1. Dripping from the trees in parking lot. 2. TV did not work in the first room 3. second room found used contact lens on the night stand; lots of cracked tile in bathroom, tub is stuck. Conclusion, lots of wear and tear, not clean.

Very good accommodations and close proximity to great food. Hotel was great with wonderful breakfast selection with Asian twist …they also have a nice restaurant there in dining room but no time to try !

Great stay for a nearby family visit. Had family over for a day at the cool retro pool …and yes we had Cali sun peering thru the roof opening for at least 4 hours. Great bar experiences for nightcaps from Ricky the bartender!

The rooms were extremely outdated, I was originally going to stay in a room in the floor 4 and moved to floor 2 for a better view both rooms Carpet needs to be updated the walls had stains the furniture looked old

We arrived very later and worry our reservation, so I called then, the lady from front desk very nice tell us no worry at all, and room is very clean, nice and larger then I expected. also room service lady very nice too.

The room was absolutely nice and quiet. I slept comfortably.

Everything was great and the service was amazing. Thank you.

The room was clean, I loved the "welcome "name on the TV. I loved how the hotel looked inside; it looks elegant. and well put together. All staff was amazing, friendly, and exceptional.

I didn't really LOVE the view, but it wasn't a crazy negative factor.

Justin at the front desk was super helpful and took great care of me. All the employees were very nice and accommodating. The dim sum restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Guest bathrooms stayed very clean and so did the lobby. Thanks for accommodating our convention.

Yes! I had an amazing stay and would love to come back. The staff are all amazing, the restaurant downstairs had delicious food and popcorn 🍿 for a treat. Excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the shops right next door have the best desserts 🍰 and tea 🍵 💞

We had not nice situation with people working there, they did not support us after we spoke to them about creepy and very uncomfortable situation that was taking action on the room hall with other guests.

We were visiting from AZ. Our son was competing at a track meet in Arcadia and we wanted to be close to the school but avoid the more expensive hotels in the area. With points this room costs us $300/night. Without points we would have spent about $370/night. We stayed 2 nights. Something I didn’t know before we arrived is that San Gabriel has “the largest and most prominent suburban Chinatown in North America, acting as a major hub for Chinese and Asian Americans.” It was cool to experience in person. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Our first night we had a very flavorful delicious ramen dinner at a Tsuke Artisan Noodles that was right next door to the hotel. Highly recommend. The reviews about the hotel parking being tight, the spacious room size, the cleanliness and friendliness of staff were accurate. We also used the hotel gym and it was as good as others we visited. The day my husband planned to use the pool it rained, so I can’t give insight on the pool, We were happy with our stay. The primary reason I didn’t give the hotel a full 5 stars is how expensive the hotel restaurant was (we looked at the menu and decided to eat somewhere else) and the fact that the furniture does show a little aging but nothing that would prevent us from returning. The hotel’s 4.3 rating on TripAdvisor is pretty accurate.

Great experience and great customer service. Had one small issue and they accommodated my wife immediately. Rooms were clean and also feature some pretty useful appliances that I don't find often like an electric kettle! Parking is probably the lowlight of the experience but at least is reasonably priced.

My fiance put one foot in the tub but before she could reach the bar on the other side of the tub she slipped and fell and bruised her tailbone elbows in the back of her head on the tub. Fortunately it was not serious but you should consider away to make the tub less slippery. We put a towel on the bottom of the tub to improve the condition. Otherwise everything was fine

Excellent customer service overall. I received an upgrade as a Hilton Diamond member and room was very comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant. Service was superb and food excellent.

Even though I had noise issues--may I suggest, never book the room over the event/ party area when a noisy function is scheduled. That said the staff, especially Dara were very helpful in getting it sorted out.

We enjoyed our stay in the Los Angeles/San Gabriel Hilton. The hotel has great customer service. It is surrounded by great restaurants, close to shopping malls.

Staff were courteous

Furniture was very old, room safe not working, USB change port not working, water tank of toilet bowl kept filling water unless I manually reset the handle to a horizontal position
