Great location, nice and quiet but not too far from the main town; 30-40 min walk along the sea front.

Very tired decor, pool areas not maintained or clean with old/dirty sun beds. Rooms spacious by again tired and need refreshing.

Las camas horribles. No es aceptable para un hotel de 4 estrellas con el precio que tiene por noche que las camas sean las que son. Te hace desagradable toda la estancia no poder dormir bien. Es básico una buena cama antes de otras cosas.

Reservamos una habitacion con vistas al mar y nos dieron un apartamento con vistas al mar el salón pero la habitación con vista al pasillo, la piscina exterior es bastante sombría

Bien situé, et belle vue, suite à un souci de clim dans notre logement et quelques discussions, nous avons pu être relogé dans une autre chambre plus petite mais ou tout fonctionnait ! Le fait de pouvoir disposer de vélos est très agréable.

Bien que bien situé, les infrastructures sont un peu vieillissantes et mériterait un coup de neuf ! manquait quelques éléments au bon fonctionnement de la chambre, mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Bit overpriced compared to other hotels of similar ratings. Stayed in a junior suite with kitchen which was very basic and unable to cook toast as an example as no toaster and no oven or grill. Outside swimming pool has limited sun beds v number of guests.

: 2/10 I booked a room for me and my son but didn't realize his passport was expired. The hotel charged 50% and refused to refund even after I sent official documents. I wrote them for a month, then came in person — still no refund. They claimed full occupancy, but only 3–4 rooms were actually taken. The hotel itself is outdated: torn curtains, old furniture. The beach is rocky and unswimmable — I had to go to another beach. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

What we liked most was the spacious room and the beautiful view.

Our stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. The level of service was far below what we expected, and overall, we had a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Viele Möglichkeiten im Hotel: Pool (indoor/outdoor), gratis Fahrräder, Tischtennis, Billiard,... Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer mit schönen Stränden zu Fuß erreichbar. Öffentliche gratis Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung des Hotels vorhanden.

The beds were not comfortable. The hotel is at the end of the town, 30 minutes walk to the centre. Parking was very tight and expensive.

Il faut penser à réserver à l’avance le parking car peu de places et pas pratique de se garer aux alentours.

La vue est superbe sur la mer .... La chambre est grande avec tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour. La piscine faisait le bonheur des enfants :) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

L'un des ascenseurs m'a fait une petite frayère.

I can say that the hotel is excellent... There are small things that can be fixed... I asked them to make a bed that wasn't ruined, but they didn't do it, so I improvised and made it possible to sleep, but I didn't let it spoil anything... All in all, it's great for a family with children... A quiet hotel without noise and crowds... If you want peace and complete rest, this is the hotel...

The hotel is very nice in terms of facilities, and I would probably rate it as a 5-star hotel based on the amenities. The pool, spa, gym, and overall facilities are beautiful and well maintained. However, the furniture is quite old and, in some areas, visibly dirty. You can see stains on the sofas, to the point where I had to cover one before I could sit on it. There were also noticeable scratches on some of the furniture. The parking is also quite expensive at €25 per day. The front office staff are professional overall, but some team members could be more knowledgeable. For example, I was advised to extend my stay through Booking.com rather than directly through the hotel, which I found very odd, especially from a hotelier’s perspective. The Food & Beverage team seemed overloaded and, unfortunately, not very welcoming. Some staff members were not smiling, which gave the impression that they were not particularly happy to see customers. At the Italian restaurant, there was one server running everywhere trying to manage everything, which made the service feel understaffed and stressful. Unfortunately, the pizza was also very dry and lacked flavor. One pool staff member was also eating right in front of us during breakfast in the morning, which I found inappropriate in a guest-facing environment. We also did not see any manager or supervisor during our meals in any of the restaurants. Overall, the hotel has excellent facilities and great potential, but improvements are needed in terms of furniture maintenance, service levels, staff training, supervision, and the overall guest experience.

Nous venons au Sunway Playa depuis 25 ans en famille, nous sommes donc trés satisfaits des prestations de l hotel..

Cette année nous avons manqué de transats autour de la petite .piscine, il y en avait une dizaine alors que l espace permet de contenir au moins 20 transats. Il y a donc des jours ou nous n avons pas pu profiter de la piscine faute de transats pour s installer..

The staff were amazingly accommodating. The view is to die for. Walking straight out into the sea - being awoken by the sound of the waves. Where else’s would you want to be, with a wonderful balcony.

The basement toilets at the pool were awful. They had the same dead cockroaches in them 2 days in a row and the door didn't lock. These really need refurbished. Thankfully we found another toilet at the indoor pool so didn't have to use these thereafter. Everywhere else was really clean

The atmosphere, facilities and cleanliness all were fabulous. The breakfast had an amazing selection- which was very diverse of dishes and items. The space of the rooms were comfortable and airy.

We encountered a few members of staff who were rude and unhelpful. The majority of which were welcoming and pleasant, however.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wirklich schön und lässt sofort Erholung und gute Stimmung aufkommen.

Aus meiner Sicht ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Es wirkt an vielen Stellen abgenutzt und nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand. Auch zieht sich ein muffiger Geruch durchs ganze Haus den man versucht mit Putz- und sonstigen Mitteln zu überdecken, das macht es zum Teil noch schlimmer. Ich denke 5 Tage in einem solchen Haus sollten nicht fast 1200€ kosten.

le spa était vraiment bien et le massage parfait, la salle de sport, je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en profiter, le restaurant que nous avons fait dans votre hôtel était très bien, le petit déjeuner était grand et très frais. la première chambre était pas super mais la deuxième chambre était belle face à la mer

Excelente ubicación, alejado del bullicio pero en el mismo paseo marítimo con lo que puedes ir dando un cómodo paseo hasta el centro o el puerto. La comida de 10!! Uno de los mejores arroces que hemos comido nunca en su restaurante Aqua. El personal encantador y todo impecablemente limpio.

La única pega fue el aire acondicionado, que no puedes regularlo tú y a ratos se pasaba calor en la habitación.

Fomos recebidos por uma funcionária extremamente simpática, paciente e gentil, o que tornou o check-in muito agradável. A equipe de limpeza também merece elogios: o apartamento estava sempre impecável, muito limpo e cheiroso durante toda a estadia. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, oferecendo uma boa estrutura para quem deseja preparar refeições ou ter mais autonomia durante a estadia. A cozinha conta com eletrodomésticos, panelas, louças, talheres, máquina de café e outros itens necessários para o dia a dia. Esse cuidado com a estrutura do apartamento trouxe bastante praticidade e conforto. O hotel oferece uma boa estrutura, com restaurantes, piscina, spa e outras comodidades que, embora eu não tenha utilizado, parecem ser um diferencial. Outro ponto muito positivo é o mercadinho dentro do hotel, onde é possível encontrar praticamente tudo o que se precisa, com preços relativamente justos. Isso realmente fez diferença e trouxe bastante praticidade.

A primeira impressão do hotel é excelente. A recepção é muito bonita e sofisticada, transmitindo a sensação de um hotel de alto padrão. A vista também é linda e foi um dos pontos altos da estadia. No entanto, os quartos não correspondem à expectativa criada pela recepção. Embora sejam funcionais, não passam a mesma sensação de qualidade e sofisticação que a área comum do hotel. O estacionamento é muito caro e as vagas são extremamente pequenas, dificultando bastante estacionar, principalmente para carros maiores. Além disso, não há opção de estacionar na rua, e a região é bastante complicada para encontrar vagas. Outro grande inconveniente foi o cartão de acesso ao quarto, que parava de funcionar praticamente todas as vezes que saíamos do hotel. Voltávamos cansados, muitas vezes carregando sacolas, e precisávamos retornar à recepção para reativar o cartão. Percebi que esse problema acontecia com vários outros hóspedes e se repetia diariamente, às vezes várias vezes ao dia. É um problema que o hotel deveria resolver com urgência. Quanto à praia em frente ao hotel, apesar da bela vista, ela não é das melhores para banho, pois é bastante pedregosa. Além disso, pelo que percebi, é uma praia onde cães são permitidos. Para quem não está com cachorro, é preciso caminhar um pouco até outro trecho da praia, com menos pedras e mais adequado para aproveitar o mar.

sofa bed not an actual bed and was not fit for purpose . it was not supported was at an angle and caused back pain should not be advertised as a bed your response is not accurate as i came to reception and complained in person about the sofa bed . the reason we required the sofa bed is because the double bed advertised is very small . you also promised me a partial refund on june 19th which has never been processed and i have had to repeatedly chase and contact booking . com

отель находится совсем на отшибе и рядом пляж так себе. мне досталась комната с видом во двор и окна находились совсем напротив мусорных баков и когда открыто окно то слышно как ходят люди

Daleko do centrum, spacer okolo 40 minut z dziećmi, jest mozliwosc dojazdu ciuchcia, ale platny.

En las piscinas ponen muy claro normas, que no se cumplen, niños solos sin vigilancia. Luego en el jacuzzi pone solo para adultos, tampoco, no comer ni beber, tampoco se cumplen. Si no quieren que se cumplan pues que ya no las pongan. Por cierto piscina cubierta sin socorrista.

Прекрасный отель! Очень комфортный, с дружелюбным персоналом. Свои 4 заезды заслуживает вполне. В номере есть все необходимое, даже стиральная машина. Но самое главное-потрясающий вид с балкона. Даже только ради этого можно выбрать этот отель.

Pour être au clame, au bord de la mer et du golf. Calme et des services juste aux pieds de l'hotel. Personnel très gentil.

La décoration des pièces est datée. Les meubles sont en très bon état, bien entretenus et bien nettoyés. Mais j'avais l'impression d'être chez ma grand-mère. Et côté vaisselle j'aurais aimé quelques bols et verres en plus.

Que en ninguna de las dos habitaciones (y una era una suite) enfriara correctamente el aire acondicionado, parecía que solo funcionaba en modo ventilador por mucho que ajustadas el control. Unas noches con demasiado calor.

sehr schöner Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Meer. Zimmer und Balkon wirklich sehr geräumig. Da konnte man sich wohlfühlen. Das Auto stand sicher und kühl in der Tiefgarage des Hotels.

Zum Sandstrand waren es dann doch etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Hitze. direkt vor dem Hotel war es für mich zu steinig. Strand selbst war mit viel Müll leider nicht so schön. Wie wir Deutschen nun mal sind, haben wir einiges selbst eingesammelt. Aus meiner Sicht,eine Aufgabe der Gemeinde, die an den Urlaubern sicher auch verdient. ( der Blick aus dem Zimmer bzw vom Balkon waren dafür traumhaft,was insgesamt einen sehr schönen Eindruck hinterlassen wird.)

Personale molto attento e disponibile. Posizione comodissima per la spiaggia e non troppo lontano dal centro di Sitges. Molti servizi tra cui diversi ristoranti,bar,piscina,lettini per la spiaggia. Una nota particolare per l’attenzione verso i bambini: abbiamo trovato nella stanza vaschetta per il bagno,seggiolone e sedia per il piccolo,gesto veramente apprezzato.

El hotel en su conjunto es una auténtica maravilla. Las vistas al mar son excepcionales, los restaurantes son excelentes y el servicio y la atención del personal superan todas la expectativas.

La limpieza de todo el hotel, su ubicación privilegiada, la comida en todos sus restaurantes, las piscinas interiores y el servicio exquisito.

Ubicación, el hotel es precioso, tiene parking, la chica de recepción encantadora, súper amable, las habitaciones limpias, la piscina genial, me encanta que ponga cuánto cloro tiene la piscina y el ph, el Jacuzzi genial.

El apartamento era para 4 personas, todos adultos y solo había un juego de toallas.

Понравилось все. От расположения номера с видом на море и собственно самого номера. Номер с двумя комнатами, оснащен кухонным оборудованием. Можно было спокойно проживать с детьми или внуками (в нашем случае). Прекрасные завтраки. Остановка местного "паровозика" который ходит до центра Ситжеса по набережной по расписанию. Предложения аренды велосипедов. Небольшой магазинчик в полуподвале у входа.

В номере такого уровня всегда должна быть свежая вода в бутылках. Выбор чая и кофе, раз есть кофемашина.

Nosotros nos alojamos en un apartamento, con una habitación y un sofá cama en la sala. Y una cocina. EL sector de la cocina no tenía absolutamente nada de luz, por lo que para preparar algo en las hornallas o microondas, debíamos utilizar la linterna del celular. Eso estuvo MUY MAL. No es que tuviera una bombilla rota, es que directamente no hay luces. Quedamos, en ese sentido, muy disconformes con la habitación

Loved everything. The room and the balcony were both way bigger than I expected, everything very clean, the check-in was quick, the hotel is a few meters from the beach so the view was amazing. Loved the heated pool and the jacuzzi, the outdoor pool was also great, although it was May so the water was still a bit chilly. The breakfast was amazing and the staff super nice.

I didn't like that I only stayed 2 nights, but I plan to return at some point!

Loved the location. Just off the beaten path.
