Second time in this beautiful pousada. This time I was celebrating my partner's birthday and the sure made it very special.

Cheiro do ambienta dor, muito intenso

Um hotel ao lado de um belíssimo castelo medieval com belas vistas panorâmicasda paisagem do entorno. Possui estacionamento e tem restaurante. Os quartos são amplos, bem decorados, com camas confortáveis e lindas vistas do Castelo e da cidade.

Não teve nada de que não gostasse, a não ser a falta de rampa de acesso para descer os 5 degraus da entrada do hotel. No interior, o hotel dispõe de elevador.

A precisar de algumas obras de remodelação, acusa a antiguidade do espaço. Pequeno almoço bom,nada de extraordinário mas com tudo.

What a beautiful hotel. So glad we booked it for a night on our way to Comporta. The views are out of this world and the hotel itself is stunning. Loved it all and am sure we'll be back.

Room was a bit jaded. Many more plants and outdoors furniture needed in the patio.

The experience of sleeping in patrimony such as the Castle of Palmela is incredible and one of a kind. We loved the themed royal portuguese decoration mixed with modern features that made it feel like a premium experience. The staff was super friendly and always at disposal! We had a late check-in (7pm) and there was no problem at all. The breakfast is complete and delicious, and with good hours, until 10h30am. The room service for dinner was also really delicious.

Personnel très à l’écoute. Très agréable. Emplacement avec vue sur château et ville. Le lieu est très beau. Petit-déjeuner de qualité.

Fica apenas um pequeno reparo: Apesar da limpeza do quarto ser boa, os azulejos da casa de banho precisavam uma limpeza com maior pormenor.

Die Anlage an sich und die großen Zimmer waren der Hammer. Frühstück auch sehr lecker und wenig los. Saßen alleine im Innenhof im Freien! Die Lage am Hügel und der Blick einfach herrlich!

נוף מטורף. נמצא בתוך מתחם של טירה. ארוחת בוקר טעימה.

לא היה חדר מספיק גדול לחמישה. אפילו לא 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת. החדרים מעט חשוכים.

Une vue imprenable un service de qualité

Accès compliqué un soir d’éclipse solaire… trop de monde sur la voie. En temps normal c’est très facile!!!

Lo mejor el personal, sumamente amable, tanto en recepción como en el servicio de desayuno. La limpieza impecable. Las instalaciones fantásticas, la habitación increible, cómoda y confortable. Pese a estar justo al lado del ascensor y oirse cuando este funcionaba, no es el típico hotel enorme donde la gente sube y baja continuamente... no nos llegó a molestar. No había ruido ya que las paredes son muy gruesas y está muy bien aislado.

Ótimo café da manhã. Já havíamos nos hospedado, eu e minha esposa, anos atrás. Desta vez retornamos com nossos familiares, para uma confraternização, tendo a data coincidido com a véspera de meu aniversário. Experiência inesquecível.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel historischen Einblicken, unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß und sauber, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, Es gibt ein Restaurant wo man sehr gut zu Abend essen kann und gemütlich im Hof sitzen

Trato exquisito por parte del personal y además una ubicación explendida. Es un castillo con historia y el edificio así lo muestra. Es una gran recomendación si visitas la zona.

El lugar es ideal pero se ve en 1/2 días. Es la única crítica. Se hace corto

O hotel nao tem nada, não tem piscina, nao tem uma mesa de snooker nada. O pior mesmo é o ar condicionado barulhento e as janelas que nao estao bem vendadas entao temos vento a assobiar a noite toda. Impossivel descansar convenientemente. Esperava muito mais de um hotel da cadeia pestana.

A preservação de elementos do castelo. Os quartos estavam equipados com mobília tradicional mas a sua arquitetura mantém se fiel ao local

Funcionários simpáticos, sossego e edificação agradável.

Edifício a precisar de alguma manutenção no interior. Por exemplo as portas dos quartos foram adequados ao edifício mas com o tempo precisam de ser renovadas.

À paussada du château de Palmela c’est un endroit champêtre, magnifique, avec panorama à couper le souffle. A lieu majestueux, plein d’histoires dans les murs et plein d’énergie. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et le respect et la qualité du patrimoine. Nous étions quatre plus notre minette qui a été très bien accueilli et accepté. Petit déjeuner copieux et nous avons la restauration qui nous a tellement bien accueilli tout était délicieux. Nos enfants ont découvert un lieu enchanté, et on appris un peu plus l’histoire de leur patrie. Le personnel accueillant et tellement bienveillant. Merci à la direction pour notre accueil tous les cinq. Ne reviendrons ♥️

Pousada Castelo is special. It is this hidden romantic gem of a hotel within the walls of the castle, perched on top a hill with magnificent views both south towards Setubal and north towards Lisbon. We enjoyed our stay and regretted not booking for longer.

מעל ומעבר לצפיות . מיקום מעולה בתוך הטירה ההיסטורית . יחס אנושי מעולה דאגו לפרטים הקטנים .פרגנו באדיבות. נוף מטורף על העיר העתיקה ועד לליסבון. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת עם קפה טעים. מים ויין בחדר (אנחנו לא שותים יין אבל זאת מחווה נחמדה) . ממליצים בחום . זה המקום בפלמלה .

Lieu superbe, avec une vue à 360°. Dormir dans un château, c'est une expérience à faire au moins une fois

Le cadre est magnifique et mérite vraiment le détour. En revanche, nous avons trouvé le repas un peu décevant par rapport à nos attentes.

The hotel is beautiful and a wonderful piece of history. The breakfast was very nice. The room was a good size and decorated nicely.

The air condition does not provide any air and the vent in the wall is very small. We had to open the windows and use the 2 fans we travel with just to have air flow. We did not get any sleep. When I told the first desk about it the next morning how hot our room was, I was told it was to be expected to have a hot room since they had a yellow heat alert.

Hotel belíssimo. Vistas maravilhosas. Quarto muito bom, espaçoso, confortável, limpo. Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade e muito bom.

The unique setting. The views! The freedom to wander the grounds of the castle and the church. Peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The staff was all very nice and helpful.

Spektakuläre Lage mit grossartiger Aussicht in der Nähe von Setubal. Grosszügige Zimmer, gute Betten (Upgrade zur Suite). Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Gelegentlich ziemlich laute Geräusche aus einem Nebenraum, die nachts aber nicht aufgetreten sind. Prekäre Parkplatverhältnisse vor allem an den Wochenenden (Veranstaltungen).

Exceptional and beautiful historic hotel and castle with church and military signalling museam and restaurants. Exceptional views and short walk through gardens to a historic town below. Free parking. Great base to tour the area.

Très bruyant car deux événements organisés lors de notre séjour sans nous avoir avertis, et lieu de pause du personnel juste en dessous de notre fenêtre. Dommage !!! car nous avions une suite immense dans un lieu tout à fait exceptionnel sur le plan architectural avec une vue grandiose sur la réserve naturelle et la mer

小高い丘にあるパルメラ城に併設された、静かで素朴な雰囲気の素敵なホテルでした。 なによりパルメラやセトゥバルを見下ろす絶景が楽しめるロケーションが最高です。 夕食は、近くのレストランが休みだったのでホテルのレストランを利用しました。 予約をしていませんでしたが受け入れていただけましたし、リーズナブルに美味しい食事を頂けてよかったです。 朝食も非常に充実していて美味しかったです。 チェックアウトを急いでいたのでゆっくりできなかったのが残念でした。

Wi-Fiの接続が不安定でした。 バスで行きましたが、バス停からの登り坂は過酷です。

The facilities were excellent. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The service at the restaurant was very slow, and the waiters took so long to serve the drinks that we had finished our meals by then. There were clearly not enough staff available to serve.

Ao meu ver, esta pousada, apesar de contar com equipe profissional dedicada e atenciosa, e estar situada em um lindo sítio histórico e contar com uma vista maravilhosa da região, está apresentando sinais de desgaste e um certo envelhecimento já notado em outras pousadas históricas do Grupo Pestana.

Evento empresarial perturbou a nossa estadia na pousada, pois a atenção dos funcionários ficou, notadamente, voltada para esse evento que ocorreu por dois dias.

The castelo itself, the structure and nearby scenery are stunning. The room is classic and clean. Breakfast is good.

The food quality for dinner in the restaurant has room to improve.

Big room with wonderful vistas, with a large and comfortable bed, chairs, bathtub and shower. Breakfast was varied and abundant in the closed in cloisters. We had dinner at the restaurant in hotel and it was very good.

There were no signs - Do Not Disturbed- to hang on the outside of the bedroom door so I asked at the front desk to not have room upkeeping but cleaners still knocked on my door in the afternoon.

A pousada fica num local paradisíaco! Bem no alto e ao lado do castelo. O quarto e banheiros amplos e muito bem decorados. Vista linda a partir da janela. Toalhas de banho macias e grandes. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, com muitas e diversificadas opções. A pousada oferece estacionamento, sem custo.

Adoramos tudo! Muito perfeito. Não há o que reclamar.

Personal war manchmal nicht zu finden, es scheinen zu wenig Leute im Service zu sein. Die Bar war meistens unbesetzt.

Serenity, authenticity, nature, just wonderful! This was the second time I stayed here and I highly recommend it.

WiFi in the bedroom didn’t work; but was fine in the living room. Excellent bed but could have come with thicker duvet. It was a bit cold.

This property was the highlight of our trip to Spain & Portugal. The location next to a castle with a giant room and excellent amenities were all a dream come true. We especially enjoyed the terrace and breakfast besides the room itself.

Nothing - every component of service, facilities and breakfast was exceptional. We have zero complaints and our children also loved it. They are still talking about this hotel!

Alguns serviços poderiam ser melhorados. Precisei comprar uma garrafa de água e não havia qualquer forma de o fazer na pousada pois o bar estava fechado.
