Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Gute Lage, sowohl zur Metro in die Pariser innen-Stadt, als auch zum Park Bous de Vincennes. Geschäfte und Bars/Brasserie in der Nähe. Einfaches Appartement, aber sauber(!) und bequeme Betten. Einfach ausgestattete Küche (keine Kaffeemaschine). Die Ausstattung schon etwas gebraucht (Z .B. Flecken auf dem Tisch oder am Kopfende. Das ist allerdings in Paris bei einer preiswerten Unterkunft wie dieser üblich und muss man daher in Relation zum Preis sehen. Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.
Das Appartement hat keine Klimaanlage und wird auch bei mäßig warmen Wetter schnell sehr warm. Das geschlossene Fenster dämmt den Verkehrslärm zwar gut, aber bei geöffneten Fenster ist der Verkehrslärm tagsüber und am Abend groß. Sehr negativ ist ferner, dass gegenüber eine Brasserie ist, in deren Außenbereich Gruppen bis nachts 2 Uhr laut feiern. Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier also falsch. Wer selbst ein Nachtschwärmer ist, wohnt hier für Pariser Verhältnisse allerdings günstig.

Las instalaciones de la cocina dejan mucho que desear. Para empezar, tuvimos que tirar todos los lácteos porque la nevera decidió no funcionar ningún día. Estaba encendida pero su temperatura era aún más alta que la de ambiente. Además, no se entendía para nada cómo hacer servir la cocina eléctrica , porque iba con temporizador y los botones cada vez iban de una manera diferente. El apartamento además estaba muy lejos del centro.

Il rapporta qualità prezzo è imbattibile e per questo non mi sono fermata su dettagli poco significativi. Posizione eccellente, zona sicura e residenziale a pochi metri dalla metro 1 che porta direttamente in centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio a basso costo con ascensore diretto al piano. Cucina con tutto il necessario. Questo residence ha contribuito a farci trascorrere una splendida vacanza a Parigi. Molto molto consigliato!
Aggiungerei solo qualche stoviglia in più

LA CAMERA HA SUPERATO LE MIE ASPETTATIVE SIA PER DIMENSIONE 45MQ CON 2 BAGNI; INOLTRE IL QUARTIERE E' MOLTO TRANQUILLO. UN PICCOLO APPUNTO LE LENZUOLA E GLI ASCIUGNON SONO COMPRESI NEL PREZZO E LA RECEPTIOION DI SABATO CHIUDE ALLE ORE 19:00, NEL SITO BOOKING C'ERA SCRITTO ORE 15:00.

La recepción no abría los fines de semana y tenía horario reducido hasta las 18:00.

Už od začátku jsme měli špatnou zkušenost s komunikací hotelu. Potřebovali jsme změnit termín, což vždycky odsouhlasili a následně zamítli. Nedostaly jsme od hotelu vůbec žádné informace, takže když jsme na hotel dojely v sobotu večer, nevěděly jsme ani jak se do hotelu dostat, když je vstup na kartu. Nakonec jsme se dostaly do hotelu ke schránkám, kde se karty nachází, ale neobdržely jsme žádný kód pro odemčení. Když jsme zavolaly na uvedené číslo, bylo nám řečeno, že pán nemluví anglicky. Ocenila bych dvě peřiny místo jedné, nikdy nevíte, kdo se přišel ubytovat. To, že úklidová služba chodí jednou za týden se sice dozvíte, ale to, že vám nikdo nedoplní toaletní papír, už ne. Byly jsme zde pět nocí a tedy je logické, že dojde do té doby. Museli jsme si koupit vlastní. Recepce měla otevřeno v tak blbé časy, že jsme vlastně ani nikdy zaměstnance nepotkali. Lednice na pokoji sice svítila, ale nechladila. Jako mínus taky beru to, že na pokoji nebyla klimatizace, což v těch vysokých teplotách nebylo nic příjemného. Každou noc byl také nepříjemný ruch z ulice

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Appartamento molto pulito, in una settimana di alloggio è stato pulito 1 volta dal personale delle pulizie. l'appartamento va bene per 2 persone, è funzionale e carino. È comodo per spostarsi in centro con la metro 1, a soli 7 minuti a piedi. Sotto casa ci sono farmacie, supermercati e bar, quindi è ben fornito. Si trova in una zona tranquilla
Purtroppo ci hanno assegnato una stanza al sesto piano nonostante ci fosse l'ascensore rotto (che è rimasto rotto per tutta la durata del viaggio, nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che lo avrebbero aggiustato subito). L'altra pecca è che non c'è l'aria condizionata, quindi ci hanno dato un paio di condizionatori (il primo non funzionava bene) e così un po' si poteva respirare in stanza.

Manque de choix au petit déjeuner malgré notre venue aux horaires indiqués. Après réclamation, le personnel a qd même fait le maximum pour nous rapporter des viennoiseries.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026I loved the location. There are multiple bakeries nearby and it has a very nice metro line connection to the station. The restaurants next to building where also very nice, i recommend the indian place right nextdoor. There is a washing machine and dryer unit in the building working on a app, however these are also used by people living in the building One of the staff members and the manager i spoke to were also very helpful and friendly even though there was a language barrier.
- One of the staff members kept hanging up the phone as soon as we asked if she spoke english. We never managed to get into contact or get a reply due to this even though there where other staff members that did speak english. - When i checked in my key's were in the wrong box which was something emergency then had to deal with. - One of the hotel rooms we booked had makeup stains on the bedsheet when we checked in. (they did fix this the next morning after talking to staff!) - the elevator broke half way through our stay which was not only annoying for us but also the people living there. - I got all the information i needed from the people living there instead of the staff/hotel. Nice residents that's a plus, but very unprofessional that they had to help us out instead of staff members. Maybe just a clear handbook in the hotel rooms would already fix this problem.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Abbiamo gradito che ci hanno fatto il check in prima del previsto. Letto comodo. Zona ben servita da metro (linea 1), bar/ristorante di fronte alla struttura, supermercato a poca distanza.
Praticamente tutto il resto: ascensore non funzionante e senza possibilità di sistemazione quindi ogni volta 3 piani di scale a piedi. Mancanza di aria condizionata. Appartamento sporco: finestre luride, davanzali sporchissimi, terrazzino con resti di sigarette di chi aveva soggiornato prima di noi Zona wc e doccia due locali separati entrambi ciechi e pulizia discutibile. Odore terribile già dall'ingresso. Acqua della doccia molto scarsa e difficoltà a regolare la temperatura perché o solo fredda o solo bollente. Non abbiamo trovato corrispondenza tra le foto pubblicate su booking e la realtà, probabilmente avranno qualche camera ristrutturata ma di sicuro non la nostra. Va bene se di passaggio per una notte. Molto probabilmente la mancanza di ascensore non permette agli addetti pulizie di svolgere il loro lavoro correttamente e con precisione.

Pratique pour les arrivées en gare de Lyon.ji Chambre équipée de manière simple mais efficace avec notamment le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Rapport qualité prix correct pour Paris
Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Seulement un ventilateur mais avec les fortes chaleurs, la température restait élevée. Ascenseur en panne l'avant dernier jour, obligés de monter les 5 étages à pied. Pas de réception le dimanche, nous avons dû payer un dépose-bagage car pas de bagagerie possible dans la résidence.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Готель розташований дуже близько від метро. 5 хв . Навкруги багато кафе і ресторанчиків кухонь різних країн світу..в номері дуже зручна кухня і є все необхідне для приготування. Дуже чисто. Ми приїхали раніше ніж час заселення, але нас заселили. (Само заселення досить пізнє- 15:00)
Рецепшен працює лише до 19, а у неділю зовсім не працює. Ми виїзжали в неділю, в нас не було опції залишити речі в готелі на деякий час. Можливо якби це був інший день тижня все було б по-іншому.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Honestly, it is exactly as you would expect for the price you pay. The staff were friendly. Close to metro and some shops around to buy groceries.
There was no air conditioning despite the scorching temperatures outside. Also the bathroom was very smelly, the smell was coming from the drains. Maybe also the location was quite far away from the pure center of Paris.

We arrived at 1 a.m. and although the check-in instructions were clear, our key card didn’t work. Reception was closed, and the emergency phone number wasn’t working either. Thanks to other residents, we found out we had to contact the hotel via WhatsApp, and one even helped translate because the staff didn’t speak English. We spent almost an hour going back and forth trying different key cards before they finally realized the room was the problem and moved us to another one. After a long journey, this was a very frustrating start to our stay.

L’isolation phonique et thermique Des cintres pas utilisable Manque une prise multiple pour brancher la télé et le ventilateur. Manque le mode d’emploi du micro-ondes. Le rideau fin : déchiré et tête de lit qui a fait son temps ! Les vitres mériteraient un petit nettoyage

Freezer compartment door couldn't close properly, consequently needed to be defrosted. No plug in kitchen sink. On arrival, tea and coffee tray was incomplete. Cafetiere would have been appreciated.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. During the hot weather, having only a small desk fan made the room very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was loose, and the shower had very low water pressure, which also affected the overall experience.

U hotelu nema klime pa je boravak bio nemoguć,nije bio čist.Recepcija radi samo pola dana,radnica na recepciji se pravi kao da vas ne čuje.Iako smo rezervirali 3 noći ostali smo samo 1 noć i to je bio pakao.

O exaustor da casa de banho não funcionou e a porta do quarto não fechava pelo lado de dentro. Tipo conseguíamos movimentar a chave para fechar mas quando usávamos a maçaneta ela abria por dentro e com criança foi complicado. No entanto, por estar em período de feriado não funcionava a recepção e os horários da recepção com os de nós a turistar não conseguimos falar com a recepção.
