Professional, nice and king people, clean and beautiful place

Nice hotel but the rooms need some serious updating. The rooms are kept clean. Robes in the room wouldn't fit a small child (and myself or husband are that big but robes wouldn't go round either of us). The flip flops in the room have already been worn by God knows how many other people! Pool area is nice. Although, we couldn't believe that they charge a service charge for every drink that is ordered whilst you are at the pool. Could understand if you were not paying guests at the hotel but if you are staying there then why should you pay to have a drink at the pool? Best bet is to walk 2 minutes up the hill to the local shop and buy yourself a beer or 4. Only costs a few pounds (if that). Also the takeaway stand next to the shop has amazing food.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome from the very beginning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the pool area is fantastic – perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: close enough to everything, but still quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, with a great view over the city. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort in Phuket. The location is excellent, with very easy access to the central area, restaurants, shops, and everything you need, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their service made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, the pool area is amazing, and the overall structure of the hotel is just gorgeous. Everything felt well maintained and designed to make your stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

Excellent staff that’s friendly and accommodating. Location is 5 min from town by taxi ride so your not far at all from all the fun. The resort is very and and the rooms are nice with comfortable beds.

Staff were always so helpful, caring, and attentive. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were fantastic. Everyone did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Even when we faced a slight issue that was out of anyone’s control, they were incredibly helpful and kind, making sure we were well looked after and could continue to enjoy our stay. Noise level was great as just outside of main area of Patong, definitely more couples style. We had a massage it was wonderful, water available to drink and food was incredible at the restaurant! Great value for money.

Beautiful resort, delicious food, huge rooms and great customer service. Would recommend if you prefer a quieter area off of the Patong main strip which is quite noisy.

Baan Yin Dee is a beautiful resort, nestle away in a quiet and peaceful setting overlooking Patong Beach. The staff are incredible! Friendly, caring and very helpful. We had our dinner with specials (happy hour), buy 1 get 1 cocktails and they offer a complimentary shuttle to Patong. I would highly recommend them!

I was here during my birthday weekend and we had a truly lovely experience. The hotel staff even surprised me with desserts in the room and a souvenir from Thailand. The pool was clean and the balcony had a lovely sunlight every morning which me and my wife totally enjoyed.

Hotel location is amazing, is on the hill with beautiful view, staff is very friendly. Food Is amazing. Rooms are 5 stars. Breakfast is beautiful. You have swimming pools and jacuzzi as well. We had a room with the pool access - i recommend it as its the best view

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night whilst travelling around Phuket. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, it had a smart flat screen television, a big bath tub, a shower and a big comfortable bed. Upon checking into our room, the housekeeping staff had decorated the bed, this was a nice touch. We had a pool access room and the view of the pools was beautiful from the terrace of our room. The customer service at this hotel was good, the staff were very friendly. This hotel had multiple different pools, they were all beautiful and kept clean. There is a supermarket located a few minute walk from this hotel to purchase snacks/drinks. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Very nice and cozy retreat hotel. 🤌 The personal is very kind and helpful. 🤗 Rooms are being cleaned daily and there is no snakes or other geekos or anything like that, so it is very safe 💪 The restaurant is great, lots of very good food, safety to eat, everything is fresh! Also I do recommend to get your room with breakfast included, you won't regret, lots of delicios food of your choice 😇 This is a quiet place, near town, so you can easily relax here.

We made a booking for 6 days. As soon as we arrived we got greeted with some cocktails and vouchers to use, also all info were given to use. The hotels has all the services that you need and is well equipped. Good links to the city center offered. Staff was nice and helping. 10/10

Check-in was very smooth, they let me check in early as my flight was early which is very nice. The room is huge!! and the balcony is really sweet.

The room is just incredible. The bed is the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. I especially liked the view from the terrace and amazing pool.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the experience. The location is perfect and the aesthetic of the rooms and entire hotel is beautiful. We were able to experience something traveling that we had never done before. And the breakfast and arrival drinks and honeymoon set up we’re very welcoming.

Had a very comfortable and luxurious stay. The property has a serenity to offer that is unmatched. The rooms were splendid. The restaurant offers a great view as the hotel is located uphill. Because of its location, while it offers great views, the beach becomes inaccessible. They do run free shuttle services to compensate for that. The breakfast buffet, not the best. But quite good. Definitely recommended if you wish to move a bit away from the hustle bustle of Patong beach.
