Une de nos chambres, particulièrement la salle de bain, n'était pas très propre, traces de calcaire au niveau sol, rideau de douche également douteux au niveau de la propreté, pas de gobelet sur le lavabo

War am Tag der Anreise nicht erreichbar, wegen Fußball. Polizei hatte alleZufahrtsstraßen gesperrt. Nach 6 Std herrunfahren ,bin ich dann, wütend nach Hause gefahren.

Muito longe das principais atrações e também do metrô (15 minutos de caminhada até a estação mais próxima). O quarto é bom, confortável e o tamanho é ok para duas pessoas. Ar condicionado não funcionou muito bem e falta um frigobar.

The hotel is very affordable for Paris, but keep in mind if you are walking to transit the area is rough. This area is definitely outside any tourist zone. Use a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport. It was 10 pm and I didn't want to deal with transit in a foreign city at night. Transit worked well for us the next day. The receptionist did not speak English and came off as rude at first but was nice in the end especially when we had a Netflix show in common "Emily in Paris" lol. There is security in the hotel, he spoke a bit of English but only him. Make sure your credit card doesn't hold back your payments (pending) if you booked the day before, the hotel will make you pay again even with an invoice from Expedia saying paid. I had to pay for the hotel room in order to be able to stay there. The next day my credit card showed the payment went through. I went to get my refund, it was a different receptionist. Told me to get it from Expedia, he could not give me a refund. DO NOT except that, it is not how it works, you will not get a refund from Expedia you must get it from the hotel. I did get my refund a few days later. Do not get the breakfast option there is a McDonalds for coffee around the corner and a grocery store just down the road. Their breakfast is not worth it at all. The room is small, clean enough, no English channels except News. It is quiet and priced right and there is an elevator.

It was cold in the room, no heating no electricity

Sejour de 3 jours, 1er jour evacuation lavabo bouché (réactivité : résolution le lendemain), 2eme jour panne d'eau résolue dans la soirée, 3éme jour (travaux à 8h20 dans la chambre contigue à la mienne. Conclusion : vous reservez pour 3 jours, vous pensez que dans ce contexte on vous octroiera une chambre plutot tranquille ... C'est pour moi le 3eme sejour dans cet hotel, les précédents ne concernaient qu'une nuit, aucun probléme rencontré.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena si buscas un lugar barato, tiene varios restaurantes muy cercas y supermercados en los cuales puedes obtener comida y accesorios muy baratos, lo que no sabia es que esta ubicado es un barrio de negros pero es muy tranquilo en ningún momento se meten contigo y puedes caminar de noche tranquilamente.

I will not recommend to stay here specifically groundfloor rooms. It has smell and dirty towel racks just outside your room. Staff haven't even changed room. Area around thia hotel is dirty, seems unsafe and different crowd.

Accueil et chambre tres bien par contre petit dejeuner tres limite.Pas de serviettes,plus de verres, plus de viennoiserie pas possible d avoir un pichet d'eau pour prendre des médicaments. La jeune fille était seule et plus,que débordée . Le deuxième jour nettement mieux mais il y avait 2 personnes qui ont pu rapidement remettre du jus de fruit ,des bols et des serviettes. Par contre toujours pas de pichet d eau.A revoir pour améliorer. Merci

Un accueil pitoyable

AC was not cooling the room, complaint to staff they just say "oh! we know". it was hotter in our room than outside with the AC running on max for 3 hours. We had to open the window to cool down, but then had to deal with loud neighborhood past midnight with car speakers occasionally blasting and people shouting on the streets PLUS wild insects like mosquitoes and flies because they don't have window screens. Sink was leaking water from the bottom, the whole building shares limited number of hair dryers had to ask 3 different times (right after check-in, after drink run and before bed) only to be told "we don't have one right now, maybe come try again tomorrow morning?" Are you kidding me!? it was 30 degrees outside, people are traveling and out all day and you're telling me we can't wash our hair because you don't have a hair dryer !? Their microwave next to the front desk looked like it hasn't been cleaned for over a month, thick layer of grease and gunk all over the inside and outside of the microwave. Walking around the neighbor we literally saw multiple human size poop next to plants on the sideway. There was no hair dryer, no space to open a checked luggage other than the bed, no fridge, no water boiler, shower doesn't have shower curtain so it floods the whole washroom floor whenever we showered splashing clean clothes nearby too. Says it's a 2 star hotel, but I felt like even the 1 star motels I've stayed at was better than this place.

The receptions does not know how talk with guest's and there is also Internet problem.

Séjour moyennement agréable, pas de poubelle ds la chambre, juste un rouleau de papier toilette. Pas de wifi, télévision limite.

Sehr laut. Eine Unverschämtheit! Jede Nacht um 4 Uhr wird direkt vor den Türen gearbeitet. Ein starker Lärm. Jede Nacht wurden wir mitessen Kindern um 4 Uhr nachts aufgeweckt! Hotel Mitarbeiter sind sehr rücksichtslos! An der Rezeption niemand zu erreichen!

Le parterre de la douche était trop use' ainsi que le lavabo qui est a changer d urgence.de plus j avais reserve' une chambre pour une personne et l on me donne une pour une personne a mobilite' réduite.bizarre.le rideau de douche était tache' tout jaune impossible de le toucher.bref.ppurtant le personnel était très gentil a l accueil.sinon draps très propre.le personnel de nettoyage très très impolis.on leur dit bonjour aucun ne répond.

Que ça devient une habitude de séjourné dans cette hôtel au fur et à mesure l'hôtel se dégrade et aucun effort n'est réalisé sur le confort des chambre. Le tapis s'est enlevé, poussières sur les meubles et des traces sur les miroirs... je pense qu'il faut faire quelque choses pour un hôtel datant de moins de 10 ans si je me trompe pas.

A place to sleep. That's it. Not in a great area. Rooms are tiny with no place for luggage.

Chambre très sommaire ! Pas de thé de courtoisie, pas de téléphone pour joindre la reception, obligé de descendre en laissant son enfant seul qui dort dans la chambre. Rideau de la chambre cassé, joint de la porte de la chambre déchiré laissant entrer la lumière, les bruits et les odeurs, le message pour dire que l’on ne souhaite pas être dérangé l’anneau était cassé. La salle de bain, dégoutante, je n’osais pas poser un pieds au sol ! Rideau de douche blanc à l’origine, il était orange et noir de crasse, ils ne veulent pas le jeter. Le sol de la douche, du chewing-gum coller et des traces de saletés, les joints de la douche noir de champignons. Une petite serviette par personne, ils font des économies, donc pas de serviette pour le visage, le savon des mains était vide. Une odeur désagréable en rentrant dans la chambre, la climatisation n’était pas mise. 1 seule prise par table de chevet, c’est mal conçu ! Dressing tout petit, pas assez de place. Impossible d’allumer la télévision alors que ce service est écrit dans la résa. À Minuit des voitures de sports faisait des zero à 100 km dans la rue, mais au vus de la zone cela ne dérange pas, la reception n’a pas appeler la police. Le lit allait, les draps étaient propres, dommage qu’ils n’ai pas d’oreiller adapté aux enfants. Vive les économies que fait cet établissement, ou vus que c’est dans le 93 c’est géré par des rats embauchés sur le tas sans qualification.

I believe this accommodation is student accommodation which I did not realise till arrival. Our bedsheet wasn’t the cleanest with brown marks. The area was okay there was a Lidl 4 minutes away and a McDonalds 10 minutes away.

The room smelled old. The pillows didn't smell fresh. The lift was not working and there were no signs on our floor was not working and there were no signs.

I got bed bugs. Then looked on another site and found the same review! I told the receptionist and she seemed to think it was normal - no apology. She said she couldn’t see the bites which is ridiculous -they’re absolutely everywhere. Please please avoid.

Very average hotel, with bare minimum of facilities. No restaurant or bar. Just about adequate.

Extremely disappointing hotel. Low quality room in a bad location. No room amenities, no refrigerator, no storage location. Vending machine was not working. Overpriced for the quality offered. Staff does not speak english, hard to comunicate and not helpful. Price for the breakfast is over priced. 10 euros for some bread and dry crossaints. Room was at the bottom floor near laundry room. Stash of dirty towels were on the hallway. Bathrooms are molding and room was not made every day. We had to ask for clean towels and questioned. For few extra dollars I reccomend looking for a different location.

La chambre est bien assez grande pour une famille de 4 personnes mais question propreté a revoir car quand nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre il y avait pleins de poussières sur le sol avec encore des miettes des anciens occupants plus des cheveux mélanger a la poussières et le lavabo tous sale pleins de traces !!!

Un niveau de saleté comme je n'en ai jamais vu, avec une chambre ni aspirée ni nettoyée (de la terre, des cheveux, de la poussière au sol), de la crasse sur les plinthes et le lit, une literie molle, sale et visiblement trop usée. Côté salle de bain, une évacuation de lavabo et de douche bouchée. Voir les photos jointes. Et une ventilation avec une température trop élevée que je n'ai pas réussi à réduire. Dommage car l'accueil du matin était sympathique

A part la température trop élevée dans la chambre, tout était parfait. C'est très paradoxal de trouver un lieu d'hébergement aussi agréable, dans un quartier aussi déplorable !!! Vous avez bcp de mérite !!! Continuez ainsi et merci bcp.

No free kettle to make tea or coffee. I only had one pillow and they refused to give me another, not the best sleep.

Proximite

Hôtel propre et accueillant, les deux jeunes hommes à l’accueil sont très agréable et au service de la clientèle raison pour laquelle nous sommes venu plusieurs fois. Par contre les deux jeunes filles qui sont à l’accueil sont très désagréables, aucun professionnalisme malheureusement ça ne donne pas envie d’y retourner.

L'accueil du personnel était excellent, mais le reste des prestations laissait à désirer

Chambre spartiate avec climatisation défectueuse. Malgré mes reclamations on m'a répondu qu'elle etait bien réglée et qu'il fallait attendre pour sentir la fraicheur. Je n'ai rien senti de toute la nuit avec la clim a fond et le bruit qui va avec De retour dans l'après-midi, chambre toujours pas faite a 15h

Zimmer waren klein, aber in Ordnung und auch augenscheinlich sauber. Eingangsbereich und auch Speiseraum sehr dreckig und überhaupt nicht einladend (überall Krümel, zT Müll auf den Tischen, Tische wackelig, überhaupt keine Deko). Das Besteck war ebenfalls fleckig und sah zu unhygienisch aus. Haben beim Check-in über eine halbe Stunde warten müssen, bis überhaupt mal jemand an der Rezeption anzutreffen war.

Le responsable a été très désagréable lors de son intervention dans notre chambre. Il nous a parlé comme des moins-que-rien. Je ne recommande en aucun cas cet hôtel car il y a des manières de parler à ses clients.

Alors j'étais très désagréablement accueilli il mon pris une caution de 80€ psq j'ai parler fort 1 seul fois , enfin bon n'en parlons pas du manager de cet hôtel très hautain et désagréable , il m'a réveiller a 10h me demandant de quitter la chambre ? Je recommande pas du tout

Faut avouer que les murs sont convenablement isolés sauf pour les parleurs dans le couloir et la chasse d eau qui coule en permanence sinon une bonne nuit vs attends avec en prime une taxe de sejour et une place payante pr voiture si besoin non compris dans le prix initial

L’accueil est excellent avec des explications claires données.la chambre est petite mais propre .salle de bain correct sauf le papier wc qui manquait et que j’ai obtenu sans problème à l’accueil. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et la formule à emporter très efficace permettant d’éviter le gaspillage .j’ai pu aller à mon rendez-vous à pied à moins de 5 minutes de l’hôtel

Très déçue de ne pas m'avoir prévenue qu'il fallait verser une caution après avoir régler la chambre. Cela devrait être indiquer!!!

contrairement a ce qu'il y a de noté sur le site B@B les chaines RMC sports ne sont pas dans cet hotel ( dommageable quand on à réserver pour voir un match de ligue des champions ) J' ai du de plus changer 3 fois de chambres car dans les 2 premières la télévision ne fonctionnait pas........

Staff had to be reminded to replenish breakfast items. A/C didn’t work well. Hotel was very clean!

Area in a high immigrant neighborhood, mostly Muslim and not the best ones at that. Not a great place to walk to from the subway station. Someone knocked on door 3 times at 4:30am and even though we asked "Who is it" in English, Spanish and French the person did not reply. No peep hole to look and No phone in room to contact desk. So we were afraid to open door because they could rush into the room and assault us. Location is far away from Paris and you will need to make a few transfers to get anywhere. Spend the extra 10 or 30 bucks and stay close to the city center.

This time really not felt good as there is no tissues in the toilet no soups .

Everything was good with the exception of the cleanliness. Our room did not come with a garbage can. Luckily we had our own plastic bag which we had to use for days as a makeshift garbage can before it was removed by the cleaning staff. When we inquired at the front desk for a garbage can we were told they had run out. Really disappointed that such a basic asset was not provided.

Attending a friends marriage

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. This hotel has a very new feel to it. It is modern and the rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a TV. We did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. This hotel is quite a ways out of Paris, so if you want to be in the city/short commute, this is not the place to stay. It took us about 30 minutes on the metro with another 10 minute walk to get to the hotel from the center of the city. It is also about a €30 taxi. If you are in the city late I would recommend taking a taxi home, even though it is expensive the hotel is not in a great area of town. We did not walk anywhere after dark. This is a great hotel I just wish it was in a safer part of the city!

When we arrived the hotel did not have our reservation. Unfortunately we speak no French and the desk agents spoke no English so we had difficulty trouble shooting. We ended up chatting with Hotels.com and after an hour and a half we finally got a room. The beds were comfy and the room was clean but there was no hand soap, no hand towel, and the bath towels were pretty thin. There was also no hairdryer, which was disappointing but not a deal breaker.

This hotel in the north east of Paris is cheap but it is direct near the Periferique, the highway around Paris. When you walk 1 km you find a Metro which brings you in 20 minutes centre of the town. The hotel is bed & breakfast, simple, good beds, shower. No extra's. Breakfast is simple, croissants, bread, marmelade, drinks coffee or tea. Be aware that bread may be finished at the end of the scheduled breakfast time. Hotel is near a MacDonald and some small and simple restaurants.Hotel has a guarded parkingplace ( video) Hotel is also used by groups but parking for a touringcar is a problem. Because the hotel started only shortly, crew is not working as a team, they are learning every day.

Overall good stay. Its a nice clean property. Location wise its convenient as well connected with the subway (metro), bus, though the property location is very serene quite. Hotel staff was nice and helpful, but will be still better if speak at least English.

Basic hotel but very clean and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast and very reasonably priced.Great value hotel

The hotel in itself is, for the price category, actually above average. However, it is in a dodgy area and half the rooms face onto a noisy building site. This hotel is still not through its infancy problems: two false fire-alarms in three nights, electrics hanging loose. The rooms are stuffy and smell of new building. However, don't open the window at night unless you are prepared to get seriously bitten! It is a fair guess that the staff are low paid, but they still smile and they fixed my television. If you need to stay in Drancy/Bobigny and cost is your priority, then do stay here. Otherwise, try to find a good rate nearer downtown.

A stay of 8 days in a double room with double bed single use.Large room very clean with kettle and tea/coffee .The only inconvinience was there was no air conditioning in the whole of the Hotel in the last 2 weeks or so as told by a manager. Ther is a secure gate locked 24 hours a day and you need to ring to be let in.
