Perfect location near the convention center.

The view of the apartment was great, it was clean and comfortable. It was also close to the bus stops, supermarket and Alvsjö train station but a bit far from the city center. There was no reception but the instructions were easy and clear, so was accessing the apartment.

Nevertheless, I really did not like that there was no reception. Reaching to the apartment was not the problem but I needed extra towel and I really do not have time to send an e-mail or text them to inform. If there had been a reception at least for the day time, it would be much easier. The room was not warm and I really could not sure the heating device on the wall was working (I did what instructions said but the red lights were going out immediately). The fridge was empty but it smelled terrible, therefore I could not use it.

Good location close to Stockholmsmassan. Clean. Nice kitchenette. Good bathroom.

ApartDirect Älvsjö was such a cozy-homey stay! As the days passed the more it felt like home. We loved all the amenities it came with! Refrigerator, two pan induction stove, small sink with sponges and soap, dishware and cooking utensil, even pots and pans! You have absolute everything you need for a couple days or a much longer stay! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival, the bathroom was amazing, spacious and equipped with heated floors! Very nice to step out of your shower to warm tile lol! They have a laundry room that you can use by booking time slots, truly a superb addition. There are nearby restaurants well within walking distance and the trains are right behind the building! We loved going out to the balcony each morning to take in that crisp cold morning air as we sipped on our teas, magical! I have only good things to say about this facility and stay!! Thank you again for the hospitality, we hope to come back again!

Room is nice and spacious. You can cook your own food. There was cleaning gels for washing machine. There were enough garbage bags and bins. The fridge was big and had a freezer. The stove worked perfectly.

The room was cold. Thank God there was a small heater. The general heating system does not work. There is no lobby, just an elevator. We stayed for 9 days. We wanted to have cleaning on the 5 th day. It was weekend so they were able to make it on 7th day.

We will never stop coming to Apart Direct. We absolutely love staying there. Our room wasn’t big but it’s so comfortable. We love the view, it’s our favourite 😻

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and some things wasn’t properly cleaned, this is actually the first time it happened. But it’s okay, me and my partner will still be loyal and regular customers

Die Lage war perfekt, Wohnung hat total gepasst. Alles was man gebraucht hat, war vorhanden. Und super Aussicht.

Das duschen war ein bisschen eine sauerrei- weil das Wasser bis hinters Klo rinnt, ohne Abgrenzung.

15階からの景色が素晴らしかった。 ストックホルム中央駅と最寄り駅をつなぐ電車の本数が多く、移動にストレスが無かった。私は一旦昼休憩に戻り体力を保ちながら、午前と午後に分けて観光を楽しんだ。駅からApartmentまでは舗装された平坦な道でスーツケースを楽に運べた。初めて非接触タイプの部屋を利用したが、心配していた鍵の問題はまったく無かった。施設の使い方や注意点は事前のメールと館内にも貼ってあるので不安なことは全て解消された。

衛生的には良い点であるが、調味料やオイルが設置されていないので自分で用意しなければならない。

The apartment on the 16th floor had a fantastic view over Stockholm. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with all the basic things you need for a comfortable stay. The location is well connected to the city by public transport, with stations and shops nearby. Overall, a practical and convenient place to stay.

The apartment had the basics, but lacked some small details that make a stay feel more welcoming. For example, there was no kettle or basic tea/coffee setup, so even making a simple cup of tea required bringing or buying everything yourself. The kitchen also had no dish rack or sponge, and only one cloth was provided, which made washing and drying dishes somewhat inconvenient. Repeated reminders about the checkout time were also a little irritating.

For us, a good location. Very close to the station. Plenty of buses. Bed comfy. Kitchenette well stocked. Large fridge. Shower good.

Some areas not clean. Unsavoury stains on sofa. Light fitting over table collapsed narrowly causing an injury. Layout of room not as expected.

Centrum met OV in klein kwartier te bereiken Appartement/studio is prima, goede bedden en fijne badkamer met voldoende handdoeken e.d. Kleine keuken, koelkast en diepvries met alle materialen om te kunnen koken

Location,accessibility and comfort in a safe area with nearby amenities.Train station,cafe,shop,pharmacy.Despite not having staff on site the communications were excellent and very timely responses for issues like early/ late check in/out.

Walls in kitchen area needed washed or mural of mountains redone as lots of dirty marks on walls drew away from general cleanliness of room .Lampshade over kitchen table had a crack and the ceiling wall onto top of window wall paint has cracked and started too leak.Small details but general paint refresh will suffice r wall wash and touch up .As these small issues prevent me giving full star ratings,can attach pics if needed too verify .Would I stay again yes absolutely.

Puikus butas, aiškios įsiregistravimo instrukcijos. Puikus susisiekimas su centru, lengva atvykti iš oro uosto.Arti traukinių stotis iš kurios iki centro nuvažiuoja per 10 minučių. Patogios lovos. Yra užtektinai indų maisto gamybai. Vienas iš didžiausių trūkumų - nėra druskos, cukraus, arbatos ir kavos.

Location close to Alvsjo station for commuter trains and buses. There restaurants and a supermarket shop close to the station. From Alvsjo to the center there are 3 stations of commuter train. It was quiet and reasonably comfortable. Access is done with an access code received only with 2 days before the stay.

It is very expensive compared with the level of services and quality offered (but than again all accommodations in Stockholm are). The TV set remote control was not working well, there was no washing liquid soap in the bathroom.

Sehr gute Lage 3min zur S-Bahnstation, in 15min mit der S-Bahn im Zentrum. Gleich bei der S-Bahnstation befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt, der bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Miniküche, die jedoch mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet war, um kleinere Gerichte zu kochen

Das Schlafsofa war für unsere Kinder (11 & 13) zu kurz, zu schmal, die Federn haben gequietscht und die Matratze war viel zu dünn, sodass man Rückenschmerzen bekam. Das Apartment ist für eine Woche für 4 Personen zu klein und nur für 2 Personen zu empfehlen. Besser wäre es gewesen, für fast zum gleichen Preis 2 Appartments für je 2 Personen statt 4er Apartment zu buchen

This is my second time staying at this property and I was happy to return. It is perfectly located in a quiet area of town but it is very easy to get to the centre via the nearby train station. Beautiful views of the city. Laundry facilities in the building. Wifi works great. They were able to accommodate my late check out.

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y en buen estado, con todo lo necesario para dormir, hacer comida sencilla y desayunos. La ubicación es muy buena y con el tren y la tarjeta SL nos hemos movido fácilmente. Al centro se llega rápido en 2 o 3 paradas.

Bajo un poquito la nota de la habitación porque las camas eran un poco blandas para nuestro gusto, pero eso depende mucho de la persona.

È stato bellissimo scoprire di essere al 16esimo piano! Abbiamo visto dei bellissimi tramonti e albe. L'appartamento era fornito di tutto, molto pulito e letti davvero comodi. Non ci è mancato nulla.

Check-in was straightforward. We personally prefer minimal contact, so the process suited us very well. The accommodation is conveniently located near the train station, with the city centre just a 10-minute journey away. A shop is only a few minutes’ walk from the property, and although we did not spend much time in the neighbourhood, we found a lovely restaurant nearby that was a very good choice for lunch.

For our needs, the bed was too small and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable and quite noisy. We had slightly higher expectations, but perhaps that was simply a matter of personal preference. :)

Excellent location in relation to Stockholm central - great value for the location. Less than a 5 minute walk to train station. Regular trains running into Stockholm central - at least a train every 6-7 minutes. A 5 minute walk from a large supermarket. Quiet. Close to a walking trail through parklands. Easy to access the building via the code system. Has a window that can be opened to allow fresh air.

Si trova vicino alla stazione dove con 3 fermate si raggiunge la stazione centrale e vicina ad un supermercato. Letti comodi, struttura pulita e insonorizzata, non si sente il rumore del treno

L' appartamento è molto piccolo, sul tavolo mangiare in 4 è complicato. Mi ha infastidito ricevere il messaggio WhatsApp alle 6 del mattino per ricordare di fare il check out entro le 11, dopo aver già ricevuto un' email e con avviso scritto sulla porta dell' appartamento. Molto fiscali anche per il check in, la porta si sblocca alle 15 precise

Great stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, and fully equipped. Even though it's compact, the layout makes great use of the space. It’s in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes from the station and only 10 minutes by train to the city center. Having a well-stocked supermarket around the corner was super convenient. Communication was great throughout—we had a tiny issue with the door lock, but they fixed it in no time.

Nothing in particular, overall a great stay! The only small detail that would be helpful is having basic kitchen essentials like salt and cooking oil provided.

Nota-se o desgaste do apartamento, precisa de alguma manutenção para melhorar. Camas precisam de ser trocadas, colchões muito usados.

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad. La estacion esta a 4 minutos caminando.

Mi estadía fue de más de 20 días, por lo tanto, hay puntos críticos que mejorar: Camas y almohadas incomodas. Lavandería funciona con reserva, no estaban limpias y no todas funcionando correctamente. Mi habitación no tenia espejo cuerpo entero. Un detalle que está en la mayoria de lugares hoteleros. No tenia AC. Yo me hospedé en agosto, días calurosos y al abrir las ventanas, el ruido de la estación de tren que pasa por detrás del edificio es ruidoso y afecta el dormir. Con ventanas cerradas, el ruido no molesta. La limpieza de la habitación era cada una semana. La habitación juntaba mucho polvo y pelusa, por lo tanto es necesario asear más seguido. Falta claridad de cómo reciclar en el edificio. No supe donde llevar cartones, vidrios y otros. En el supermercado Coop que está cerca se puede llevar cartones y botellas de plástico. Si te quedas por muchos días, esto puntos impactan el bienestar de la estadía.

A szálloda könnyen elérhető, jó árérték arányú, akár hosszabb tartózkodásra is.

A lift az emeltünkön rendszeresen fel felé nem jó helyen állt meg, ezért nem nyílt az ajtó, fel kell menni egy emelet és újra le jönni. A kis asztal az ágy mellett, kiesett a falból, egy telefon súlyától, meg javítottam.

The location was great. It's a quick walk to the station and to a grocery store. The trains go often to take you to the city or elsewhere. The location does mean the train lines run right outside your windows. The apartment is spacious. We stayed with two kids and two adults and this was nice. Wish there was a bigger dining table. The beds we fine, no complaints. The bathroom was nice and tidy.

The location wasn't clean. The kitchen had been used to fry something and the air ventilator was clogged with grease. This made the place smell gross. The airconditioning was broken or defective. So we had to open the windows to ventilate, and thus the train sounds became part of my dreams... very poor sleep. Luckily it was only me and we got used to it over time. We emailed about the airconditioning and they said it was centrally managed which isn't really an answer nor is it as advertised.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 16. Stockwerk, der Lift ist verlässlich, fantastische Aussicht, wir haben nicht gekocht aber das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend - wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)

Waschraum nicht wirklich sauber. Leider reingen die Leute die Geräte nicht. Trockner musste erst gereinigt werden.

Dose exata de conforto, qualidade, localização e preço. Tudo funciona perfeitamente, recebe-se o código de acesso por WhatsApp e é só entrar e estar a vontade. O apartamento é espaçoso, limpo e bem equipado. A cama é confortável o chuveiro é bom e tudo funciona. Gostei muito da praticidade e de todo o conceito do alojamento. O transporte público é rápido e muito próximo. O mercado é bem variado e os produtos frescos de excelente qualidade. A região é limpa, segura e tranquila. Vou voltar com certeza. E a vista é maravilhosa!!!

Snadná doprava do centra a klidná lokalita (na druhou stranu od nádraží) s výhledem (ubytování ve vyšších patrech). Velikost prostoru a vybavení (kuchyňská linka, lednička, nádobí, překapávač, rychlovarná konvice, fén...). Kvalitní WIFI připojení.

Pro ubytování na 5 nocí je 1 velký ručník a jeden malý (na ruce) opravdu málo. Doporučuji přidat minimálně další 2 ručníky.

Lage ideal

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, with good facilities for a longer stay. Staff were helpful, the free WiFi worked well, and the location was convenient with easy connections into central Stockholm — a great base for a solo work trip.

Nothing major to complain about — just slightly pricey for what you get.

Close to the Stockholm Fairgrounds, Älvsjö Station, and several bus stops: definitely convenient. The apartments are well soundproofed and equipped with kettles for water and coffee, as well as microwaves. I liked the lamps.

The apartment (we stayed there for 5 nights) is anonymous, just like the entire building. No staff on site (everything is handled via WhatsApp). There’s no dishwasher, and with it, every possible amenity is missing: no coffee, not even a pod, no tea, sugar, salt—nothing at all. Given the price, which isn’t exactly low, these would have been welcome. I almost forgot: the sofa bed didn't feel comfortable. The icing on the cake: the checkout message (11 a.m.) arrived at 6 a.m.

The room was comfortable, had everything we needed for a city break. Small but well-equipped kitchen. 15 minutes from the city centre by train.

The trains were really noisy if we opened the window. Couldn't hear anything with the window closed though

Appartamento spazioso e ben strutturato. Molto luminoso. Bagno molto più grande degli standard degli alberghi in questi tempi. Pulizia ok. Divano letto comodo. Vicinissimo alla stazione che in 10 minuti ti porta in centro. Prenotazione e supporto personale tutto digitale ma molto chiaro e facile.da gestire.

Arredo un pochino rovinato... ma cmq funzionale e funzionante in tutto.

Lage war super,man war unter sich,Bett war bequem,alles sauber und nutzbar,Fenster konnte man öffnen,unkomplizierte Abwicklung,Codes funktionierten,für einen kurzen Aufenthalt,bei dem tagsüber unterwegs ist,ist das Zimmer völlig ausreichend!

Seife war leer,Bügeleisen nicht nutzbar/verdreckt,ein wenig Ablagefläche in Form eines Küchenregales zb. fehlte, ebenso ein zweites Geschirrhandtuch,keine Schüsseln,Bett sehr schmal,Sofa hart und geräuschvoll
