Beach was across the street and the pool was great. Well worth the price and close to everything. Staff were friendly and nice.

The bed was not very comfortable but for a short stay it was not bad. The room layout was spacious with a livingroom and kitchenette.

Lugnt område.

La cercania a la playa (a dos minutos caminando). La comodidad de los departamentos. La.vista de la marina. El.ambiente alrededor del hotel muy tranquilo y relajado.

Al departamento le falto una limpieza profunda. Habia bichos que picaban en el sofá. Las reposteras de la pileta estan rotas en su mayoría.

Location is great, beach across the road, fishing dock out back, barbecue available. The rooms are very modern and clean.

Ci siamo stati 5 giorni e non ci hanno fatto la stanza, ci hanno detto che la stanza viene pulita guarda caso ogni 5 giorni

Molto bella e accogliente le camere sono ampie e ben arredate

Mancano i prodotti per lavaggio mani sul lavandino ci sono solo in doccia e le camere nn vengono pulite

it was beautiful! it’s not directly on the beach, but the short walk isn’t bad. it was clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. will definitely be back!

The room was big and the bathroom was a true ensuite, the same size as the room. Overall, location was great, on the other side of the beach facing the bay, parking was plenty and included. They had rental bicycles but we could not use due to the heat. there are bicycle lanes on the street.

They offer free electric vehicle charging except 2 out of 3 chargers did not work.

The size of the one bedroom, the location of the hotel close to beach (5 min walk), restaurants, grocery stores, located between Clearwater and Madeira beaches… this is a great destination for families, couples only, solo travelers.. Full kitchen if you feel like cooking dinner and enjoying a quite night

The location was wonderful. Beach right across the street and walking distance to restaurants. Sharkeys and Volia-Merci were perfect

The location and the beach were very good. The beach was calm and really close by, which was great. The room itself was the only part that didn’t fully meet my expectations due to a few issues that I believe could easily be fixed or improved.

The carpet in the bedrooms appeared to be very well vacuumed, but it was actually heavily stained and looked dirty. Honestly, it felt quite unpleasant to walk on it barefoot. In fact, I never felt comfortable doing so and kept my shoes on the entire time. This was by far my biggest disappointment during the stay. I would strongly suggest replacing the carpets with new ones or, even better, removing the carpeting altogether and installing tile or wood flooring, like the flooring in the living room.

Très bel emplacement sur les canaux. On a pu voir des lamantins et des dauphins. Très grande salle de bain. Des affaires de plage mises à disposition, c'est tres pratique quand on arrive de l'étranger. Magnifique plage à proximité, on peut y aller a pieds.

Les lits doubles sont petits pour 2 personnes. Le prix est élevé par rapport aux autres hôtels que nous avons réservés pour notre séjour aux Etats-Unis.

The staff was great - we had an issue with the TV in the bedroom, and they took care of it quickly

The only issue we had was that the bed was hard. We had a hard time getting comfortable

This is our second time visiting this location and is always a beautiful stay. Although we had some maintenance issues the management company were very accommodating. We are looking forward to our next day.

Die Küche könnte ein paar zusätzliche Teller, Töpfe und Besteck vertragen! Es hat für unsere 4 köpfige Familie aber auch so ausgereicht :-)

El espejo estaba sucio, una de las almohadas tenia sangre, en la cocina falta implementos para cocinar esta muy limitado

El espacio es muy bueno y agradable. Los Bańos y las habitaciones muy buenas.

Es un poco oscuro y encontramos en la cocina cosas sucias. Faltan utensilios de cocina.

The staff were wonderful! We loved the easy access to the beach and the ability to rent chairs and an umbrella. The dock into the bay was amazing to watch sunrises from too. The property and room were clean and towel exchange was so simple. We absolutely loved it! Definitely would recommend and would love to come back in the future!

Rolig, fint leilighetshotell med det du trenger. Kort avstand til fantastisk strand og badevann. Grei kjøreavstand inn til Clearwater by/beach, hvor det er mer «tut og kjør». Flott at hotellet har miljøprofil.

Aircondition bråkte mye. Det ble gjort forsøk på å reparere den, uten hell. Dette var ganske forstyrrende for de som sov i stua. Dobbeltsengen på soverom 2 kunne gjerne vært større, men sengene var gode å ligge i.

Excelente ubicación, la playa es increíble y queda cruzando la calle. La habitación de 1 habitación + sofá cama y cocina es súper amplia, bien dotada y limpia, perfecta para una familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños.

Very nice beautiful large suites with all amenities needed for a stay. Plenty of linens and towels. Very clean. More like a condo than hotel. Large balcony lots of window. Amazing location on the canal could sit and watch the dolphins. Pool is a little small and so hot like a hot tube but clean and nice area. Ample parking. Plus they focus on clean energy and less damage to the environment that was a nice plus

If I had to nit pick and find a negative. It’s across the street from the beach. The pool is small and so hot.

I liked this hotel for the comfort of being near the beach (just across the street), and near a few restaurants and coffee shops.

I didn't really like that the room was not clean, shower full of hair, not to mention the bed. Even after switching to a different room, I ended up getting a worse unit, which I had to switch back to the first unit provided. The noise from the other rooms was also a reason not to like my stay here. The staff does not care if someone makes noise after 11pm, which is very annoying for someone that wants to rest.

The beds were very hard, walls are too thin- I could here children on both sides of me into the night, didn’t like the coffee served in the room I paid extra and bought my own to brew

The Fold Hotel in Indian Shores is in an excellent location and is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and walk up beach access. The rooms are fresh and updated, the exterior grounds are warm and inviting, loved all the signage posted around the property.

The AC airflow could be a little stronger in the bedroom area. * the management promptly responded to my concerns and provided a fan for extra airflow during my stay & indicated they would have maintenance look at it

We love the location. Close to the beach and walking distance from several bars and restaurants. Staff are always very helpful and polite. Simple check in and out process.

The property is very well located, clean, and comfortable. The value paid definitely matched the quality of service and overall experience.

The only downside was that the pool water felt a bit too warm.

We liked the hotel's location and the full kitchen, which was equipped with good cookware and everything needed for cooking. We were checked in much earlier than usual—a special thank you for that! It was clean and comfortable.

There is no kettle in the room. I had to boil water for tea in a saucepan.

I'm here meeting the rest of my family for a family getaway in Florida. I did have a very late check-in due to my flight being delayed over 12 hours! My room is as far away from my family as it could be. I asked to be moved and it was too much trouble. I would have been happy to wait until people checked out. Not an option, too much trouble. My room is beneath a family with kids and it's very noisy. The front desk was less than helpful. Is this Boutique,(?) hotel worth over $800 for 3 nights? Not in my opinion.

It was not crowded. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

First day, we had to run the hot water for a long time to get it actually hot. Also, we could hear everything from the neighbors next door.

Very quiet and great view of nature from balcony. Front-desk staff was very helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked, could not have asked for better. Covered parking. The back deck area is super nice! There is even an entertainment room and gym by the pool area.

The carpet and all upholstery looked stained/dirty. If they changed the carpet in the bedroom with some laminated flooring I'd go back for sure.

The problem I have it's with booking.com. I think. They had a water problem where we stayed. The location was lovely. We were promised to credit for the water problem and we should have gotten our deposit back but got neither of these. There is hardly any way to get this across the bookings.com who should be following up since a I believe got the money to distribute.

Two things and I don't know who is at fault. The first is we didn't get our deposit back. The second is we were supposed to get a credit for a water problem which we didn't receive. What I didn't like is the fact that I couldn't contact bookings.com to see where they were in the process of the credits. Give it a try see if it's easy for you. They don't seem to want to talk to their customers about problems.
