The pool area was nice with available beds. The pool bar food offering was nice, but not included in food offering and much nicer menu than the buffet available. Gym is a good facility.

Reception areas and the rooms are dated. The balcony area was a bit damaged on the wooden fencing which made me nervous for younger children on balcony and required extra supervision. With 3 children we have alot of clothes / luggage but the room service standard was just ok, at times floors weren't adequately cleaned and dirty glasses left in room etc. Overall a poor 4 star experience.

Plugs didnt work in the room, no iron in the room, the balcony door would not lock, there were no limes available at the bar, the tapas at the bar was bad, the rooms are very basic and in need of updating - all very 1990's. Bad value for money. Not enough water in the rooms.

Staff were good and breakfast was fine.

No iron in room asked 7 times over a 16hr period before a terrible iron and board turned up. Bit tired shower was coming off wall and balcony felt like it would break off. No late bar. Buffet breakfast was standard rubbish

The fact the drinks were not included in the all inclusive package. That’s the most ridiculous thing I ever saw in a all inclusive hotel. I’m almost speechless of that. Not even water is included. I made fun with all my friends about that. This is the single reason I completely don’t recommend this hotel and will never book it again. Water costs 3.5€ when I already payed 50% more for the all inclusive package. The helper didn’t even know how much it cost when I asked him, I only found out after. The bar on the pool is also not included in the all inclusive, everything is extra. Thats ridiculous. I went to dozens of hotels per year and I never saw something so ridiculous as this.

Personalul a fost foarte atent. Curățenia a fost excelentă, Mary a făcut o treabă extraordinară. Mâncarea foarte bună și diversificată. Piscina curată. Excellent value for money.

O que mais gostei foi da calma, tanto na piscina como nas refeições

Ter que pagar as bebidas nas refeições, sendo que tinha a pensão completa.

Magnífica la atención de Angeles. Cercaba y cariñosa además de eficiente. Estamos encantados con ella.

Limpieza, trato del personal, desayuno amplio y de calidad, habitaciones amplias, ubicación y servicios.

Los ascensores fallaron varias veces, en algunos momentos había colas largas para pedir que te hiciesen una tortilla o huevos revueltos en el desayuno y falta sombra en las tumbonas de la piscina, ya que a las 10 u 11 solo quedan las que están al sol.

A variedade em todas as refeições, a piscina e o seu espaço envolvente, a simpatia dos funcionários.

Penso que o parque de estacionamento não deveria ter um custo adicional para os clientes

Las instalaciones están muy adaptadas para todos los públicos, las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas.

I liked the location and nice personnel

I found the room to be dirty and warn out a bit. The gym is a little outdated and needs more equipments.

The breakfast is great ! The staff at the pool and restaurant are extremely nice.

I have been staying at this hotel for years but you can see that the hotel needs a refresh and better management. The AC in the room was poorly working and so I had to ask a few times to have it “sort of” fixed. The rooms were rarely properly cleaned up (used cups and cutlery would be left and not replaced) and quite dusty. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom and were told that it must have flew in …. It feels like no one is managing guests feedbacks (people at reception kept saying that we will be come back to us and make a gesture but never did)

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. El hotel tiene un tamaño perfecto: no resulta masificado ni agobiante y transmite una sensación de tranquilidad y comodidad. Está además en una zona residencial muy tranquila, alejada del bullicio de Marbella, por lo que apenas hay ruido. Para los amantes del golf, la ubicación es fantástica. El hotel está prácticamente al lado del campo de golf, a unos 200 metros, por lo que puedes salir del hotel y llegar andando sin necesidad de coger el coche. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba muy limpia. Todo el personal nos atendió en todo momento con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. Quiero destacar especialmente algunos pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia: durante una de las cenas, como no terminamos una botella de vino, nos la guardaron para el día siguiente. Al tercer día, por un error, la botella ya no estaba disponible y tuvieron el detalle de darnos otra gratuitamente. Son gestos que demuestran una buena atención al cliente y que personalmente valoro mucho. El buffet también nos pareció bastante bueno, con una calidad más que correcta y variedad suficiente. Además, el ambiente era agradable y el personal del restaurante fue siempre muy atento. Durante la estancia, además, tuvieron el detalle de asignarnos una habitación mejor y ofrecernos algunos beneficios que no esperábamos, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuese todavía más positiva.

El único aspecto que mejoraría es el sistema de pago de las consumiciones. Si no dejas una tarjeta de crédito como garantía, los gastos que haces durante la estancia —consumiciones, piscina, restaurante, etc.— tienen que pagarse en el momento, en lugar de poder acumularlos en una cuenta para abonarlos al hacer el check-out, como ocurre habitualmente en otros hoteles. El primer día no lo sabíamos y, de hecho, después de la cena un camarero tuvo que subir a nuestra habitación a las 23:00 para solicitar el pago. Creo que sería más cómodo para el cliente poder dejar una cuenta abierta y liquidarla al finalizar la estancia. En cualquier caso, es un detalle menor dentro de una experiencia general muy buena.

Ofrecían kids club y cuando llegamos no estaba abierto ninguno de los dos días que estuvimos, cosa que no avisaban con anterioridad . La comida bastante regular y lo mismo con el desayuno . No tenían mucha variedad y el pan sin gluten me lo trajeron casi sin descongelar . Esperaba mucho más ..

El buffet de desayuno me lo esperaba mucho mejor y algunos del personal no facilitaron un favor que pedí.

Buenos servicios. Con piscina, el personal amable. En general un hotel bastante cómodo para quedarse unos días a disfrutar. El buffet bastante bien y muy bien de precio. Daban ganas de quedarse mínimo 3 o 4 días.

Quizá el hecho de que no estuviese más cerca del pueblo. Nos hubiese gustado estar un poco más cerca de un barrio con cosas, restaurantes, alguna tienda, etc. Es por ponerle una pega. El resto todo perfecto.

Ik heb een ontzettend prettig verblijf gehad. De bedden waren echt fantastisch en hebben gezorgd voor een heerlijke nachtrust. De badkamer was netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel was vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Wat mij het meest beviel waren de uitstekende bedden, de nette kamer en de gastvrije ontvangst. Ik voelde me direct welkom en kom hier graag nog eens terug.

Eigenlijk heb ik een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Als ik één verbeterpunt mag noemen, dan zou een minibar op de kamer het verblijf voor mij nog completer maken.

The room was clean and tidy.

The hotel felt a little dated. Having to pay an additional €18 per night for parking, on top of the already expensive booking cost, was disappointing. The hotel's snack bar was particularly poor. I ordered the fish and chips for €19, and it looked more like a children's meal than an adult portion. The menu advertised pieces of fish with chips and tartar sauce, but there was only a small handful of food, and the "tartar sauce" was simply mayonnaise. I would not recommend eating at the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, with limited choice. Dinner was even more disappointing. While I appreciate the effort, the quality was poor, the food selection was extremely limited, and the restaurant appeared to be understaffed. Overall, the room was acceptable, but the food and additional parking charge made the stay poor value for money. Unfortunately, I would not return, mainly because of the dining experience.

Hotel muy limpio, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. La suite donde nos hemos alojado es estupenda, muy grande y confortable. Camas muy comodas, baño muy grande, muchos detalles que no hemos encontrado en muchos hoteles. La comida del restaurante buffet muy buena y con bastante variedad, la piscina muy limpia y muy cuidada. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. A destacar el personal de recepción y el socorrista de la piscina. Resumiendo: muy buena experiencia, para repetir sin duda.

The room was nice and it was very clean, breakfast was also good

I didn’t like the noise of the fountain outside all night long (why??) couldn’t sleep because of it. There were also a lot of groups (seminars), very loud people. No nice ambiance. Also the swimming pool was closed, when I arrived at 19:00, but also all morning the next day (hygiene reasons), haven’t been able to use it, while it was the reason I booked that hotel.
