Déjà l accueil à la réception !! Ont paye pour un parking qu’il n’y a pas !! La chambre et les couloirs degueulasse !! Plinthe qui se décolle , draps tacher , petit déjeuner j’en parle pas !!! Cette hôtel n’est pas un 3* ! Et surtout il vaut maximum le prix d’un Formule 1!! Nous devions rester 4 jours j’ai fais une nuit je suis parti à Barcelone !

Es un edificio muy guapo, muy bien ubicado. La habitación estaba limpia, la nevera enfriaba bien, tuvimos un balcón con vistas al jardín. La terraza del bar estaba justo al lado de la piscina y ofrecen juegos de mesa y billar. Muy buen precio también. El jabón y el gel de ducha olían muy bien.

Es bastante viejo, las ventanas no insulan de todo, así que desde la habitación se escucha todo en la calle abajo, muy molesto a las 5h un domingo cuando hay gente volviendo de fiesta y quieres dormir. El desayuno era bastante básico, pero tampoco malo. No disponen de gorras de ducha.

Staff were great, it was quiet and close to everything you need or wanted. 2 minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was good.

Saturday was very loud so sleeping was a challenge. That along with walls being very thin you could hear a lot of movement etc. through the night. So sleeping wasn’t the best.

The front, pool side is nice. Very close to all attractions. Easy short walking distance to beach , castle and other attractions. The room itself is very clasic though the pool view was great. Sun hits the blacony in the morning. Lovely. We arrived in September ( off season ) so the pool was not busy which is great for us.

We added extra so it includes the breakfast. Out of 3 mornings we end up using once. It was not an expensive add on so great value if you seeking budget friendly. Though I would recomend having outside if you can it will be more enjoyable. Pillows could have been improved.

Lo que más me gusta es la tranquilidad, es la segunda vez que vengo, el hotel es ideal para desconectar y está cerca de todo. El personal es atento y agradable.

Las camas son muy incómodas y las almohadas muy finas, deberían renovarlas. El mobiliario es bastante antiguo. Deberían de talar algunos árboles que tapan el sol y el agua de la piscina apenas se calienta porque el sol no le da casi en todo el día.

Excellent staff, young lad on reception and the charming young woman who was on the bar, reception, and then turned up for breakfast! Nice breakfast also. Traditional style hotel. Brilliant location. Very quiet around pool area.

No tea/coffee facilities (the wife insists upon them). Tardy clearing of the dishes at breakfast (looked understaffed). Just small points.

Les photos sur le site sont retouchées et ne représentent pas du tout la réalité. L’hôtel est très vieux et pas très bien entretenu. Les murs sont en papier nous avons attendu les voisins de chambre mais lorsqu’ils chuchotaient.

We have been to this hotel several times and we love it. Location fabulous in heart of lloret and staff all so friendly and helpful. A great buffet breakfast and pool and gardens lovely. A honeymoon type of hotel. We recommend to everyone

Location is good, parking available on site for a fee, breakfast is continental with bacon sausage scrambled egg fried egg also available, reception staff are helpful, room was adequate, air con in the room was good, there is a pool to relax by. About a 5 minute walk to the beach if you don’t stop at the shops restaurants or bars 🍺

Could do with some air con in the bar area, being near a street it was a bit noisy at night but that’s not the hotels fault

The location is great, very close to the bus station if you decide to go to Barcelona. The hospitality of the staff is amazing, they all speak multiple languages. Everything was great.

La habitación es bastante antigua, la cama un poco incómoda, las paredes muy finas se escucha un poco todo por las noches, entraba luz por las ventanas cuándo se hacía de día. Nose todo un poco lamentable pero estuvimos agusto dentro de lo que cabe.

c'est un hotel qui est resté dans son jus des années 2000. petit télé et salle de bain tres rudimentaire (vieille faience ) manque de prises de courant manque un meuble desserte dans la salle de bain meubles anciens etc............

Todo me gustó pero tendrían que darle mas vida a la noche en el hotel llevando algun musico o cantante. Faltó eso alguna actividad para la tardecita noche

Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen war lecker.

Die Wände sind dünn, deswegen konnte ich andere Gäste hören. Es ist teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die neuer sind.

Cada pequeño movimiento implica un fuerte crujido de la cama con el que era imposible dormir. El grosor de las paredes es nulo, se escucha absolutamente todo, incluso una conversación de otra habitación con tono normal, parejas, estornudos, etc. El baño huele a cañerías así lo limpien, cada vez que un baño del piso de arriba tira del inodoro suena muy fuerte en nuestro baño, despierta a cualquiera, como si se fuera a caer la tubería, las alfombras de los pasillos están muy sucias y manchadas se ve muy mal. No lo recomiendo para el valor que tiene

Pokoj nebyl čistý - vlasy v umyvadle, mravence v posteli.. postel nepohodlná - co pohyb to vrzání, nedalo se spát, stěny jak z papíru - šlo slyšet vše.. ve sprše jste měl pocit že se sprchujete s někým z jiného pokoje.

Nous avons payé pour une suite et nous avons eu une simple chambre avec deux lit individuel séparé, la seule explication que l'on nous a donné est désolé nous n'avons plus de suite alors que nous avons payé à l'avance; inadmissible et aucun dédommagement.

Si buscas tranquilidad en la piscina este es tu sitio ya que no hay niños y nosotros no hemos encontrado jaleo de despedidas ni similares. El bufé del desayuno no está mal y el personal súper amable. Estás en todo el centro pero depende lo que busques puede ser bueno o malo.

Las habitaciones son excesivamente simples y se oye cuando mea el de al lado o tose etc.. en el cuarto piso se oye todo el rato el zumbido de los aires acondicionados. Como servicios pone que tiene restaurante y no tiene… solo tiene bar y como “comida “ solo tiene pizza y sándwiches congelados. El tema del parking es pequeño y si llegas y hay sitio aparcas a 25€ el día. Desconocíamos la zona, y es una mezcla entre Benidorm y magaluf

Ottima posizione, bella e curata la piscina, bello e ombreggiato il giardino, colazione SUBLIME (ottime vivande, scelta abbondante, qualità molto alta), staff cordiale e disponibile, orario hall 24 h su 24.

Struttura già un po' vecchiotta (piccoli interventi di ristrutturazione ormai quasi necessari,es. water che perde acqua).

Une salle de bain des années 70 très vétuste , l'isolation des chambres très mauvaises ( quand votre voisin va faire pipi on l'entends) Le petit déjeuner etait moyen Nous avons exprès validé un hôtel réservé aux adultes en pensant avoir notre tranquillité mais pas du tout !!!! La télé etait minuscule Le prix du parking est exorbitant !!!!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta, fajny basen, dobre warunki do opalania jak i odpoczynku. Pokoje trochę droższe w starszej części hotelu super, w nowszej trochę tańsze, ale co za tym idzie ciaśniejsze. Śniadania niezłe, oczywiście codziennie prawie to samo, ale jest spory wybór więc oceniam jako dobre. Obsługa miła, sympatyczna, pomocna.

Ocena byłaby bardzo dobra gdyby nie sytuacje związane z bardzo głośnymi i uciążliwymi młodymi turystami z Włoch. Obsługa powinna mocniej zareagować na ich niestosowne zachowanie, nawet z koniecznością ich usunięcia z hotelu, bo zachowywali się skandalicznie. Minusem jest jeszcze oczywiście parkowanie samochodem w Lloret del Mar, ale to problem całej miejscowości, mój samochód został scholowany i koszt 200 EURO nie był przyjemny. Darmowe miejsca parkingowe ponad kilometr od hotelu. Brak czajnika elektrycznego do herbaty, trzeba było za niego zapłacić kaucję 20 EURO.

De locatie is enerzijds geweldig (pal in het centrum en niet ver van het stand), maar is 's nachts soms rumoerig wat overigens door toeristen buiten het hotel wordt veroorzaakt. Dit valt dus niet het hotel te verwijten. Blijft prima locatie.

Дуже сподобався готель. Дуже смачні сніданки. Місце розташування дуже чудове. Поруч пляж, автовокзал, супермаркет, кафе, ресторани, костел. Дуже привітна жінка адміністратор , завжди орієнтувала мене, прекрасний співрозмовник, гарна, мудра, розумна та чудова людина. Відпустка була чудовою, море теплим, погода сонячна, море прозоре. До наступної зустрічі в наступному році.

Cama no tan cómoda, se sirve el desayuno en un lugar muy cerrado y el hotel podría tener una renovación general sin perder las cualidades del edificio original.

L'edifici principal de l'hotel i l'original, data de principis del segle XX, és d'arquitectura indiana, posteriorment als anys 50 es va ampliar, té aquest component vintage que el fa especialment romàntic i encantador. El jardí és una delícia, convida al relax i la tranquil·litat, al centre de Lloret de Mar i propet de tot, pots trobar tot el que necessites. Tot i que el mobiliari es una mica antic, la neteja es impecable, el llit comodíssim, i la climatització perfecta. El personal és molt amable i servicial, i l'esmorzar tipus continental perfecte. Sens dubte ho recomanaria i tornarem.

Te un parking privat, que el cap de setmana que van estar va acollir més cotxes de la capacitat que tenia. Afegir a modo de sugerencia que estaría bé afegir una dutxa de cortesia, per els clients que tinguin que deixar l'hotel, però vulguin passar un dia de platja a Lloret

The location of the hotel was good. It was very central. If you are visiting this part of the coast for the nightlife, it would be a good option. We wanted to travel out of Lloret de Mar, it was very easy to get to the bus station from the hotel. It was good to at least have access to a pool. The hotel was clean enough from what we could tell and the room was tidied everyday. There was air conditioning. The staff were friendly enough.

The hotel is very dated. It needs completely renovating and repainting. The pictures on the booking advert, do not fairly represent the hotel. To make it a fair representation, all areas of the hotel should be pictured and advertised fully. The current pictures are mostly of the suites, which is the front of the hotel. The standard rooms are barely pictures and at this stage are very old and shabby. The pool area has changed since the pictures were taken and again has aged. There is a dining room, where breakfast is served, this was not pictured and is quite honestly depressing. Nothing pleasant about the space, it was soulless. The breakfast was the same every day and the cereal was left out to congeal. The pool is clean in the sense of not being dirty, but it has flies/insects and leaves in from the surrounding trees. The pool area is smoking friendly. Given smoking is not permitted in bars/restaurants, I don’t understand why the pool is smoke friendly. My partner is pregnant and clearly it is not good to be breathing in smoke. The rooms are so noisy. You can hear everything from next door. They are not at all sound proofed which meant my partner and I were woken up frequently each night. No refrigerator in the room was unusual. I haven’t been to a £133 per night hotel and not had a refrigerator in the room. It does seem quite standard, especially for a hotter climate. The value for money is poor. For the price we paid per night, we did not feel as though it was reflected in the hotel. It felt like we were staying in university accommodation, rather than a 3+ * hotel. We would not have booked the hotel, if the pictures accurately reflect what it currently looks like.

Nicest staff I've ever experienced (especially the receptionist who looked like Bellingham) and Rooms were good. Pool was also perfect. Our booking said that we had a fridge, but we didn't have one, so we told the reception. The next day we had a fridge. Very straightforward. Thanks again. We definitely come back

Nagyon kellemes, igazi spanyol hangulatú hotel. Minden tiszta volt, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, barátságos és segítőkész. A kert és a medence környéke nagyon hangulatos, a hotel elhelyezkedése pedig kiváló. A szoba ugyan kicsi volt, de jól felszerelt és makulátlanul tiszta. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk.

Las camas eran muy cómodas, y la habitación súper amplia. No había jaleo en las habitaciones, y en la piscina también se estaba muy agusto.

La poca intimidad con los balcones de los lados. Entraba muchísima luz por la parte de arriba de la puerta del balcón.

Le manque de service, le bonjour en réponse, les sourires absents. L’hôtel a son charme et du potentiel. Il est dommage que le personnel ne soit pas plus attentif en souriant, en rendant les bonjour , cela ne coûte pas grand chose et ça fait la différence .

La nevera de la habitación no enfría nada. Dejadez en la zona de la piscina Tienen que barrer la zona de las hamacas diariamente, y pasar el colador por la superficie del agua más de una vez al día, ya que estaba muy sucia de restos de vegetación. Da una sensación de piscina abandonada a su suerte. Y es una pena, porque la piscina y la zona ajardinada es muy bonita.

El hotel tiene una calidad - precio excelente, además de ser only adults. La piscina perfecta aunque caian bastantes hojas a las hamacas. Las habitaciones eran amplias y la cama super grande y cómoda. El personal de recepción muy agradable y parking privado del hotel.

Todo iba bien hasta que por la mañana cuando aun seguiamos durmiendo el personal de limpieza entro en la habitación en repetidas ocasiones. El check out era hasta las 12 y la señora entro a la habitación desde las 9 de la mañana. Además en una de estas situaciones nos dijo de malas maneras que nos teniamos que ir que el check out era ya cuando aun quedaban 50 minutos.

A pesar de estar en el centro de lloret resultó bastante tranquilo, el jardin con la maravillosa piscina daba un poco de tranquilidad y aislaba un poco del ruido de la calle

Il manque un petit frigo dans les chambres , il fait chaud en Espagne et ça éviterait de sortir ou partir à la recherche d'eau fraîche.

Vu sur la piscine tres sympa, le jardin et la déco de l'hôtel tres jolie aussi, ménage ok. Petit déjeuner compris et copieux. Tres bien située.

En revanche les chambres un peu vieillot, tres mal insonorisé, on entend absolument tout des voisins ( gauche droite et au dessus). Petit tips il faudrait un mini frigo dans la chambre. Parking beaucoup trop cher...

The location was great, both near the beach and the clubs street. The yard was very beautiful with nice flowers. The balcony looked at the the pool. Room cleaning was every day, though after the cleaning I didn’t like the chemical odor in the room.

The hotel was an old one - the facilities, rooms, and corridors were all old style, and I think they need some kind of renovation. We used the pool only once and never again as it was so dirty. I asked the staff to clean it properly and saw they tried to, but still it was not clean enough for swimming comfortably. The tree leaves, flowers, and insects were all in the pool and even after cleaning, 5 mins later, it’s the same situation. The breakfast was the same every day. When you are staying for 4 days, it kind of becomes boring. Sometimes the outdoor sounds are so loud that you can wake up in the middle of the night but I guess the property can do nothing about that. Also, the plates and coffee mugs were not all clean, I had to choose every time which one to take considering the cleanness.

Emplacement idéal au cœur du centre ville à quelques mètres de la plage, parking sécurisé disponible (surplus de 25€/nuit) personnel très gentil et bilingue. Petit déjeuner buffet appréciable malgré que ce soit le même tous les jours, extérieur sympathique et piscine agréable.

Isolation catastrophique, on entend absolument tout des chambres d’à côté y compris la douche, les toilettes, les discussion, les bruits dans les couloirs etc… chambre plutôt vieille (fenêtre lavabo)
