Gedateerde accomodatie. Vieze vloerbedekking, vieze deuren. Geen aanraderstoffig. Geen schoonmaak was wel de afspraak. Ik had het kaartje "snelle schoonmaakk " aan de buitenkant van de deur moeten hangen?! Oude picknick tafels in de tuin.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamers beschikken over een eigen keuken en eettafel. Het hotel is pas overgenomen en wordt stapje voor stapje gemoderniseerd. Dat is iets om rekening mee te houden. Leuke eetgelegenheden in Pemberton zelf.
De airco was erg luidruchtig, dus de keuze was of niet slapen door de warmte of niet slapen door het geluid van de airco. Hopelijk wordt dit ook nog aangepast tijdens de verbeteringen.

Frigorifero rumoroso e assenza delle tende nella cucina per cui entrava luce. Un po’ lontano dal centro (bisogna prendere l’auto).

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Wir fanden es äußerst interessant zu erfahren, dass das Motel seit 2025 von der indigenen Gemeinde übernommen wurde und geführt wird. Es wird sich viel Mühe gegeben und im Bad sind sogar kleine Pflegeprodukte.
Bei der kleinen integrierten „Küche“ wurde wohl bei der Reinigung nicht ganz so genau hingeschaut, so dass wir unsere Tassen lieber einmal nachgespült haben. Der Rest war in Ordnung.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Super nettes Personal. Ruhig gelegen trotz der Nähe zum Highway. Für einen Übernachtungsstop sehr zu empfehlen. Gutes WLAN.
Die Klimaanlage war doch sehr laut. Bad und Küche sehr alt und klein. Ausnahme vom Alter Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026En nuestra ruta de norte a sur, solo nos alojamos una noche y este motel cumplió con creces para una estancia de este tipo. Respecto a la ubicación, se encuentra alejado de la ciudad, pero eso para nosotros no fue ningún inconveniente y, en realidad, fue más bien una ventaja, pues se encontraba muy cerca de nuestra ruta y apenas nos tuvimos que desviar. Llegamos tarde y eso no fue ningún problema, pues habilitaron la entrada autónoma. Buena comunicación en todo momento. Tiene parking y pudimos dejar el coche en la misma puerta de nuestra habitación.

Das Motel liegt zwar an einer Straße, da in der Ortschaft aber nur 30km/h erlaubt sind und es ein ruhiger Ort ist, war absolut kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Das Motel wird von Indigenen geführt, was für uns auf der Reise in "so called" BC ein großer Pluspunkt war. Wir haben das Motel über die App "Indiginous BC" gefunden und können es nur empfehlen!

Very little. It's a motel so the slightly dark modular bath/shower weren't a surprise. I'd like a light switch and bedside shelf/cabinet both sides of the bed. The bathroom cabinets need some handles but the premises is in the process of refurbishment so probably in hand

The shower didn’t get super warm and there was no breakfast. The key lock box hasn’t worked the last two times I’ve stayed here so I’ve had to fight with it or get a new key completely.

At the check in, I got imediately asked to pay. She even had the card reader already ready. But I had already paid over booking.com. I found this very weird because after I told her that I have already paid she looked on her computer and was like your right, but didnt apologize for making me almost pay twice. I don't know what would have happend if I would have paid twice. So that was not so nice.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Bedden lagen prima, keuken was netjes met voldoende handgereedschap om een eenvoudige maaltijd klaar te maken. Koelkast/vriezer was meer dan ruim genoeg voor de tijd die wij er verbleven. badkamer was keurig.
De kamer was wat gehorig, Wij konden onze bovenburen erg goed horen bij lopen en schuiven van meubels/koffers etc. Dat maakt het lastig als je een lichte en vroege slaper bent.

Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Es riecht unangenehm auf den Außengängen, wahrscheinlich von den alten Klimaanlagen. Das Zimmer ist sehr eng (Familienzimmer). Man kann kaum einen Koffer abstellen. Und wir waren nur zu Zweit. Sehr hellhörig.

SCAM - do not stay here!!! I can see from other reviews, this is not the first time they have done this. Booked via booking.com, they claimed payment had not been taken and even had the audacity to produce a credit card receipt showing a declined payment with a Mastercard with a card number that I do not have. No internet / phone signal made it impossible to check booking.com to confirm I had paid. Fortunately, the payment was showing on my Apple wallet as taken several days prior and the receptionist then coyly (whilst shaking - presumably because I caught lying) handed over the information I needed to access the room. Shocking service delivered by frauds. The courage to do this, and to do it over and over again as it seems is quite beyond me. Don't let it happen to you and avoid staying here at all costs.

Issues during the stay (serious service and accommodation problems): Not enough beds/bedding for 6 adults: The cottage had only 2 queen-size beds and only 4 blankets. Because of this, 2 people had to sleep on the floor, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. Poor cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. Management unresponsive: We tried calling management multiple times, but calls were not answered. Wi-Fi not working properly: The Wi-Fi connection was unstable/not usable. Poor directions / hard to locate the cottage: A letter was posted on the management room door saying this was our room, but it did not mention where the cottage was located. The cottage was on the opposite side, and it took us about an hour to find it with help from local people. Unhelpful response at checkout: At checkout, we raised all these issues. The front desk person said “everything was written in the booking” and told us 2 people should sleep on the sofa, which is not acceptable for a booking made for 6 adults—especially with inadequate blankets and poor room condition. Because of these problems, we could not sleep properly, and the stay did not match what was reasonably expected for a booking for six adults.
