Das Reinisch Hotel - near Vienna Airport

Extremely helpful staff. My son's flight was delayed and he arrived later than planned, but staff very helpful to arrange late check in. Very much appreciated

Curat, liniște, mic dejun bun

Great staff great hotel great location

The receptionist is very nice. There was a surprise on the bed and the minibar is free.

Gute Klimaanlage, Frühstück jeden Tag ab 06.00 Uhr früh möglich, sehr freundliches Personal

Čistoca i blizina centra ..

Osoblje na recepciji

Easy to access and park, air conditioning was amazing, onsite restaurant was great.

The bed slid apart in the center so couldn’t really use it as one large bed

Ottima esperienza camera fresca e pulita

Rien

Every aspect you can imagin

Üppiges Frühstück.

Es gab nix zu kritisieren

I couldn’t get the room dark during the day as I had hoped due to my very early morning arrival. It was a long walk to the train to get to the airport. The room was absolutely fine but it was small and far away for the price. There was no way to avoid stairs, which was difficult with luggage.

Excellent hotel, courteous staff and excellent service, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, Hotel close to the airport in a quiet area

Tolles Hotel

The gym and the bedroom!

Minibar is free, which is a nice gesture. Everything else in the room is up to the expectations, nothing specially good and nothing specially bad.

I didn't like the staff - maybe it is not their fault. I asked for a bill, and the lady said she cannot do it now, but she can send it to me via e-mail. (i got it) The other thing - breakfast was good, but you can order only one fried eggs omelette from the kitchen. I think it is not a good practice to refuse a guest like this, especially that there were tables that didn't order it.

friendly staff the receptionist in the night shift is an amazing girl she gave me free upgrade the bar was a generous offer to include it in the price

i wish if it was a walking distance ti the airport maybe some more breakfast dishes

Great location, very friendly staff

alles tip top

A localização é boa, perto do aeroporto.

Only the location

1) Staff - totally unapropriate behaviour at breakfast - we had to change the tables as we did not sit at the 'right' one & we were then relocated to one small table in the corner.. 2) we asked for baby cot in bed - they did not even have the mattres! Once asked for it, they provided the blanket to put it insted of the mattres - the baby slept between us - so ine night before traveling from Vienna no one could not sleep.. 3) too small rooms

Vsetko

Close to the airport, clean, good restaurant

Website says shuttle included but it’s actually 18€. And then the shuttle came late so I had to get an uber. I asked for a refund. They want a screenshot of my uber ride. Which is proving to be difficult as I can’t send it through email and the booking.com channel won’t take pictures. Don’t they track who gets on the shuttle?? Super annoying and the room was overpriced. Also uber was only 11€. For the price of the room the shuttle should be free IMO. Not impressed.

Easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable room with a good bathroom, close to the airport, good breakfast

Nothing. It was all good

The location, the room, the food.

I didn't dislike anything at all.

We had a delayed flight, so we need a comfortable hotel near to the airport. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. It was really cold so they upgraded our room to save us the walk outside to the other building!

Good location, 10 min drive to the airport. Parking

The room was too small even for two, it was cold and heating didn’t work

This hotel met all our needs for a one night stay to catch a flight in the morning . Especially the restaurant and the service by the server who took care of many tables at once and did an excellent job .
