Great staff, relaxing, peaceful.
Great
I recently stayed at the resort and while we really enjoyed our time at Soco House, I think there are a couple of things worth mentioning. The food menu was not what we thought it would be for an all-inclusive resort. We were not prepared to have the same food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, the AC in my room was not working properly, which made things a bit uncomfortable and there was no ventilation or AC inside of the bathroom. Despite what was lacking the staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The hotel provided free drinks and ice coolers during the day whether you were going to the beach or taking a trip around town. The beach was literally a quick walk across the road and there was plenty of parking for those with rental cars. Overall, it was not a bad stay.
the beach that's close by is great along with staff. There needs to be more clear instructions on the pool using because few ppl would say use it after hrs and then some no! The food selection could be better and more local switch up breakfast add more st Lucian food. Make it known that the bar close at 11 also tell the Karen's it's an adult only don't go here if you wanna sleep early 🙄 the shower needs a door it's gross after showers it gets wet everywhere. There was a roach in our room. I understand that they were in process of new management the old one was rude for no reason. Add some activities not only the night it's to mingle with mgmt because this was boring you had to find things to do outside of hotel. Also make it easier to be able to take away food if going on an excursion and add snacks for free somewhere for guest! Shout out to the cleaner our bed was made everyday even when we slept in! I was planning to go to Barbados soco but now I ahve 2nd thoughts. The chef needs to do better that so call jerk chicken was white as sand the Jamaican was not happy bout that. You have to pay to get laundry done.
The safe are very nice. The only two Problems I have is they need to have a buffet style for breakfast they take too long to serve the guests..an the next problem that I have is they need more sockets in the rooms to plugs our devices.
The price to stay is completely Over priced to not have All-inclusive service. Staff made me and my mate feel unwelcome at times due to our race.
The only good thing about this place was the staff, they were very friendly. Other than that, I did not enjoy my stay here. The rooms are extremely outdated where the walls were dripping water especially if the a/c is off. There were files in two of the rooms they put me in and a gecko in the third one. The food was awful - bland, overcooked, soggy and looked like there was no care put into the presentation. You know it’s bad when every table is using salt and pepper at every meal! There were also unnecessary globs of tartar sauce the first two fish dinners I had (sautéed tuna and Mahi Mahi). The food only got better when the owners daughter arrived on site. The cushions for all the pool chairs were heavily stained and unsanitary looking. The bathroom toiletries were not replaced regularly and breach room was inconsistent - one had a soap dish, the other room didn’t. One room had just a sheet whole others had fully made beds. I called during the night for a blanket and the guy told me that housekeeping left for the day and there was nothing he could do (how is that possible?) so I had to sleep In street clothes because with the ac off it was still too cold. There is also no entertainment, no authentic food (except for the Lucian breakfast). The only perk is that the outdoor pool is open 24hrs and that’s it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve stayed at hostels that were much better than this place. They need to do better.
Soco is very quiet. I think it's more for older folks and not for young people. By 11 PM the bar closes, and you have to be quiet. Besides that, the place is clean and nice, and the staff is amazing.
I love the Soco house, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ryan at the front desk was excellent, always making us laugh. Trevor and Zidane at the bar was great. I definitely would stay there again.
Noise on Sunday morning Pressure washing early Sunday morning
The place was nice, quiet, and no kids but far from other attractions. The beach entrance is in close walking distance. The food was enjoyable and tasty, but you have to wait and follow dining times. I didn't like you couldn't order your meal by phone then pick up. I didn't know delivery was an option until I had gotten use to taking the stairs as there is no elevator, 3 floors only). Dining was outdoors in the exhausting heat. I am not a fan of outdoor dining. No buffets and everything is made to order in the order of arrival. If you missed meal times, there were no other options to eat unless going to get something. There is a tennis court but no equipment on property to use. There are two bars, pool bar opens 10a-10p, inside bar only open for arrivals and only item until 11 pm. Mid to lower range liquor. Bring your own entertainment as there were no books or games I was aware of. I think there was a gym in the building with a pergola on the roof but didn't go to. There was a huge cockroach that crawled under the door from the street side. We covered the gap in door and had no other issues. There were also tiny ants that we noticed if we left our tray on the balcony. The staff overall was helpful and polite. We only attended the street party, which was a big vendor place with food liquor and souvenirs.
I had an amazing time.
Relaxing Stay at Soco Boutique in St. Lucia I had a wonderful experience staying at Soco Boutique. The staff were truly amazing, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The main lobby was absolutely beautiful with its clean all-white and marble interior, giving a very chic and modern feel. However, the room didn’t quite match the elegance of the lobby and could use a bit of updating to reflect the same aesthetic. The food at the hotel was excellent, offering a great mix of authentic island cuisine along with British options, which provided nice variety throughout the stay. Although the hotel doesn't offer in-house entertainment, the location more than makes up for it. It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach and about fifteen minutes to bars, restaurants, shopping malls, and local street vendors, so there’s always something to do nearby. There are also many excursions available in the area. I highly recommend the all-day catamaran tour, which was a highlight of the trip and a fantastic way to explore the beauty of St. Lucia from the water. Overall, Soco Boutique is a stylish and comfortable base with outstanding staff, great food, and an excellent location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
The staff was really gentle. Everything is put in place to make the guest feel confortable. It is so a shame that the hotel is empty.
The hotel is near the beach (3 minute walk) which is super convenient. The staff there was so nice i felt very welcomed! Overall it was was a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into the twilight zone. From the moment we arrived, the staff was noticeably unwelcoming. The front desk attendant didn’t greet us—he simply asked for my name to assign a room and hand over the key cards, with no warmth or hospitality. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food quality was poor, portions were small—especially the meat—and much of it appeared to be nearing expiration. Shockingly, despite being on a tropical island, there was no fresh fruit available. Many of the items listed on the menu were consistently unavailable each night. The beach amenities, which are advertised as complimentary, were frustratingly disorganized. Instead of a designated hotel area, we were approached by a local who pointed us to random chairs and then expected a tip. What should have been a relaxing beach day became stressful and chaotic. There was no clear signage or designated section for hotel guests, which led to confusion and discomfort. To make matters worse, there were locals occupying what appeared to be hotel-owned chairs. When they were asked to move so guests could use them, a heated argument broke out, with the locals insisting the beach was public and they had every right to sit there. Overall, this was a highly disappointing and stressful experience that fell far below expectations for a relaxing vacation.
The food experience was subpar! We asked for over easy eggs 3 times and were given over cooked. The bacon was salty and low standard. The beef was gummy and chewy. The seafood soup was a sardine soup with shrimp tails! We loved the staff and the courtesy. Their energy was so welcoming! Not sure if we will return!
I loved the history and culture of the area
Checked in 7PM. During the check in process, the hotel concierge did not share information regarding the mandatory guest orientation every morning at 10AM. In addition, the concierge did give the cooler and ice or beach towels to go to the beach. There was no information shared about where the beach chairs could be found for the hotel on the beach. The maid service was decent but one day there were no face towels left after the room was cleaned. When we went to inquire we were told that hotel services were closed for the night and they would not reopen until 6AM the next day. Dining room has limited options, the menu remained the same throughout the trip and it takes the dining room staff a very long time to bring out the food that is ordered. Staff member Eloise was exceptional, she did her best to accommodate the group. As they are advertised as a boutique hotel, this hotel did not meet my expectations and I would not return for future stays
The staff are very friendly and the experience was personalized. It was like a home away from home and we loved it there. The rooms were cleaned and restocked everyday as well.
Staff was amazing, customer service stands out.
Nice boutique hotel with wonderful staff and incredible food. It needs a little updating on the rooms especially bathrooms but it was a wonderful experience and unforgettable vacation!
The staff was very nice & friendly! The resort is clean, but the rooms could do with some updates, furniture is scratched up. The check-in process was not great, we never received an orientation. We relied on other guests for information. We ended up paying for umbrella & chairs, since we were never informed that there is a separate part of the beach for Soco House guests, with free umbrellas & chairs. The meals were good, but for all-inclusive I expected more varieties on the menu. For a tropical island, I expected fresh fruit juice made with tropical fruits, not with surgery syrups. Also, the resort could do with more entertainment or something to spice the evening after dinner. There was only 1 night of a live band, other than that it was rather boring.
Perfect for the seasoned traveler who wants to explore local and cultural attractions.
Staff were amazing
Overall nice experience.
Hotel is a nice quaint hotel that provides an overall nice experience but does require some modernisation but i guess this is reflected in the price. There were elements that were frustrating like welcome orientation meeting cancelled, only live music in venue once per week, lack of snacks during the day like ice cream & variety of sandwiches, Sunbeds were old and had some stains on pillows and covers. Also need to be aware it is 1.75 hours from the airport so a bit of a track. However there were many positives from our stay: -It was far cheaper than other options to stay in this area with all inclusive & pool etc -Quality of food was nice with menu changing every 3 days and when asked they always accommodated a variation that we liked. -Very nice close atmosphere with guests as small hotel and very personal. Unique compared to others. -Great staff from food servers (Lana) to bar staff who remembered small details & were very professional. -Location is nice with nice beach and bars close by but only for basic shopping. -Friday night street party was a great experience. -If you are willing to do some travelling why there a great stop is the capital to se ethe market and duty free shopping. -We had a nice bay in Smugglers Cove where if you eat at the restaurant for lunch you can use the beds overhanging the beach and see for free which is great. -Our favourite day was at Doolittle's Marigot Bay where again if you eat at the restaurant you can use facilities by pool and beach.
Staff lovely. Great choice of cocktails. Room was spacious and bed really comfortable. Tea and coffee with kettle. Large TV showing worldwide TV via APPS. Own fridge. Pool water warm and clean. Pool area seating could do with new equipment. Food was a la carte and plenty of choices. Only had live entertainment on a Monday night -they need entertainment on a Saturday night too. Waitresses sang happy birthday to me when they realised it was my 60th. Highly recommend Soco House if you are looking a for chilled out environment with easy walking distance to sopping malls, bars and only 5mins to the fab Redduit Beach. Soco House even provide you with cool box for a few beers! Hel x
I loved my stay here! Its feels like a mini resort, not too small and has all of the things you’d want on site. Food was really good (though I wish there were more snack/dining options in between meal times and after hours. A snack bar at the pool would be great!) drinks were your typical resort style drinks but I appreciate the bartenders were willingness to up the ante of the drinks as requested. The location is also great, close to the beach, and about a 15-20 minute walk into the town where there are shops. There’s alot of construction in the area that disrupts the views a bit.
Excellent Food and wonderful Staff.
The hotel was " OK " . But, the food HORRIBLE . We stayed a this hotel for 4 days. en we had to go outside to eat. OMG, that food , the staff were so lazy and unkind . Except for Ken ( front desk ), Chester ( very nice bartender ) , Darnell and Alexandre both from the bar. The rest do not deserve be a " Customer Services spa " . The beach is around the hotel , they not offer transportation how I read before to went to this place , so we have to walk . Wasn't a good selection >
The location
Dining style should be a buffet. The food portions are too small
Cleanliness, tranquility and super friendly Staff. Wanita and Elouise were genuinely engaging and kept us in the know about the going ons in the special island of St Lucia.
It was a beautiful place to spend my vacation
The property is nice. However, the staff could be more hospitable. But it think is a cultural thing. The room was never replenished with amenities like soap, shampoo ext. the food options is very limited, breakfast is the same every morning. This property is mainly for retired people, not for a younger generation. But will not visit again.
Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Incredibly close to the beach. Weekly manager's champagne celebration was a nice touch.
Alllll the staff was amazing. Everything was perfect. Too much good stuff to write it all. I am very thankful and will love to return asap! :)
The meal options were diverse and we'll thought out. However meals generally tended to be warm and there could be improvement on the taste. The drinks were too diluted.
The resort was very clean. The staff were fantastic. We ate breakfast and dinner at the resort; lunch at Spinnakers on the beach. The food was good. We had read many reviews before booking and understood very clearly what we were to expect. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. We chose to rent a little shaded hut from Donovan (south [left] of the Soco House Beach) instead of using the free chairs/umbrellas. We love the fact we can walk into town and Scuba Steve's Dive Shop. Please tip your bar man, housekeeping and servers!
The property was not but they shoukd provide transportation from the airport to the hotel. Its a hour drive from the airport. The food option was not great, its like they cater to mostly English visitors and not the island visitors.
While the staff was mostly friendly with the exception of one of the waitresses in the hotel, there was very little upkeep from a cosmetic standpoint the bathrooms and rooms in general look to need updating of equipment and furniture, as well as a few areas needing fresh coats of paint. The cushions on the pool chairs and cabanas were stained and were well in need of being replaced. I’d rate this facility a 7 1/2 out of 10.
For an all-inclusive hotel, the food options need to be more expansive, and they need to consider a buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, there should be a restaurant to provide meals from a certain time of the day for persons who may want something outside of what the buffet is offering. My room was not cleaned properly as we found fake eyelashes upon arrival to the room the bedding also felt dirty. For breakfast on our first day, the staff forgot us and we waited for more than 45 minutes for a breakfast that came cold. Overall, the place was average and I won't recommend it to anyone or stay here again.
Our experience at this property began with a delayed check-in of approximately one hour. We noticed that many of the white chairs in the lobby and around the pool were stained—likely with tanning lotion—which made them uninviting to use. The bathroom had a few maintenance issues: the shower handle came off during use, and the water never reached a hot temperature, remaining only lukewarm. Additionally, the lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom was quite dim, creating a rather gloomy atmosphere. The pool was cloudy for two consecutive days, and the poolside shower was out of order. Several windows and doors in the lobby were broken and temporarily covered with plywood, which detracted from the overall aesthetic and first impression. The food was quite basic, though the waitstaff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, which we appreciated. Overall, the location is excellent, but the property is in need of better upkeep and more attentive management. With some improvements in maintenance and cleanliness, it could offer a much better guest experience.
We loved our stay at Soco House! Reduit Beach is literally right outside the hotel with loungers & umbrellas available for guests. The staff are beyond friendly & accomodating, the drinks kept flowing & the hotel itself is stunningly decorated. The restaurant switched up its menu every couple days which we appreciated & little touches like coolers packed with beers to take to the beach were the cherry on top!
The pool bar was a great experience!
Staff was amazing but food was limited, no snacks
I wasn’t particularly impressed with the Front Desk staff.
Este es un hotel que no tiene michas opciones de nada, la comida muy limitada , la Playa muy lejos , es un hoyel para gente mayor
the advertisement is misleading. It looks that is by the beach and is about 5 minutes from it. The all inclusive is made of restrictive menus that which chooses were not appealing to me. There is not an elevator. Property is old.
Great!
The most notable thing about staying at the Soco House was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We were a day late checking in due to missing our connecting flight due to mechanical issues with the plane leaving Omaha. We were not able to contact the Soco house to inform them of late arrival. When we did arrive the next day, we were accommodated. There was an issue with the television in our room not working (important to have a working t.v during the hot parts of the day since my husband can't be in the sun too long) The manager upgraded us to a room with an extended balcony which was very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. Yes, we would stay at Soco house again! Highly recommend!
I loved it just wished they had event for the you get people that come visit
Staff were excellent, Top notch! Food was delicious, a better variety for breakfast could be had but everything was great. Facilities were nice and cleaned daily! Huge shout out to Chester, Barry, Jamal, restaurant staff and management.
The staff were great, however, the hotel itself seems old and outdated. The staff, especially in the dining room, and James at the pool bar are fantastic.
I had a great time, the staff were welcoming and I had a great experience. I will be back again and it's 10/10
The food was excellent. I felt the rooms were subpar and was not very clean when we got there. Also, when they would come in to clean the room, they would leave dirty towels and plates. The cleanliness was definitely an issue for me. Otherwise the staff was lovely, food was delicious.
Great staff. Very convenient, clean.
The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Service was wonderful, food and drinks were delicious!
The people in St Lucia are charming. Food was excellent. My room was great, never slept so well. I loved the pool for swimming laps. Take boat ride to mud bath, great experience. I had spa appt which was lovely. The weather was perfect. I would recommend Soco House in St Lucia.
Service complicated each simple request was not executed neither taken into consideration, tv remote control not working, hair dryer missing in 2 ou of 3 rooms, never received, even the panel “do not disturb” …. Impossible to find one in 6’days.
The Soco House was a beautiful place to spend my vacation. The staff was excellent. ( Shout-out to Ella and Eloise ) they were the best❤️. The view from the beach and the roof top bar was amazing. The food was great but the menu needed to be changed. Almost everyday the menu was the same. Overall the Soco House will see me again.
The resort was beautiful and peaceful. The food was also delicious but most importantly the staff were friendly and attentive. I will definitely return
After spending a decent amount at this resort I can say it’s definitely not worth it. The service is terribly slow for drinks and food. We had one person ask us if we wanted anything once. Waiting on average 15 minutes for a drink and sometimes more for dinner. The room is limited on outlets and there isn’t one in the bathroom. The water pressure in our room was terrible but other people said theirs was fine so it’s hit and miss. There is only one restaurant and the food becomes very repetitive and very bland. Although it’s all inclusive we found ourselves going into town to eat at different restaurants as we couldn’t stand the food anymore. As far as the pool goes, it is clean and well kept but there are limited chairs. Even going out at 6:00am it was hard to find somewhere to sit. And the chairs that are all available are very uncomfortable. I did read that in someone else’s review and it is true. They do give you a cooler to take to the beach which was a nice benefit and we found the rooms to be kept clean but we would never come back to this resort. Maybe if you get it for very cheap and aren’t picky on accommodations and food then this would be ok for you.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was very nice, occasionally slow and a little cold. Perfect location.
I like service and food
The food was not flavorful and under cooked
Very good experience but for slow restaurant service.
Staff was friendly and nice The pool cabanas and loungers could do with a little cleaning
.
Positive: Beach is beautiful ( 5 min walk). Clean hotel. Negative: Dinning is extremely slow. Breakfast should’ve been a buffet.
Staff here are outstanding. Being greeted by Edmund when we checked in and served by Chester at the bar. Real professionals. The staff in general were very helpful and always looking to please. The facility is a bit worn and could using some refreshing but the staff make up for it. I think it’s about expectations. We did not expect a 5 star hotel and therefore felt great about things. Would definitely recommend this to friends.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Soco House and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations in every way. very staff member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They took the time to answer my questions, provide directions, and offer insights into the local area. Thank you.
We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious with nice views from balcony. The pictures of pool didn't look that impressive so I was surprised to see a great size pool and pool bar. The only negative is that dining tends to be on slower side. But once you have right mindset and know it will be bit longer than home the experience is enjoyable.
Nothing to do on the premises..like games ..music to dance...not enough food choices..
**The Soco House in St. Lucia: A Complete Disaster - Stay Far Away!** If I could give zero stars to The Soco House, I would. My experience at this hotel was nothing short of awful, and I feel compelled to warn others about the many issues we encountered during our stay. **False Advertising at Its Finest** Do not be fooled by their slick marketing or curated social media images. The Soco House is far from the "luxury boutique" experience it claims to be. What you get is a poorly maintained property with subpar service, terrible amenities, and a long list of disappointments. **Moldy, Dirty Rooms** The rooms were disgusting. There was a pervasive moldy smell, and we even found visible mold in various places. The cleaning service is practically nonexistent—they don’t replace towels, the linens are dirty, and the rooms are left unkempt. If you want fresh towels, good luck. You’re better off bringing your own. **Not a True All-Inclusive** This is NOT a real all-inclusive resort. You can’t eat or order food whenever you want—it’s restricted to specific time windows. Even snacks are rationed by staff, so don’t think you can grab a bite when you’re hungry. Want to enjoy a drink on the beach? Forget it—they don’t allow you to take cocktails or beverages there. **Horrible Food and Limited Choices** The food was bland, repetitive, and far from enjoyable. They don’t change the menu, so you’ll be eating the same uninspired meals every day. And there’s no room service
It was good
The Soco Hotel in St. Lucia is a lovely, intimate, quaint resort. If you just want to Relax, Soco - St. Lucia is the place for you! However, if you want to explore the island there is a tour desk where the guide will find the perfect excursion for you. There are cabanas available to all for free---if you mark your place with beach towels early (before 8:30/9:00 am) You can also reserve the cabanas for a fee and get special services.---but it was not really necessary. Be aware ---it's almost 2 hours away from the airport and is NOT on the beach. The beach is across the street. Food is only available and 3/4 hour intervals---breakfast 7am-10am, lunch 12pm-2:30pm and dinner 5pm-9pm. There is NOTHING to eat in between UNLESS you purchase snacks AND there is NO eating at poolside. There is a bar at poolside and the drinks are pretty good. The poolside bartenders, especially Ms. Parks, were friendly and would engage in conversation. The dining crew: Eloise, Charlene and Stephanie(managers) were amazing! They really go out of their way to get whatever you want and to make guests feel welcome. Special shout to the hardworking server crew: Quanisha, Cleo, Devon, Misty, Lianna, Zanaya! They are the best!! Please tip them! They work hard!! The menu needs a real cultural upgrade. It seems that there is more focus on the British visitors' taste. Could really use some occasional entertainment. Maybe spotlight local artists. Will definitely go back for pure R&R and great service
My partner and I enjoyed the food and convenience of being able to take daily walks. The staff was very personable and overall just Awesome!!!
Site did not show additional country tax of 6$ USD per day. Very poorly maintained site. Dirty, broken, ripped and badly stained lounge chairs/shade areas. Rooms: broken closet, mold in shower, doors not closing properly, furniture broken/badly painted/poor appearance, air conditioner leaked. Common bathroom in lobby dirty, bad toilet seats, need fresh paint, poorly kept. Food breakfast had minimal choices but otherwise very good. Staff was amazing, cordial, polite, always smiling, always a hello, and very helpful.
The hotel needs to be updated, and rooms should be available on time.
You will read some negative things about Soco but generally this revolves around dining it can be slow when the hotel is busy but the food is actually good and cooked fresh. Sometimes stock runs out but hey you are in the Caribbean where everything comes in by boat. If you want good dining then book Sandals.
It is the first time in my life that I see employees sooo dedicated to deliver an excellent customer service! Wowww!!! Great food ( very delicious), great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and clubs; it’s a 10/10!
Food service was terrible
Excellent Staff. The hotel is in need of an update. Every thing was white you can see the stains in the leather chairs and the lounge chairs. They need leather cleaner for the chairs and replace the lounge pillows There’s no entertainment provided the bartender engages with the customer's which is nice some will play games with you. Food options needs improvement they change their lunch and dinner menu every two days breakfast is always the same. All inclusive you should be able to get food around the clock and you cant. If you miss breakfast, lunch or dinner you are on your own. The bugs are outrages. theirs flys and bees around the bar, in our room we seen ants mainly in the bathroom area. The drinks were great. Excellent customer service overall. This hotel is more of an intermittent setting if you are just looking to get away and relax this is the place.
I would hesitate to call this property a resort given other resorts I've been to. The dining and bar options end fairly early, and the property is small. It seems to cater to an older, more specific crowd. With all that being said, the food was great and the drinks were decent. Some of the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs as well. It is not likely I would not book again though.
This is a very nice place across the street from the water. The room was spacious and well maintained. The pool area is nice. Meals were absolutely wonderful. The menu choices were great. The quality, presentation, and taste was excellent. The staff here are very nice and hard working. I wish I could have stayed here longer.
The staff were warm and inviting. The guests staying also. Very close proximity to all facilities. Happy Vibes.
Very limited dining options. Only 3 entree selections per meal. Food was not good at all. Dinner is over a 930pm. No food option at the hotel after that time. Bar closes at 11pm. Resturant is open space, very hot and humid with a few ceiling fans. and you have to swat the flies away from your food constantly. Plenty of resturants within walking distance thay have great food. Water was turned off a couple of nights around 2am, we was not informed. Older crowd, not young guest friendly. If your look for any fun, stay on a resort. Funiture was old. Not outlets in the bathroom. Hotel photos make tue property look very nice.but its a lil rundown. WIll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
Breakfast options extremely limited, this could be bettered. What I loved the most is the staff, they are extraordinary!
I stayed here during carnival, and the staff was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. There's a beautiful beach just a three-minute walk away. The only thing I would change is to have more variety in the food options. The drinks were great, though!
Awesome food. Awesome staff. I will definitely stay here again
First night while staying at this hotel, there was no running water so after a long day of traveling we couldn’t even wash ourselves. The electricity kept going on and off. We were told by the general manager that he would make it up to us yet nothing was done to make up for the horrible night that we had. The hotel is supposed to be all inclusive yet there are only two options on the menu for nonalcoholic beverages (orange juice & pineapple) the menu is almost the same everyday with like 2 options for starters, 3 main courses and 2 dessert options. And a lot of times they’re out of the things that we wanted to eat. The staff were at least kind so that was the only positive experience I can say I had at that hotel. We wish they had at least a DJ by the pool area or activities to keep the guests entertained. I mean the hotel is supposed to be all inclusive, one should be able to have a good vacation at an all inclusive resort without the need to go elsewhere during their stay. Nonetheless the country itself is beautiful, I hope to return and stay elsewhere for a much better experience.
Staff was very friendly and helpful Went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Food options were great. Clean rooms and environs.
Nice property, cute ambiance but, all inclusive meals are small& limited. Favorite thing is - it’s right across from the beach/ambiance, another con- rooms need better lighting.
When we went to check in they did not have any of our three rooms in their system even when showing them our confirmation numbers. Only one place to eat with limited food options and outdoor dining. Construction right outside rooms and could not give timing on when it would end when we were trying to get rest. No one there seemed friendly and felt as if we were an inconvenience to be there.
Great decor & vibe. All staff very friendly & helpful. Food excellent for all meals. Gym too small, lacks weights, definitely needs an upgrade.
The Roof top bar was cute. The menu was repetitive and service was slow in restaurant
The cleanliness of the property amd friendliness of staff who were always around to assist you with anything
