Les abords de l'hôtel sont à l'abandon. Les batiments souffrent d'un manque de rénovation extérieure. Le personnel du matin n'est pas souriant, c'est vrai que c'était un dimanche matin, et que la nuit avait peut-être était courte.

Il y a eu des odeurs de cigarettes qui passaient par la ventilation et entraient dans la chambre la nuit et le matin, 2 ou 3 fois. Pas agréable d'être réveillé à 6:00 avec ce genre d'odeur.

Relatief ver uit het centrum voor oa restaurants. Je kijkt uit op een bouwplaats met hek eromheen. Kan daar doordeweeks veel lawaai bezorgen. Het ontbijt was zeer matig

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026We kwamen rond half acht in de avond daar aan en we hoopten daar te kunnen dineren. Dit was iet mogelijk. Restaurant was voor diner al vanaf februari niet meer open. Door personeel verwezen naar restaurants in de buurt. Het was geen beveiligde parkeerplaats en met 2 fietsen op de auto vonden wij dat niet prettig. De dag ervoor hebben wij overnacht in Campanile in Beziers Hier konden wij wel dineren en een beveiligde parkeerplaats en het was goedkoper dan in Mertz ??

The rooms had been partially renovated, and the bathroom still had things wrong with it, like loose. panels, loose shower. Externally the hotel was being decorated, and there were no room numbers. The hotel was next to a building site and parts of the hotel were fenced off, or faced the building site. On the booking page, it described the hotel as having a bar and restaurant, which it also said on the sign outside the restaurant. However, the restaurant had been shut, now the reception only offered snacks from a vending machine. The hotel could no longer serve alcohol, despite still having a bar. When I asked the staff about this, they appeared indifferent and unconcerned (perhaps this is a local thing, to just give a Gallic shrug). We did get a message after we had booked to say that the restaurant was permanently shut, but that is too late. If I had known these shortcomings in advance, I would have found somewhere else to stay.

The location was poor. We looked out onto a building site and crane. The air con in the breakfast room was broken on a 38c day (not their fault), and the actual breakfast was limited with brown bananas and poor coffee.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Hotel ist seit dem vorigen Jahr frisch renoviert. Perfekte Lage für die Übernachtung auf der Durchreise, auch für Hundebesitzer ideal, da Grünzone mit Teich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer kleiner, aber sauber, gute Klimaanlage, freundliches Personal.

Dommage que la réception ferme à 23h, cela complique un peu l'accès en cas d'arrivée tardive. Il pourrait être plus pratique pour les voyageurs et le personnel de bénéficier d'un système de réception 24h/24 du type bornes. .

The construction is quite off putting. The bathroom while newly renovated and nice, did not have an outlet in it. There was only the wall mounted hair dryer that did not work, and while another hair dryer was provided, I had to plug it in next to my bed to dry my hair. Also there was no vent in the bathroom.

Je me suis perdu entre les bâtiments pour chercher ma chambre. Heureusement il y avait une entreprise de peinture qui travaillait, et un ouvrier m'a aidé à la trouver. C'est le seul petit soucis du séjour, mais loin d'être grave !

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026De kamer deze was voor voor hoe het erg van buiten uitzag erg schoon en modern. En bij in het inchecken kan dit ook via een paal die in meerdere talen ingesteld kan worden. De medewerker die aan het werk was wist dat wij kwamen daardoor had ze alles al klaar gelegd voor ons, top gewerkt.
Het uiterlijk van het gebouw het leek of deze verbouwd wordt.

Het bed was te zacht en te klein. Het diner de eerste avond in het hotel was zeer matig. Het hotel wordt opgeknapt en er is een bouwput Weinig restaurants in de omgeving.

The outside areas of the hotel grounds could do with some attention, although I think that the hotel is on a refurbishment program so probably in the not too distant future the grounds and parking facilities will improve.

Air conditioning just wouldn't work on cool so quite uncomfortable at night. Needs a fan which would solve the problem
