a little too hot for loading the car dressed for skiing, but was great for leaving our gear secure and warm/dry for the next day's trip to the slopes. It did fill up on a long weekend, so no guarantee you can park inside if it's busy.

I really enjoy the path behind the property. It allowed me to let my dog run but not be far from “home”. Hussain was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my check in. I really appreciated Hussain. The pool during the colder seasons was lovely! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much.

The day time check in staff weren’t very friendly. My dog’s name was not up on the hotel board like everyone else’s dogs names were. We didn’t get a dog bed or dog dishes. Also I wish the hotel had more of a restaurant in the hotel. Open a little later and more options that aren’t just frozen, pop in the oven items. There isn’t much to choose from in town and places in town are not open past like 9pm.

The environment is quiet and peaceful. The property and unit is quite well maintained and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff are quite kind and helpful. I enjoyed staying there

It’s so homey and has such a cozy feel to it. We have been coming for years and prefer staying in Pemberton and driving to Whistler to ski.

The hot tub was not working one day which was disappointing, but other than that it was a great stay. We will be back!

Room was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. Loved the garage parking and available laundry room. Kitchenette was a very nice feature as well as the fireplace. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will stay again when we travel to Pemberton.

Staff is unprofessional and very disrespectful Especially hussain, he was rude unprofessional made me pay 400 $ extra for ome person who was gonna stay fo 1 hrs which i already tell him at checkin raised racial slurs at me and threatened to call police if we dint leave and was super happy when i paid him for another roon

The location is central to town and close to all dining and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful there is lots of space to chill in the lounge. Coffee was delicious as well :)

As I’m packing my bags, I’m am so grateful that we chose PVL for our Christmas stay on Pemberton. Our son and family live 4 minutes away. Huge bonus. The hotel is nestled in a lovely setting. Lighting and snow added to the ambiance as you walk in. But, it’s about the delightful staff who make you feel, that this is not your first visit. Very welcoming and will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Rooms are great. Immaculate with all you need for an 8 night stay. Thank you to the staff who made sure we had everything in our rooms, coffee and an extra towel when needed. A delightful experience. We will be back. Would recommend ….if you need a hotel in Pemberton this is it.
