HEINhotel vienna airport

Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff, good location not far from airport.

Odličen zajtrk in zelo prijazno osebje

Location

Rooms were a little compact

Great Stay and breakfast was good!

Not much. Was a great stay!

Comfortable, clean rooms. Perfect quiet location for airport.

Very clean and comfy bed. Nice hotel with excellent breakfast.

Isolated area, no restaurants unless you walk

Excellent breakfast. Newly refurbished. Comfortable and clean.

Taxi to the hotel from Vienna airport costs around 20eu per way.

Köstliches Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr in der Früh.

The staff was extremely helpful and the facilities were very nice.

Nothing to report - all was good!

We chose to stay here again because we had previously had a good experience, which made this stay even more disappointing. At no point were we informed that our apartment would be in a completely separate building from the main hotel, with NO air conditioning and windows that could not be properly opened. Had we known this before booking, we would never have chosen this accommodation. The apartment was unbearably hot, and the two fans provided made no difference. We contacted the property that evening to explain the situation, but nobody replied or offered any help. As returning guests travelling with two children, we were extremely disappointed not only with the conditions, but especially with the way the situation was handled. Sadly, we would not return or recommend this property.

Es war alle gut

Clean and close to the airport

Not many restaurants options

The hotel is beautiful and very close to the airport. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly to guests

Close to the airport. The breakfast was good

The room wasn’t clean upon arrival

Dorucak, soba, higijena

Staff friendly, good communication before checking in, room was clean, air conditioner, baby cot provided, parking space available. This is the 3rd time we stay here and we are happy with the choice.

Would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the room, as the water is hard and makes the hair hard to brush.

Very nice staff. The place is clean and well handled. The air conditioning in the bigger room was a bit weak and it took a few hours until the room felt cool. I would advise that in hot days they should turn on the air conditioning a few hours before the gests arrive in order to feel nice and cool in the room. The air conditioning in the smaller room was fine. Very good place.

Blizko hotelu, parkovani

Manzelska postel se rozjizdela - dve vedle sebe lezici lehke postele, ktere funkci manzelske postele neposkytovaly

great value for money

Bin aufgewacht.

Very clean and close to the motorway which is ideal for those stopping in transit .

Nothing

The hotel is spotless with modern furnishings and very conveniently located a few miles from the airport. It was a perfect stop over before our flight the following morning. We didn’t have the breakfast but I looked in at the restaurant and the food looked very good with lots of options. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and spoke excellent English.

I would only suggest adding a small bar fridge to the room.

The location was good and matched the purposes of a near stay to the airport

Nice hotel. Lady on reception was lovely. Couldn’t have been more helpful actually. Room clean and bedding clean. Easy to get in after 11 pm. Breakfast was quite nice

I couldn’t get safe to work but I didn’t inform reception. Shower wasn’t great, shower head was unstable. Expensive. Two salads and 3 small glasses of wine €51. No atmosphere in the bar so you wouldn’t want to stay

Flughafennähe, freundliches Personal

Zimmer leider winzig, aber selbst spät reserviert. Großer Andrang beim Frühstück, wurde darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Konnte Zeit wegen Kursbeginn nicht verschieben

Alles Beste

-

Es gibt null zu bemängeln! Alles zur vollkommender Zufriedenheit.

Alles super!

Snídaně byla vynikající, všeho dostatek, včasné doplňování. Pokoj pečlivě uklizený, recepční milá a ochotná.

Staff were exceptional. Handy to the airport

Very clean

no refrigerator

the comfort and the facilities were fabulous!!!! slept like a baby! so clean and the staff were extremely helpful and diligent. Actually, I’d put staff as top!

Location perfect for airport but we also wanted to see vienna for a few hours as we had about a 20 hour layover- that meant a taxi each way as public transport wasn’t a thing. There seemed to be very little in the village….

Perfetto! Pozione. Servizio !

Clean & excellent after hour facility

Breakfast not inc inc in price

Nichts.

the staff

advertised airport shuttle/ did not have. $60 to get back and forth from airport. room was hot even with mini split in room. I don’t know how they got a four star rating.

Large size room for our 3 suitcases. Large size bathroom with excellent shower and water pressure.

It is a 8-min drive from the airport. No stores around the hotel. Room has a problematic AC that started beeping at 2 am and we could hardly get any sleep! For the total price of room and roundtrip taxi, I rather stay at an onsite airport hotel next time.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Karin at reception was so helpful and kind and after 28 hours of travelling we were very happy to see our lovely room! Thanks again :)

I loved it.

Nothing

Good location

Nil

Besonders zuvorkommende Rezeptonistin

Proximity to airport

Too minimalist.

The staff were amazing, especially the receptionists. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. They took the time to explain everything and made us feel very welcome. The chef was also very helpful. A good choice for a one- or two-night stay, especially if you have a flight to catch. Thank you to the wonderful team

Nice hotel, good facilities, no full restaurant but light meals okay with bar.

Its in a nice little village about a 20 euro fare away. Its quiet.

It’s a very convenient location to the airport, free parking, friendly staff, extremely clean and quiet, lovely room! We did not spend much time at the hotel, we were here to get a morning flight, but there was a spa and other amenities available. We had a good nights rest, the beds were very comfortable.

We had a problem using the air conditioning in the middle of the night, but we figured it out in the morning. It needed to be on zone 1,2&3, all zones. This was our problem not the hotel’s, but perhaps some instructions could be posted.

Aron, Sauna, breakfast

Perfect place

Alles ok

Da gibt es nichts

Friendly staff and a convenient location near Vienna International Airport. Parking places available. Can also arrange transport to the airport at any time.

lokacija in osebje

Friendly, family-owned spot conveniently located near airport. Hotel arranged early morning transportation to airport that worked like a charm. On-site food and beverage also convenient. Excellent choice.

Makkelijke locatie en prima gratis parkeerplek. Zeer ok sauna

Weinig restaurants in omgeving

Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable room. Easy access to bar for refreshments. Sauna to unwind. Wonderful breakfast selection and shuttle service to airport.l

Old fashioned door key system.
