Hotel Expo Stockholm

Overall, the place is pretty nice.

It's not that I didn't like it. But the hallway was about a mile long.

Hotel Staff are going very good business

There are no window 🪟 in the room. It's look like cave.

Pequeno almoço

Limpeza! Tamanho do quarto! Reservamos 3 noites e na 2a noite o quarto estava super sujo pois, na noite anterior choveu.

Nice reception and cleaning waw.

Tasty breakfast and very friendly staff

Hair dryer didn’t work properly

Ok frukost.

Alla kunde komma in i duschen fast man va därinne.

We were very satisfied with everything, especially the staff was very kind and helpful. When we arrived, they helped us check in quickly and all went very smooth and then thorought the time we spent there at the hotel they were accessible, kind and efficient. Special thanks to Julia for her patience and kindness, and her skillful problem solving. It was a great experience, we would choose the hotel again. The breakfast was amazing too.

There were none.

Reception s personalen trevliga

It s was near the shops and metro station, also the receptionist Julia was so kind and sociable and gave me the best advices for places where I can eat, where to find souvenirs or anything that I wanted.

Litt utdatert:)

Breakfasts are the best

No windows

CUSTOMER CARE was number one. And if I come back or recommend my contacts to book a room at Hotel Expo, it will be due to the customer care we received, particularly from this lady, JULIA. The kind of attention and respect she showed us deserves a special mention.

Nothing so far.

Clean, Good Location 100m to train station and Excellent Breakfast

Onneksi saatiin toinen huone vaihtamalla ja maksamalla yli puolet lisää extraa

The property was cleaned, Toilet tank water was keep running after flushing, Shower door was not installed properly during shower water is running outside from bottom of the door. hotel location is very nice for walking and very comfortable for bus and train. The hotel staff is good specially Julia is nice and very helpful I wish I can see her again.

Great reception staff!

Location right near the train station was great

Sooo noisy .. people coming and going at all hours and making LOTS of noise .. no one cared

Nära pendeltåget

Dålig städning, jätte gammat och frukost, dålig luft

Trevlig personal i receptionen.

It was wonderful! The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was great. It’s located very close to the train station once you get off. They also let us store our luggage on the day of check-out. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Mycket bra frukost

The staff and location

Fint bemötande, rent och fräscht

Allt var bra

Perfekt

Ok läge, trevlig receptionist

Undermålig frukost. Fun Light istället för juice. Smutsigt duschdraperi.

Price was OK

There is no reception at the main entrance; you have to go up to the 3rd floor to find the reception desk, which is quite inconvenient. The breakfast was very disappointing. The bread was extremely hard and tasted as if it was at least two days old. When I mentioned this to a member of staff, I received a surprisingly rude and impolite response. They also started clearing away the breakfast buffet about half an hour before the advertised end time, and overall there were very few choices. Finally, our booking clearly included a room with a window, but the room we were given did not have one. We were then asked to pay extra in order to get the type of room we had originally booked, and unfortunately we had no choice but to pay the additional charge. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially because of the poor breakfast, the attitude of the staff, and having to pay extra for something that was already included in our reservation.

It was really easy to commute from the hotel to the city centre, the metro was really close

Frukosten. Läget. Trevligt.

Stum madrass i sängen, tyvärr, för mina behov. Temperaturen på duschvattnet väldigt instabil. Mindre viktigt, men ändå: TVn funkade typ, men ’inte ny’ och monterad i dålig vinkel.
