Me encanto el trato del personal, hotel muy acogedor , limpio y con una excelente ubicacion.

Nos gusto todo y volveremos en cuanto tengamos ocasion.

La piscina era un espacio excelente, con muchas hamacas y grande. El desayuno estaba muy bien, abundante, variado y bueno. Hasta el cafe, a pesar de ser de maquina, era bueno.

Creo que las habitaciones necesitan una modernización, especialmente los baños. Aunque estan bien se ven antiguos.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für eine vierköpfige Familie durchaus geräumig. Der große Balkon war sehr hilfreich, die nassen Badekleidung zu trocknen. Der Außenbereich am Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Der gegenüberliegende und die benachbarten Strände waren fantastisch.

Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da ist sicherlich noch Luft nach oben.

The perfect location - not too close to the hustle and bustle of Sitges. Lovely surroundings. Definitely walkable to the city. Nice room, lovely balcony and nice beds. Breakfast really nice ❤️. The absolutely lovely welcome för our dogs and us. The staff was really friendly 🙂, every one we met had a smile on their face and greeted us 😊

Location of the hotel was very good, just a min away from the beach. Nice bright room with sea view and swimming pool view. Spacious, clean bathroom. Breakfast was also very good, but no hot food selection for vegetarians. In general, the town had a very good taxi service. Better to use local taxi than uber because uber are comparatively quite expensive.

It would have been good to have kids swimming pool. Onsite Restaurant was too expensive and food was not that good. No mocktails either at the beach bar except mojito.

The room was great, super large bed. Sea view balcony.

The food in the restaurant was too expensive, too fussy, and not great generally. I ate twice in the restaurant by the pool and both meals were disappointing. 1st meal: Gazpacho - was actually lovely. Enjoyed. But expensive. Chicken salad: over cooked, dry chicken and some lettuce leaves’garnish’. This was not a salad. Awful. 2nd meal Fish croquettes. I asked for the beef croquettes. But they were on the pool menu only! Chicken Cannelloni. Was cold for starters. Then there was this minced chicken that looked like raw sausage meat… with half cooked vegetables and a horrid acidic sauce. And for €23!!

Weinig ! Het ontbijt

Welkomsdrink is beperkt. Cava, rosé of plat water. Een cola zero of bruisend water voor diabeet was niet mogelijk. Drie maal moesten we onze magneetkaarten voor de toegang tot de kamer laten opnieuw instellen. De accomodatie is verouderd en zelfs vuil. Hygiëne is niet belangrijk in dit hotel. De toiletten aan de receptie waren nog even vuil en besmeurd als over 6 maanden toen we er ook logeerden. Het meubilair in de kamer is versleten en hier daar gebrekkig opgelapt. Zelfs het leeslampje deed het niet. De prijs voor een 4 sterren hotel die maar twee sterren meer waard is. Wij gaven net deze keer nog een kans maar nu niet meer. Het 4 sterren hotel Meliá Sitges is even duur en wel zijn prijs waard. Dat is een top hotel waar we zaterdag overnachten.

L'hôtel a un problème avec les canalisations. Odeur qui remonte des douches et nous avons retrouvé des cafards dans la douche. Malgré la disponibilité et l'implication du personnel de ménage, ils n'ont pas réussi à enlever l'odeur. C'est dommage. Une rénovation serait souhaitable

L hôtel n est vraiment pas loin du centre ville â pieds. La piscine était très agréable. On est en face de la mer, donc on a le choix de la baignade. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. On avait demandé deux lits séparés, on les a eus, et j avais demandé des couvertures en plus car frileuse...il y en avait 3 !! Donc vraiment je ne regrette pas mon choix. Il y a aussi une masseuse qui est vraiment très compétente...je recommande ! On n a pas testé le restaurant, mais c est possible.

S il faut trouver des points négatifs...nous n avons pas pu profiter de notre terrasse (le bord de la psicine a bien fait l affaire!) car, les ventilations des clims placées â coté, envoient un air chaud et étouffant. Et selon les heures, il y a des odeurs de friture. Mais Il y a la clim dans la chambre. Les chambres qui donnent coté piscine ne doivent pas avoir ce problème. Nous étions coté parking. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous avons trouvé de la place sur le parking de l hôtel qui n est pas très grand...c est premier arrivé, premier servi. Il y en a autour payantes et non payantes selon les endroits. Dernier point, le jet de la douche n est pas très fort. Ça ne m a personnellement pas du tout dérangé, mais la personne avec moi, un peu !

Hotel cómodo, muy bien ubicado, en 1a línea de mar de Sitges, con piscina tranquila y muy agradable. Personal amable y familiar. Desayuno buffet abundante y variado. Restaurante agradable en el jardín con menú completo y muy rico.

El café del desayuno: solo hay como opción el de la máquina del desayuno buffet que se estropeaba a menudo y no era muy bueno. La habitación familiar algo estrecha para 4 personas pero para una estancia corta de 1-2 noches está bien.

Que está antiguo , faltaba limpieza y la habitación que nos tocó estaba al lado de la lavandería y era imposible salir al balcón y olía mucho también a comidas porque abajo estaba como las cocinas .

L'emplacement de l'hôtel directement sur le front de mer à 15mn à pied pour le centre ville animé. Le parc de l'hôtel très bien entretenu, avec une piscine agréable, un bar-snack ouvert toute la journée et un super restaurant. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible.

Certains détails de mobilier et de la salle de bain un peu datés, mais propreté et confort de literie irréprochables.

El hotel en general es muy agradable, la zona de la piscina con el bar al lado nos ha encantado así como la proximidad a la playa.

La habitación que nos dieron tenía una terraza que daba a la cocina, por lo que no se podía estar ni un minuto en ella del olor a fritanga que hacía todo el día. Las fotos y la descripción son engañosas ya que se indica “vistas a la piscina o al jardín” y las únicas vistas fueron una pared y un olor terrible. Además, la habitación estaba al lado de la sala del personal de limpieza y había mucho ruido. Bastante decepcionante por el precio que se paga.

Staff were really nice and helpful and hard working. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. The restaurant for lunch is very upmarket. The pool is lovely and the location just off the beach is great. It’s about 1.3 km or a ten/fifteen minute to the old town. There is a stop for the ting ting shuttle bus outside the hotel if you don’t fancy the walk. Loved that there were free bicycles to use in the hotel which is a great way to get around. Nice air con in the room. Rooms cleaned well every day by cleaning staff- lots of clean towels etc.

The decor in the rooms is a little bit dated.

Super ruhig in einem schönen Wohngebiet gelegen, durch eine kleine Strasse vom Meer und einem sehr schönen bewachten Strand getrennt. Schöne geplegte Anlage mit Schatten, einem Pool mit schöner Bar und sehr gutem auch vom extern besuchtem Restaurant. Sehr gutes frisches Essen, Paella und Calamares waren fantastisch. Sehr freundliches familiäres Ambiente, viele einheimische Gäste, keine Pauschaltouristen. Sehr schönes Frühstück Eine komplette Minibar im Zimmer, sehr gute leise Klimaaanlage, bequeme Betten.

Hier gibt es eigentlich wenig zu sagen, alle waren sehr bemüht und freundlich um unseren Aufenthalt schön zu gestalten. Selbst als wir mittags ohne Reservation im ausgebuchten Restaurant auf der Terrasse essen wollten, hat man einen Tisch hergetragen um uns dies zu ermöglichen. 👏 Leider ist bei unserer Abreise etwas sehr unschönes passiert das ich hier teilen möchte: wirklich alle Menschen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, ausser einem Rezeptionisten Namens „O.“, der sich bei unserer Abreise absolut unprofessionell verhalten hat: wir haben ihm beim Checkout um 12.00 unsere Koffer und Taschen abgegeben und dafür Nummern erhalten, das Gepäck war hier sicher. Da meine Mutter noch vergessen hatte eine Tasche mit Wechselkleidern fuer die Heireise abzugeben, brachte “O” uns nochmals eine Grosse braune Papiertüte in die wir diesen Beutel legten. Gleichzeitig orderten wir einen Transfer zum Flughafen um 18.00h. Um 17.15 verliess meine 78jährige Mutter den Strand um am Pool zu duschen und um sich in Ruhe umzukleiden und abreisefertig zu machen. Ich war mit den Kindern noch am Schnorcheln und plante 17.40 zuruckzusein. Plötzlich sah ich meine Mutter verzweifelt am Strand winkend, da „O.“ ihr die Ausgabe der besagten beigen Tüte mit ihren Kleidern versagte, mit der Begründung wenn sie kein Ticket habe kann er ihr diese nicht herausgeben, sie meinte er kenne sie doch, worauf er sagte er kann sich nicht an alle Geaste erinnerm: sie erklaerte, dass leider ich die tickets habe aber gleich komme und bot ihm ihren amtlichen Ausweis (!) an, aber er war unfreundlich und stur und brachte meine arme Mutter komplett in Stress und zur Verzweiflung, da sie wieder zum Strand eilen musste um das besagte Ticket zu holen(!!!), und dann nur noch ca. 15min hatte um sich reisefertig zu machen! Mir fehlen da die Worte. Sie konnte die beige Tüte im Raum nebenan(!) beschreiben und bot einen Ausweis als Pfand an!

The location, across from Sausalito Beach and the promenade; closeness to the Old Town. We had wonderful views from our room terrace. Excellent breakfast buffet and al fresco meals. The pool and poolside bar! Friendly and capable staff at all levels.

The location was perfect. Only a mile from Sitges centre and less than 2mins from the beach. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Lovely clean hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The pool/bar was nice, not too crowded, enough sun loungers and the bar was open til late. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and all v fresh. Our room was nice and clean. Oh and about 2 minutes from the beach ! Would recommend for sure.

It was a little walk from the town centre but we didn’t mind this.

Proximity to a nice beach with fewer people than the once closer to the old town. Great common areas - pool, garden, restaurant, breakfast area - to enjoy time with a large family group.

Rooms are a bit run down, specially the bathroom. But not a big deal for me, price is reasonable for what you get.

It’s very noisy . The tea/coffee cups in the room are plastic . Staffs in restaurant and bar weren’t friendly . They used same cloth clean the tables and seats . It’s not 4 stars stander . We stay so many hotel . We know what we expect . Even 3stars hotel are better than this .

It is a pleasant property with a nice pool and pool side bar and restaurant.

The restaurant was lifeless, there was too many dogs in the property and one day, round the pool. Barking, running around and on the furniture.

Location - approx 1,2 km from the center - nice walk allong the promenade. Very good connection with bus line from Barcelona & airport (very close to stop La Masia). Good swimming pool, breakfast, excellent personell. Hotel provides towels for beach&swimming pool free of charge.

The hotel is a bit "worn". One of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and the balcony door couldn’t be locked. There was a large mirror in our room, but it banged loudly against the wall every time someone closed the door. However, these were only minor issues and didn’t prevent us from enjoying everything the hotel had to offer.

Hi, lovely position in relation to the town and the beach is across the road. The breakfast was excellent and we ate at both the beach bar and main restaurant and the lunch special was fantastic! Staff really friendly and pool area excellent!

Not a lot of parking if you’re bringing your car. I parked on the street not knowing you required a ticket and got two parking tickets. However after much research I could pay the tickets for €9 at the meter. It would have been good to know this prior to parking on the street and how to deal with!

I commented some years ago about the lack of maintenance and quality of cleaning, and it hasn’t improved . For example , I don’t expect to see someone else’s fingerprints on a shaving mirror. I also don’t expect to see a dirty shower door that has been cleaned at the top , but not to the bottom. Please also clean the doors , the corners of rooms , under curtains. If you can’t see the dirt , unfortunately I can … I also do NOT want to see someone else’s fingerprints on the table when I eat my breakfast at 7.30am . Because that means you haven’t cleaned the table over night . Wiping is not cleaning.. Unfortunately although I still like the hotel, attention to detail from a cleaning perspective has not improved.

The room was spacious and had TWO full-sized beds, more than sufficient for 2 people. Common areas were spacious and well-equipped. There was a nice balcony that overlooked the pool and grounds. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic, just across the road from a lovely beach and chiriguito!

Parking was difficult, as onsite parking is tight for the number of guests. We had to use paid parking - just outside the property - for much of our stay. Furnishings are well-worn. The Ikea-style towel shelf in the bathroom was delaminating.

Clean and comfortable, good lovation

The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. We also got two tokens for a free drink at the bar! When we asked for help booking taxis around Sitges and to the airport they did that for us and they were always on time. They have towels to use at the pool that can be replaced daily with clean ones. The bar is convenient with a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. The pool atmosphere is relaxed with a quiet place for a massage too. The breakfast was good, a selection of cooked food like eggs,bacon, crepes and also pastry’s, cereals, toast, fresh fruit, Yougurts. Also had a lovely sea view from the room which we didn’t expect. The rooms are clean, lovely air con, big beds, clean bathrooms and spacious balcony. The only thing about the location is that it is about 25mins walk from many of the bars and restaurants and there didn’t seem to be any local shops for water etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t fault the staff at all.

Het gehele hotel dient een schilder opknapbeurt, zowel binnen als buitenschilderwerk. De deuren van de hotelkamers dienen vervangen te worden. Maken veel geluid, slaan hard dicht. En zien er erg oud uit. Als de horecamedewerker achter de bar staat, dan hebben ze weinig tot geen tijd voor je. De gasten die aan tafel zitten dienen ook bediend te worden. Hierdoor komt het gehaast over en voel je je niet op je gemak als je een drankje of een snack besteld.
