Best Western Metz Centre Gare

Le confort de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner de qualité. L’emplacement.

The hotel was very very close to the lovely train station and walking distance to the centre of the town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety of food.

The room was very small but functional and clean but did not have a mini fridge.

The room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows

Airco vrij luidruchtig

Très bon accueil. Emplacement top. C'était très propre. Personnel souriant et aimable. Logement fonctionnel. Je conseille vivement!

RAS

Close to the station, quiet, well decorated

Bathroom was a bit too small, still very well equipped

Bon séjour

Locatie en het is een mooie stad.

Ontbijtzaal zonder ramen.

RAS très bien

Clean and good location.

Nothing

Location, allocation of accessible room helped, as it had wet bathroom

Air conditioning is noisy.

Nice clean hotel in very convenient location to explore Metz

Due to location near station no beautiful surroundings or views

Great location near train station... Walking distance to village center

Facilities are a little dated and in need of refreshing

Comfortable bed, great location (near station and centre), nice breakfast

It was close to the train station. It had great air conditioning.

It was a very small room and bathroom, but I did request the least expensive room.

Très bon séjour. Hotel bien situé et personnel agréable

The location is great. The rooms were comfortable.

Breakfast is not worth the price. You can get coffee and croissant at the station across the road.

It is easily to tell that it is converted from an old building with history. it tries best to include all necessary amenities. the staff are very friendly.

it would be nice to have USB or Type-c ports, for unprepared traveler from US, i could not charge my phone nor portable charger.

Location was good.

The room size was good, and the property was clean. However, I specifically booked a room with a king bed, but instead I was given two twin mattresses pushed together. This was extremely uncomfortable and resulted in two nights of poor sleep, which significantly affected my stay. If a true king bed is advertised, guests should receive exactly that.

Colazione favolosa personale gentilissimo Camera bella spaziosa letto comodo ottima posizione

Niente

Comfortable and close to the train station

Lift very slow

Location

comfortable room, coffee available in room, possible to order food at the hotel at any time. Very arranging staff.

cleanliness could be improved. soap was not refilled for my first night. had to do with the leftover of the leftover (soap for hand cleaning was also empty) that would be the only minuses.

The junior receptionists were nice but managerssenior staff were quite rude and need training to be polite and respectful to customers. The hotel is very handy for the train station, literally across the road but I think that is the only benefit of it. It's a bit out of the city centre with little around it. It feels old and tired even though it appeared they tried to do it up a bit. I was given a room right beside the lift and asked for one further away but they had none available with AC. The AC did work in the room (101) and was good but be aware that some rooms obviously don't have it or doesn't work. The room turned out to be very quiet, I heard no noise and bed was comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend to a friend There is a very nice restaurant, ABC, nearby that I would highly recommend the food at.

Seulement emplacement. Proche gare

Chambre trop petit.

Goede uitvalsbasis

Verkeerslawaai

excellent location. comfortable hotel and very friendly and kind staff.

Air conditioning unit in room not working, temperatures very high.

Très central à la gare. Service très gentil. Bons équipements. Tarif préférentiel parking gare

Emplacement

Locatie was prima.

Close to the train station and city, room was great

I got back from the local football and I was informed the WiFi wasn’t working and that it couldn’t be fixed. As a single female in the city I planned to have a night in and watch a film but couldn’t do this

Die Lage. Nettes Personal.
