Het ontbijt is sober, voor 150€.

Het ontbijt kon beter. Te weinig fatsoenlijke broodsoorten. charcuterie was niet vers.

Прекрасный отель! Мы часто путешествуем, но этот отель лучше всех «троек» в которых мы останавливались. Очень чисто, свежий ремонт, супер кровать, белье, полотенца…. Все на уровне пяти звезд! Особое спасибо хотела бы сказать ресторану. Мы приехали вечером и заказали ужин. Было очень вкусно, очень качественно. У нас в альзасесе, мы бы за аналогичный ужин , заплатили бы в два раза больше. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Мы рекомендуем всем этот отель. Спасибо ❤️🌴

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko metra, niedaleko sklepy, piekarnie, apteka, małe centrum handlowe. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia, ale były codziennie sprzątane więc jest czysto. Personel miły i pomocny. Śniadanie nie było bardzo bogate ale można znaleźć coś dla siebie - na słono lub na słodko

Niewiele warzyw do śniadania, czasem nie było w ogóle.

The location was terrible, so scary surrounding. I left after the first night, although I had the reservation for 2 nights

La localización, está a dos minutos andando de una línea de metro que te lleva directamente al centro de Paris. El desayuno está bien.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, alguno de los colchones se hunden y son muy incómodos. Las puertas de la ducha no tienen goma abajo para parar el agua y se sale hacia el baño. Los muebles son muy viejos. Para entrar al parking tienes que estar continuamente pidiendo el mando, las plazas son muy pequeñas y el acceso está muy sucio.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était irréprochable ainsi que le confort.

Parking payant et pas assez de place pour garer la voiture ! Pas beaucoup de choix lors du petit déjeuner ainsi que quelques petits soucis de piqûres nocturnes pendant le sommeil, certainement dû par des puces de lit comme ma sœur qui a eu exactement le même problème que nous, dans une autre chambre, le même soir dans le même hôtel !!! Merci de régler ce problème très urgent pour le bien-être et le confort des clients.

Ibis Frühstück in Frankreich ist wesentlich eintöniger als in Deutschland.

Le personnel au niveau du petit déjeuner était très sympathique. Le personnel de l.accueil était disponible et a l’ecoute.

Good breakfast. Continental style breakfast buffet. Only thing they need to add are eggs. Near the metro. Clean lounge and friendly staff.

Montreuil is the one of the farthest station so this is more on the over-all location, so the travel time to the city is quite long but that's about it.

Bruit sourd d'une soufflerie dans la chambre surtout la nuit

Le séjour était agréable. Tout est conforme à la description. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déj est bon. Le parking gratuit est très pratique, et l'emplacement est idéal pour accéder rapidement à Paris Intra-muros (via la ligne 11).

Excellent buffet petit déjeuner. Personnels très pro et sympathique.

Værelset var rummeligt, sengene dejligt bløde, gode hovedpuder, fin størrelse på badeværelset, behagelig temperatur på værelset på trods af at der var næsten 40 grader udenfor. Morgenmaden var fin.

Farverne i morgenmadsområdet var lidt for skarpe til sådan et område, efter min smag.

Parkeergarage bij het hotel. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

De kamers zijn erg klein, maar oké. Het ontbijt was erg karig en op is op. Slechte aanvulling.

Prima Hotel.mit guter Anbindung an die Pariser Innenstadt. Ich habe bei offenem Fenster gut geschlafen, was in Paris nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Betten sehr bequem und gute Klimaanlage Super nahe zur U-Bahn

Das Viertel außerhalb von Paris zeigt die Armut und ich habe mich abends nicht so sicher gefühlt- würde alleine Angst bekommen.

raňajky boli skvelé, široký výber, chutné, aj dobrý čas - až do 10:00. postele boli výborné, pohodlné, spalo sa nám veľmi dobre. hotel je blízko konečnej metra ,čo je veľmi dobré pre spojenie do mesta. čistá kúpeľňa a toaleta, moderne zariadené

Na zariadení izby - najmä na vstupných dverách a stenách, koberec - už bolo vidieť známky opotrebovania, no pohodlná posteľ a kúpeľňa s WC boli prvotriedne, takže to vybalansovalo tento nie práve najlepší prvý dojem.

De ligging is echt top, nabij metro! Parkeren (tegen betaling) kan bij een parkeergarage bij het hotel.

We zijn hier 4 jaar geleden geweest, het ontbijt is wat achteruit gegaan. Het is eenvoudig te noemen.

Situation idéale, loin de l'agitation, au bout de la ligne de métro 9, à quelques minutes de la sortie de métro. Chambres confortables, décorées sur le thème de Méliès ( cinéma). La climatisation et connexion Wi-Fi fonctionnent bien. Propreté irréprochable, excellente literie, bon petit-déjeuner avant de rejoindre le centre-ville

Peu de pression dans la douche. Pas de prise électrique près du lit pour le GSM. Une bouilloire électrique et un petit frigo seraient un plus.

Chambre agréable avec un lit confortable. Petit déjeuner correct avec un choix standard. Bien situé, tout près du métro Mairie de Montreuil.

Les deux serviettes de douche avaient une épouvantable odeur de vieille serpillière. J'en ai bien-sûr demandé d'autres. La réceptionniste me les a données sans broncher, mais sans une excuse non plus. Dommage, ça aurait tout changé en termes de qualité d'accueil...

Airco in de kamer deed het niet, personeel deed geen moeite om eens te kijken. IK kreeg net het gevoel of ze mij niet geloofden. Kreeg uiteindelijk een andere kamer waarvan het personeel niet eens wist of de airco daar wel werkt!

Accueil agréable, personnel disponible et arrangeant. Propre. Petit déjeuner varié pour tous les goûts. Literie confortable. Proximité du centre de Montreuil et du métro.

L'hotel est très bien, personnel aussi, mais demandez absolument une chambre sur cour, car la rue est très bruyante jusqu'à 1h du matin et à partir de 6h du matin. Et l'isolation phonique dest inexistante ou presque.

Convenient location, close to the train and metro station. Comfortable bed.

The air conditioning did not cool the room enough to make it comfortable. Considering that the outdoor temperature was around 38–39°C during my stay, this was a significant issue. I asked the front desk if it was possible to change rooms, but I was told that all of the rooms had air conditioners with the same minimum temperature setting of 25°C. In addition, the walls were peeling in several places, particularly near the bed and around the window, which gave the room a poorly maintained appearance.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kleines aber leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Lage etwas außerhalb, aber in einem guten Viertel, Ubahn in 1min erreichbar, Supermarkt quer über die Straße und einige Bars und Restaurant in 3min fußläufig erreichbar.

Nous avons séjourné jeudi 25 juin dans la chambre 615 de l'ibis styles mairie de Montreuil pensant pouvoir profiter de la climatisation proposée par cet hôtel. Quelle fût notre déception ! Nous avons eu droit à un mince filet d'air à peine rafraîchi en lieu et place d'une climatisation. Payer 185 € pour cette prestation ne nous semble pas acceptable.  Nous tenons donc à vous faire part de notre plus grande insatisfaction après cette expérience client regrettable. 

Les chambres sont confortables et au calme ! Le petit déjeuner très copieux ! L’emplacement est parfait pour nous, proche du métro.

Lits confortables, bonne insonorisation des chambres, produits frais et large choix pour le petit-déjeuner. Personnel très accueillant, à l'écoute, souriant. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking sécurisé.

L'accès au parking est accessible en voiture, mais l'accès piétons est déplorable. Il serait souhaitable que l'hôtel réfléchisse à un autre système d'ouverture de la porte : badge peu pratique. Trouver une solution indépendante pour l'accès piéton.

La posizione è ottima, vicino al capolinea della metro, la camera pulita, l'aria condizionata.

La colazione era buona ma ho notato alcuni moscerini volare sui prodotti aperti. Ci vorrebbe forse un po' di attenzione in questo.

They were located right in the bed area on the wooden board. Beyond the pest issue, the room itself was incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. ​When I brought evidence of the bed bugs to the front desk, the staff showed zero interest in the problem and completely dismissed my concerns. This level of indifference toward a major hygiene and health hazard is entirely unacceptable for an Accor-branded hotel. ​To top it all off, the breakfast was an absolute joke. It was incredibly poor with virtually nothing to eat, offering zero value for money. ​Between the filth, the bed bug infestation in Room 707, the terrible food, and the completely unhelpful staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to immediately quarantine that room and bring in professional pest control. Future guests: Check your beds thoroughly or book elsewhere.

metro station was near

it was very hot in paris in particular week and AC was not working, when i request to shift me in other room or at least put a fan in the room but no support from hotel staff and they said you can change the hotel after taking full amount. there were cockroach inside the room.

La chambre trop petite voire oppressante au 7ème malheureusement la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement ainsi que la douche où nous n’avons pas pu descendre la température de l’eau. Certes il y avait la canicule mais franchement rapport qualité prix très décevant !! Finalement nous sommes partis une nuit plus tôt. Concernant le parking, il faut aller chercher la télécommande pour y accéder (une seule pour tout le monde donc il faut attendre) et le garage est sale et puant

Aircondition below par. Made sleeping hard. Came from another hotel with working aircon, also in heatwave. No interest from staff. Missed minibar and cold water in shower. Bad draining sink. A lot of Traffic outside. Not good gluten free alternatives.

Le lit était confortable et l'hôtel bien placé.

Malheureusement, la clim était en panne et comme il faisait 40° dehors, il faisait très chaud dans les chambres, je n'ai donc quasiment pas dormi. J'avais pourtant choisi de privilégier cet hôtel plus cher que d'autres pour l'assurance qu'il y aurait la clim.

Le bar était annoncé ouvert jusqu'à minuit un vendredi soir, en pleine période de forte chaleur. De retour à l'hôtel vers 00h30, nous aurions apprécié pouvoir prendre un verre afin de nous rafraîchir. À notre arrivée, le personnel de l'accueil nous a indiqué que le bar était fermé, alors même qu'il se trouvait dans l'espace du bar, lumières allumées, en train de regarder un match de football. Je trouve regrettable que l'établissement ne fasse preuve d'aucune souplesse face à des circonstances exceptionnelles telles qu'un épisode caniculaire. Par ailleurs, le parking manque de luminosité et donne une impression assez peu rassurante.
