L’établissement est très propre, la literie est confortable. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour accéder en voiture à Paris.

Il faudrait un peu plus de rangements dans la chambre.

The rooms and bedding were clean. The staff were friendly. The double glass windows meant we couldnt hear any traffic despite being next to a freeway. Basic amenities like kettle and coffee etc which aligns with the pricing. The location (geoprahically) is good. Just 10km north of the centre, it was easy to catch the Metro and change at Republique. Our taxi ride from the airport was only 18mins. Gare Du Nord is only a short 30 mins train ride (change at Republique).

As the bathrooms didn't have a ventilation fan, I felt perhaps it took longer for the water in the bath to dry. I also believe the mop used by staff were not maintained well, leading to a musky smell in the bathroom. The location is close enough to the metro station and the Carrefour supermarkets as well as eateries. However a policeman told me Bobigny is not exactly a safe area. Private security staff patrol the station areas. I believe there are a lot of social housing around which may make travellers feel unsafe if they are on their own. We were a group of 3 so we felt largely safe during our 5 nights here. The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable as others i have slept on. It seems to have a weird incline and not totally flat. The normals beds were good.

Staff were helpful on reception, parking was great, we stayed twice in two different rooms, the first room was quite small and sadly the air con was really struggling and we couldn't get the room cold enough, the second room was much better, loads of room and the air con was perfect. Showers were great with good water pressure. Location was good too and easy to get links into Paris.

Breakfast wasn't great, staff didn't seem to want to top up the empty sections even though there was over an hour left of service, we had to ask for everything including cutlery and plates, just seemed to be really slow at any kind of service in the restaurant. Air con in the first room just didn't work at all, room was small for a family sharing too.

AC wasn't working

They were kind enough to let us cheek in early. In addition we were also 30 min late to check out but thy were understanding and didn’t charge us extra. The room looked exactly like the picture. They made the sofa into a bed like we had requested.

The toilet started to smell like urine every time we flushed the toilet and the ventilation in the bathroom was pore, so the smell didn’t leave the bathroom. We stayed for one week so we notified the issue in the reception, but they didn’t fix it. They were also renovating the hotel during our stay, so I don’t know if this had something to do with it. The hotel provides room service only when asked (its optional) which I totally understand, but whenever we asked for room service we specifically asked for only the bathroom to be cleaned, by that, we referred to empty the bathroom trashcan and put on a new trash bag which sadly never happened after our fist night of stay. We had to use our own bags as trash bags and stop the cleaning lady in the hall way to throw out the old trash. In addition, the hotel charged us additional money before we received our room keys claiming it to be city tax for the towels at the hotel. I don’t know if this is a France thing or just something they do in this hotel because whenever I have stayed at other hotels abroad, they usually include that in the hotel price.

Overall it was clean other staff gentlemen who was there at night shifts I believe from Cameroon provided 10/10 service I forgot his name but he was very kind welcoming respectful and attended to our needs

forte odeur de tabac en arrivant dans la chambre. Cependant celle ci était très propre.

La situation géographique de l’hôtel est proche des administrations et lieu de formations.

Même si des travaux sont en cours, il ressort un manque de soin tant au niveau propreté que dans la présentation de l’hôtel. La climatisation était inefficace avec un problème d'odeur. Les extérieurs pour accéder à l’hôtel sont négligées.

Un hôtel 3 étoiles sans climatisation en pleine canicule c’est une honte je suis rester dans une chambre à 3dégrée sans la climatisation il y’en pourtant une mais ne fonctionnent pas elle projeté que de l’air comme un ventilateur.

Staff at the reception has very poor and rude manners. Needs intense training on Good manners and right conduct in the most very basic characteristic of a person in such industry. Did not even greet “Bonjour”.

Het ontbijt was echt een ramp. Om 8u 45 was zo goed als alles op. Heel het restaurant zat vol en af en toe brachten ze iets van eten waar dan 50 man opvloog om toch iets te hebben. En de airco op de kamer werkte ook niet goed

Rooms are new. Staff was friendly. There is metro station close to the hotel.

I was there for the exhibition and I had car. The carpark should be free because I’m already customer of the hotel. If you’ll come for turistic purposes maybe it can be hard go to center.

В целом впечатление осталось скорее нейтральным: это не плохое место, и для одной ночи остановиться здесь можно, но есть моменты, которые требуют внимания со стороны администрации.

Чистота номера была неидеальной: в душевой комнате вентиляционная решётка была заметно загрязнена. Также в номере были предоставлены только небольшие полотенца, что оказалось не очень удобно. Освещение слабое, в одном светильнике над кроватью отсутвовала лампочка. С раннего утра на первом этаже проводились ремонтные работы, и шум перфоратора был хорошо слышен. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить завтрак, за который мы доплачивали отдельно. Мы пришли примерно за 45 минут до окончания времени завтрака, однако часть блюд уже закончилась — не было ни омлета, ни жареных яиц. При этом пополнять ассортимент, судя по всему, никто не собирался.

1) La cena. È stato possibile consumare solo una delle 3 cene che abbiamo pagato; nelle altre due, per assenze di cuoco e personale, ci hanno servito pizza surgelata e hamburger. 2) Le stanze. Una di queste aveva una porta comunicante con un'altra stanza e, alle ore 1 di notte, gli ospiti dell'altra stanza l'hanno aperta per sbaglio entrando nella nostra con enorme spavento da parte di tutti. 3) Tranne rare eccezioni, non abbiamo trovato personale disposto ad ascoltarci e a comprendere le nostre esigenze

La posizione anche se era situata in un luogo evidentemente di periferia, aveva la lina 5 della metro a poche centinaia di metri

La cena, praticamente inesistente. Abbiamo potuto cenare solo una sera sulle 3 che abbiamo pagato, visto che nelle successive per mancanza del cuoco ci hanno servito solo una pizza surgelata mentre quella precedente o pizza surgelata o hamburger... Le stanze sono piccole ma in una vineria una porta comunicante con un'altra stanza 3 alle ore una di notte abbiamo avuto la visita dell'ospite dell'altra stanza che ha forzato ed è riuscito ad aprire la porta (grande spavento). Il personale, parlavano poco inglese e non erano per niente disposti ad ascoltare le nostre richieste

Chambre agréable mais pas de Clim .Resto le soir très très basique. Petit déjeuner bien. Place de parking qui pourrait être gratuite. Pour moi bon emplacement. Personnel sympas et compétant . Problème de déconnection de la télé très énervant . À part ça j’ai passe un bon séjour pour le travail.

Revoir le problème de connections de la télé. Est il possible au resto le soir d’avoir un peut plus de choix dans les plats chauds . Sachant que l’ont ne peut pas stationner ailleurs que devant l’hôtel, faire payer le parking est difficilement supportable.

The room was too dark, the bed sheets were dirty, and it was very noisy. The cleaning staff started cleaning upstairs early in the morning, which caused a lot of additional noise for the people downstairs.
